Great service, amazing quality!

My husband and I just recently got married (6/12/21), and purchased our wedding bands from Beeghly & Co. We were very pleased with our experience. Sarah (Brooks) was very patient and made sure our rings were ready and appropriately sized in time for our big day. We would highly recommend Beeghly & Co. to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings!

I’m April 2020 I bent my engagement ring. Being in the thick of lockdown, I had no idea what to do. Beeghly’s had me bring my ring in and fixed it within a day! I loved their customer service so much, we purchased mine and my husbands wedding bands here!

Always great service

My husband bought my engagement ring here and Lisa was who he consulted with. She and everyone at Beeghlys is exceptional helpful. We decided to also purchase our wedding bands as well. Even with covid, it was easy to make a private appointment.

Beautiful ring

Purchased my husband's wedding band there. Very helpful and kind! We did not feel pressured to make a purchase and they worked with us to find the perfect band.

Perfect Jeweler

My fiance designed my engagement ring himself, and he spent hours with the staff at Beeghley's doing so. He described the experience after the proposal, and was delighted with how attentive the staff were throughout the process. Not to mention, the ring is gorgeous!!! The consultant he worked with sent us a personal note afterwards, as well as a congratulations card after our wedding.
We were provided a credit towards our wedding bands, so we returned to purchase them at Beeghley's, also, They arrived quickly, were exactly as we selected, and were very reasonably priced. After our positive experience, my mom returned to Beeghley's to purchase me a ring, which she gave me prior to the wedding, also. It is a silver band with a band of diamonds in the middle, which spins like an "adult fidget spinner." I LOVE this piece, too, and will definitely return to Beeghley's in the future!

Love, love, love Bernie and Beeghlyand Company Jewelers. My husband went to Bernie to purchase my engagement ring. I was not a ring wearer, and we never spoke about rings. Through his conversations with Bernie about me (and her skillful questions and mindful listening), I now wear a gorgeous ring that is absolutely perfect. It's stunning, fits my style, extremely high quality, and so meaningful because of the absolute surprise. With this superior service and incredible quality, it was a no-brained to return for our wedding bands. Again, we were treated just wonderfully - including some quick turn around for the final cleaning/dipping before our wedding day. Beeghly (and Bernie) is by far our jeweler of choice!

Travelled from south Florida to Beeghly and had an eternity ring custom designed for our anniversary. Patti and Brook are amazing! Customer service, the design, the craftsmanship exceeded every expectation. The ring is perfect. Also, the entire jewelry collection is so unique. Beeghly is the BEST!

First my husband designed the most perfect engagement ring there. Then we went back for our wedding bands. The staff there is all phenomenal. They take the time to answer questions, give details, and find you exactly what you are looking for. My engagement ring and wedding band both have fancy cut diamonds. This is the place to go for quality, awesome customer service, and a custom look!

Hard to say enough good things about Beeghly and Co. My sweetie is very happy with her ring. We picked the right stone and then designed the ring we wanted. it took about three months. Fran kept us informed through phone calls and emailing us pictures as the design was finalized and the ring made.

Bernie was the best at Beeghly! This place is close to my house but I shopped all the mall stores and ended up choosing Beeghly because of their selection and flexibility. We also purchased my wife's wedding bands here and ended up buying mine there as well. Worth the trip and would rather buy from someone local than a chain store.

When I first came to the store, Jennifer helped me by looking for the specific style of wedding band I was searching for. After going to many different shops, she assured me that they would be able to find me something and if not they could custom make something for me that would be in my budget. She informed me of a ring event they had the first weekend in April that would have a variety of designers in attendance and I may find something I was looking for at this event. When I arrived to this event, I was greeted by Jennifer, but was tended on by Wendy. Wendy was very helpful and searched through all the designer's selections to try to find what I was searching for. Unfortunately nothing from the designers really made me say "it's the one!" so Wendy helped me design my custom wedding band that would be within my budget. Meeting their custom jewelers and getting a tour of their design shop was spectacular as well. And to my absolute shock, when I made a deposit for my custom ring, they entered me into a raffle for a drawing for a gift card. They called me to come down to the shop, and when I walked in they totally shocked me and told me I had won ! They are absolutely an amazing company to work with and I look forward to getting my custom wedding band from them. I highly recommend both the shop as well as woking with Wendy or Jennifer, they were both accommodating, friendly and informative.

Beeghly is the best jeweler around. We've purchased the engagement ring and our wedding bands from here and only received the best service and quality. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Without her we would've been totally overwhelmed looking for rings.

I happened across Beeghly & Co. while searching for a very specific type of jeweler. I am a (rather fussy) mechanical engineer who had already designed an engagement ring and needed someone to turn it into a reality. You can imagine my excitement when I learned that Beeghly could import my CAD data, 3D print a wax mold, and then cast the ring in a traditional manner. It almost seemed too good to be true. I had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer and Allen and would suggest this jeweler to anyone. Even if you aren't quite as particular as I am, they'll help you find (or make) whatever you want. Highly recommended.

Beeghly and Co was great to work with for creating a custom engagement ring. My fiance wanted a very unique ring with a green sapphire she saw on line. I provided pictures to Beeghly and Co who was able to source a sapphire based on specific desires and replicate the setting my fiance wanted. Beeghly and Co was very responsive with the timing of things.

Jennifer at Beeghly and Company Jewelers was of the utmost help when I was selecting the perfect setting and diamond for the engagement ring. I knew from the beginning that I could trust Jennifer to help me find the perfect ring while not have to worry about the quality and service. The service I received was at the top among other retailers. She assured me that I would have exactly what I wanted without any issues. I am glad I went to Beeghly (didn't even need to go anywhere else) because the service, followup service, quality, etc, everything was exactly what I had hoped for. She spoke to me and not at me, explaining all of the ins and outs of ring shopping. I would recommend Beeghly (and Jennifer) to anyone who is looking for not just and engagement ring but any type or jewelry or watches (I have purchased two from them).

Beeghly and Company exceeded my expectations. I would highly suggest visiting this small, personal establishment over any larger, more commercial jeweler. They have a wonderful selection of rings in-house, but should they not have just the right engagement or wedding ring then one can request a custom order. All of this is done with a personal touch that can only be gotten from a small business such as this one.

This was for a 35th wedding anniversary. I had always admired eternity rings and so we settled on that. But there were so many choices and decisions that I really needed the expert and gentle guidance I received from Fran at Beeghly and Company Jewelers. She met with me 3-4 times discussing various options. Each time she was patient, answered all my questions and helped me settle on a simply amazingly beautiful eternity band. Over the years I have purchased things for special occasions from Beeghy and I always cherish the items acquired through them. Amy and Brian, and now Allison, are all terrific as are their staff.

Beeghly is our new favorite Jeweler for life! Jennifer is so wonderful to work with. There is never any pressure to get you to buy something. They help you find what you actually want. They have a great selection of beautiful designers. They have unique options too. They brought in different loose diamonds so that we could see them up close and choose what we wanted. They threw in a lot of great perks - restaurant gift certificate, discounts to other businesses, etc. Highly recommend!!

We came to Beeghley knowing we would need a custom wedding band for my custom engagement ring. I had an idea in my head of what I would like. I described my idea to the best of my ability. They NAILED it! It is the perfect compliment to my engagement ring! My now husband also decided to purchase his ring there as well. Nicole was very helpful and worked closely with me in designing the perfect engagement ring. I looked at several places and couldn't find what I wanted but Nicole was able to help in getting me the perfect ring. The price was very competitive and the work was outstanding. Same day ring sizing was free of charge too.

This is a great jeweler! Their service is wonderful! They shared great advice when selecting my engagement ring and wedding bands. In terms of flexibility and value, they really helped us out by shipping our rings to us (out of state)! We've gone back to get our rings checked at no cost. Love this place!

Brian and Jennifer were amazing in helping my fiancé select and design my engagement ring!! They were so patient and knowledgeable as my fiance went through the process and made the perfect, unique ring for our special occasion! Afterward, we went together to design our wedding bands, and they have shown us the same courtesy and attention. The staff, especially Alison, was phenomenal. My fiancé bought my engagement ring as estate jewelry and so we were trying to find a matching wedding band. They worked hard trying to find a match but as one didnt exist they went to work making me a custom band. They explained everything and never pressured us to buy anything. We even made changes along the way that they had no trouble accommodating. The ring is gorgeous!

In all fairness to this retailer, I must post that Mr. Beeghly called me after reading my post. He was very sorry we had left the store feeling that way and said this is not a usual occurance. The fact that he called me proves he is a man concerned about his business, customers and reputation in the community...that was nice. Perhaps we can all learn from this experience; maybe Red was having a bad day, maybe I read to much into it, maybe we should have all talked a bit more before the fuse was lit. At any rate, it takes a strong leader to make a phone call to an irate customer. I'm glad that he did and hope to put the incident behind us as a "off day". This really is a wonderful jewlery store with quality items. I hope I am welcome back should I be in the area again.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here, and we purchased both of our wedding bands at Beeghly & Co. as well. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and have taken very good care of us. We will continue to use Beeghly & Co. for any jewelry needs in the future.

This jeweler provided both of our wedding bands. They are great to work with and have a gorgeous selection of wedding bands. I had my engagement ring custom made at another place, and Beeghly created an exact wedding band to match. Very professional and well knowledged.

Brian was very helpful with fixing my engagement ring, that broke only a few years after my husband and I were married. I am very happy with the service and results.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! We have been purchasing trollbeads from this store for 5 years. I have 11 bracelets and over 400 trollbeads. Not all purchased from this store but at the very least 50-75 have been purchased here. We don't look like "jewlery" people, but we have the ability to buy what we want when we want it; and this stuffy establishment shouldn't make assumptions on appearances. We were also there to pick up 3 rings Beegley's had appraised for us. I had a defective trollbead I wanted to replace and according to Trollbead's Franchise policy, I am able to replace a defective item in any authorized trollbead establishment. Big Red waited on us today and immediately had an attitude from the second we walked into the store....she had already determined we were "not worthy"....and so the problems begin. I am from WV, but my inlaws live in Mt. Pleasant. We had dropped off 3 diamond rings in December to be appraised and told them we would be back to pick them up when we were in PA again. No problem. An icy "May I help you" came from Big Red as we entered the store and she eyed us disapprovingly as we approached the counter. There was a bead event going on so I thought I would look at the inventory. Red was having none of that as she simply wanted to hustle out the non buying lookers, or so she thought. When I told her I was there to pick up our appraisals, she said "produce the slips and I'll get them". I told her I had my drivers license and a photo of the slips on my iphone. She then started her quizzing of where I had purchased my defective trollbead, she had no record of it, there was only 3 beads on their records for my purchases...etc. When I told her I knew what Trollbead's official policy was regarding defective beads/locks/bracelets she went to another employee and you could see that she was not happy with replacing the bead. Paid for appraisals, left. We are done with this store. Don't subject yourself to their snobbery. Zero star rating.
