The consultants here made finding and purchasing a dress a wonderful experience. They have a good selection of of larger sizes. My dress was beautiful! Alterations was willing to do a French bustle which was perfect for my dress. I highly recommend this boutique.

Great Experience Overall
Adriana helped me find my dress in the Chicago location. When I had my appointment I knew exactly what dress I wanted and luckily she had it available to try on! I knew the moment I put it on that it was the one for me! We closed the front of the model dress and raised the back to somewhat hide some of my tattoos. As this dress was an older model from Martina Liana, we had to custom order the veil. I was working on losing weight at the time and planned to lose 20 lbs from sizing to my first fitting. I achieved my goal and was glad Adriana helped me buy the correct size! Adriana had me try on 3 other dresses for fun just to be sure. You have to do all alterations during the week in Oak Brook which was a trek after work in the city of Chicago to get there in time. Regardless, everything in alterations was very affordable in their flat rate for all the work they do for you! I am only 4'11" plus the weight loss so my dress had to be very altered. I would purchase from them again!

I found my dream dress at Bella Bianca! My stylist was so supportive and sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. My friends & in laws also had a really fun experience and I will always remember the moment we shared a glass of champagne after I found "the one" (from Galia Lahav). Bella Bianca went Above & Beyond
Katie at Bella Bianca in Chicago really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress. I went into my first appointment with a dress I couldn’t get out of my mind, but wasn’t available anywhere in the US. Katie put me in other dresses by that designer, as well as other beautiful dresses that fit my style, but I still couldn’t get that dress out of my mind. Katie was able to call the designer and get a swatch sent to the store. I went back a few days later and based off the swatch and trying on similar dresses by the same designer, made the easy choice. The whole process was so smooth and I’m so thankful for everything Katie and the other girls at Bella did for me! I got my dress fitted at the Oak Brook location and it turned out perfectly. I cannot recommend Bella Bianca enough!

Best bridal salon
My wedding was in November of this year, and I am so happy that I found my dress at Bella Bianca. Both my sister and sister-in-law had found their gowns there in past years, and as soon as I visited the Chicago salon when my sister shopped for her dress, I knew that I wanted to have that boutique experience for myself as well.
The salon is everything you could possibly want in your wedding dress shopping experience: not only is it stunningly beautiful inside, but the entire staff is incredibly welcoming and will make even the not-uber-feminine girls (like me) feel super comfortable and ready to try on different things. My bridal stylist was Ashley Golding and she was fantastic. I didn't really know what I wanted all that well, and she somehow still knew how to pick a variety of dresses that would eventually help me land on THE dress. I think I only tried on about 4 dresses before I found the one! Ashley was not pushy in the slightest, and if there was ever a gown that was outside my budget, she made sure that I was aware of it before even looking at it. That was very much appreciated. Ashley was also very good about staying in communication with everything throughout the process. As a planner, I really appreciated this, too. Lastly, Ashley helped me pick my hair pin and earrings that really helped tie the entire look together, and there isn't a single thing that I would change. I really did feel glamorous and beautiful, and most importantly, I felt like myself. You can't put a price tag on that.
I can honestly say that the wedding dress shopping experience at Bella Bianca was one of my favorite memories of my entire engagement/wedding. Even though I was one of many clients, everyone there made me feel special. You're not just getting a dress here - you're getting a beautiful and unforgettable experience!

Amazing experience!
I had a really great experience at the Chicago location of Bella Bianca. Katie was an amazing associate who listened to me and was really cognizant of my price range and preferences. She made sure both my appointments were special and I felt really comfortable working with her. The space itself is really clean and spacious. Because of COVID, you can't touch any dresses and they don't really want people wandering and looking at the hanging dresses. Even though I would have loved to walk around, I did notice the dresses I tried on were much cleaner and in better condition than other stores I went to. I loved my experience and highly recommend!

A truly memorable experience
I could never have dreamt of a more incredible bridal experience. Bella Bianca Oakbrook had been recommended by a friend and was the first stop in my journey to find a wedding dress. I was truly lucky to work with Taylor, whose contagious positivity and charisma immediately made my guests and I feel comfortable. I walked into the experience pretty open-minded about styles and fits. The best choice I could have made was to let Taylor take some creative reign in exploring dresses with me. It felt like a true partnership and Taylor's knowledge and expertise was very impressive. I felt as though she truly listened to my feedback and was honest and transparent with me throughout the experience. I walked into my first appointment with the intention of eventually finding a great dress... but what Taylor helped me find was a wedding dress that I could never imagine experiencing the big day without. I cannot rave enough about my experience with Taylor and the Bella Bianca team. I highly recommend Bella Bianca Oakbrook for anyone getting ready for their big day. Wonderful Experience at Bella Bianca Oakbrook Terrace
I have nothing but positive things to say about Bella Bianca! My consultant, Kiara, and seamstress, Anita, went above and beyond to ensure I felt beautiful on my wedding day. Kiara walked me through selecting a gown and my accessories. I was never discouraged from scheduling multiple appointments, nor was I rushed during those appointments. Anita made my dress fit perfectly, and it was a joy to chat with her during our 4 alterations sessions. I highly recommend Bella Bianca for their wonderful customer service (and incredible selection)!

Where do I begin with this incredible and inspiring group of women?! I started the search for my wedding dress in the middle of a pandemic, so I truly did not know what to expect from the entire process. Bella Bianca was the first stop in my line-up of stores, so again I went into the experience with an open mind given the times we are in. I have to say that from day one, the ladies at Bella Bianca went above and beyond to make me feel like the most special bride in the world. I was lucky enough to have Taylor as my bridal consultant, who ultimately helped me pick THE dress. Not only did she listen intently to what I dreamed of as a bride, but provided helpful feedback and insight thanks to her extensive experience in the wedding industry. She did not pressure me at all into buying the dress that day, but instead gave me the advice to think about this decision and do some more try-ons before committing. Honestly, it did not take long for me to realize that no other store compared to my experience at Bella Bianca, and no other dress took my breath away like the one Taylor found for me. When I returned to Bella Bianca to buy the dress, Taylor helped me accessorize my dress with the most stunning veil, hairpiece, and earrings. They were even able to custom-make the accessories gold to match the rest of my jewelry on my wedding day! Taylor made sure that my "yes" to the dress/accessories was so special, and even had champagne there for me and my family on that day.
Additionally, I did all of my alterations at Bella Bianca, which I highly recommend. The staff there was so knowledgeable, talented, and insightful. They even provided advice on undergarments to help everything sit seamlessly on the wedding day. Throughout my fitting process, I had the incredible consultant Raychel by my side. She stopped by each one of my appointments and was not only my hype girl but also provided helpful feedback during each fitting. It always made my day to see her!
On my last dress fitting, both Taylor and Raychel came to see me in my dress. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have both of these ladies be so dedicated in each step of this process and truly being cheerleaders for me along the way. My dress was truly a dream on our wedding day, and I continue to get compliments about it to this day! I will never forget how incredible I felt on our wedding day, and I will always have a special place in my heart for Bella Bianca and the incredible women who work here!

WOW. I had the BEST experience at Bella Bianca Bridal Couture. First of all, it's a beautiful store. They constantly have new gowns arriving (I bought my gown from a trunk sale that was only there for that week) and it will never feel stale in there. Dresses are coming and going as styles evolve and change for brides. The store is clean, cute, has great lighting (essential) and is in a great location (I visited the Chicago branch).
What's more important was the service. I worked with Lauren Knutson as my consultant. She was kind, helpful, and offered tips on hemming and bustle (very welcomed advice from this bride who was totally clueless!). She was also honest when I asked for input, and if I didn't trust her I wouldn't have asked, but I appreciated her professional opinion. When I found "the one" she was right there, hyping us all up, and talking me through if we wanted to add a veil or not and most importantly brought champagne! I was obsessed with my dress. It was such a stunner and I can't help but stare at pictures after.
The entire team is super kind and genuine. That's huge in this industry. Weddings are a money making business, but they want to ensure you are actually happy with what you get. Thank you to Lauren, Jim and the entire Bella Bianca team! XOXO

Amazing bridal salon and stylists!
I had a fantastic experience at Bella Bianca! Taylor was an amazing stylist to work with, especially while shopping solo. She has so much knowledge of the dresses, fabrics, cuts, and designers--it made the decision process so much easier to have her wisdom and experience to guide me. She was patient and very focused on listening and responding to my feedback. She is also just a pleasure to interact with and easy to talk to--qualities that make a stressful process so much easier! I shopped at five other bridal salons in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and none of the stores or stylists came close to providing the level of service and support provided by Taylor and Bella Bianca. Taylor was the only stylist I worked with who called me to follow up after my first visit and discuss other dresses/styles I was considering. She helped me to brainstorm about other dresses to consider--including dresses that I couldn't buy at Bella Bianca. Taylor was so attentive and wonderful at her job that she was able to find the perfect dress for me, which I had never seen on display or on a website and had not even described to her as the dress I was looking for. Taylor was also able to give me lots of information about Bella Bianca's alterations and what to expect from that process. Her colleague who oversees alterations came to speak with me during each of my visits to talk me through the process and address my specific questions about the dresses I tried on. I cannot say enough great things about Taylor and Bella Bianca! Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgable, pleasant, and genuinely concerned about helping me to find the right dress and not just make a sale. I can say from experience that unfortunately you cannot expect that at every bridal salon. I am so grateful for the excellent service and guidance, which ultimately led to finding the perfect dress!

A Perfect Experience at Bella Bianca
Bella Bianca was my second time trying on dresses but it felt like a whole new experience! I had tried on dresses at David's Bridal the previous day and thought I had found the one and walked into the salon with some apprehension and a sparkle aversion. I worked with Kiara and she did a fantastic job! We had a good conversation going the whole time and she pulled dresses that really helped me hone in on what I was looking for. She pulled a Tara Keely dress that I loved and was my second choice but I ultimately went with something my family picked that I said I didn't like when I saw it on a mannequin because it was too sparkly. Funny how that works! Kiara even got in contact with the designer's team to see if we could make a potential change to the neckline, but we ended up sticking with the original design. My sister wasn't going to be able to make it until the very end of my appointment, but Kiara set up a 4 p.m. appointment so we could come back and my sister could see the dress. Celebrating with champagne at the end was a perfect end to the day and a great experience with Kiara and Bella Bianca! I can't wait for my dress to come in and see everything come together!

Top Notch Customer Service
I originally tried on dresses at the location in Chicago with some friends, and happened to absolutely fall in love with the last dress that I tried on. I had an appointment with the location in Oakbrook with my mom, grandma, and MOH in a few weeks and knew that I needed to try on this dress again with that group, knowing that this was for sure the one. However, I didn't want to jump the gun and wanted to make sure that all of the important women in my life would be present for the final decision. They were able to transfer the dress to the Oakbrook location for me to try on for my next appointment, which was greatly appreciated! The customer service at Bella Bianca is incredible. Throughout the entire process, everyone from the receptionist to my consultant to my seamstress all were incredibly nice, responsive and always had a smile on their faces. I always felt comfortable asking questions and reaching out if I had any concerns or worries. I also received reminder phone calls and emails before each and every appointment, which is incredible!
My consultant was Katie and she did a phenomenal job, from dealing with some cranky attitudes to making sure that I felt comfortable trying on dresses to giving her advice for accessories. I was so thankful for her guidance during the entire process and it was really beneficial knowing that you were being taken care of especially with such a big and important purchase. They do their own in house alterations, which start about six weeks before your wedding day. This made the entire process so much easier than trying to find your own seamstress and figuring out alterations on your own. I had no issues throughout the entire process and trusted Katie and Bella Bianca to ensure that everything would turn out smoothly. Even afterwards, I reached out to see how/where I should get my dress cleaned and was given advice by Katie. I would highly recommend Bella Bianca for top notch service and quality to any brides who are looking for a dress for their big day!

Bella Bianca gave me such a wonderful experience! From day one Taylor and the ladies were helpful and accommodating until the end! They are supportive and fun too! I gave Taylor a few details of what my vision was and she was on point! 3 dresses were brought out and I said yes to the one!! At the top of the wedding dress game
Bella Bianca was one of 6 dress shops I went to in the hunt for my gown and it was far ande away the best experience and ultimately where I ended up purchasing my Martina Liana dress and Maria Elena earrings. No surprise, as many of friends also bought their dresses there.
My stylist, Kiara, was a rockstar from the moment I sat down with her - her bright, warm, caring, empathetic personality always shined through and she took careful, deliberate care to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She completely understood my "vibe" and was sensitive to my body issue concerns. She helped me customize my gown with the designer and assisted throughout the lengthy alterations process. By the time I picked up my gown, she felt like an old friend.
Lubia, the alterations goddess, had to do a hack job on my dress including adding a sleeve and changing the shape of the back. Her work is flawless, which is pretty remarkable given the tight turnaround time we had. Her talent is extraordinary.
Emily, the manager, runs a tight ship over there (in the best way possible!). The process at BB is very clear and you always receive reminder calls/e-mails about appointments. They would keep me up to date when my dress was taking longer with the designer and when I could expect my dress/earrings to arrive in store. She's also one of the kindest souls - I had a typical bridal meltdown during an alterations appointment (wedding stuff is stressful!) and she was very patient in helping me figure out a solution for something I was unhappy with and even brought me some champagne to help calm the nerves. Having her there was a godsend.
Overall, I can't recommend Bella Bianca enough. The women who work there are approachable, sweet, and really know their stuff. I'll miss hearing from them often!

Amazing Boutique, even from 325 miles away!
Oh boy, where do I even begin? While this is a bit of a late review (purchased my dress in March of '19), I had the absolute pleasure of working with Taylor Rompel not once, twice, but I believe four total times. While most of the friends I have who were once engaged found their dress quickly, it took me over 103 dresses to find the perfect one. Taylor, through all of this, was so patient and kind with me, which is something that I didn't quite receive at other bridal boutiques. She went above and beyond to make sure that I loved the dress more than anything else, but was never in one instance pushy just to get me out of there. There were many instances where I would say that I simply didn't 'like "something"', but each time she was able to figure out what that 'something' was and we were able to make progress to finding my dress! I am so incredibly thankful to have been paired up with such an amazing individual who not only took the time to really get to know me through these fittings, but genuinely cared that the dress I wore was the one for me. All the girls at Bella Bianca Bridal Couture in Oak Brook were absolutely amazing from things like scheduling appointments, to second opinions. I will forever be grateful to have purchased my dress here!

The Perfect Dress
I absolutely loved my experience at Bella Bianca. I worked with Kiara and she is absolutely phenomenal at this job. I was not planning to get my dress here but just fell in love with one and nothing else could beat it that was closer to home. Kiara listened to what I was thinking and statements I was making about each dress and just found the dream dress I didn't realize that I wanted. I felt stunning in my dress and was so comfortable my entire wedding day. They also make the alterations appointments easy and pick up process easy and pain free. They listened to all of my preferences and concerns, and were also very conscious of my price point. We loved Bella Bianca so much that we ended up going BACK for a second appt in the same day! They were kind, fun, laid back, informative, and offered perfectly timed guidance when needed. You will not find a better bridal salon. I found the absolute dress of my dreams, which I never thought would happen. Don't bother with any other salon. Just go.

From start to finish, Bella Bianca made saying yes to the dress a complete dream! I worked with Kiara at Oakbrook, and I highly recommend for brides to schedule their appointments with her. She has a natural gift and eye for all things bridal, and I 100% trusted her taste, advice, and style from the start. She was super respectful of my budget and knew the exact designer that would give me the gorgeous, elegant detail that I wanted for a great price. Martina Liana gowns are the best, I'm convinced!!! From the very moment my mom and I walked into Bella Bianca, I had an absolutely lovely experience! It was my first bridal appointment ever, and I couldn't be happier to have started the process with the fantastic staff. My bridal assistant, Erin, was so sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire appointment. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and worked hard to find me the right dresses. The store is gorgeous, as is the gown selection. Erin made the whole appointment very enjoyable. I found a dress that ended up being my "one to beat" for the remainder of my appointments during the day--it really was stunning. Although I did not ultimately end up choosing that dress, I cannot recommend Bella Bianca and their staff enough to future brides. Thank you for such a wonderful time, Erin!

My husband and I had a surprise wedding. That meant buying a dress before anyone even knew we were engaged. Which meant buying it alone. I'm SO happy I ended up at Bella Bianca. The sisters who run the store are so extremely accommodating. They knew I would be able to tell my immediate family before my fitting, and were willing to do the bridal "toast" when everyone was there, instead of when I was alone. They remembered the details of my wedding. They made sure to check in at each fitting... They felt like an extension of my family, when I didn't have anyone there from my real family. If you have high expectations for your bridal gown shopping experience, GO HERE! I went to 3 or 4 other bridal gown shops before going here, and the best was certainly saved for last! The staff is amazing! Friendly, positive, fun and sweet! All of them. I worked with Taylor, and she helped me find the most perfect gown. The funny thing is, it was a gown I didn't think I'd like. I wanted strapless, and very sparkly, A-line or mermaid/trumpet, all ivory. She brought me a Martina Liana gown, style 904, and it was PERFECT!!! AS SOON AS I PUT IT ON I KNEW IT WAS THE ONE!!! Taylor knew me better than I knew myself. I think I tried on one, maybe two more dresses, but wanted to only wear the Martina Liana. It was gorgeous and stunning and I want to wear it all the time still! The price was just right and the service was constantly impeccable. From the moment I walked in to the salon to the day I picked up my dress, every encounter was perfect. I had some alterations done, and they were perfect as well. I do wish I had it hemmed about 1/2 an inch in the front, or a smidge more. It was a perfect length for pictures, standing & walking, but when we had our first dance, I had to hold it a up a little so he didn't step on it. But that was my fault for not asking. It truly was the lovliest dress. I will recommend Bella Bianca to everyone. It was the bridal shopping experience I always hoped I would have, & then some!

Bella Bianca in Oakbrook is such a great bridal boutique to work with! My sister found the store online from out of town, and we were easily able to schedule a bridal gown appointment. The staff accommodated my somewhat large group of guests as they traveled in from out of town, and Kristin, my bridal consultant, made my experience a dream. I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bianca’s! They always made me feel special. Kiara was my main person of contact. She gave amazing recommendations when needed and always remembered me when I came in, even when I wasn’t there to meet with her specifically. Everyone at Bella Bianca’s always made me feel like a beautiful bride. They were extremely helpful and had a great eye for helping me put together my wedding day ensemble. Though my price point was fairly decent, they were truly committed to helping me find a dress I was in love with, and the dress I found was well below my price! A huge plus for me! My seamstress was so sweet and gentle. With the arrival of everything, I received a phone call and an email updating me. The day I took everything home, all items were packaged with extreme care. The bridesmaid dresses were also purchased from Bella Bianca’s. Each girl, though different, loved the fit and color of the dresses chosen for her. Bella Bianca was the best choice for our entire lady wardrobe needs for my wedding!!

Bella Bianca was simply AMAZING. From the moment I walked into the salon I felt welcomed and thrilled to be there. The girls offered my mom, maid of honor and myself water as soon as we walked in the door for our appointment. I appreciated that they took the time to really get to know me upon arrival and then let me explore on my own before even meeting my consultant. My consultant, Kylene, was wonderful. She had me walk around with her and had me talk about what things were immediately catching my eye. Once that happened we went into one of the dressing rooms where we talked about my fiancé and my overall vision for my wedding and she told me to get comfortable in the big soft robe and that she'd be back. She brought in three dresses to start and I fell in love with dress #1. We tried five more but it all came back to dress #1. Kylene was excellent about helping me in and out of dresses and telling me all about each one. She was NEVER pushy or forceful whatsoever. Finally she brought out a veil that brought me to tears when she put it on. It was that "bridal moment" and I knew I was sold on all of it. They offered champagne, took my measurements, explained everything they were doing while measuring me and were even so gracious as to extend the Lazaro Trunk Show discount to me as it was going on this weekend at the Chicago salon. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Bella Bianca to anyone in the Chicago area again and again. You've won me over!

They had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was fantastic and really made the experience memorable. I loved my Lazaro dress. I had the BEST experience with Bella Bianca! I was not expecting to find my dress here, as it was my first bridal appointment and I am from out of state. I ended up falling in love with the very first dress I tried on! My stylist, Ashley was so great! I told her what I was looking for and she knew what to dresses to pull and even helped me pick my accessories out in the same appointment. I had a specific "dream dress" in mind, which I ended up getting (Lazaro 3415) and Erika was great at finding other dresses that would fit the style that I was going for so I could try some various ones on. Still ended up going with that first one though. They give you 10% off for buying on your first appointment, so if you have a dress in mind like I did, you can save the tax off your dress, which can be a lot for some of the dresses they sell here! I only had 5 months to get my dress and they were nice enough to waive the "rush" fee since it usually takes around 8 months (more if you want hollow-to-hem), and my dress came in about 3 months!

Dress shopping was the one part of my wedding I wasn't the most excited for. I got referred to Bella Bianca by a friend and was SO glad it was the FIRST and ONLY place I went! Kristin payed very close attention to what my budget was, but also the overall look I was going for. She would not bring in anything over my budget unless I gave her the okay. I ended up finding the PERFECT gown, and had so many people reach out to me about how perfect, beautiful, and one of a kind it was!
I had heard alterations could absolutely kill you at bridal boutiques. NOT HERE! They were extremely reasonable and made sure to go through every charge so I understood what was happening with my dress. (Lets keep in mind this gown was fully beaded and full of so much detail, so I was expecting a hefty alteration cost!)

Their dresses are definitely not the cheapest but the quality is fantastic. Just know that you'll be spending at least $2000 on a dress if you decide to buy from there.

Erika Hernadez was my sales associate and I can't say enough good things about her. She listened to what I "thought" I wanted and also provided me with alternatives she thought I would look good in. She discouraged me from trying on anything over my price point so that I would not love the unattainable. She was friendly, honest, and helped put me in the perfect dress for me. They want the experience for you and your guests to be magical and it was. I also had my alterations done at the Bella Bianca Oak Brook location. Kiara was beyond this world! I was looking for a tea length bridal gown (hard to find believe it or not) and Kiara came to the rescue. At first, the only dress in stock was way out of my price range, so I left my first dress hunting experience in disappointment. BUT rest assured, Kiara didn't stop looking. She went above and beyond to find that perfect dress. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found the PERFECT dress!!! The price was also right. This is the best bridal salon in the Chicagoland area. I purchased my wedding dress here along with my bridesmaid dresses and jewelry for my September 2015 wedding. My sister is now getting married, and she also found her dress here! All the staff members are so friendly and helpful, especially the consultant I worked with, Tracy! She was able to follow my feedback to find exactly what I was looking for, and she made me feel beyond comfortable throughout the process. The dress selection is vast, and they have a wide range of price points. I had my alterations done here as well, and they did a fantastic job. They even allowed me to come in the week of my wedding for a third fitting as I had a last minute freak out about the fit of a minor area of my dress. I cannot say enough about this place – and I have been to MANY salons! I would most definitely recommend coming here in the search for your wedding dress.

I made an appointment with my mom, future mother-in-law and maid of honor to try on dresses. They were coming in from all areas of the country and I wanted it to be special. I did my research and found Bella Bianca through reviews and they had a great selection of designers that i liked. I got paired with stylist, Erika, and she was phenomenal! She let us got through the store and look through the racks with her. She would pull a few dresses out to see my thoughts. She was very attentive and a lot of fun to work with. She ended up pulling my dress and said I think this will look amazing on you. As soon as I walked out in that dress, I had my bridal moment where everyone started to tear up. She brought out champagne and helped me choose accessories. I can't wait to work with them through alterations.

Kiara was fantastic. Bella was the first and only place I shopped because I was looking for a specific designer. I picked out my dress on my first visit there but then had second thoughts and she couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. I came back and tried on the dress I thought I should have chosen and picked that one instead. The process was easy to switch the dress over (it had only been a couple of days so they hadn't ordered the other dress yet) and they even refunded us some money since the first dress was more expensive!
The girl who did my alterations was outstanding (short dark hair with a little red in it). It took us a little longer than usual to figure out the perfect way to bustle it and she was very patient with me and made sure I loved it!
I was excited every time I had a fitting not only because I got to put my dress on but because I knew all the girls at Bella would be so happy and cheerful when I walked in the door!
Thank you for making my first step in the wedding planning process so perfect and memorable!
I will be back with my girlfriend's when they start getting married because I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Beautiful selection of dresses!
Kiara was a phenomenal consultant to work with. Kiara listened to my likes and dislikes, helped me try on all the dresses I selected, and then sweetly asked if she could bring something for me to try that "I might really like" - well, that was the dreams of my dreams...
The seamstress aslo did a great job, efficient and on time (a little on the pricy side, but you pay for what you get for!)
I am so happy with the quality, service and professionalism from this team. Thank you for making this so much fun, and the little champagne for saying yes to the dress is a great touch!

Found my dream dress! Prices range from cheap to expensive. Ask for Christy, she will make your dress trying experience a time to remember! They have hundreds of dresses....if you can't find your dress here you won't be able to find it anywhere!

Bella Bianca Bridal Couture in Oakbrook Terrace was the second place I went in search for my perfect dress and I found just that! I worked with Kiara from my very first appointment and she was wonderful! She helped me from the start try on dress after dress and even gave her opinion but not in a pushy way. I felt as though she was actually interested in what I was looking for, rather than just trying to make a sale. She helped me with options such as belts and straps once I found the dress I loved.
At Bella Bianca, they are very professional and on top of all their appointments as well. The staff called me prior to every appointment to remind and verify that I would be in which I think it both helpful to their clients and their business as well.
Once I found my perfect dress, I went ahead and did the alterations there as well. Everything went very smoothly. My dress, belt and straps came in on time and then I started the alterations appointments from there. The woman who did my altertations was very nice and helpful; always concerned with what I wanted and how the dress felt to me.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Bella Bianca Bridal Couture in Oakbrook Terrace to any future bride! Each staff member was wonderful to work with and so helpful!

Amazing Bridal Salon! Everything the dress shopping experience should be. The owners were very professional and know exactly what they are doing. I found my dress here after only trying on 5 dresses because the owner knew exactly what types of dress to select for me. I would highly recommend this above any other salon in GR. It completely blows the others out of the water.

I could have not been any happier with the services at Bella Bianca. The employees made me feel like family and my dress was unbelievable. It was way out of my price range, but everyone agrees with me that it was worth every penny!

I went to many places around Chicagoland and the Bella Bianca Chicago location is where I found my dress. I thought that out of everywhere this place had the best quality dresses. The Oakbrook location is okay, but the dresses didn't seem as nice and the staff there wasn't as friendly. They are expensive but worth it if you want something absolutely beautiful and different for your wedding day. Everyone was really helpful and they sized me spot on for the dress so the dress only required minor alterations at the Oakbrook location. The seamstress was very nice, friendly, and helpful there as well. She did a wonderful job.

I can't express enough how happy I am that I chose my beautiful dress from Bella Bianca in Oakbrook. I was lucky enough to work with Kiara the first time I went in and chose my dress and several times after that. She was so helpful, had great suggestions and always made us feel welcome. I had been to about 7 other stores before Bella Bianca and had actually found my dress at another store, but chose to buy it from Bella Bianca because of the great experience I had shopping with them. My Hayley Paige dress was more that I could have ever dreamed of, and it looked stunning on my wedding day! Their alterations team was great too! I would recommend Bella Bianca to any bride looking for a top notch experience with so many stunning dresses to choose from!

I was quite pleased with the service at Bella Bianca - they were very helpful to me, and the atmosphere was perfect for a wonderful wedding dress shopping experience. Kate was very helpful to me. She made the process fun, and she set my mind at ease. The seamstress was amazing as well. I thank them, and recommend shopping with them for bridal gowns as well as bridesmaid dresses. This was by far the best bridal salon we went to in all of our dress shopping. The service is impeccable, the selection is fantastic. They carry some of the best designers in a surprising range of prices. The dress we found was within our original budget and is truly my dream dress.
The viewing area is private and comfortable-- they have a pedestal with huge mirrors, and the dressing rooms have giant mirrors as well so you can see the dresses before you show them to the group.
I also love the way they help you pick out the dresses you'll try on-- you walk through the store WITH the consultant, so you both get to see their full selection and don't feel overwhelmed by the number of dresses and the organization. This is the perfect balance of those two styles.
Dresses can take about 8 months to order, so start early... But I have to say, I'd recommend to all my friends to start at Bella Bianca!

I had a great experience with Bella Bianca. You truly get treated like you're the bride when you come here! They even ask "Do you want to say yes to the dress?" haha and you and your crew get champagne to toast! Loved that! The changing rooms, robes, and bathrooms are so nice. My MOH and I also found the bridesmaids dresses here and you get a 10% (I believe it was 10) discount if the bride has purchased her dress there, which was really nice. My alterations were absolutely wonderful and my dress turned out perfect!

I worked with Kelly to find the perfect dress for my big day. She was so warm and helpful. At the time of my first appointment I was a size 16 which is a 20 in bridal. The shop does not carry "plus size" samples so Kelly and I managed to squeeze me into most of the dresses I wanted to try on. Dealing with me must not have been easy for Kelly because I didn't really know what I wanted and I had my large crazy family with me. Kelly was able to pull the perfect dress for me, a gorgeous Larazo gown, and she even helped give me the confidence I needed to stick with that gown regardless of the lack of enthusiasm from my family. I could not be happier with my gown. I also chose to get my alterations done through the store; another fantastic decision.

After my two best friends found their wedding dresses at Bella Bianca, and I found many of my bridesmaid dresses, I knew Bella Bianca was the right store for me to purchase my wedding gown! Every consultant at the store was super helpful and helped me find my PERFECT dress! I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on! Of course I tried on four more dresses just to make sure, but the first dress was the one! After I said yes to the dress, the Bella Bianca team helped me celebrate with my sister and mom with a champagne toast! They made the day so enjoyable for me, it made me never want to leave the store! I found my veil, bridesmaid dresses and my jewelry at Bella too and received so many compliments on it all! Every friend of mine that gets engaged, I tell them right away to go straight to Bella Bianca! They all LOVE it just as much as me!

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Bianca Chicago boutique. The whole process was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. Cara helped me pick out my gown. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me dresses that I would like. Both the manager and Cara took the time to answer all our questions. I absolutely LOVED my experience at Bella Bianca in Oakbrook Terrace. It was the 3rd place I went to try on dresses and I was blown away. I worked with Kiara and I honestly don't think I could have found anyone better. She didn't limit me to trying on any dresses because of my size (I'm a size 12 in normal clothes). Anything I said I liked, she pulled and tried it on. I found the most amazing dress in the world, I just have to save a little first, and was pleasantly surprised that nobody pressured me into buying anything. They were great with communication and always called me with updates regarding my dress and accessory order. After trying on many, many dresses and going to way too many shops I ended up buying my beautiful Lazaro gown at Bella Bianca. From my first appointment, to my final alteration appointment I had such a great experience at this shop. We were having some issues getting my dress just right, and I appreciated the alterations gal spending so much time with me to be sure I was happy. I LOVED my experience here. Prior to my visit to Bella, I had visited several Chicago Bridal shops (on Oak Street) and had terrible experiences.
The good stuff: you get to look at the dresses and pick out what YOU want to try on! I cannot stress enough how important this is. In other shops, I was subject to the taste level of the person picking dresses out for me to try on! I found that to be a waste of time. It also made dress shoping tense and uncomfortable.
I LOVED the sweet and comfortable feeling of this shop. They know the business and treat you with respect. I will say that I wound up spending more money than I budgeted for but that was my choice...no one was pushy.
My sales person took time with me and made me feel special. At the end..we celebrated with some champagne!
I was so discouraged at first (Oak Street) and wish I would have gone here first.
It is worth the drive from Chicago.

I went into Bella Bianca with an idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress, a sweetheart A line gown. Melissa and Natalie helped me out as I tried on a few dresses. I was in betweeen 2 gorgeous gowns, and 1 was exactly the style I wanted but didnt have enough bling for what I was looking for, and the other had all the bling I was looking for, but was not the sweetheart neckline that I wanted. They suggested that they could take the dress that had all the bling I wanted and recreate the top of the dress where they took off the mesh and swarvoski crystals and made the top into a sweetheart neckline and sewed all the swarvoski crystals back on. I went in for a few fittings, and they were able to recreate the entire top of my dress within 3 months. Their seamstress is unbelievable! She was sooo amazing, she listened to any concerns I had, was very gentle and delicate, and every time I went back in, she just amazed me with her talent! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a wedding dress. Their selection is incredible, and they are all sooo sweet to work with, and again their seamstress I cannot say enough about how amazing, and wonderful she is!!

I purchased my wedding gown from Bella Bianca, and I am so happy I did. As I read horror stories of other brides who shopped at chain stores, I feel fortunate that I made my choice to buy where I did. My dress came in plenty of time for my wedding, and the alterations were done in-house by a very talented seamstress. The girls who own the shop as well as their employees are friendly, and not at all pretentious. They make you feel right at home, and are constantly making sure that you are satisfied.
The day that I was due to pick up my dress, they had a power outage that affected most of the area. The owner of the shop called me personally to tell me that the power was out, and made sure that everything would still be perfect, no matter what! This made me sure that they are an amazing business that really understands how important weddings are to a bride.
I was so happy with my experiences that I also selected my bridesmaid dresses there.

I cannot say enough great things about Bella Bianca. From the first time we walked in, to the last time I walked out, they were amazing. I worked with Candyce and she helped me find the perfect dress. She listened to what I was looking for and never once tried putting me over my budget. There was no pressure, just like shopping with a good friend. And of course the dresses are stunning.
I also had my alterations done there and the dress turned out beautiful. Luckily I didn't need much altered, but what I did have done was done beautifully and quickly.
I definitely definitely recommend Bella Bianca if you want the bridal gown shopping experience you've always dreamt about.

Not only did they have the dress of my dreams, but I was fortunate enough to be able to meet the designer in person! The staff was very helpful and my seamstress, Anita, was phenomenal.
