  Great staff and super easy process

  I had the best time at Bella Bridesmaids finding the perfect bridesmaid dress! The workers were soo kind and helpful. They have soo many options to choose from including a variety of different styles, colors, textures, that all vary in price range. It makes the process so much easier when your bridesmaids are able to try on the specific dresses in person and get measured for them. They made the process so simply, easy, and fun!

  Fantastic Bridesmaids Shopping Experience

  We worked with Sandy and team on a VIP visit to select our bridesmaids dresses. I came in with an idea but not an entire vision for the day. I thought it was going to be daunting but the team was so helpful selecting different styles to see what I was going to like best for the day it made it an enjoyable experience. We have bridesmaids from across the country so they were able to get measured at their local Bella Bridesmaids and order through the portal. The Bella Bridesmaid Cleveland team was flexible when we needed to add maternity dresses to the selection as well. I would recommend going to Sandy and the Bella Bridesmaids Cleveland team for any wedding.

  Great Bridesmaid Experience

  They made me feel so welcome from the second I walked into the door. My bridesmaid had plenty of time to try on multiple styles of dresses and was happy to have found her dress. If you’re in the market for bridesmaid dresses, this place should be at the top of your list. Thank you Radiant Bridal for making this experience seamless!

  Best bridesmaid dress options!

  I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids as the bride! The whole process was super easy! Everyone was so helpful when I went to pick out dress options and when my bridesmaids came in to pick out their dress. The ordering process was super simple and easy for everyone. I cannot recommend using Bella Bridesmaids for bridesmaids dresses enough!

  A Successful Mother-of-the-Groom Dress

  Great costumer service and fantastic selection

  I suggest going to Bella bridesmaids for many reasons! They have such a huge selection to choose from and have every color possible to see in person. That was a huge factor when picking a bridesmaid dress. I wanted a dusty blue color but other stores couldn’t show me the color in person. Bella bridesmaids had a variety of dresses in the dusty blue shade that I was able to see in person. They also had great customer service and went out of their way to make sure I picked out the perfect dress I wanted my girls to wear!! I had such a great experience.

  Helpful and Timely

  Loved my experience with Bella bridesmaids! They kept us on track and was very easy experience for my long distance bridesmaids. They even followed up with those who were slacking for a less stressful experience for a very stressed out bride! Highly recommend!

  Amazing experience!

  The ladies at Bella Bridesmaids in Rocky River were totally amazing helping me and my bridesmaids choose and try-on dresses. The entire process was so easy, fun, and enjoyable! We had a large group (ten!) and due to COVID regulations at the time we had to split into two days. They helped us coordinate weekends back to back that worked in everyone's schedules (even my out of town family), it was honestly incredible. They have so many options and styles to choose from, but presented them in a way that was not overwhelming. They stuck within our budget and didn't bring us anything over what we wanted. When it came time to ordering they had it down to a science. It was efficient, fast, and so low-stress for everyone. As the bride I was totally hands off, which was a huge relief with all the other wedding planning going on! It was such a fun and amazing experience, thank you so much Sandy, Isabel, and Lauren!

  Bridesmaid dress review

  Had a great time shopping the selection of bridesmaid gowns. We didn't have to look anywhere else because they had such a great selection! All the employees were wonderful and so helpful. We enjoyed the experience and the girls loved the dresses!

All of my bridesmaids lived out of state, and it was so easy for them to order and receive their dresses. They all looked beautiful during our wedding.   Beautiful Dresses

  Got all 5 bridesmaids dresses here. The color was beautiful and dresses were high quality. We bought 4 dresses and one jumpsuit and everyone looked gorgeous. We had to order extra fabric since one of my bridesmaids got pregnant and it was no issues at all!

  All my friends have used Bella Bridesmaids for the bridesmaid dresses for their wedding, all with excellent experiences, so my decision to work with them for my wedding was EASY! Isabel was so helpful and sweet, it was so nice to work with her. She gave many great recommendations based on the opinions and details I provided to her. She specially ordered in samples of a dress that was not currently stocked at their location so we could see them in person! I love that you get personalized attention when you go for your appointment. The selection of designers and dresses is amazing. Thank you BellaCleveland!!!

  Seamless & fun!

  Could not have asked for a better experience than the one Sandy, Isabel & the lovely Bella team delivered for my bridesmaids and I!
  
  I came to Bella Bridesmaids after having a less-than-stellar experience with another shop, so I guess you could say I was a little jaded by the time I arrived at their doorstep. Everyone at Bella went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience -- from making the appointment easy to set up to quick email responses to their vast knowledge of the gowns & designers' timelines. We were all so impressed! What really took it beyond for me is that one of my bridesmaids is plus-size and needed to come back for custom measurements to submit a final order; the staff handled this delicately & with complete care during our full appointment. I wasn't even aware of the situation until after the fact, and I think they made my 'maid feel completely at ease, which I so appreciate!

They even sent a second photo of all the mismatched dresses together when I had a minor bride freakout and was second-guessing our selections.   quick and easy with no hassle

  So many options to choose from! I searched through multiple colors, swatches, dress styles - multiple times. These ladies were sweet and did not rush me ever! Once you choose your dresses, their website makes it easy for you and all your bridesmaids (I had 9) to pick and order what you desire. Would definitely recommend this shop- thanks!!

  Great Experience

  I worked with Bella Bridesmaids for my wedding and I am so happy I did! I specifically worked with Isabel. She was so patient and kind as I went in multiple times to decide which dress to go with for my ladies. The process was easy and everything turned out beautiful. Thanks Bella Bridesmaids!

  I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was with Bella Bridesmaids. From the first initial appointment picking out styles and colors, to putting the showroom together online for people to vote for their favorite dresses, to appointments for fittings. This was such a fun and easy experience. They were very accommodating to all of us. We had 4 in person appointments and 1 phone appointment for a bridesmaid who was 8 months pregnant. I even randomly stopped in because I was second guessing a color choice and they were great! They kept in contact each step of the way, communication couldn’t have been better! I picked up all my girls dresses and they always had them pulled and ready to go. Can’t wait to see all three of the dresses come together on my wedding day!

  I had a great experience with Bella Bridesmaids! I wanted dresses for my bridesmaids that you couldn't tell where they were from. They had such a great selection and made the process so easy. I would recommend to any bride!!!

I had an idea as to what I liked, but the knowledge and expertise from the girls at the store really helped me decide on the perfect dress for my bridesmaids! One of my bridesmaids had a sizing error and although the order had already been submitted, Sandy was incredibly helpful and got the correct size in for us in time!

  Great service and communication!

  Bella Bridesmaids is such a unique shop and made shopping for bridesmaids dresses way less stressful. They have several great designers and color patterns to choose from and made the whole process go smoothly. My bridesmaids were mostly out of town so their online platform that tracked every bridesmaid's steps through the shopping process, from having the girls vote on their favorite looks to purchasing and shipping, made it way easier for the bride to organize!
  
  They were great at getting back to you in a timely manner which is much appreciated when you are under the pressure of wedding planning. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any future bride looking for a fun, stress-free shopping experience!

I went to Bella Bridesmaids with my mom and since all my friends were out of town, I tried on several gowns to make sure we found the right one. Isabel stayed late with us after the store had closed to make sure we found the right dress. The online process for orders was easy for all my bridesmaids and everyone looked fantastic on the day of the wedding!

  You don't come across many businesses that truly care about their customers these days!
  
  I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of customer service I received at Bella Bridesmaid. Each and every person at the store, Sandy, Isabelle, Lori, Meredith... took extra time and care to ensure everything was perfect for me and my bridesmaids! They're huge selection made selecting my bridesmaid dresses very easy. And with bridesmaid all over the country, they made it very convenient for everyone to place their order. The dresses came in early and they're absolutely perfect!!!
  
  What speaks greater volume, I had ordered my reception dress in ivory back in April. When it came in in July I picked it up and tried it on at home. I quickly noticed that it wasn't made correctly as you were able to see the padding through the bodice. I called the store to calmly explain the issue and asked if I could come in to try it on for them later that afternoon. They accommodated me without hesitation. As soon as I got to the store, Isabelle said that she had already spoken with the designer to come up with a plan to fix the issue. After sending some photos back to the designer, their production team decided to make a whole new dress for me and promised to have it sent within 3 weeks.
  
  Although the designer wasn't able to correct the issue, even after making the new dress, Bella Bridesmaids communicated with me through the whole process, apologized countless times (even though it wasn't their fault at all!), and refunded me for the dress. The amount of time and effort they put into trying to make things right for me was greatly appreciated and so comforting... I am so grateful for that!
  
  I wish I could shop at Bella Bridesmaids all the time just based on the level of customer service I received! Can't wait to share photos of my bridesmaids after my big day!

  Sandy was extremely helpful when selecting my bridesmaids dresses and very knowledgable on the products available. She helped me find the perfect color dress - exactly what I was looking for. The ordering process was very easy and they were able to hold the dresses at the store until I was ready to pick them up. They are flexible with appointments. I had an awesome experience and would recommend to anyone.
