An absolute dream!

Stacey is the absolute best! She did my hair and makeup for both my wedding day and my engagement shoot. She created flawlessly natural looks that looked amazing in photography for me both times. Plus my makeup looked perfect all day and night, even after sweating up a storm on the dance floor! She is extremely talented at both hair and makeup. I have gone to other hair stylists and makeup artists and always ask to look like myself but elevated with soft curls. She is the first one to capture exactly what I was hoping for! And as an added bonus she is extremely sweet and easy to chat with!

I also have to add that Stacey is extremely organized, responsive, and just a genuinely wonderful human. She brought in a team to handle all of my bridesmaids and my mom and soon to be mother in law. Everyone looked amazing and cohesive, even though each bridesmaid asked for different styles of looks. Stacey personally did my mom’s hair and my sister’s makeup and they also loved her work.

I have nothing but amazing things to say. Thank you so much Stacey for going above and beyond and making me feel ever so confident on my wedding day!

Amazing!! Stacey is wonderful!!

Stacey and her entire team are the sweetest people!! I had the pleasure to work with her twice as a COVID bride and I could not have LOVED her more! Her spirit, her joy and her work are incredible. She was such a joy to have around on a special day like a wedding. She was so attentive prior to the day, answered all my questions and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. When I had to re-schedule my larger celebration a year later she was personally booked with another wedding but I got to work with 3 amazing members of her team and couldn’t have been happier. Madison Brinkerhoff, Ashley Barrett and Megan Lopez were wonderful. My whole bridal party kept raving about how sweet each of them was and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do hair/makeup for the wedding. I couldn’t recommend Stacey and her team anymore!!! Choosing her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day for sure!!

Stacey is the BEST

I LOVE Stacey — not only did she talk to me about Harry Potter and cats, but she also made me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Double-win. I had never had my hair or my make-up professionally done in the past, so I had no idea what the experience would be. I’m sure I was a bundle of nerves when Stacey showed up for my trial (which I highly recommend doing!), but there was honestly nothing that I should have worried about. Stacey is an expert at highlighting your natural beauty; I never felt like any part of me was being hidden under heavy makeup. I was authentically me at my wedding, and that was so wonderful. Stacey also worked with me to make sure I was pleased with my makeup and hair and was happy to make any small tweaks to my look.

On the day of the wedding, Stacey and her team arrived early and worked efficiently to make sure myself and my bridal party were done on-time for pictures before the ceremony. We had such a fun time with Stacey and her team, listening to music and chatting. It definitely helped me settle down before seeing my husband for the first time! As an extra bonus, my hair and make-up lasted throughout the warm June day and through all the dancing I did at the reception! I am so grateful to Stacey for helping me feel confident and beautiful on this important day.

Highly recommend!

Stacey and her team did such a beautiful job with hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party. I love the "natural skin" finish she espouses. I felt radiant but still like myself on my wedding day. It was important to me to find someone who could handle a large group (pre-covid) across a variety of ages/skin tones and Stacey and team really delivered - everyone looked phenomenal! I was also impressed with how fast, efficient, and organized they were. We even finished up ahead of schedule - NOT an easy feat with a large group! The cherry on top is that Stacey is such a warm, friendly person and a pleasure to be around. She even helped me with some finishing touches during pictures and when I changed for my reception. Highly recommend her!

A true artist and professional, Stacey is the best!

Stacey is amazing! We got married during Covid-times, in a 10-person wedding, and Stacey was so flexible, accommodating, and professional. She did makeup and hair for three of us, and we all felt safe and well taken care of. She set up her work station outside and sanitized everything in between clients. We did not have to worry about anything and just enjoyed getting pampered.

Also due to the times, we weren't able to do a makeup trial beforehand, but Stacey did a perfect job! Stacey came prepared and had been in contact with me for weeks before the wedding to talk through my looks. I didn't have much in mind and decided to trust her judgment and it turned out perfect. I felt so naturally beautiful, with the right amount of makeup that lasted all through the day.

Stacey is a true artist and professional, and I am so happy to have had the chance to work with her. Thank you for everything, Stacey!

I am so thankful that I chose to go with Stacey as my hair and make-up artist for my wedding day! From the moment I met her for my trial I immediately gravitated towards her kind spirit. She was so easy to talk to and really listened to what I had envisioned for my big day. The communication was seamless and she was flexible when I had to make adjustments. If you are looking for a make-up artist or hair guru, look no further! Stacey is an absolute gem and her team are amazing at what they do. I am a Cosmetologist and Esthetician so when my spouse mentioned hiring someone for our Disney themed wedding, at first, I was trying to be cheap and was going to try to do everything myself. They didn’t want me to be stressed though and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. When we found Stacey, it was truly meant to be. My expectations were high, but she blew all expectations out of the water! She was super professional, super personable, wonderful at what she does, and just a great human being. She was always quick to respond and really listened to our needs to make sure that everything was perfect. There was a total of 9 girls (including two brides!) and Stacey, Tiana, Gaby, Bianca, and Kate helped us get ready with time to spare keeping the mood fun, relaxed, and just made our experience really wonderful that I will treasure for years to come. They never made us feel any different for being a same-sex couple, and just treated us like brides and made us feel like queens (or Disney princesses!). We cannot say enough nice things and thank them enough and if you book them, you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 would recommend :D

Amazing!! And fun!

Stacey was fabulous! I was looking for a natural / not too done up look and she is perfect for this. Listened to my requests and made any adjustments for the big day! She makes you feel comfortable, very easy to get a hold of/ communicate with, and a cat lover :) l, and super fun! We ran just a tad behind schedule on the actual day but everything worked out well and we had a ton of fun getting ready. I was worried about my makeup staying through tears and dancing and it didn’t budge! You will be in good hands. Thank you so much Stacey!!

Fab-u-lous!

Stacey and her team were a fabulous, dream team to work with. Stacey is easy going, flexible, and super supportive! She checked in weekly prior to wedding asking if there was anything I needed. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and love the natural, glowy look Stacey achieves. I had done a trial with Stacey before but switched up my look on the day of the wedding. She was accommodating and let me know her thoughts along the way to help me out. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked fabulous and everyone was beyond thrilled with their final look. One bridesmaid commented that her hair/makeup for my wedding looked better than her own wedding. I am so thankful I hired Stacey for my big day! Best Decision Ever

I cannot say enough great things about Stacey! As a bride, there will naturally be many stressful moments, so that's why it was important for me to work with a beauty expert who not only had incredible make-up & hair skills (which she's a true pro) but to also have someone by my side who just made me feel happy!

My husband and I were married over Columbus Day weekend, and throughout all 3 of the wedding events, she not only made me feel beautiful on the outside, but had a way of keeping things zen throughout the entire time. She is so easy to get along with and she truly knows how to bring out your best features while making sure you look like you on your big day!

Stacey was with me throughout my entire wedding day - she was the first person I saw and she stayed with me throughout all of my photos, all the way to our evening reception. And one tip for all the brides out there, surround yourself with people that make you feel good. That is exactly what Stacey did for me.

Throughout all the touch-ups, 2 different hair styles, and even going above and beyond to ensure that my dress was in place for all the photos, she is a gem. Working with Stacey for your big day will be the best decision you make.

Best Decision

Hiring Stacey and her team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. She was so easy to communicate with and totally captured the vision I had.

She is the absolute queen of natural makeup but can also create the most stunning glam makeup. I wanted a step up from "all natural", more of a "glam" look, but I still wanted to look like myself— and she absolutely killed it.

Not only is she one of the most skilled makeup artists, she's one of the coolest people (and also a cat lover which adds major points in my book). Her team was so professional, incredibly talented, and an absolute joy to work with. My bridal party looked stunning! Thank you Stacey!!!

Wedding Beauty QUEEN!!!

Stacey is THE BEST!!! Not only is the amazing at what she does, but she’s all around the sweetest person to work with. Let me start by saying that I was REALLY afraid to hire a wedding makeup artist…I kept seeing a lot of over-the-top glam from other MUAs, and I dreaded looking too overdone and not like myself. It was really important to me to hire someone who understood the sun-kissed dewy natural look that I wanted for myself and my bridesmaids…that’s where Stacey comes in!

Stacey and her team really delivered exactly what I was looking for and made me feel beautiful!!! We did a trial session a couple months before the wedding (highly recommend this no matter who you end up working with!) where we workshopped my wedding day beauty together, and she took detailed notes of all my feedback. On my wedding day, she knew exactly what I wanted and totally nailed it! Her team also executed my bridesmaids’ looks perfectly while keeping each of their individual beauty needs in mind. Everyone was so impressed with their hair and makeup, and felt beautiful and confident all day long!

Stacey and her team are professional but really FUN, they were right on time and stuck to schedule, played the best music, and made everyone feel super comfortable in the chair! What’s more, I didn’t realize how important it ended up being to have a glam squad with such a calming presence. As many brides know, getting ready the day of your wedding is generally very chaotic, and it feels like you’re being pulled in a million different directions on top of being overwhelmed about the day you’ve imagined for so long. Stacey and her team have wonderful energy and really helped center me in the hours leading up to my ceremony. Stacey is just a lovely, lovely person, and I hope I have the chance to work with her again soon! Stop scrolling and hire her before she books up!

Stacey is a god send

Stacey is not only one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is the BEST makeup artist. I could cry writing about how beautiful she made me feel on my wedding day.

I got married May 25, 2019 in Swan Valley, Idaho. I felt so honored that Stacey came all the way to the middle of nowhere to do my makeup. I asked if she would be able to do my mom and mother in laws makeup as well. They both kept saying how much they loved their makeup and conservations. She has this calming energy about her. It was what I needed on that day as well.

As a fellow makeup artist and hairstylist I am very picky about who I would trust to do my makeup and there is nobody better than Stacey. I gave her one picture of a color palette I liked and she killed it. I looked in the mirror when I was done and I was almost in tears!
Everyone complimented my makeup that day. Even when I show people photos they also say how great my makeup looks. I even slept in it that night( ended up being too tired to remove) and it still looked the same the day after! I’d don’t know what her magic powers are but if you are getting married and need a makeup artist, Stacey is the one. She is crazy talented and one of the most genuine, kind hearted people I have ever met.

Stacey is amazing!

Stacey and her team are amazing. As soon as I reached out to Stacey, her professionalism and her kindness put me at ease. I had such a good feeling about her from the very beginning. I really liked the questionnaire she sent out before the trial, and appreciated when she referred to a lot of my answers during the trial run for hair and makeup. She really paid attention to my concerns about my hair and skin, especially for the day of the wedding. Her knowledge is vast and her skills are impeccable. Stacey was open and communicated well the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. I had a few concerns regarding the timeline and getting all six of my bridesmaids ready on time. She was very reassuring and everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding. Stacey and Gabby did an amazing job on everyone in my bridal party. Amazing to work with

It was such a pleasure to work with Stacey and her team. From the very beginning, she was very responsive to any questions that I had. She was even emailing me back during her vacation. She was also very accommodating on adding other services a few days before the wedding. She put together a timeline of when, which person was going to get their hair/make-up done and it fit perfectly with my wedding time line. On the day of, she arrived on time, with another member of her team, Cindy. They kept everyone on schedule and we were all done earlier than planned. For my make-up, I showed her a picture of what I wanted to look like and she nailed it! Stacey was great!!!

I got married in Feb 2019 and Stacey did hair and makeup for myself, my Mum, my MIL, my SIL, and my sister. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The results turned out amazing and Stacey is such a pleasure to work with. I had been fretting about my hair even after I had a trial because I couldn’t decide on whether or not I wanted to wear my hair up or down (first world Bridal problems). I explained my indecision to Stacey and she was really understanding, reassuring, and willing to work with me however I wanted. As fate would have it, it torrentially rained the day of my Wedding. That made the decision of having hair up easier. I showed Stacey a slightly different style from what she had done at the trial and she executed it even better than the photo. I had a really lacy elegant gown and she did a hairdo that many people commented looked like a British Royal look (it really complemented the dress). She added in some flowers in just the right spots to further the hairdo. My makeup lasted throughout the day and evening even while we were running around taking photos in the rain! Stacey also was one of the most organized vendors I worked with. I appreciated her detailed emails, reminders, and check ins. I highly recommend Stacey and team!! Best of luck!

I have been an event director and wedding planner for 15 years. When my time came this year to wed, I was particular in what I wanted and needed to work with a professional person that I may rely on explicitly. Stacey... is an absolute unicorn. She is one of the most professional vendors I have worked with in SD. She is responsive, fair, well-priced, kind, humble, easy-going and most importantly... excellent in her craft. I asked Stacey for a sun-kissed, California-girl look and she made all my bridesmaids and me look like we just stepped off the beach.

What makes Stacey unlike most make-up artists (...and so, so special) is her ability to create any look you desire. Most make up artists have one or two looks they have mastered and stick to them (hence so many pictures of brides look exactly the same). Stacey actually listens, takes notes, photos and guides you with her knowledge on how to get the look you want.

She is also so funny and cool, you literally want to add her to the bridal party on your wedding day. Thank you Stacey for being so awesome.

Stacey is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She came recommended through the photographer that I hired for our wedding. I instantly started looking at her photos online to see her work. She is very talented. The airbrush makeup she applies looks SO natural. She is great at enhancing features without overdoing anything. She also has an eye to find a hairstyle that is complimentary. Stacey is VERY friendly, open to any questions, patient, good communicator and reasonably priced. I received so many compliments on my look for the wedding. Stacey and her team are amazing! Choosing Stacey and her team to do hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Stacey is so great about communicating, her prices are fair and well worth the beautiful hair and make up she provides, and my bridesmaids and I just had a great time with her and her team. I did a trial with Stacey and I ended up wanting to change a few things for the big day. Stacey totally followed through on these and I think read my mind because my makeup and hair were exactly what I wanted. They also stayed for the whole night, even through dancing. Stacey is kind, attentive, fun, and so so talented. I highly recommend Beauty by Stacey for your wedding day!

Words cannot describe how incredible my experience was with Stacey! I had an unexpected change to my original hair/makeup plans about a month before my wedding, and was in a panic. Stacey came through and was able to accommodate my request. I live in Arizona and was getting married in San Diego, and there wasn't time for a hair or makeup trial prior to my big day, which made me a little nervous. However, I was able to send photos ahead of time, and could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out! Stacey was truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile and helping to play such an important role in our wedding memories!

Stacy was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so happy she was available for my wedding! From my first inquiry I knew she was going to be awesome! She was very responsive and even asked for some photos to gave her an idea of my weeding inspiration. At my trial, she gave me a look that was flawless and timeless! The morning of my wedding Stacy was right on time even a little early. Everyone looked amazing and they couldn’t believe how natural the airbrush looked! I was so calm all morning because I knew I was in such great hands. Our makeup looked great all night long with hardly a touchup. I can’t recommend Stacy enough, she is so talented at her craft and you can tell she really loves what she does. If you’re thinking of booking Stacy, act quick before she gets booked up!

First of all, let me say that I've never(!) liked my hair or make-up when I've gotten it professionally done so I was a little nervous about taking the plunge again. Stacey. Was. Incredible. Stacey and her team were not only professional and warm, they were truly committed to making sure every single member of our wedding party felt beautiful. They even went so far as to explain exactly which products they were using and why! I had a hair & make-up trial with Stacey a few days before the wedding (since we live out of state) and decided to make some hair changes day-of. Stacey was completely accommodating and I felt like somehow knew exactly what I wanted and created just that. My mother-in-law has very curly hair and was a little worried as she has had experiences in which stylists didn't know how to manage it and she was RAVING all day about what an incredible job was done on her hair. It really did look so gorgeous. Stacey (and her team) also had such a positive and fun vibe on the morning of the wedding and that's when some of the really fun memories are made with friends & family in anticipation of the day ahead - they really added to that experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stacey and would truly use her for any and all beauty needs if I lived closer to California. Don't even look any farther - you've found your girl in Stacey!

Stacey is amazing! She recently worked her hair magic on my two bridesmaids and myself for my San Diego wedding. I was looking for something elegant, understated and beachy and Stacey nailed it. She has amazing style and it comes through in all of her work. Before finding Stacey, I was a little nervous about the whole “wedding hair style” thing, because most of the examples I was finding online (ahem, on Pinterest) just felt too fussy. I wanted to still feel like myself on my wedding day, just a more polished, refined version of myself :-) Stacey put me totally at ease —not only is she the sweetest (my bridesmaids totally loved her too!), she also seems to have this superpower of being able to channel each girl’s individual style. All of my bridesmaids and I had different styles that complimented our unique selves. Can’t recommend Stacey highly enough!

Jess did my hair and makeup for my wedding last summer and another girl helped her with hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. We all had a fun time working with them and everyone absolutely loved how everything turned out.

I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted for my hair but she was very patient with me during our trial, redoing it 2-3 times until we found something that I liked. I wanted my makeup to look natural which she nailed; I felt pretty without being overdone and not looking like myself. Overall we were all extremely happy with our hair and makeup – they made us feel like the most beautiful bride/bridal party throughout my wedding day. Definitely recommend!!

First, Stacey is one of the sweetest people you will meet! She and her team did such a fantastic job with hair and makeup for our wedding! It was pouring rain and windy on our wedding day and we really wanted to embrace it and take photos out in the elements for our first look and pre-ceremony photos... Stacey seriously went above and beyond and made sure that we all looked SO great, despite the elements, and was so incredibly nice to stick around for touch ups so I didn't look wet or wind-blown walking down the aisle and for the reception later!
Stacey also did my hair and makeup for our engagement shoot as a trial, which was also fantastic! I didn't really have a specific look in mind for either the engagement shoot or the wedding day, so she helped me put into words my style and what I was looking for, sending over photos for inspiration based on what little I was able to give her.
I absolutely recommend Stacey 100% without hesitation! You will be in good hands!!

I have never felt more beautiful, Stacey and her team literally made our wedding day a dream. She was so patient with my 12-person bridal party and stayed through the ceremony for touch-ups to make sure everything was perfect. Stacey is a dream! I decided to try her out and use her for my engagement photos. My hair does NOT hold curls, but it sure did the day she did my hair for my photos. She is chill, easy to talk to and is knowledgeable. She is also organized. When you book win her you fill out an online form and include photos. Photos make it so easy. She was easily able to give me what I was looking for.

My wedding day with Stacey and Cindy went so well. We were ahead of schedule the entire time. She also was sweet enough to accommodate my groomsman who woke up with some blemishes and my father who had recently had surgery on the top of his head. She covered them up in a very natural way. My mom, who has never done anything like this before was so nervous but Stacey and Cindy listened to her and were so sweet. I also found Stacey to be affordable. Her pricing includes airbrush and lashes which is rare.

The whole morning I felt as if they were a part of my wedding party. My hair and makeup looked great. I am awful at pulling myself away and re-applying and I didn't have to with how well Stacey did my hair and makeup.

Stacey and the BBS team were wonderful and so easy to work with! Stacey is talented, laid back and FUN, which made getting ready for the wedding a blast. I had an idea of what I wanted for hair and makeup so at the trial session I shared some pictures. Stacey used the photos to adapt the styles to my hair and face and I really loved what she did. There were two TINY things I wanted her to adjust and she made note of them for the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, she and her team did everything they were supposed to do--they were reliable, flexible, they did a GREAT job on hair and makeup and the looks lasted throughout the evening. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup both at the wedding and from people who only saw it in photos. Stacey brought my vision to life perfectly and I'd HIGHLY recommend her to others!

Okay I know your are still looking for a make-up pro and hair stylist for your wedding, that's why you are reading this. Good news is you can stop here! Stacey IS THE ONE to do your make-up and your hair!!! I had my make-up trial and wedding day style with Stacey and her team in Carlsbad, SD. (Oh and we are from NYC :D)
Trust me, I did A LOT research. I had at least 10 vendors in one category in my excel sheet since the wedding was destination. I read all their reviews, visited their websites and looked at all the pictures. (I mean it was for my wedding, I can't be the only one right?)
Back to Stacey and her team, they are everything a bride-to-be wanted: know what they are doing; understand your needs; very professional and flexible; super easy-going and fun to work with! Oh everyone LOOOOVED my look on my wedding day! You have no idea how many compliments did I get for my braided up-do and my super natural look. Another thing I love her is because Stacey uses air-brush to apply foundation/blush/bronze, and that's the secret why all her brides look like a much prettier version of themselves.

I had hired Stacey last minute as my previous lady cancelled on me a month before my wedding. And boy was it fate. Stacey not only understood my nerdyness, but also became part of our hotel room party the day of my wedding. This girl is freaking amazing.

She was so accommodating and respectful to my preferences for hair and makeup, and was happy to make any change if I was unsatisfied both during my pre-wedding trial and wedding day. All my bridesmaids were so happy with their hair and makeup and we all looked phenomenal in our photos.

As with most weddings, we had a few unscheduled drop ins asking for Stacey to fix their hair/makeup. Even though she had zero obligation to do so, she fixed them up. Including my aunt - who was immensely grateful. Stacey is worth every penny and I am so happy to have had her be part of my wedding day.

I will begin by saying that I am VERY picky about my makeup. I think that I do my own makeup very well, but wanted it professionally done for my wedding. I had one horrible trial with another vendor so I was very nervous going to my trial with Stacey. She was perfect fit! She listened to everything I had to say and did an amazing job. Stacey is wonderful!!! She made me look and feel absolutely beautiful on my big day! My husband and I live in Washington, D.C. and had a destination wedding in San Diego. I was nervous to book anyone without having met them, but Stacey's online portfolio was so strong that I took a chance...and I am so happy that I did! She is equally as talented with hair and makeup and worked with me during my trial until I was completely satisfied. This review is long overdue. I got married in January 2016 in La Jolla, CA. I found Stacey on The Knot and I am so glad I did! Stacey and Cindy were so great to work with! They were sweet enough to come to the hotel at 7am to start on our hair and makeup, as we had to be out the door for the wedding by 10:30. They executed hair and makeup for me and my girls just the way I wanted. They were so good with making everyone feel calm and comfortable. We booked Stacey several months ahead of our scheduled date, online and via email. She was responsive to our emails and when the appointed time came she showed up promptly and worked her magic on my wife and a little bit on me. The conversation flowed and we felt like we were connecting again with an old friend. The time flew by and my wife was so please with her "look" for our special day! I literally had the BEST experience with the Beauty By Stacey team! My original makeup artist was no longer able to make my wedding and I was left trying to find a new stylist about 3 days out! I called places left and right and was disgusted at how rude some stylists were b/c I was trying to book last minute. I'd lost all hope when I called Stacey, but to my surprise she was so sweet and understanding! Unfortunately she was unavailable but what I truly appreciated was that she worked so hard to find someone on her team who could accomodate my needs. Her customer service is outstanding (and absolutely what every stressed out bride NEEDS) and she was able to find 2 women on her team that were able to work with me: Tiana and Marcella. Both were INCREDIBLE! Marcella did all of my bridesmaids hair and they all turned out fabulous. Tiana did my hair and makeup and I couldn't have been more happy with the result. Not only that, she was so sweet and you can tell she genuinely wanted to do anything she could to make sure I was happy with the product. I really felt that I was having a friend take care of me, which really helped to calm my nerves that day. I love her so much that I even called her to do my hair for the Marine Corp. Ball! There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Stacey is! I was in a bind, and was looking for a hair/makeup artist just 3 weeks before my wedding, when luckily I found Stacey and prayed that she was available! She moved around her prior obligations to accommodate me, and I will be forever grateful! Stacey is the sweetest, most genuine person I have ever met. She makes everyone around her feel comfortable and happy :) She was professional, always arrived early, and you can tell she loves what she does! Her upbeat personality is infectious. Stacey is just a miracle worker... what more can I say? A lot actually :)

I contacted Stacey last year when I was looking into a make-up artist for my wedding. I rarely wear more than a tinted moisturizer, nude eye, and chapstick so when I began my search for someone to do my wedding makeup I was very nervous I would have a hard time finding someone who would get me. Fast forward to finding Stacey through yelp and I finally had my trial with her before my engagement photo session. She was seriously FANTASTIC! I even asked later for a couple of changes and she was so accommodation and really wanted me to feel comfortable and look my best. Fast forward again to my wedding day and "miracle worker" sums it up! I had a blemish under my lip that I was so nervous about covering up and she worked her magic! Her and her team also did hair and makeup for my 4 bridesmaids and flower girl... they were all thrilled with their looks! She made me feel so beautiful and I would recommend her to everyone.. I even recommended her to a girlfriend who was in a frantic last minute search for a makeup artist and she absolutely adored Stacey as well. My girlfriend and I have very different makeup styles and yet she did exactly what we each wanted and made us both equally thrilled!

Stacey and her team were amazing! They came at 6:50am to set up in our hotel suite. I treated all my Bms to hair and make-up, so she did all my girls hair and make-up (5 altogether), 3 FGs, and 1 MOB. Everyone LOVED their make-up and hair! She is so sweet and easy to work with! She did wonders on me! I was getting compliments ALL night! I honestly felt like a beautiful bride. Our guests would stop me just to take a picture of me! Lol. My eyelashes looked amazing as well! My now husbands friends wife came up to me and told me she can see them from across the room! I love big lashes, but sometimes they come out not great. With Stacey she made them look so natural and you couldn't even feel them on! My curls did fall, but that was my fault. I failed to get a trim (I have- well had I just did my post wedding chop today- longgg hair!), so the weight made them fall. I wish I would have had the time to trim my hair because the curls were beautiful!

If you need a make-up and HS call Stacey and book her! She is worth every penny! Thank you again Stacey for making me look and feel like a beautiful bride! :)

I cannot begin to express how much I wanted Beauty by Stacey to do the make up for my wedding, and couldn't be happier when she was able to do it!!!

She and her assistant, Rachelle, came to the hotel room exactly at 7AM like I had asked, she had my make up, and 5 other ladies make up to do, and HOLY COW, everyone looked flawless and naturally beautiful! All my bridesmaids asked for the "natural" look and she of course being a natural beauty herself, did so effortlessly!

The one thing that makes Stacey stands out from anyone else is her talent. I completely changed my make up look, a couple days before my wedding and Stacey got the look to be exactly how I pictured it in my mind without a trial! ( I had 1 trial with her and did two separate looks, both I changed my mind on) Stacey also waited for me to get my hair done (40ish minutes), so she could air brush my back tan lines out!

You will not find anyone better than Stacey, I promise you!!!!

Stacey came highly recommended by a friend of mine when I was having a meltdown about not being able to find a make-up artist. Stacey was amazing and professional. She did my makeup for my engagement shoot as a trial then did it for my wedding. The airbrush was perfect! I usually have difficult oily skin that makeup melts off of but it stayed all night!! I cried a few times and nothing ran! Oh and my hair looked amazing! It usually doesn't hold a curl well since its so thick and straight but those curls held way past when we landed for our honeymoon! They did my entire bridal party hair and makeup, flower girl and both moms! Everybody looked amazing!

Stacey did the hair and makeup for the bridal party for my brother's wedding. She came to our hotel room and did everyone's hair and makeup as we were all getting ready. She did an AMAZING job! No one really gave her any direction about how they wanted their hair or makeup to look and everyone came out looking gorgeous. She worked very quickly and was even able to work several extra people in without any problem. She was on time, prepared, and very professional. She was incredibly easy going and low stress, which helped keep the bridal party calm throughout the day. I was blown away by how wonderful my makeup and hair looked and both lasted all day and all night. I cannot speak highly enough of Stacey - she was the perfect choice for my new sister in law's big day. Stacey is the BEST!

I hired Stacey for my wedding day hair and makeup, and I really enjoyed working with her!

We had a lot going on during this time (in addition to wedding planning, we were planning a cross-country move, etc.) and it was a very stressful time. Nevertheless, Stacey was so cool and understanding and she was always willing to work within my time constraints. She also took the time to meet with me for an early Friday morning hair and makeup trial, pretty close to the wedding date too (this was also on short notice, so I really appreciated it).

In addition, I was a bit nervous the day of the wedding and didn’t talk much, but she was so cool about it and just played some music, yet still made small talk (this was really relaxing and helped ease my mind). Stacey really has great instinct and people skills.

She made me and my mom both look so beautiful, I really cannot thank her enough. She was an integral part of the day! I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Stacey and her team did an AMAZING job on our wedding day. I’m a very picky person and wanted to find the perfect hair and makeup person for our big day. I heard about Stacey from word of mouth as well as from online reviews, did some research and did not hesitate to contact her right away. She was very prompt in responding and communicated back and forth as if we were already friends.

I would definitely recommend Beauty by Stacey to anyone who’s looking for a hair and makeup artist. Her team is extremely professional and will take good care of you! I did a trial with Stacey and she is personable and a fun person to be around. The airbrush stuff works wonders and is SO worth it. It doesn’t leave you feeling cakey and it looks very natural. I was bummed when I found out she had another wedding that day but that did not stop her team from doing what they do best. She was able to drive all the way to Orange County before the crack of dawn to do hair and makeup for myself and the entire wedding party, drive to her second wedding in San Diego, and drive back for my second look that evening – even with the unexpected California rain. You can see that they really love what they do! Her website is very easy to read and the prices are affordable. FYI, it was extremely sunny and hot during our engagement photos and it rained on our wedding day. The hair and makeup did not budge. ;) Thank you Beauty by Stacey!!

Stacey and her team literally made my day even that more special. I had some pretty specific requests and I have to admit I’m not the easiest person to deal with and I was beyond happy with all the results and how everything turned out. Everything leading up to the big day was amazing and Stacey quickly answered every question or email that I had for her and come the day of there were zero issues and I couldn’t believe how flawless everything turned out. I had a large party with six bridesmaids, two mothers, plus the bride. Not only did everything come out perfect but we were even on time having to be ready at three in the afternoon and they even did the hair of a family member last minute for me. We had so much fun with all the girls I wish I could have Stacey do my hair and make up for every event for the rest of my life!

Stacey did an incredible job with my makeup on my wedding day. Although we were unable to do a trial (I contacted her a little late!), she was so understanding and flexible as far as meshing our ideas together. I sent her various pictures of makeup I would like to have done as well as face shots of myself. We met on the day of my wedding and she was so charismatic and fun to be around. My makeup turned out amazing! I am usually very picky about looking like I have too much makeup on and Stacey did an outstanding job. My husband loved my makeup and loved that I still looked like "me". I highly recommend Beauty by Stacey for anyone who needs a makeup artist for any event!

Stacey is awesome, and I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup for my wedding. Stacey is very easy to work with, and they are on time when they come in to our hotel room in an early morning. They are fun to be around, and make getting ready at 6am not so bad. The makeup is flawless, and it lasted through a very hot afternoon outdoor wedding, until my late night family dinner. I also received tons of compliment from my guests. We are booking her again for my coming photoshoot, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Styling my own hair and makeup for my wedding day was out of the question, as I would have absolutely no idea what I was doing! I turned to old faithful (Google) and found Stacey, who stood out above the competition with her prompt and courteous communications, stellar work and competitive pricing. Plus, she was one of the only stylists in the area that would still work with me even if none of my bridesmaids booked a service!

Stacey and one of her amazing partners Rachelle fit me in for a hair and makeup trial, at the last minute, a month before the wedding and I was ever so thankful for that! They listened to my wants and after the trial they welcomed suggestions and took them to heart. They were both so supportive from beginning to end, I felt as if they weren’t just my stylists but my friends as well!

On the day of the wedding they were extremely patient when I was running behind and had to adjust the timing. Stacey even accommodated the mother of the groom (even though the MOG didn’t originally book a service) because she had some down time due to my schedule change! Both Stacey and Rachelle’s work was gorgeous and they really want to make sure their client is 100% happy. They stay calm, cool and collected which is very important for a day that seems to go at warp speed. If you book Stacey you not only get a talented and passionate stylist but you also get a shoulder to lean on during the crazy and someone who truly understands your vision.

Stacey and her team did an incredible job at our La Jolla winter wedding. As her last bride of 2013, I cannot convey nor describe how lucky we were to have her. Stacey and her assistant handled my hair / make-up, tackled two spunky & adorable flower girls, two bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. It was nothing short of perfection.

Here’s why I loved and recommend Beauty by Stacey:

•My make-up was flawless. I have never looked so good in my entire life.

•My loose, unstructured messy up-do didn’t move all day. No headaches from bobby pins either.

•She listened, looked at my Pinterest pictures and delivered.

•My flower girls were adorable. Courtney, Stacey’s assistant, took one look at the picture I had and made it happen. It was impressive.

Stacey is a true professional. Our wedding was a destination wedding in Temecula, CA, and we met Stacey just 2 days before the wedding for a trial, and she was amazing! She worked with our schedule, and came to meet me and was able to transform a couple ideas for hair and makeup into what I wanted exactly. She is very patient, talented, professional, and so sweet!

Stacey is truly a gifted makeup artist! Now, in the interest of full disclosure, Stacey is my cousin. Our relationship does not change the fact that she has a real gift for creating beautiful makeup and is a true artist. Throughout my planning process, Stacey was so willing to help me figure out what my makeup should look like. She let me bounce ideas off her, she gave me honest feedback based on her experience and also sent me many ideas/examples to look at. She was also willing to do a couple of trials with me, and I greatly appreciate her willingness to make time for me despite my indecisiveness! Come the wedding day, she was super prompt and professional. She has a bright spirit which makes everyone around her happy and calm. When I finally looked in the hand mirror to see what she had created, I almost started crying. My makeup was PERFECT, and it lasted the entire day without needing a touch up. Stacey was wonderful! She came to my hotel room to do my wedding make up and bridal party hair. Her web site is informative and easy to use. I liked that I originally got a lot of info just from looking at her site. She always called and e-mailed me back quickly and it was easy to secure the date with her my making a PayPal payment. She was so nice and super fun to have with me and my girls getting ready for my big day! We all had a great time chatting with Stacey and she did an absolutely fabulous job on my Bridal make up and styling my bridesmaids hair. We were all so happy with the results and she was reasonably priced. I found many hair/make up artists charged to travel to you on your wedding day but Stacey was not. I got the air brush make up and I REALLY liked it. it was not greasy (my face is) and it help up great all night even after the frosting facial I got at my cake cutting :) I followed Stacey's advise and kept the make up look clean and classic and I am so happy with how all my pics look! I highly recommend Beauty by Stacey, she is professional, talented and fun!

I originally met Stacey at a vendor fair at my wedding venue, where she was having a raffle for free day of bridal makeup. So naturally I entered myself in the raffle, and when I got the email 2 days later saying I won the raffle, that day I didn't realize exactly how lucky I was to have Stacey as my wedding makeup artist, but I do now!

Stacey has been absolutely amazing, from doing my makeup for engagement photos, to coming and doing a special bridal trial, because as most brides do I had a mini freakout and needed some reassurance, and the day of the wedding my makeup along with my bridesmaids makeup was flawless! Among the many stresses a bride goes through the day of her wedding, my wedding makeup was not one of them because I knew I was in good hands with Stacey!

Stacey is so much fun to work with and an absolute professional! She is incredibly patient, perpetually happy, and incredibly TALENTED!

There are so many benefits and advantages to booking Stacey for your beauty needs - I booked her for my wedding and words cannot express the AMAZING job she did (not only for me, but for the other girls as well). I will get straight to the point, if these are the things you want....look no further because Stacey will give that to you!

Stacey was simply outstanding. She came to my home a month before the wedding to do the trial, and we instantly connected. She knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. The day of the wedding, she arrived a little bit earlier with plenty of time not only to do my make up but also my Mother's, my sister's and a friend. We all looked beautiful. Stacey was nothing short of an angel when it came to helping me with my wedding and her team was amazing.

My wedding lasted over 3 days in San Diego which I had arranged from the UK and Stacey was a god send through out all 3 days. Not only did she work do my hair and makeup amazingly, Stacey and her team worked on 10 of my friends and family who were all very happy.

Stacey and her assistant did makeup for my wedding party and I. They did 7 adults and 3 flowers girls, ranging in age from 4 to 60. On the wedding day, they both ended early and allowed plenty of time for the photographers to capture the moments pre-wedding. Stacey did 2 trials with me, in my home, to really hone in on what I wanted for my wedding makeup. She listened and delivered. Many brides look back on their wedding and see decisions that would have done differently - which I have done as well - however Stacey would still be my makeup artist of choice if I had to do it all over again. She is amazing!

What can I say about my make up artist Stacey... She is an amazing person, down to earth. She's a people person and is easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. During our trial, she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I wanted a more natural look but a little pop on the eyes.

On the day of the wedding, Stacey arrived early. So she can prepare and get things ready. She was friendly and professional at the same time. She did my daughters hair with curls and she did a great job. The hair lasted all night. She also did my bridesmaids and they looked good. When It was my turn, she noticed that I was getting anxious and she made sure that I was calm and at ease. She kept me distracted from all the chaos around the house. What I really loved about how she did my make up, was she placed the fake lashes that made it look so natural. She also colored my eye brows which i normally don't ever color them in. But she made them look natural and beautiful. She made my eyes pop. And she used this amazing air brush technique that made me look beautiful. My make up lasted the whole night. And for my hair, she did a sock bun just the way I wanted and it didn't move or mess up.

I kept getting compliments on my make up. I usually don't wear that much make up but I'm glad I chose Stacey to make me look beautiful.

Stacey was awesome! She made sure that we were relaxed even when time was going by too quickly for us. She was quick with my hair and make up and it was perfect! I know many that will take their time for perfection. But Stacey was able to perfect each detail in our hair and make up. It was definitely impressive! Stacey, knows what she's doing and have high confidence that the individual will be more than satisfied with her work. Very professional!

Stacey is an amazing makeup artist. While she is very versatile with style, her preference is enhancing a natural look for somebody. She rocks!!

Stacey is amazing! She made me look absolutley stunning on my wedding day. She listened to my ideas about the look I wanted to create and gave me her professional opinion. I felt beautiful and knew I looked beautiful too. I would highly reccomend her, she is professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

My bridal party and I absolutely loved Stacey and her team! We had 12 people with 23 services and a 6am start time so hair and makeup was quite a production in itself. Stacey and her team arrived bright and early and were very organized in doing everyone’s hair and makeup. Getting ready with Stacey and her team made our morning fun and relaxing and eased my mind of the pre-wedding jitters. It was my mom’s, husband’s mom’s, and some of my bridesmaids’ first time getting their hair and makeup done so they felt extra special and had a lot of fun getting ready. Everyone was pleased with how their hair and makeup turned out. I couldn’t help but smile whenever I saw my mom, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids looking gorgeous and happy. As for my bridal hair and makeup, I could not have felt more comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend Stacey and her crew!

Stacey was fantastic! Upon meeting her at my trial, I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. She took her time to ensure that my bridesmaids and I loved our looks. The airbrushing looked beautiful and so natural. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup. I would highly recommend Stacey!

Stacey and her team were amazing! I got my eyes and hair done by her for my June wedding and she did a wonderful job. I got many compliments that my makeup was "flawless" and "perfect", I felt nothing but beautiful that day. She did my hair in loose curls with a hair poof in the front. It held together the entire night of dancing and hugging! She was always available via email and text so there was no issue being miles apart. She's very attentive and will always make sure she is doing exactly what you want. I would highly recommend her for your special day!
