My husband and I used Mike as a partial wedding planner/day of coordinator for our wedding at the Ritz Carlton. Over the course of our 7 month engagement, Mike responded to all of our worried/panicked emails and phone calls with solutions and offers of help. He was calm throughout the entire process and reassured us by reviewing details and looking into our concerns. Beyond the planning, Mike was the most amazing help at the wedding itself. As an emotional bride, there were many moments during the event where things went wrong and I ended up in tears. Mike was so patient with me and worked on fixing all the problems immediately. I felt so comfortable going to Mike throughout the night knowing that he wanted the best for my family and me. I can't thank him enough being everything I needed on my wedding day.

Wedding ceremony
Due to the hurricane we had to change the location of the ceremony. Although we were very stressed out about the situation, Michael was very understanding and had options for us to choose from. Overall our ceremony was beautiful.

Beach Promises were great! They were professional the whole way through from the planning process to our wedding day. We changed the wedding location a few months after securing their service and they were completely accommodating to the new location. We asked for several additions to the ceremony and Sara added our personalized readings exactly as we had requested. The ceremony that Sara led was sweet and special. We were also impressed with the photographer who took pictures during and after the ceremony. He was highly skilled at covering a wedding and we are very happy with the photo quality. They sent us a file with all of the pictures that made it super easy to send photos to our guests. Beach Promises is a great service at a great price. We would definitely recommend Beach Promises.

The perfect wedding
We used Beach Promises for our wedding on Marco Island.
We walked on the beach to find the most stunning set up right by the water. Sara done the most stunning ceremony and really made our day. We had an hour of photography and the photographer they used was just absolutely amazing. Made us feel relaxed and added humour to the shoot too.
They took care of everything, with an easy booking experience and a wedding that went off without a hitch. They really made our wedding so special

Super sweet and relaxing
Mike and Sara made the entire process so simple! I kept thinking "this is too easy...what's going to go wrong?" Even with storms looming all day, the ceremony went off without a hitch. They found the most beautiful spot on the beach that felt secluded and was such an amazing backdrop for the ceremony - it was pure magic. We had last-minute requests from family to have the ceremony recorded (the ceremony was just me and my husband), and Mike made it happen when I frantically called him the day of the ceremony. We are so appreciative! Mike, Sara and the photographer, Nate, all felt like old friends and it made the experience very comfortable. Their services are extremely affordable with a ton of options to personalize your beach wedding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The most perfect beach elopement
My husband and I had to reschedule our wedding a couple of times due to Covid. When it seemed like date number three wasn’t going to happen we decided to go back to the drawing board and elope. Michael was absolutely wonderful in helping us pull of the best day ever in a very short amount of time. Sara was our officiant and she had the most beautiful ceremony for us. We were from out of state and we had heard about Beach promises from a family member. 10/10 recommend. Very easy to work with. The most incredible wedding: more than we could have ever hoped for
My gosh, this review is so long overdue!!! I wish there were words to describe how much my husband and I genuinely appreciate Mike and Sara!
I only learned about them through glowing reviews online and with marrying out of state, felt immediately at ease by what I read. Their response time to my initial inquiry was extremely fast and it was after normal work day hours at that! Mike and Sara were both so professional and made our entire experience seamless. We communicated through email which I also very much appreciated because with our hectic work schedules, making time for a call would have been a hassle but I know they would have been more than open to it had we needed that.
Sara handled everything with our marriage license and certificate as well! She sent step by step instructions explaining exactly what to do. Though I had a mess up on my end due to not reading her email thoroughly, she reassured me and took care of it for us with no further hiccups!
The day of our ceremony was just absolutely PERFECT. I cry even thinking about it. There is not one single thing that I would change. The decor they brought was stunning. Sara’s prepared ceremonial words were heart melting and genuine. By the end of it, we felt like Mike and Sara were our family! Both with such warm and loving personalities, it’s easy to see, they really love what they do.
Our photographer Nate was also so incredible. What a gem! His eye and the photos he took are breathtaking! I’m not a huge picture taker and have always said my husband is the model but Nate made me feel so comfortable and gave us far more than we expected or could have asked for.
Lastly, I’d like to mention how reasonably priced our entire experience was. I still cannot believe the high quality services they provide for such a reasonable price.
My overwhelming point is— if you’re reading these reviews and at all hesitant of if you’re making the right decision of who to choose for your very special day, rest assured, Mike and Sara will not disappoint. Further more, they’ll make every effort possible to ensure you and your significant other have the most positive and memorable experiences for one of the happiest days of your life.

Sara and Mike were amazing to work with. We communicated all through email, which may seem like it could be a disaster, but when the wedding day came they had everything ready to go and even though I didn't really have a plan, they gave me directions, seated my guests, and everything went off without a hitch. They stayed until we were done with photos, taking things down and were there to send us off, it was an overall amazing experience. Also, while they were setting up before the ceremony, someone came and took the jar for the sand ceremony and instead of just telling us we couldn't do it, before we arrived they went and found a the best replacement they could at the nearby shops, and are sending us the real one still! They went above and beyond what I could have expected.

I would just like to say that our decision to use Mike And Sara of Beach Promises was the best decision that we could’ve made for our wedding. We had an idea that we wanted to keep it simple for ourselves and Mike And Sara did just that. They coordinated and took care of almost every detail of the wedding. When we met them months before the wedding and had our first discussion, we knew we were in good hands. They were both extremely friendly, and you could tell that they knew what they were doing. On the day of our wedding, literally all we did was show up. They took care of the flowers, securing the photographer and the beach site, setting up and taking down the chairs and the arch. Sara did a beautiful job officiating. It was perfect and Mike And Sara did such a wonderful job in all aspects. If you were thinking of getting married on the beach, call them first!

The wedding set for us was better than we could have dreamed of. We came to beach promises some what last minute and they were super accomodating and bent over backwards to make sure they set up a wedding that was perfect for us. They were incredibly flexible and watched weather patterns and suggested a start time that would give us the perfect beach wedding. The photogropher they worked with was a professional and provided top quality shots and helped create memories that will last forever. Perfect beach ceremony experience
Sarah and Mike went above and beyond when they heard my father could not be at our wedding to give me away, he was ill. Mike video taped the ceremony so my father could at least watch the wedding. This is above the call of service. They were both a pleasure to work with and Sarah was so attentive and responsive. They are a great team and what they do is an amazing value!!

Michael and Sara were amazing! We only communicated through emails and they were responsive and everything I wanted, they made it happen. We had to kind of rush our pictures because our wedding party was running late, and the state park was closing, but even with rushing the pictures they came out amazing! My husband and I had to get married all super last minute - just the two of us elopement (he is from England and I’m Canadian and we got pregnant and had to get married this year instead of the following for visa purposes). We had a week’s vacation planned in May 2018 in Fort Myer’s Beach. Very shortly before we left we decided to get married while we were there and started a thorough search for someone to do that. Beach Promises, LLC turned out to be the perfect choice. Sara is extremely responsive, their prices are reasonable and they are very knowledgeable about the area. Having no idea where we actually wanted to get married, but knowing we wanted to get married on the beach, we let them decide the actual location and time - Bowditch Point Beach at sunset. Our wedding was perfect – the location, the time, the sincerity and friendliness of both Sara and Mike, the vows, the photos and even recommendations on where to have dinner! We left feeling like we had just spent time with close friends who wanted to make our day perfect and we could not have asked for more.

We are very happy with everything. Sara and Mike suggested the location and managed the ceremony. The location at the 8th Avenue wedding beach Naples was so spectacular and fit perfect with everything else they provided. They took the suggested music and created a loop played at the ceremony. The arch and chairs were decorated very nicely. The guests and wedding party were ushered in and taken care of. The ceremony was officiated by Sara and we loved it.

Everything was set up on the beach for us when we arrived, we had the sand unity ceremony which was a lovely and unique part of the ceremony, vows all prepared with a keepsake book and we got some fantastic pictures to remember it all sent in less than a week! Would highly recommend!

Mike and Sara were wonderful while planning our intimate beach wedding for just the two of us! All done through email, and very easy which is exactly how I wanted it! I get the feeling that they would do as much or as little planning and communicating about your wedding as you prefer, I wanted very simple and low key. I didn’t want to have to plan or do much of anything at all and they made it happen for me! So that day came and we weren’t expecting much more than to walk out onto the beach and get married under the bamboo arch. Well, our expectations were far exceeded from the moment Sara greeted us with a huge warm smile. Mike made sure our song was playing for us as we walked out onto the beach and toward Sara. Sara made our very simple ceremony extremely special and so sincere. We felt like we had known her forever, and she had known us forever. Afterward Nate took some great photos, it was humid and very windy so we were not expecting more than maybe one good photo but we just got them back and he did such a great job, we really love many of them! As we were leaving a professional photographer stopped us and said “that was the first photographer I’ve seen out here that really knows what he’s doing! You will have some great photos I promise you” and he was right! There are choices in beach wedding companies, make your day as special as possible and go with Beach Promises! They made our day more perfect than we ever could have imagined.

From the moment we contacted Sara and Mike we had a great feeling they would be able to make our beach sunset wedding a very special one. They were both very attentive and friendly, and they paid attention to detail by making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
These guys were beyond professional. They performed a wedding ceremony for us with their hearts. Sara was amazing as the wedding officiant as we stood next to a decorated arch; she spoke flawlessly and made us feel really comfortable. You could tell she really cared about making our ceremony memorable. Mike was busy as the photographer as he handily shuttled his equipment back and forth, capturing what seemed to be every magical moment on camera for us! He seemed to know exactly what he wanted and what to go for in every camera shot. We think the photos are amazing!
In our minds, this is THE company to hire if you want a special wedding with amazing quality all around at a very reasonable price. I don't see how it can get any better than this.

Whether big or small your wedding is one of the most important times in life, that stated. "Timing" becomes everything! Beach Promises were flawless-prompt efficient and well spoken.
We knew our wedding type, we opted for a very small and casually elegant day. We needed a team behind us regardless of size. We hired Beach Promises, LLC after searching on line.
Their website so very user friendly, descriptions were spot on. We choose our ceremony type, and were left with very very few questions leading up to our big day. Our wedding consisted of the Bride, Groom and parents, however that said we had a few very, very specific details for our parents to perform, and SARA carried out every single solitary detail to the letter. We could not have had a better ceremony. SARA, MIKE, & NATE the photog added a touch of class, and an additional layer of love, as well sincerity to our wedding day. We highly recommend Beach Promises LLC. In our opinion Beach Promises, LLC -- is the best kept Wedding Planning secret in all of SWFL!

So you know when you think of your day and hope it goes smoothly & you want it to be what you imagined/planned?...Beach Promises made this happen in every aspect of our wedding day. I called them one day on a whim because we were traveling to Fort Myers for a vacation (we live in PA), and I figured why not have something small down there if it's affordable? We're extremely simple people and wanted nothing fancy.
From the first communication, things were absolutely smooth sailing. Using HoneyBook, it was extremely simple to handle the contract, communication, payment and photos. The officiating service was incredibly affordable. We had no desire to spend any money on a wedding, honestly, but they are reasonable. We are glad we did it.
The officiant (Sara) is so sweet, and in all messaging...I could tell she genuinely gives a crap (if you know what I mean). She was quick to respond and at one point, I was worried about "what if the weather is bad?!" & she responded in a professional and thorough way to the point that I was no longer nervous.
The actual ceremony were the best moments of my life. As they allowed us to do WHATEVER we wanted for the ceremony, we wrote it. It was a matter of 7-ish minutes long, and she did a wonderful job reading it.
Also, as I keep saying "they"...I am referring to the photographer (Mike) that we also had there from Beach Promises. He was excellent. Although he is admittedly not a professional photographer, he is a wonderful photographer. And it was worth every cent to have this service as well. He was very nice, & he knew how to work with us well. He was willing to do whatever photos we were looking to have. I am including a few example photos.
Lastly, they provided a nice booklet with the ceremony. I'm glad I will have that to keep. Mike was absolutely awesome with getting the photos to us. Honestly, in wedding world...it was lightning speed with getting them (edited, too!). They went above and beyond!!!

Sara was amazing from the initial email, and continues to be even after our absolutely perfect night! Mike took amazing photos! They both are very professional, prompt and attentive! We decided to do a last minute elopement on the beach, our date was already set, so when Tropical Storm Hermine lingered right up until the night before, there were a few concerns. However, the weather cleared, and Sara and Mike were like a ray of sunshine on our special day! It was beautiful! So beautiful, that we are now planning a larger ceremony and reception with them! We found Sara online and had a very easy time making the arrangements for our special day. On the day of, Sara and Mike really made our wedding day special; Sara had such great energy and a warm way of reading the ceremony that made it that much more special. They had a team of experts they use, of which we chose a steel drum player and photographer. Both of these were exceptional. Our ceremony setting was breathtaking with beautiful detail. Sara was our officiant and guided us through our ceremony, the sand ceremony and the medallion ceremony. All was stress free and so smoothly run. Sara provided us a memorable wedding as she selected the site on the beach and was the officiant. With only two guests, it was personal and more than we had dreamed of. Sara is the person to select as your wedding planner.

Kathryn has been a real bliss. As we planned a destination wedding (we live in the Netherlands) it was kinda difficult to find a Wedding Officiant that understood what we wanted. Kathryn was very helpful, always very quick in her replies to whatever questions or concerns we were dealing with. Very flexible too! The day prior to the wedding we requested, due to weather, to have the ceremony a few hours earlier which was no problem at all. Kathryn made it all happen.

We had to hire an officiant last minute because of a cancellation. We found Beach promises and Kathryn was available for us - thank goodness! She talked to me and set everything up very quickly (i was in bridezilla mode as our original officiant just bailed and I was freaking out). Kathryn was super helpful and very nice! at our rehearsal she made sure everything was perfect and kept the bridal party in check which was awesome!! So grateful that we hired her!

We had planned a very unstructured, no frills, officiant only wedding at sunset on Ft. Myers Beach. Kathryn somehow managed to roll with our flow and made it very special! She has a very calm presence about her which really reduced the little bit of anxiety and stress that I had. She provided a wonderful printed booklet of our vows and ceremony for us to keep. She even went above and beyond and took a group photo of our friends and family (which was like trying to herd cats getting everyone to huddle up for the photo) that were with us on our day. Thank you Kathryn! You really helped make our day just as we wanted it!!!!!

I was such a relief finding everything we wanted and needed for our wedding in one place! Kathy helped with the planning, provided the officiant, and took amazing pictures! She was the only "vendor" I needed to have contact with and she understood exactly what we wanted on our wedding day; a simple beach ceremony. Although Beach Promises offers a wide range of packages and add-ons, Kathy never tried to up-sell us, or push us in any direction we didn't want (how many businesses can you say that about!?). Looking back, there are things I would have done differently, but the one thing I wouldn't change is my decision to work with Kathy!

We were so fortunate to find Kathyrn and I was lucky only because I was really impressed with her Web Site. It is well presented and inviting. She is incredibly reasonable on her prices. I really was disapointed by others and what I felt they cared more about gouging you rather then providing a great experience at a very reasonable cost. Kathyrn even helped in providing sample ceremonies. We had a Beach Ceremony and it was sensational! Thank you Kathyrn for making our special day so wonderful. Here is a couple of free tips if you are organizing your own plans. #1 Hire Kathryn! #2 Get your own marriage certificate at the courthouse at lease 2 weeeks before the big day. #3 If you are getting married on the Beach you need a permit. Cost is $30 they will charge you $80 but you get $50 back if you don't wreck the beach. Get this booked as well 2 weeks or more before the wedding. Kathryn can also provide numerous other services and recommendations if you need. She is so helpful and wonderful to deal with. I am in Real Estate and will highly recommend Kathryn to my customers.
