    The greatest wedding planner of all time

    Rebecca! If you find yourself reading this review, just do yourself a favor and get in touch with her. The best decision my husband and I made in our wedding planning process was to reach out to Rebecca (I was pretty sure I didn't need a planner... I was wrong) a few months in. Instantly she put us at ease. Rebecca is kind, funny, relaxed, and ORGANIZED! So organized. We planned a weekend long wedding in the woods with 150 guests, all staying on the property. It was... a lot to plan. Rebecca was so on top of all of the logistics, personal dynamics, and design. She is so experienced in this industry that she knows the types of issues that might come up, and is able to handle them before they ever come to pass. I honestly cannot say enough good things about working with Rebecca. She was completely transparent with her process and role and communication, and was able to break down the oftentimes overwhelming process of planning an event like this into bite sized pieces that we could tackle on top of everything else going on in our lives. Not to mention everything she took care of behind the scenes without even bothering us with it. When the weekend of the wedding arrived, Rebecca showed up with her trusty iPad and ran that weekend like clockwork. It was impressive to watch. Hundreds of logistics and rentals and details, and everything executed perfectly and smoothly. All we had to do was focus on each other and our guests and getting married. I truly cannot say enough good things about Rebecca. Thank you for everything you did for us, we will never forget it!!

    Rebecca did an extraordinary job coordinating my daughter’s wedding at the Headlands Center for the Arts. The bride and groom knew they were in good hands with Rebecca overseeing all the details. The beautiful wedding came together flawlessly which shows Rebecca’s experience. She was a delight to work with and kept us all calm and collected.

    As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t have been happier! Everyone was in awe with the wedding ceremony, exceptional food, professional staff, and the unique characteristics of the venue. Rebecca’s creative touches truly helped to make their wedding an event no one will ever forget. We appreciated her expertise in planning, her quick response to our questions and concerns, and staying on top of each and every detail. I was amazed to observe all of her behind-the-scenes work and effort to make the magic happen!

    Rebecca was an absolutely terrific wedding coordinator...and a constant source of support throughout the year prior to our big day. Whether meeting us at a flea market to look for a frame for our chalkboard dinner menu or walking us through schedules and vendor possibilities on the phone and in person, her presence was always welcome and her insight always invaluable.

    Everyone told us planning a wedding was one of the most crazy-making experiences one could go through, but we actually found it be pretty serene due to Rebecca's reassuring, straightforward manner and clear directions, regularly received via phone and email. During the wedding itself, we weren't stressed out trying to find people and keep track of things - we just had a good time, going wherever Rebecca told us to go. Things just magically appeared when needed, everything happened in the right order, no one went missing at key moments - it went off without a hitch. She also made our guests feel totally comfortable, and we heard many comments about how sweet and helpful she was!

    Time and again during the evening of our wedding and over the course of the weeks that followed, we heard from guests who told us that it was one of the most enjoyable and lovely weddings they'd ever been to. Rebecca's touch played a major role.

    Rebecca was amazing! She was our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Headlands Center for the Arts. It is hard to express how much she was such a great fit for us. She was supportive of us creating our own style and look, but able to step in when we needed help with great suggestions. She anticipated our every need and helped make everything perfect! Can't recommend her enough!

    Rebecca was absolutely incredible -- we really couldn't have pulled our wedding off without her. We knew when we met her that she was going to be a key player because she knew the venue (Headlands Center for the Arts) and vendors, but beyond that we immediately realized she's exactly the kind of positive energy you need in the planning process. She was always there with support and suggestions, both stylistic and practical. We were a ball of nerves dropping off a heap of DIY decor projects on the night of our rehearsal, but she saw everything and told us she'd make it fabulous. The next day, we walked into the venue and everything we'd dreamed (and more) she'd made happen. There aren't enough superlatives to describe her creativity, attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. She's the best!

    Rebecca is a picture of grace and calm in an environment that could easily be called chaotic. She is the director of special events at the Headlands center for the arts and also help me with day of coordination. Rebecca was a quite steady presence who was always there when I needed her or had a question... and calm begets calm... her vibe is contagious, any little change or issue that came up on the day of our wedding she kind of took care of behind the scenes. She was NEVER overbearing, which was my biggest fear in working with a day of coordinator. I loved working with her before the wedding too in little bits of planning here and there, I really felt a partnership with her, she is a good listener and thoughtful in her suggestions and responses. There was this very natural flow to the evening which I know came directly from Rebecca, she has that way about her... a gentle soul... through and through.

    Rebecca is absolutely amazing.

    From the moment that we met Rebecca at our initial planning meeting, we felt 100% at ease that our wedding day was literally going to be the best day ever, and it was. Our yearlong planning process was overwhelmed with venue issues and difficult vendors, though Rebecca saved the day at each wrong turn and despite having multiple clients at one time, she exerted all of her efforts to keep the planning moving forward no matter what.

    Her bright, enthusiastic, radiant persona paired with her phenomenal organizational skills, in depth knowledge of Bay Area wedding vendors and how they function makes her the best wedding planner that we could ever imagine working with. She was the backbone of our wedding and we are so grateful that we found her, and had her guidance and positivity throughout our planning process. We recommend Rebecca with our highest praises and feel overly confident that she has the ability to make your wedding dreams come to reality.

    Rebecca was the best decision we made in our wedding after deciding to get married. That might sound like an exaggeration, but it is not. From the moment she greeted us in a Starbucks with a hug, she was warm, incredibly attentive, organized, and adaptable. She understood our piecemeal vision better than we did, asked questions to make sure she was on the right track, and sent us a list of options in terms of planning (full on coordination, two months of coordination leading up to the event, and some add-ons such as sign design, etc). Her organizational methods alone and the personalized wedding timeline helped us feel SO much more on top of the process and helped make it fun again. Her friendliness, her ability to get WHATEVER random task done, and her recommended list of vendors that fit us and our needs were just excellent. I only wish we'd found her even sooner! Excellent quality service and absolutely worth every single dollar. If I had to have one criticism, if any, it was that she had a very busy summer so in the 3 or so weeks before our wedding, she was not as available mid-week as I would have liked (and by that it meant three days max to answer questions rather than one to two days). Looking back post-wedding though, that doesn't even seem like that big of a deal. An excellent, excellent vendor and more importantly person to interact with. She is the first person I recommend to anyone I hear of getting married in the Bay Area.

    If I could I would give 6 stars to Rebecca and her assistant, Amy. As soon as Rebecca came on board to help us plan, I began to relax and know that our daughter's wedding would be perfect -- and it was! My daughter lives on the East Coast and her work did not permit her much wedding planning time. Rebecca seamlessly set up great lines of communication with the distant bride and groom so that the Berkeley wedding would reflect their tastes and sensibilities. Once Rebecca hit the ground running we made all the big decisions in time for my husband and I to travel before the wedding without worrying about the details we knew Rebecca was handling capably and in a timely fashion back home. Best of all, Rebecca brought her enthusiasm, caring and calming presence to the days leading up to the wedding day and made sure everything was in place, on time, beautiful and filled with the love of the moment. She is, simply, the best!
