The staff at La Tavola, specifically Heather, are so great to work with. I went to their showroom in downtown Sacramento last year and Heather was so helpful. My husband and I rented navy napkins and ivory Aurora runners. Their quality is amazing! Those items made the place settings and the centerpieces at our wedding so beautiful! Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding and then downsize. We must have changed our order 10 times, but they were always so understanding and accommodating. We chose to have the order shipped to our venue and then we shipped it back to them. The process was so easy and convenient. They have so many beautiful linens in their inventory (in every price range) and if I ever need to rent linens in the future, I’m definitely going to La Tavola first. -

BBJ has a beautiful selection of linens and we are so happy we chose them to work with for our big day. They were able to perfectly capture the look we wanted and helped make our wedding as beautiful as we could have imagined. The linens were delivered on time and matched the descriptions. As the bride and groom, we wanted to create a truly unforgettable environment for our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye! After scouring the internet for hours on end, I stumbled across a linen company that I fell in love with, who ended up exceeding our every expectation! We interacted with a few different team members from BBJ La Tavola, and what struck us most about their team was their ability to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception without missing a beat. Their attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the smallest, most tender moments that may have otherwise been overlooked. We received so many compliments about the beautiful linen set up that was completed by the BBJ La Tavola production team! It’s 52 days later and our guests haven’t stopped raving about how beautiful the entire night was!
The BBJ La Tavola team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. The level of communication provided by the BBJ La Tavola team is impeccable as they were always willing to answer an email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They were also true champions to set up the many linen rentals (in a very specific layout) throughout an outdoor wedding rehearsal, on July 12th, in Virginia! The BBJ La Tavola team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible while staying within budget. They went above and beyond to send sample after sample until I found the perfect match to our wedding colors! They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of.
Working with the BBJ La Tavola team has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day. Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding linen rentals! We utilized BBJ La Tavola for the linens at our wedding in Paso Robles, CA at the recommendation of our wedding planner. The linens were absolutely gorgeous on our rustic farm tables. We went with a sage green/ivory color palette and added a splash of green/white stripes and the results were perfect. The linens looked stunning on our day! Thank you BBJ LA Tavola! -

We wanted to splurge on a BBJ linen for our cake table and they were incredibly easy to work with. Sent samples of the linens we were considering and then the rental process was smooth. We needed drop-off and pick-up locations to be different because of our honeymoon and they were willing to adjust that with no issues. We received many compliments on our cake table. As not only a bride but as a planner myself, I look forward to working with them again in the future. -

There truly is no other choice for beautiful wedding linens than La Tavola! When I went in to pick all of my linens, I had so many amazing options and I was able to pick the perfect ones for my wedding. For delivery, I had a Friday wedding and then were delivered by Tuesday and my parents said the pick up after the wedding was so easy to do. I would recommend La Tavola over and over again if you want beautiful, high-quality, linens that will be delivered on time and make your reception look goreous! -

On the recommendation of our wedding planner we hired La Tavola for the multiple linen needs for our wedding in October. We had a great experience from start to end. Nicolette was very knowledgeable and helped guide us in regards to picking different linens for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to match our color palette. She made it quick and easy to figure out exactly what would look best with our other decor such as chairs and floral design.
When we walked into the reception before all the guests I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked! The tables had exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend La Tavola for any of your linen needs, we will definitely be using them again in the future. -

We used La Tavola for a portion of our linen rentals, including napkins (nuovo in lilac), sweetheart table runner (brush squares in smoke), and cake tablecloth (brush square in smoke). Their linens are high quality and look lovely in photos. You can't go wrong with La Tavola Linens! -

Eileen and Deva from La Tavola were easy to work with and our linens were delivered to Calistoga Ranch (and set up by the resort's staff). The "Dazzle Copper" chair cushions were perfect, as were the "Khaki" linens. I recommend La Tavola--excellent choices and customer service.

They were professional and helped make our reception look amazing! They helped us make our linen selections for our sweetheart, family and cake tables as well as napkins that perfectly coordinated and it all looked amazing! They have the most beautiful linens that really liven up your tables and make a statement. We would definitely recommend LaTavola to anyone in need of linen rentals. -

Amber Sent on 10/30/2011We chose La Tavola linens for our Michigan wedding, even though we had to do all of the footwork where we live in California. The linens ended up being one of my favorite parts. We ordered 6 Dandelion linens and 2 Bingo linens. We had more tables but couldn't afford to do all Dandelion and plus, I thought it may be too much pattern so we ordered 2 different colored solids from a different linen place to cover the rest of the tables.
The Napa showroom was the one we used the most and they were especially helpful. They kept up well with our order changes and would send immediate price changes to my email. They are very responsive.

Not luxury products, no quality control
What a nightmare experience. I had high hopes for this place. When I came to visit I found that their website images look nothing like the actual product. The meridian chargers appear as a dark marble but really were translucent more in light colors so I had to find something else. I ordered linens and velvet napkins. The linens were gorgeous but one had a hole. They had to overnight shop new napkins after the first ones were such poor quality. They did not quality check either order as the second order had the same problems. Not what you expect for a luxury product and essentially refusing to refund my money despite not being able to use the poor quality napkins so I have to go to my credit card.. -

I'll start off by saying that our wedding linens were beautiful. The options that we selected with our wedding planner were exactly what I wanted. However, the process of having those linens at our wedding was frustrating, and if we didn't need these in such a pinch, I would have found another company. On the initial inquiry for the linens, everything was great, but we requested to have the linen swatches overnighted to us via mail so we could see them in person before we made our order. They had submitted the invoice for our order anyway, but I wasn't paying until the swatches came in. I paid $27 for overnight delivery, and I'm not sure what happened but we didn't receive these until 3 days later. When I requested a refund on the overnight delivery, the staff was horrible in handling this situation. They kept saying they don't guarantee overnight delivery, but then I was confused why my invoice said this and what I paid for in the first place. Needless to say, I went to pay the invoice for the full order and noticed that the price had increased by around $80. They told me that they require us to pay the invoice within 24 hours although it says their invoices are good for 7 days. But essentially, they told me that the linens were no longer available so they had to go to another warehouse to get these, so there was an increased fee for this. I would have paid the invoice in the 24 hour period except the swatches didn't come to us until 3 days later after they were supposed to be here. Overall, we had to juggle a lot of vendors for our wedding, and I just felt very upset that they were giving us such a hard time. It was very stressful considering that there are so many things that need to be done for a wedding. I expected better customer service from a luxury linen company. -

The brides wedding planner added 5 more napkins to my order for 6 tablecloths and 45 napkins, making 50 napkins total, for the grooms rehearsal luncheon. When questioned about changing the shipping charge from $95 to $267 over adding 5 napkins they offered to refund 50%. That was a few weeks ago. I have not received a refund and the wedding planner promises to keep ‘at it’. Hardly a professional attitude. They also charged an $81 on my credit card which I had to report to my bank as a fraudulent charge. When questioned by the wedding planner they stated they had no idea where the charge came from as it was not in ‘their system’. I am most disappointed and do not recommend this company.
