Bride and Bridesmaids Were Glowing!

Kelsey and Melissa at Beauty Asylum ATL were absolutely fantastic for my wedding bridal party and myself (bride)!! I looked stunning and all my bridesmaids were glowing. Both ladies kept the morning upbeat and on-schedule, and kept the getting-ready process positive! Everyone looked beautiful, they were able to do any and all hairstyles anyone wanted, AND they were so much fun! Would definitely recommend, and personally credit Kelsey for making me feel like my absolute best self for my wedding day!!

Can't Say Enough Great Things!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!!! Hubby and I did a destination wedding and I knew I wanted hair and makeup done since these photos will last a lifetime.

Jessica (owner) was quick to answer any and all questions I had. I was mildly nervous to hire anyone since we are located in Texas and the wedding was destination but everything went perfect without a hitch.

Dailyn and Kelsey did a phenomenal job for my rehearsal and my wedding. I gifted my wedding party hair and makeup and SO glad I did. I got SO many compliments on both days. Both makeup and hair lasted the full night, each time. I felt so beautiful and their customer service was top notch.

Will recommend them to anyone getting married!

Mallory and Kat were amazing!!

So happy with our decision to go with Beauty Asylum. Initially I had booked months in advance with another company closer to where we were getting married in WNC. After a trial I was devastated and really freaking out as we were only 4 months away from wedding day. Jessica was able to fit me in for an emergency trial the following Monday and I LOVED their work. They took their time and really listened to what I wanted. Immediately knew I was in good hands. We ended up with Mallory for hair and Kat for makeup for our July wedding. The scheduling process was so easy and they were able to travel 3 hours for the wedding which was much appreciated. Outside of the accommodating service, the end results were PERFECT. My hair was everything that I imagined and held up through the whole day. I got SO many compliments on the makeup and still am when I show the pictures to friends. Forever thankful to these two for being available and doing such an amazing job!

Flawless from first look to last dance.

Beauty Asylum (special shout out to Dianna & Katherine) were incredible from trial to aisle. My hair and makeup lasted through happy tears, hugs, and nonstop dancing, and I still looked flawless at the very end. Professional, calm, on time, and SO talented! ♥️ They listened to exactly what I wanted and nailed the looked. Every bridesmaid and flower girl felt beautiful and the schedule ran like clockwork. August 2025 Bride

I hired Beauty Asylum for my wedding, and they were nothing short of amazing!!! When I first got engaged, I didn’t know if I wanted to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding. As it got closer, I decided that I did. Anna Whiting was my makeup and hair artist and she truly made me feel like a princess. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, and made sure I absolutely loved how I looked. She stayed to do touch ups on my bridesmaids, and helped me put my veil in even though it meant she had to stay a little longer. I cannot express my gratitude for her expertise and genuine customer service. She is truly the best!!!

Outstanding Talent and Service for Bridal Hair and Makeup

The entire Beauty Asylum team was professional, so very talented, and knew exactly what products to use to achieve the hair and makeup looks of our entire bridal party as well as the MOB and MOG. The team made our entire day leading up to the ceremony both fun and enjoyable; they made sure each of the ladies was more than satisfied with their individual looks and made themselves available for touch ups prior to their leaving. To stay on time, provide excellent service, and to make us all feel and look amazing was no small feat, but they did it with grace and top notch talent.

Great experience

The artists from Beauty Asylum ATL who helped with our wedding (Maddy, Blare, and Marina) were phenomenal. My mom generally doesn’t like how other people do her makeup so we did a trial for her and I and Marina was fabulous. We both liked our hair day of even better than the trial because Marina had been thinking about how to make it better! Our hotel messed up the extra furniture that was supposed to be brought up for the team but the stylists were total professionals and made it work. The bridesmaids all complimented the stylists and their work. We had such a great time getting ready! Beauty Aslyum was one of our favorite vendors we hired and I would highly recommend them to others.

Stunning Wedding Hair & Make Up!

I booked a package with Beauty Asylum Atlanta for my bridal hair and make up as well as hair and makeup for all of my bridesmaids, both of our mothers, and my husband's grandmother. We had a variety of different styles/preferences, ages, skin tones, hair types, etc. and our Beauty Asylum team did such a fabulous job with every single person. All of my ladies looked (and felt) beautiful and walked into our wedding feeling great about their looks. My stylists asked for all of my preferences beforehand (for my look as well as the rest of the ladies) to ensure that everything would fall within my vision, but they also worked with each lady on the day to make sure that they were happy and well taken care of. I do not consider hair and makeup to be a strong skillset of mind, so I was pretty worried about my wedding day look. I wanted it to be perfect but was not well versed in how to make that happen or would would/would not be possible. My main stylist, Mags, was not only amazingly talented and knowledgeable but she was also so fun to work with, reassured me often, and was flexible & communicative throughout the process. During my trial, we talked through my thoughts, ideas, concerns, and of course my Pinterest board. We workshopped my look together and continued to talk through it afterward to adjust any curls that fell, makeup that smudged, etc. We put the whole thing through a stress test in order to be sure that we could make adjustments for the wedding day. I felt so well taken care of. She assuaged all of my fears and left me feeling like the most beautiful bride for the entirety of my wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. I also want to mention how wonderfully flexible the team was. They worked with me ahead of the wedding day to iron out every detail of the timeline, change of locations, multiple artists, etc. Then, when an unexpected power outage threw all of our plans into a tailspin on the wedding day, they were kind and flexible in adjusting the plan and making do with the amenities and resources available to us. They even helped us clean up and lock up our airbnb when we had to rush off to the wedding venue in a hurry (because the power came back on). In summary, my experience with Beauty Asylum Atlanta far exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them for other brides looking for a spectacular hair & makeup experience!

Beauty Asylum was one of the easiest parts of my wedding planning. Jessica was super responsive throughout the whole process and took care of the scheduling and quotes. Anna was my on site hair and makeup artist. She is one the sweetest and most talented H & MU artists I’ve ever worked with. During my trial Anna did exactly what I wanted and then made it even better by glamming up my look even more. She exceeded my expectations by far day of the wedding. I felt like the most beautiful bride. Michelle was the second hair and makeup artist on site for the wedding day and she was very amazing and talented. I was so impressed with everyone’s finished looks. I would highly recommend Beauty Asylum to any bride looking for very talented, professional, and organized team for hair and makeup.

Hair and makeup for bride and family

An absolutely amazing team!
BeautyAsylum made my wedding prep experience wonderful from beginning to end. When I first reached out, I had several questions and sent several emails, and either Jessica, Magali, or Mallory would respond quickly and clearly.
Lynette did my makeup trial as well as the makeup on wedding day, and she was so sweet and was able to do exactly what I had wanted.
Lynette and Mallory did hair and makeup for my family, and they made the experience so fun and memorable for us.
I highly highly highly recommend BeautyAsylum for any bride looking for an organized and kind team for hair/makeup! It will be a great and stress-free experience :)

Favorite Vendor!!

I'm so thankful for BA for their professionalism & talent. The trial w/ Kristin and Mallory went wonderfully and it exceeded my expectations! On wedding day 5 stylists arrived (on time), set up lights, and created the prettiest trendy styles for myself & wedding party. Everyone was personable which made the day so much fun! Our makeup and hair held up ALL night. We did not want the night to end! Maggie and Jess were great when it came to scheduling and they responded right away during hrs. The company requires communication through email only. You can chat with Jess through a phone appt. Leading up to events they would share contact numbers for emergency purposes. They were one of my favorite vendors to work with. Their organization is tops! I cannot recommend Beauty Asylum enough and Im excited to see the ladies again for my friends wedding!!

After researching and speaking with several HMU companies in Charlotte, I was happy to find Beauty Asylum! Jessica is very organized with the scheduling process and my lead stylist Anna was amazing! Anna has such a calming presence and truly listened to what I wanted out of my hair and makeup and was able to create a beautiful natural bridal look for me. I had a very specific timeline to work with due to an early afternoon church ceremony and the stylists made sure we were on time and even ahead of schedule. I booked beauty asylum charlotte for my July 23, 2022 wedding for bridal hair/makeup, my mom’s hair/makeup, my mother in law’s hair/makeup, my grandmother’s hair/makeup and my 10 person bridesmaid party’s hair/makeup. Jessica made scheduling an ease and the 4 stylists she sent to complete the services were funny, nice, and efficient!!! We somehow finished 10 minutes EARLY which was unexpected and just helped our day run super smoothly. Anna whiting (@Annathestylist on Instagram) did my hair and makeup trial & actual hair and makeup on the wedding day and she was amazing. She somehow got my hair and makeup to stay in the July heat on my oily skin AND was such a calming presence throughout the day. I’ve been in 8 weddings so I’ve seen it all when it comes to hair and makeup teams - nobody is better than beauty asylum charlotte. Nobody.

Jessica and the Beauty Asylum team are absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. Beauty Asylum is one of the first vendors I booked (after the date and venue were locked down). They did my cousin's wedding and I just knew I had to work with them for mine! The owner, Jessica, is extremely organized, helpful, flexible and just so kind! Jacqueline did my hair and make up for my wedding day and made me feel beautiful! Blaire, Mags and Melissa were also amazing, taking care of our moms, aunts and my bridesmaids. Best Makeup and Hair to date!

My mother, sister and I hired Beauty Asylum for a new orleans wedding. the wedding was moved three times and Jessica worked with our schedule. The day of the wedding. brielle showed up perfectly on time. She was great to chat with and knew the look all of us wanted. I have never loved my hair and makeup more than that night. It was natural yet perfect for a wedding. Do not hesitate to hire Beauty Asylum. The pricing is fair, they are extremely flexible & the quality of work is top notch.

Extremely Beautiful Hair and Makeup

I was blown away by not only my makeup but my girls makeup on my wedding day. Dana and Jessica did such an amazing job and every time I looked at my beautiful bridesmaids, and my mom and MIL, I couldn't stop staring! I highly recommend doing the airbrush- it was flawless! These girls made sure that we still looked ourselves (nothing too dramatic or cakey) while feeling like our most beautiful versions. Our hair and makeup all stayed in tact for about 12 hours or until we were ready for bed. I HIGHLY recommend hiring this team. They're extremely professional and although it was pricey, it was worth every penny and my girls and I all agreed on that. Communication with Jessica was top notch - she replied to all of my emails extremely fast. My hair trial was a great experience as well.

Perfect hair and makeup

I used Beauty Asylum for both hair and makeup for myself, my 5 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and my step-mom. Everyone looked absolutely amazing and got exactly what they asked for. No one's makeup or hair was too heavy/overdone and everything stayed throughout the entire day even though it was a fully outdoor wedding on a warm September day. The stylists were professional, relaxed, funny, and knowledgeable. Everyone kept to our timeline and were flexible when we needed to stop for pictures or water or lunch. Huge shoutout to Dana for my bridal look - I got a ton of compliments and I felt so beautiful all day!

Dream Glam Squad

I worked with BA for my wedding in November 2019 and they were SIMPLY THE BEST! I live in NYC but got married back in Charlotte where I grew up and they were so accommodating with my trials and for the big day. Lauren did my makeup and she was so great about listening to my feedback while also giving ideas/her expertise! Mallory did my hair and she was so patient with me when I was deciding between two styles and she made me look and feel like a princess. On my wedding day they both brought such good vibes and I felt like they were two friends of mine there as a part of the bridal party! Dallas--We all looked beautiful!

Working with Beauty Asylum (Dallas) was an easy choice for me. Their website and Instagram does such a great job of showing exactly what kind of professional hair and makeup style I could expect for myself, my bridesmaids, and the mother of the groom and mother of the bride. Jessica was awesome to work with, she was perfectly organized and provided an easy to follow schedule that we could use to plan our morning activities. I loved that I got to have a trial in the package I had picked, as it gave me a chance to meet my awesome hair and makeup pros and so that I could figure out exactly what I needed out of my “look” for the wedding day; Jessica touched base with me after both my hair and makeup trial and was able to relay my comments to both ladies so they could be ready for all of us on the big day! Nancy was a pro at doing all of our hair and was so patient with my ladies as they made last minute changes to their (beautiful) hairstyles. Angela did all of our makeup, and it LASTED! I opted for the airbrush silicone as my biggest concern was having a humid Dallas day melt all that beauty away and it looked perfect all day and night! My ladies opted for traditional makeup and they loved their looks, which also lasted through the night. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend this ultimate professional group of ladies to help you get ready on your big day! They do it all and they do it amazingly!

The easiest wedding decision you'll make!

I wasn't crazy about making wedding decisions, but I knew my hair and makeup was one that I was going to be picky about. I came across Beauty Asylum and fell in love with every single look they created on various brides. From the moment I reached out to Jessica, I knew that they were extremely professional and well organized. I was paired with Marina and would hire her a million times over. She was so kind and made me feel extremely beautiful. It is so refreshing when you hire a vendor that you never have to worry about. I had the utmost confidence that they would be there on time and everyone would look perfect. I can't wait for another event to hire Beauty Asylum again. World-Class

I worked with Crystle and Jessica at Beauty Asylum. Jessica handled logistics, quotes and scheduing and Crystle was our on-site hair and make-up artist. Crystle is one of the most talented, fastest-working, sweet-spirited H+MU artists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My look was very, very specific and complicated. She showed me a perfect up- and down-option at multiple trials, helped navigate me through extensions last minute that were perfect, and was an absolute joy on site the day of. She made everyone feel special and was just a pro. I would recommend Beauty Asylum to brides who want a professional experience from start to finish. Jessica was communicative, professional and responsive - not always easy to find in this industry!

I can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend Beauty Asylum enough! From the start, Jessica was extremely responsive and professional. I had 10 women who needed services and each and every one was obsessed with their look. Taylor, Danna and Dominique did such amazing jobs and did every single look my girls wanted without question and did them flawlessly. There was not one complaint from any one! Highly recommend!! Beauty Asylum is incredible! From day one, Jessica was so professional and communicative throughout the entire wedding planning process. She answered every question I had and put me at ease. She made it so easy and stress free!!

Kristin and Mallory are absolutely incredible at what they do. My bridal party and I had all requested such different looks and each of them turned out flawless! Just say YES!

Apryl and Mallory were incredible on my wedding day - even with last minute changes from this indecisive bride! My hair and makeup was everything I wanted and more. Do yourself a favor and spring for the airbrush as well. My stressed skin looked flawless all night long!

Jessica was so accommodating during the COVID pandemic, having to postpone 3 times was not on anyone’s to-do list but somehow she made the transition seamless!

Hire the best!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with the Beauty Asylum. Jessica is super responsive and schedules everything perfectly, she made arranging my wedding hair and makeup painless and I never worried. Chelsea did the hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and mother-in-law and was absolutely amazing. She is charismatic and makes you feel heard and comfortable. I was so worried about looking too "made up" and not like myself and she made sure I looked elegant and natural. My makeup and hair photographed well and looked good in person. My trial was so thorough, I thought she would quickly run through what I was hoping to look like and show me an example, but she went all out and did everything with care as though it was the real day. I had no worries about how I'd look on my wedding day because she left no detail out. On the day of, Chelsea was on time and ran on schedule. She listened carefully to my mom and mother-in-law's requests and they both looked stunning and felt so good about themselves. Also of note, Chelsea is really cognizant of COVID, took all necessary precautions, and I never worried about safety or sanitation.
If you want to feel like your best self on your wedding day, I highly recommend contacting Beauty Asylum and if you're Atlanta based, ask for Chelsea!

Absolutely wonderful!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Beauty Asylum and even though I got married in the middle of this crazy covid life we are all experiencing nothing skipped a beat! From the very beginning when I first reached out to Jessica she was extremely kind and helpful at answering all of my many questions and kept me informed throughout the entire planning process. Chelsea was my hair and makeup PRO and made me feel beautiful during my wedding trial. I messaged her that evening at midnight and told her I loved my look so much I was dreading going to bed and taking my makeup off, seriously made me feel fabulous! The day of the wedding Chelsea and Jaime did a fantastic job on the entire wedding party! Chelsea did my hair and makeup flawlessly and she also did all of my bridesmaids hair. Jamie did all of my girls makeup and everyone looked phenomenal! Jessica, Chelsea, and Jamie are some of the sweetest and most talented women I've met and can't ring their praise enough! I had such a wonderful experience.

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding day!

Beauty Asylum was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I truly could not have asked for a better company to work with. I had a big bridal party - 10 bridesmaids. From the beginning, Jessica was extremely organized and helpful with planning it all. She put together a detailed schedule for the day of to ensure we stayed on time, and it worked flawlessly. Apryl did my makeup - and I felt like the most beautiful version of myself. She didn't try to change any of my features, but just enhance them which was important to me. Vera did my hair - and WOW she delivered. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (hollywood waves) and she absolutely nailed it. Blair did the rest of my bridesmaids hair and makeup and everyone LOVED their looks. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thank you ladies so much!!!

A Fun and Amazing Experience

It was an absolute pleasure working with Beauty Asylum. Due to COVID-19, a postponed wedding, and availability, I had the privilege of working with multiple stylists at Beauty Asylum. Lauren did my initial hair trial and she was great to work with and gave me a beautiful hairstyle. After postponing and downsizing our wedding, I had my hair trial with Michelle, who did my hair for the wedding. At that point, I was still really undecided on what I wanted my hair to look like since we were going in a new direction with the wedding. I wanted something simple but still elegant and stunning. She absolutely delivered. She was supportive, listened to my requests, and happily made changes. On the day of, she created beautiful hairstyles for my bridesmaids, creating unique hairstyles that complement each other but still fit each girl's style. Everyone was so pleased. Jenn, who did my makeup, was also awesome. I typically don't wear a lot of make-up and she managed to create a beautiful look that made me feel glam on my wedding day, while enhancing my natural beauty, without it being too much. She also did a fantastic job on the bridesmaid's makeup. We also just had a really good time getting ready with Michelle and Jenn. They were so much fun and great to spend the morning with. Due to COVID-19, I spent a lot of time communicating postponements and changes with Jessica. She was so responsive, accommodating, and understanding. She handled all requests with professionalism and ease. Beauty Asylum is so organized and efficient. The day went off without a hitch and my girls were so impressed with their day-of schedule, professionalism, and energy. We are so glad they were a part of it.

Incredible!!!!!

I truly cannot imagine a better beauty experience than the one I had with Beauty Asylum. Short story: they’re amazing, accommodating, and talented. Long story: I’m relatively new to CLT and my wedding would be the first time that I needed my hair and makeup done. I was nervous about booking a hair and makeup team for without having experience their work but their reviews were great. Once I contacted them, Jessica and Apryl were so amazingly helpful and asked some really great questions to get to know me. We set up the original trial and I was so pleased with the care they provided. Once Covid came into the picture, they were even more hands-on, responsive, and helpful. We weren’t able to do a trail and yet Crystle did my hair and makeup to perfection for my revised wedding ceremony. She was an absolute pleasure and left me speechless. Normally, I would sneak into the bathroom to darken my brows or add more mascara but with Crystle’s expertise, listening, and understanding, I was truly left stunned. I honestly felt like the best version of myself on my wedding day and I owe it to Beauty Asylum!!

Simply the best

I worked with Crystle and Kristin for my wedding hair and makeup. They were both incredible. They completely understood the look that I was going for--and were excited about executing it, which made me feel so special. I swear I got more compliments on my hair and makeup than anything else during the wedding. They both made me feel special and gorgeous, and quickly communicated with me and answered every question that I had. I've recommended them to every single engaged woman I know!

The girls from BA are all so sweet and easy to work with. From the start they were always responsive answering questions. We had a blast with our stylists on the day of getting ready and everyone loved end results.

Perfection

Beauty Asylum was absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding day! The BA team made my already beautiful bridal party even more stunning, and Kristin, my stylist, executed a flawless look for myself. All those I worked with were professional, fun and able to make each individual (8 bridesmaids, 2 MILs and myself) feel gorgeous. Jessica L. was very responsive to questions and at helping coordinate my wedding day. I highly recommend utilizing Beauty Asylum to anyone planning a special event, I already told all my friends who are currently in process of planning their wedding days.

Absolutely perfect.

Chelsea did my bridal hair and makeup and I can't say enough good things about her. She was so sweet, helped me relax, and completely nailed my hair and makeup. She did my mom's makeup as well, and I could tell my mom felt amazing all day, which was so so special to me. I could not have asked for anyone better for me, my mom, and bridesmaids. We also had Marina on site doing a few of my bridesmaids hair, and she was awesome! Everyone picked different, unique hair styles and they all turned out flawless.

Beauty Asylum is the best

It was really important to me that I looked elegant but still felt like myself on my wedding day. I didn't want my new husband to have to double-check and make sure he was marrying the right person under gallons of makeup that completely changed my appearance. Aly from Beauty Asylum absolutely nailed it. I felt beautiful and put together, but still like myself when I looked in the mirror. She really listened to my style preferences and has serious knowledge when it comes to technique and what looks best on different individuals. Also, she runs extremely on time which is so important on a day when timelines really matter. Would definitely recommend Beauty Asylum!

So talented and sweet!

The girls at beauty asylum are very responsive and punctual and perfectly pair you with the right person for you. Myself and my bridesmaids had our makeup done and everyone looked and felt beautiful! Both stylist listened to what myself and the girls were looking for and captured it perfectly. Kristin did an awesome job with me from the first time I met her at my trial and again on my wedding day making me feel so comfortable and glamorous! Forever grateful for their talent!

Amazing girls!

These girls are just amazing! They were able to work with me and come earlier than schedule so I had time to take my bridal pictures. Jessica was always checking on me to ensure trial was done and nothing else was needed. They are also so fun to be around that help me to forget the stress and anxiety of the wedding.

Jessica (owner) made me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day! I even threw in MoB & MoG hair in the mix! She was super accommodating, paid attention to detail, was very prepared, and didn't rush me. My girls looked like goddesses. My hair stayed up the whole time, makeup didn't smudge. Never have I ever felt more beautiful. I even went back to her for my bridal portraits the Monday after my Saturday wedding! So professional 99/5 stars, will book again! and will ALWAYS recommend.

I was incredibly impressed with Beauty Asylum for my wedding day. Not only were they on time (even early!) but the level of personal care they gave me and all my bridesmaids was top notch. Aly was excellent to work with as my stylist for hair and makeup, she is incredibly talented and worked with me to achieve exactly what I envisioned for my day. Best Experience I Could Have Asked For!!!

I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL the staff at Beauty Asylum and the stylist Brielle were for my wedding in New Orleans. I live in Denver and had to choose vendors based on reviews and I only had a 5 month engagement so timing was crucial! Jessica and Apryl at Beauty Asylum were so immediately responsive to my inquiries, I had to change my trial hair/make up and some other details a couple times but Jessica, Apryl and Brielle made it so easy! Brielle did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup as well as my friends. I don't wear a lot of make up usually but I am so so so glad I trusted Brielle, in just the Iphone photos my make up and hair still looked so good, even after hours of sweating and dancing! I seriously can't believe it! My friend had originally only wanted her hair done but when she saw what a great job Brielle did with my make up, she changed her mind right then and had her make up done too. Brielle was so sweet, arrived early the day of and again, is very talented, she is a true professional! Brielle and Beauty Asylum exceeded all my expectations and just made my wedding day that more special, I can't wait to get the professional pictures!!!

My makeup was perfect!!

Chelsea was amazing!! My makeup and my moms hair and makeup was perfect we were both so speechless at how beautiful of a job she did! She was quick but detailed and created a perfect look for both my mom and I. I opted to do the airbrush makeup and man am I so happy I did it stayed on all day even through me balling like a baby! I was so worried about my naturally curly hair for the wedding since it was humid and misty the perfect mixture for horrible hair but she fixed my hair sprayed it down and I was good didn't have any problems at all!! Seriously Chelsea with beauty asylum Atlanta is amazing! My mom and I were so happy to have her do our makeup it was perfect!

Jamie Marsau and Chelsea did an amazing job not only with my daughter's hair and make up but also the bridesmaids. I had guest contacting me after the wedding to find out who did their hair. My daughter can be very picky and she was in love with her hair and make-up and even commented on how her hair stayed in place all day, even after a lot of dancing. OMG - Jessica and her team literally could not have been a better choice for my wedding day!!! I'm a wedding photographer myself and was SUPER picky with who I wanted vendor wise for my wedding. Jessica was incredible to work with, extremely timely in e-mail responses, and always on top of things! My bridesmaids could NOT stop singing their praises and we all felt so incredibly gorgeous! Great work!

Beauty Asylum was so perfect for my bridesmaids and mothers' hair/makeup artists. The only reason I didn't use them for bridal beauty was because I had other arrangements. My girls loved the ladies who came out to us in Asheville and their work was beautiful!

Amazing Experience from Beginning to End!

I worked with Aly Smitt from Beauty Asylum Charlotte and loved my experience with her services. Aly was attentive to all needs (not just the bride) and made the entire wedding party look and feel amazing with their hair! We had a combination of updos, braid work, and girls who wore their hair down and all looked professional and beautiful. Jessica Kendall is the founder of BA and the point of contact for scheduling/payment and she was also phenomenal to work with. She was one of the most responsive vendors I have ever worked with, accommodate my needs, and paired me with Aly based on my preferences. Could not have been more impressed and would use BA's services for any event in the future.

Amazing experience

Beauty Asylum made my wedding day perfect. They were so good, other people helping with the wedding wanted their makeup done too! Jessica and Crystal were professional and friendly throughout the wedding day chaos. Jessica reminded me to enjoy the day! During my bridal makeup, Jessica talked to me like a friend, not a client. It was relaxing and pampering. I absolutely love Beauty Asylum!!! They were amazing. I was blessed to have them be part of my day. They made me a beautifully happy bride.

My entire experience with Beauty Asylum & Airbrush Makeup was outstanding from start to finish. As a bride it is hard to find a vendor that makes you feel like they care about your wedding as much as you do: Jessica did! Not only was her communication spot on, she was so flexible and made adjustments with ease to accommodate my needs to a tee.
Her staff was just as remarkable. Jaime was my stylist, and not only was she a blast to be around, but she is a master of her skill. I could not have imagined my hair and makeup to be more perfect. It is easy to be bombarded by others opinions about how you should look, but Jaime really helped me bring out my own personality - I could not have been happier!
Every detail from Beauty Asylum was spot on. They also made a schedule, were early, and finished before time without compromising quality.
I recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!

I want Jessica to be my new best friend!! She is hilarious and friendly and you feel like you have known her forever in the first 5 minutes. She took such great care of me, made me feel so very beautiful, and went to great lengths to make sure to I had exactly the look I wanted. I was overwhelmed getting ready and she took me upstairs to do my final touches in peace and quiet. Those were my last few minutes of calm that day. You are truly missing out if you don’t get Beauty Asylum to make you gorgeous on your big day or any special event. Cannot say enough good things. You will not go wrong using these ladies!

Cannot reccomend Jessica enough! She put me completely at ease! My makeup was on point and lasted all night! ...truthfully, I was so tired I didn't wash my face (bad, I know) but my makeup was on point at breakfast too! It also looked natural under every lighting imaginable. So much love!

I seriously recommend you hire Beauty Asylum!! Our wedding was in Newnan, GA and we were lucky enough to have Jamie and her team with us on the wedding day! My trial with Jamie was so much fun! She listened to everything I was thinking and asking questions to make sure I got what I had been dreaming of! I had the airbrush makeup and seriously wish I could use it every day! The team was amazing at working with me on a timeline and getting everyone taken care of! Wedding day came and the girls got their hair and makeup done. They were SO nice and asked questions about what they wanted for their hair, how much makeup did they normally wear, and things like that to make the bridesmaids feel special. Jamie was great with my junior bridesmaids (10 and 13) about their hair! She let them tell her what they were thinking and she made them feel grown up and special. They felt even more grown up with a touch of blush and lip gloss. :) I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup. The airbrush makeup is amazing and did its job. Even throughout all the sweat and dancing, I still felt beautiful all night! The pictures showed it too! You could tell I was hot and sweaty but my makeup didn't show it! I recommend Beauty Asylum to anyone in their area! Jessica and her team are SO amazing! Having someone I trust and can connect with was so important for our recent trip to Paris. This was such a great find and they were completley perfect for our wedding in Charleston! Everyone looked amazing, the girls that came to our Airbnb and did our services were lovely and so good at keeping us on time / relaxed. We did end up going with airbrush, which I thought I didn't want, but was a great choice (think about the heat and humidity.....) We coordinated with Jessica to set everything up and she was great. Super responsive, very nice and always organized and on top of all the details! Would absolutely recommend!

Jessica and her team are incredible! I was SO happy with my hair, and all of my BM's hair! She and her team are so good at listening to you and making sure you are happy before you get out of the chair. I was looking for a hair stylist at the last minute, and Jessica responded very quickly to my email when I asked (ok, begged) if anyone on her team was available. She was supposed to be off the weekend of my wedding, but she was so sweet to offer her services to me that day! She is VERY easy to work with, responds quickly, and is so sweet (and super cute!). I would recommend her over and over!

Jessica is amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my bridal hair and makeup! Beauty Asylum was my first choice for bridal hair and makeup based on photos and reviews of their work. I was thrilled to learn Beauty Asylum could accommodate my wedding in 6 weeks, days before a major holiday. Jessica was such a professional, and spent time during my trial to experiment with different looks, ask for my feedback, and truly understand my vision for the big day. It was such a reassuring experience to know that I was in the best hands! The day of the wedding went flawlessly, and because of Jessica, I looked and felt beautiful. Throughout the whole process she was professional, flexible, and so helpful (from recommending hair extensions to repairing my hair jewelry minutes before I had to head out the door). I have already recommended her to friends, and will continue to do so! My only regret is that I can't get my hair and makeup done by Beauty Asylum every day!

Beauty Asylum was absolutely WONDERFUL! Jessica and Chelsea were truly like having your own Fairy Godmother's swoop in and make you feel gorgeous! They worked so well together and were able to get all of my bridesmaids and my Mother's hair and makeup finished right on time! They were a huge part of make sure I was stress and worry free! I can't thank them enough for everything! Chelsea did my hair and make up for my engagement pictures as well. I would definitely recommend Beauty Asylum for your big day. I had 3 makeup/hair artists for my 6 bridesmaids and myself who were getting full hair and makeup. The ladies showed up the morning of my wedding right on time and did a great job at keeping everyone moving so that we could get done in time. Jaime did a fabulous job on my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids LOVED their hair and makeup! A lot of my bridesmaids like a more natural look and the Beauty Asylum team came through with a beautiful and natural look so each girl felt like herself. On my wedding day, I told Jaime I wanted quite a few things changed with my hair and makeup that I didn't ask her to do during our trial run. She was able to execute my new preferences perfectly. Jessica and her team were AMAZING! I loved everything about it, from my trial to the day-of, I knew I was in good hands with Beauty Asylum. For my trial, Jessica came to my parents house and we worked together to find the perfect look. On our wedding day, Jessica and Kristin (for bridal party makeup) were on time, prepared and really fun to have around. Jessica made sure we kept to the schedule without rushing, and provided touch ups at the end. She worked with one of my bridesmaids who had very curly hair and did the perfect updo. For my bridal style, she did a very classic chignon and showed my MOH how to put in and remove my veil for me. Jessica can easily look at a picture of a style, identify the best parts and replicate them to perfection. She is so easy to work with and a true star. Our wedding was on a very hot and humid day in June and you'd never know from pictures! My makeup and lashes held up through an embarrassing amount of (happy) crying, too! I'd recommend her and her team to anyone - and will miss getting to work with her!

I had my makeup done by Jessica when I was a bridesmaid years ago and knew when it was time for my own wedding that I had to book her! Jessica and her team are AMAZING - you will not be disappointed. I booked Beauty Asylum 3 months before my wedding - from the beginning Patricia was so fast to respond to my emails and questions. I was thrilled they had my date available and the quick response so we booked! Jessica made herself readily available- she came to my house to do my makeup trial (hello, so convenient) and even came over at 6:30 in the morning for my bridal portraits (she's a saint). She works magic -- I do not wear a lot of makeup so I wanted to look natural but still glamorous--she nailed it. I cannot thank Jessica and her amazing team for not only making us feel so beautiful but for their fun personalities. It was so fun to get ready the day of our wedding with Jessica and her team. Jessica and the team did an AMAZING job at my wedding. We went with a very natural look for both my engagement photos and wedding day, and my husband couldn't stop complimenting me! She really knows how to enhance your natural beauty without making your makeup seem caked on. On the wedding day my whole bridal party looked gorgeous.

I couldn't have asked for anything better for my wedding. Jessica was awesome coordinating everything with me! I was really afraid I had waited too long to book someone for my wedding but she was so accommodating, especially since I live in a different state from where we got married. Lizzy, who did my hair, my two bridesmaids' hair, and my mother's hair was amazing! She made sure she understood what I was looking for so she could give me exactly what I wanted. Both the trial day and the actual wedding day, she was so nice and chill. I can't say enough good things about Jessica and her team at Beauty Asylum. I initially landed on them for my wedding hair and makeup because I loved the flexibility in the packages they offered, but I ended up loving them for so many more reasons. Many other vendors required a minimum. Although I was paying for my six bridesmaids to get their hair done, I did not want to pressure them to get their makeup done and I would be falling short of these minimums without that. Jessica allowed the flexibility I needed (although after everyone saw my makeup on prior occasions they all ended up getting their makeup done too). Jessica was also extremely responsive, so much so that when I had a makeup emergency from another wedding I e-mailed her and knew should help. We started out with my engagement hair and makeup. She took the time to make sure the look was perfect and showed me examples along the way. She also stopped several times in the process to have me take a look and make sure everything was going in the right direction. After being in several weddings this year, I realize how important that was and that not every hair and makeup artist will do that. After the engagement photos and the trial, I could not get enough and asked her to also do my rehearsal dinner hair and makeup. She nailed it every single time. My biggest fear was not looking like myself on the day of my wedding. I felt like I looked completely like myself, just a totally glamorous knock out version of myself, which is what every girl wants! I had gotten to know her so well that when she came on the day of the wedding I was completely comfortable and it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend as opposed to nervous about how my hair and makeup would turn out. Her team was on time (despite having to come uptown on the morning of the Susan G Komen race), professional and fun to be around. I am seriously trying to come up with other reasons to hire them in the future.

Jessica and her team were truly amazing!!! Jessica was super easy to work with throughout the whole pre-wedding process, including coming to my house to do a hair/makeup trial for my mom and me. We immediately loved her work (and her fun personality!). She was flexible as I told her what each of my bridesmaids would want for their hair/makeup, and she was also quick to respond and was extremely friendly. On my wedding day, Jessica and her team arrived right on time, and due to some last minute rehearsal things going on, they had to think on their feet and slightly rearrange the hair/makeup schedules. They did this effortlessly and without any stress for us. They took their time with each of us and really made sure we got the look that we wanted. I can truly say that I felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day and was SO happy with the hair/makeup!! And I can absolutely say the same for my bridesmaids and the moms. One of my bridesmaids asked to take Jessica's team home with her so they could do her hair/makeup everyday :-). Jessica is truly a gem - talented, professional, and bubbly. I'd strongly recommend her!

I don't even know where to begin with the love I have for this company. My relationship started via email with the owner, Jessica. She was so prompt with her reply to my initial email, responding with answers to all of my questions plus some. Then I got to my favorite part. Meeting Michelle, my hair and makeup artist. I met a talent far beyond my expectation. She blew me away. Aside from her incredible hair and makeup gifts, she is an exceptional person. From our first meeting, I gained a friend. And by the time my wedding came I gained a sister. She was there for me through trials and bridal shoots and breakdowns and more. And she didn't have to. She just cares that much. Aside from all of the talent these women from Beauty Asylum offer, rest assured the professionalism is on point. Constant communication, prompt replies to calls, texts or emails and overall support. They are the full package and I was blessed to partner with them for the happiest day of my life. XOXO

Lizzy and Kristin did an amazing job with hair and makeup. My entire bridal party was blown away of how good we all looked! Jessica was also great and she answered all my questions. I loved working with Beauty Asylum for my wedding! I would highly recommend this team especially Lizzy and Kristin! Thank you so much for making my day extra special!

Jessica with a beauty Asylum is absolutely incredible! I just got married and it was a hot day. My airbrush makeup did not fade, sweat, or cake in the slightest, and my hair stayed in place! I received so many compliments! Jessica is patient,flexible, and extremely talented. She and her partner dealt with a scary situation with grace and professionalism. You will not be able to find a better place for your bridal hair and makeup needs!!!! Highly recommend!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

I worked with Kate Kandel from Beauty Asylum out of Greenville, SC. She and a second stylist, Carly were ABSOLUTELY amazing. They did both hair and makeup for the wedding party + grandmas, and they were very communicative, responsive to what everyone individually wanted, and everyone looked gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

Jaime Marsau seriously ROCKS!!!! She is a makeup genius and she is super fun! If you live in GA and need to get your makeup done for your special day, do not go to anyone else! She made me look like I walked out of a magazine for my wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and Beauty Asylum! HIGHLY recommend!

Jessica did my hair and makeup for my (very rainy) wedding and did a superb job with both. The makeup in particular held up shockingly well, even in not-so-perfect weather. She also did hair and makeup for some of my bridesmaids and they looked gorg! I started out the wedding planning process by thinking I might do my own hair and makeup - I'm SO glad I trusted a professional instead! Jessica was lovely and patient even when I wanted to do two trials and clearly wanted to make sure I loved the look. She's also just really sweet, and helped make me, my family and my bridesmaids feel at ease.

Even when I was only asking for quotes and info, Jessica was responsive, professional, and organised. It's obvious she knows what she's doing. My only regret was not upgrading to the package that allows her to stick around for a style change or touchups - she's so good it would have been even more awesome to have her around longer and well worth the money!
