  When you're planning your wedding everyone always tells you there's going to be something that goes wrong. There I was planning away and everything had pretty much gone as planned. Fast forward to one week before my wedding. My sister and MOH calls me and tells me there's something wrong with her dress. She took it to get taken in and the place she took it to JC Tailor's (3422 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, TX 75219...do not under any circumstances go here) got something on her dress and nonchalantly told her to take it to the cleaners. So she takes it to the cleaners and something black bleeds onto the front of the dress on the seems. Great. It's Friday at 3:00 pm and I call Bella's in a panic and tears. I leave work and go straight to their store. They got in touch with the maker of the dress and overnighted fabric in for me. I then had to take it to my tailor (Altered for the Alter...fabulous) and they were able to redo the entire bodice for me. If that hadn't worked Bella's had a back up dress in a different color that was going to be the back up plan.
  
  With all of that being said, I was so appreciative of everything that Bella's did for me. I feel they went above any beyond and I was so glad that I chose them from the start. My sister is getting married in April and we will definitely be back to give them our business.
  
  All the women who work here are top notch, knowledgeable and so nice. They worked with my out-of-town bridesmaids to help with sizing and questions. They have a great selection of dresses and the store is extremely cute. I highly recommend you go visit Bella's!!!

  The women at Bella Bridesmaid were friendly and professional. They even stayed open late so that I could come in after work to try on more dresses. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. I was very happy with the service I received there.

  After we moved up our wedding date, I called Ashley for a last minute appointment, and she got me in immediately. Never once did Ashley make me feel bad for changing the date - she simply went above and beyond to help me make a decision that I was happy with. She called reps for the bridesmaid dress I had originally picked out to see if she could get a delivery date while I tried on other dresses. She found out that said designer made the dress locally and offered to pick up the dresses from the factory if needed. As I narrowed it down to two dresses at two VERY different price points, she never put the hard sell on me to choose the more expensive one. When I had questions about the color of a dress posted on a designer's Facebook page, she called their offices to find out what color it was. When I was between colors, she pointed out the pros and cons of each, but she never pressured me to go with the more expensive dress. She didn't hurry me, kick me out, or make me feel like I had created my own mess and now had to settle for whatever I could get. In short, she was just what you would have expected your bridesmaids to be - supportive, helpful, and kind (which all of mine are!!). By the end of the appointment, I had made a decision that I was comfortable with and Ashley took care of all the details - even going as far to call the designer and confirm that the dresses would be here in time to make sure we could ship them all over the country for alterations, that the belts would be specific to the girls' waist sizes where needed, and that yes, indeed, that color was available for rush delivery. She quoted me a higher price for rush delivery and then dropped it down when she found out we could do it for less. She. Was. Awesome.
  
  I'm so glad that I was able to give Bella Bridesmaid my business. In a world where customer service seems to be dead, Ashley proved to me that it's not completely dead - and tat this whole wedding frenzy might just work out!

  My experience with Bella's was amazing. After searching so many places for bridesmaid dresses, I didn't expect to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses when I went in, but I definitely did. I was so sure that I wanted black dresses for my girls but they had the most perfect, beaded, mix-matched, candy colored dresses that I just immediately fell for. I found out a day or two later that the designer had pulled all of the dresses I wanted but that they would still fill my order and rush it. The only thing I regret is not going to them sooner. They killed it.

  My experience with Bella Bridesmaid was amazing. I had been to other stores looking for bridesmaids dresses but nobody provided me with the service, knowledge, and style that Bella Bridesmaid did. Ashley was my contact there and she was consistently kind while being able suggest ideas and make the vision in my head come to life. I personally went with a mix and match look and she was able to help me perfectly pair a unique dress for each of my bridesmaids. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars on the flexibility rating was because you have to make an appointment before hand, no walk-ins. I highly suggest this store! Beautiful dresses and great service! (Also, the address listed above is not up to date. It is now located on Allen Street in Dallas!)
