I would absolutely recommend Bella Bridesmaids for any of your Bridesmaids or LWD needed!! They were SO easy to work with and went out of their way to ensure all questions were answered so I did not have to question anything once the dresses were selected! My girls absolutely LOVED their dresses and we received so many complements on not only how beautiful they were but also the quality of the fabric and fit! -

I had the best time at Bella Bridesmaids finding the perfect bridesmaid dress! The workers were soo kind and helpful. They have soo many options to choose from including a variety of different styles, colors, textures, that all vary in price range. It makes the process so much easier when your bridesmaids are able to try on the specific dresses in person and get measured for them. They made the process so simply, easy, and fun! -

Fantastic Bridesmaids Shopping Experience
We worked with Sandy and team on a VIP visit to select our bridesmaids dresses. I came in with an idea but not an entire vision for the day. I thought it was going to be daunting but the team was so helpful selecting different styles to see what I was going to like best for the day it made it an enjoyable experience. We have bridesmaids from across the country so they were able to get measured at their local Bella Bridesmaids and order through the portal. The Bella Bridesmaid Cleveland team was flexible when we needed to add maternity dresses to the selection as well. I would recommend going to Sandy and the Bella Bridesmaids Cleveland team for any wedding. -

Great costumer service and fantastic selection
I suggest going to Bella bridesmaids for many reasons! They have such a huge selection to choose from and have every color possible to see in person. That was a huge factor when picking a bridesmaid dress. I wanted a dusty blue color but other stores couldn’t show me the color in person. Bella bridesmaids had a variety of dresses in the dusty blue shade that I was able to see in person. They also had great customer service and went out of their way to make sure I picked out the perfect dress I wanted my girls to wear!! I had such a great experience. -

Amazing experience!
The ladies at Bella Bridesmaids in Rocky River were totally amazing helping me and my bridesmaids choose and try-on dresses. The entire process was so easy, fun, and enjoyable! We had a large group (ten!) and due to COVID regulations at the time we had to split into two days. They helped us coordinate weekends back to back that worked in everyone's schedules (even my out of town family), it was honestly incredible. They have so many options and styles to choose from, but presented them in a way that was not overwhelming. They stuck within our budget and didn't bring us anything over what we wanted. When it came time to ordering they had it down to a science. It was efficient, fast, and so low-stress for everyone. As the bride I was totally hands off, which was a huge relief with all the other wedding planning going on! It was such a fun and amazing experience, thank you so much Sandy, Isabel, and Lauren! -

I really enjoyed working with Bella Bridesmaids! They were all super helpful, accommodating and kept me informed. I had bridesmaids across the country and it was so great to have the stores easily work together to get everyone fitted and orders placed. The ordering process and the website is so easy to use. They were also very responsive to any questions or changes I made during the process. Plus, they have an amazing selection of dresses. I didn’t have to look anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to any bride! -

The staff at Bella Bridesmaids was wonderful to work with. They were patient and helpful during the selection process. They made ordering dresses a breeze. All of my bridesmaids lived out of state, and it was so easy for them to order and receive their dresses. They all looked beautiful during our wedding. I can’t say enough great things about the process and the staff. They were wonderful, and I’d highly recommend. -

Beautiful Dresses
Got all 5 bridesmaids dresses here. The color was beautiful and dresses were high quality. We bought 4 dresses and one jumpsuit and everyone looked gorgeous. We had to order extra fabric since one of my bridesmaids got pregnant and it was no issues at all! -

Great service and communication!
Bella Bridesmaids is such a unique shop and made shopping for bridesmaids dresses way less stressful. They have several great designers and color patterns to choose from and made the whole process go smoothly. My bridesmaids were mostly out of town so their online platform that tracked every bridesmaid's steps through the shopping process, from having the girls vote on their favorite looks to purchasing and shipping, made it way easier for the bride to organize!
They were great at getting back to you in a timely manner which is much appreciated when you are under the pressure of wedding planning. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any future bride looking for a fun, stress-free shopping experience! -

Could not have asked for a better experience than the one Sandy, Isabel & the lovely Bella team delivered for my bridesmaids and I!
I came to Bella Bridesmaids after having a less-than-stellar experience with another shop, so I guess you could say I was a little jaded by the time I arrived at their doorstep. Everyone at Bella went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience -- from making the appointment easy to set up to quick email responses to their vast knowledge of the gowns & designers' timelines. We were all so impressed! What really took it beyond for me is that one of my bridesmaids is plus-size and needed to come back for custom measurements to submit a final order; the staff handled this delicately & with complete care during our full appointment. I wasn't even aware of the situation until after the fact, and I think they made my 'maid feel completely at ease, which I so appreciate!
I live out of state, but these ladies made the process feel like I didn't. They even sent a second photo of all the mismatched dresses together when I had a minor bride freakout and was second-guessing our selections. They were so patient with us throughout the ordering process & I would be happy to tell any of my Ohio friends about their salon! -

So many options to choose from! I searched through multiple colors, swatches, dress styles - multiple times. These ladies were sweet and did not rush me ever! Once you choose your dresses, their website makes it easy for you and all your bridesmaids (I had 9) to pick and order what you desire. Would definitely recommend this shop- thanks!! -

Kaela Sent on 04/21/2014Lori was so great to work with! I couldn't decide on bridesmaid dresses an happened to be at lunch with my mom in River when we heard someone talking about Bella Bridesmaid. It was a Saturday so we knew we probably wouldn't be able to get in since it's by appointment only but we have them a call and luckily they had a cancellation! Lori let me try on a bunch of dresses since my bridesmaids weren't with me and I found the one I wanted! 4 of my 6 bridesmaids live out of town and so do I but Lori made the process go so smoothly! I would recommend for anyone looking for bridesmaids dresses to go in and check them out! -

We have used Bella Bridesmaids for my sister's wedding, my sister in-law and now mine! Every experience with them has been wonderful. They are super responsive and very accommodating. I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids for anyone looking for formal gowns or a bridesmaid gown. -

Before my own wedding I was in a different wedding as a bridesmaid, and we used Bella. The experience was so great that I definitely wanted to go back for my own wedding. Bella Bridesmaids were super professional and welcoming in every session I attended with my bridesmaids. The majority of the dresses we ordered were flawless. However one of my girls got a dress that was about 4 sizes too big and overly long. We did order up A size, but did not anticipate something THIS big. When she tried to ask for some help from the store with an exchange or sell back or basically anything, the store simply said sorry we can't help, buy a new dress. I feel like there was some sort of mistake with this one dress, it was just awful- and it would have made the process much less stressful if they at least tried to help in some way. Policies this strict with no returns just aren't fair in situations like this... it was clearly an incorrect size, no matter what the tag said it was. I would recommend this place for it's quality of product, but not for their customer relations post-ordering. Be SUPER careful you try on as many sizes as you can, and make sure the size you order is for sure what will fit best. The staff may recommend to order up a size, but just be sure that it fits well for you.
