Amazing!

After trying out a few other hair stylists for our wedding, Brittany saw my vision and recreated it exactly! She walked me through the different options during the trial run so that the day of was as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend!

Brittany is so talented!

Brittany did my hair and make up for my wedding and I absolutely loved her warm presence. She also did my 3 bridesmaids hair and all of our hair was beautiful. She stuck around afterwards to do touch ups right before we all walked down the isle which was such a huge deal for me because my curls don’t hold for long. Lindsey her wedding coordinator was a delight to work with and she really sold me on booking Brittany! I was grateful that she was my hair and make up artist for my big day!

Brittany is the best!!

I am so glad that I hired Brittany for my wedding in May 2019. She did my hair and hair for three other bridesmaids. She did a wonderful job, and everyone’s hair turned out beautifully! She is very talented and skilled! Brittany was punctual, and her wedding coordinator (Lindsey) was responsive and extremely easy to work with in regards to scheduling and the day-of timeline. I really enjoyed getting to know Brittany at my trial, and I loved having her around on the day of my wedding. Brittany is EXTREMELY professional and conscious of the client. She handled an awkward situation (not her fault) with grace and poise. Further, Brittany is really fun to be around and super easy to talk to. After the wedding, I had many people compliment my hair and ask who did it. My hair is very fine and flat, and Brittany worked magic to give it volume and to make it look full. I was VERY pleased with Brittany, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Brittany, for a wonderful experience and for your excellent service.

Amazing!!!

Beauty by Brittany was absolutely amazing. I had a larger wedding party, and Brittany assembled an amazing team to make sure we were able to get everything done with time to spare. Our hair and makeup were beautiful and the whole day was a success :)

Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Brittany is extremely skilled and we were so happy with the results from her and her teammate that was with her. My ladies looked stunning! I could not have been more happy and pleased with my makeup and hair and even though my wedding was almost two months ago I am still getting compliments! I felt like a princess! Lindsey is exceptional with handling the details.

I hired Brittany to do my hair on my wedding day and had a great experience with her. She did my hair and my bridesmaids' hair and even got to the hotel early the day of! Everyone loved their hairstyles, and she was super nice and accomodating.

Brittany was wonderful. I first met her when she did my makeup for someone else wedding I was in and then two more of my girlfriends! She also did my wedding and she did a phenomenal job!!!

Brittany was amazing! She was extremely professional and kind. I went to the makeup trial and showed her a picture of what I wanted my wedding makeup to look like and she pulled it off flawlessly. Her assistant was very responsive to emails and made me feel like she cared about the quality and service I received. My makeup stayed on so well despite the summer heat and I looked very natural. Brittany is extremely talented and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a quality hair/makeup artist for your big day.

Brittany is the absolute best! Firstly, she's amazing when it comes to anything hair and makeup. She doesn't just do what she knows, she listens to what you want and makes sure that's what you get. Although I was looking for someone who knew their stuff when it came to beautifying for the big day, I also wanted someone who I knew was going to make the whole experience enjoyable. She fit right in with my group of bridesmaids, and it felt more like we were hanging out with a great friend than someone who was hired to have to be with us all day long. She really got to know me, and that made me feel so comfortable while getting ready for the best day of my life. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking to have a relaxing, fun time getting ready for your big day!

Brittany is impressive. She’s very talented, a hard worker, and proffesional. It’s hard to find someone that is good at hair AND makeup but she is. I love her makeup style. Brittany was great to work with. She was able to do the hair of 6 women, including mine, all by herself and everyone loved her work. She did a mix of updos and blowouts and even worked with me up until the final minutes to figure out how I wanted my hair to be. I highly recommend her.

Through a recommendation from friends in VA, we were blessed to find Brittany and Lindsey. As the mother of the groom I was looking for a service that would provide me and my family a hair and make-up stylist who had the experience and talent to do our hair and make-up for such a special occasion! We hit the Jackpot!!! Lindsey handled all the Administrative paperwork/scheduling/discussions with perfection, kindness and warmth. She is a blessing to Brittany and we are so grateful for her attention to the details! Brittany was amazing the morning of the wedding! Professional, sweet, patient and calming. She advised, suggested, listened and went on to do what she does best! She made 4 women from NY and Sydney, Australia very happy............and GORGEOUS!!!! So we were told!!!!! I would advise anyone in the Richmond, DC area and beyond to use Beauty by Brittany for those special occasions!!!! By the way, her prices were fair and worth every penny!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my wedding hairstyle! Brittany did such a beautiful job and worked with me to find the right style during my trial run. She also uses some miracle products because my hair stayed in tact all through the following day! I have fine hair that doesn't always hold its curl but this time it was perfect!

Brittany is amazing! Working with her was the best hair and makeup experience I've ever had. She is very fun to work with and did a beautiful job on two different occasions for me. Everything was exactly how I wanted it. I was really worried about my how long my hair and make-up was going to hold up, but there was no need. It looked perfect the whole day and night. Getting my hair done by Brittany for my wedding was a wonderfull experience! Brittany is very sweet, nice and helpfull. She did an awesome job with my bridesmaids, mom, mother- in- law, and my hair. Brittany is a fantastic hair stylist for bridal updos, formal hairstyles, creative down styles, curls, etc. She has done my hair for two different weddings this year and both times I loved the result. Short hair, long hair - she can make a gorgeous updo with anything! She is professional, timely, courteous, easy to talk to, and very organized. I will absolutely use her hair/wedding services again.

I got Brittany's name, by referral, for my niece's wedding in OCT 2014. It was a mere few weeks prior to the wedding, when my niece decided she wanted NO STRESS in getting her hair and make up done for her wedding day. WE LOVED Brittany! She replied immediately to my inquiry, made time in her busy schedule to provide a preview appt and worked with my niece to achieve the exact look she wanted for her special day. I also loved the fact that Brittany truly cared about making my niece's day special. She took all stress from the day by coming early to our house, and spent time, not just in the beauty part of the day, but in the conversation going on, with family surrounding my niece. We could tell Brittany enjoys working with brides. She definitely added to the blessings of the day!

**Brittany's business is called Beauty by Brittany but it automatically placed it under this name (which is maybe her old business name) even though I typed Beauty and not Hair.

Brittany did my hair and makeup. She did amazing work! I got her name because my photographer uses her a lot. My photographer said its hard to find someone that is equally great at hair and makeup, and she is so talented at both! She's got the training and has a successful business at a hair salon and her own business as well. She responded quickly when I first emailed her. She got very busy after that with prom season and wedding season and though it was hard to find a time for the trials, she made sure to find the time. Communication was harder after the initial inquiry, but she immediately apologized for her busyness and communication was a breeze after that (when it matters the most). She did my makeup and hair and did hair for a few other bridesmaids as well. She travels to you. The results were amazing and it was worth every penny. Price was good too. Thanks Brittany!
