They worked so hard for my special day my personal attendants (that everyone said are a must have) were out of a job thanks to their exceptional service. I over stressed trying to plan out this wedding and when the day finally arrived it was worth it all!

We Love Bearpath!
We loved having our wedding at Bearpath! Once we toured the venue, we knew it would be a beautiful spot for our dinner and reception. Our guests commented on how great the food was and the beautiful outdoor space, as well as the indoor ballroom. Katie and Kim were extremely helpful and kind, always replying to our questions very quickly. We would recommend this venue for weddings! -

Bearpath is the total package. Their sales & catering team, Kim & Katie, are fabulous to work with! The food was amazing and the service was top notch! You can’t beat the golf course views! It’s a stunning location for a wedding! -

We had the most amazing experience with Bearpath, even while planning a wedding during a pandemic. Kim and Katie and their staff were out of this world helpful and kind. They made every detail go so smoothly and did not miss a beat! The food for our groom's dinner and wedding was FANTASTIC. All of the food was cooked perfectly and warm to all 200 guests when served. We even had some guests say the top sirloin was the best steak they have ever had! Outside from the amazing food and vendors that Bearpath partners with, the venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful. There were so many opportunities for pictures, and we definitely took advantage of that! The bridal suite was perfect for 10 girls to get ready in - plenty of space and the bridal breakfast and brunch was perfect and had a great assortment. They were very fair with their pricing across the board and made sure to not over-charge on anything. We ended up actually receiving a refund check from Bearpath as our actual wedding day numbers were slightly less than what we anticipated when we paid our full payment 3 days before the wedding. As a very type-A person myself, I did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day as I knew Bearpath had it all managed and taken care of. I was able to truly live in the moment and enjoy my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Bearpath - I hope someone else can read this and have just as amazing of an experience as I did! -

We looked at several venues before we came across Bearpath, and we are so glad we found them, because they were a dream to work with. Kim and Katie were so helpful and responded quickly to any of our questions whether it was over email or phone calls. The venue itself is gorgeous from the ballroom to the grounds. We had a late fall wedding and our photos on the golf course are some of our absolute favorites. We only had the reception here and went with an upgraded ballroom package which included beautiful lighted drapery, a customized ice sculpture, and more. Their pricing was better than all the other vendors we looked at and they had great preferred vendors to work with as well. The food was delicious, and the staff was fantastic. We were able to drop off items the day before for the staff to set up for us, and they were there the whole evening to make sure everything was going smoothly. Choosing a vendor sets the whole tone of your wedding and picking Bearpath helped our wedding be more than we ever could've dreamed of! THANK YOU! - Andrell and Lissy Hudson -

Rebecca Sent on 07/13/2018Kim is AMAZING to work with! I spent a year emailing with her and she always responded so fast and nicely! I never felt like my wedding questions were stupid or annoying. Great staff and GORGEOUS venue! We held everything here from getting ready, ceremony, reception, and brunch the next morning. Go check it out in person! -

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our tour was wonderful and I felt like I got a lot of good information. They also had a bridal event for trying the food, dessert, and looking at the ballroom with different decor and vendor options. Katie worked with us to fix many outside issues especially close to the wedding date. Very quick with responses. Katie and the rest of staff helped us make the day run as smoothly as possible. We had multiple guest tell us the food was close to the best or the best wedding food they have had. Beautiful outdoor and indoor space. There extra packages for the bridal suite and ceremony were definitely worth the money. The breakfast and lunch add on (included in other packages) were beyond expectations.
I would highly recommend working with this team!! Katie was wonderful making sure our day went perfectly!! -

Perfect Venue
Bearpath was the most beautiful location for our July wedding! We had our ceremony outside under the pergola which provided the perfect amount of shade. The flowers and the grounds were kept up beautifully which made pictures so dreamy. They provided a lot of great amenities and flexible package options. Their staff was great, could have been a little more timely on getting back to me though. Sometimes I had to send a few emails to hear back but once I did hear back they were always very thorough. It was really nice that they included a day of coordinator, that was a huge plus on the day to not worry about anything! Over all a great experience and we had the perfect wedding day! -
