Mark and Paige, the venue owners, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was as beautiful as we could have imagined.
The location was all encompassing, providing both the perfect ceremony and reception locations.
Everything was handled, from beginning to end.
There was plenty of parking, on site rooms for the bride and groom to get dressed/ready, and a wonderful layout for the order of events.
They had plenty of locations for the DJ and ceremony performers (guitarist) to set up. There is a beautiful, poolside, cocktail area, and a covered pavilion with plenty of room for both tables and a dance floor.
The ceremony was right outside by the Chesapeake Bay, which was as beautiful as expected, with the fresh breeze and scenery. But furthermore, they took care of the logistics I didn’t even know I needed to be concerned about—- there was not a single mosquito to be found on the evening of the wedding. The chairs were all clean and wiped down. At night, the pavilion lighting was perfect for as much light as we needed/wanted for dancing.
At every moment, I felt as though I was in capable hands. My husband and I could not have imagined a more perfect place to marry the love of our lives. I would suggest this location to anyone searching for an intimate, wholesome, and beautiful wedding day celebration.

We had our wedding party stay at Baytree for our wedding weekend and we could not be happier that we did! First, Paige and Mark are very friendly hosts, they waited for us to arrive on the first night to share a glass of wine! Throughout the weekend they were hospitable, attentive to our needs, and let us enjoy the premises. On that note, the house and property is absolutely stunning. There are kayaks which you can use to paddle out to the Chesapeake Bay. The rooms are luxurious with amazing views. The pool is nice and warms up well in the summer. Also, Paige makes the most delicious breakfast. We also held a brunch for around 50 of our guests at Baytree the morning after the wedding, which went wonderfully. The Baytree experience helped to create the wedding weekend and post wedding brunch of our dreams.

The Bay Tree Manor Bed and Breakfast was the perfect wedding venue! With the Chesapeake Bay as your beautiful backdrop and Mark and Paige as your inviting hosts, I can't rave about this place enough. The owners were very helpful and inviting. The rooms were clean and beautiful (and the mattresses were like sleeping on a cloud). And you get so much for the value! When you add up the cost of a venue, chairs, tables, linens, tent, a place to stay... You really can't beat this price. We loved it and can't wait to go back for our anniversary. Oh and the breakfast was amazing.

Could not have asked for a better way or place to have our wedding

My daughter had her rehearsal dinner, her wedding and her reception at the Bay Tree Manor. It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. The owners Paige and Mark couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. They are truly wonderful people and I would recommend having your wedding, special event or just go for a get a way weekend. Pool, kayaking, grill, comfortable rooms, breakfasts to die for and gorgeous views are all waiting for you to enjoy. If our youngest wants her wedding at Bay Tree we will be thrilled to do it again!
