Blair is the best in the business!! We could not recommend her enough to any bride looking to have a smooth and stress free wedding day. Her experience and knowledge paired with her direct, no nonsense working style makes her a dream come true for any bride and groom and their families. The bride and groom are her top priority and she works incredibly hard to make sure you have the day you imagined. Blair was also extremely helpful with vendor selection and coordination. She took care of things we didn’t know existed, removing so much stress from ever coming across our plate. All of our vendors were so appreciative of her, making every moment and detail so seamless. We received amazing feedback from our guests as well on what a flawless flow the entire experience was for them and that is thanks to Blair. -

Couldn’t have done it without Blair
I can’t say enough how integral Blair was in my wedding planning process! The day would not have been what it was without her help, guidance and experience in the wedding industry! From the beginning with rentals and vendors, to the middle with scheduling and timelines to the day of carrying my train and bag around— she was present and beyond helpful! Having her made me feel so much better making decisions and her experience with weddings and everything that comes along with them is unmatched!! She thinks of everything you’ll forget and knows everything youll need/want for the best day possible. I can’t recommend her enough! -

To say we had a great experience working with Blair is an understatement. Perhaps later than ideal, we realized we needed a day of coordinator for our July wedding. I still can't believe how lucky we were to find Blair. From our first conversation to the night's end, Blair made it all happen. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She ensured every aspect of our wedding--from the rehearsal to the flowers, food, table settings, interactions with our (sometimes challenging) venue, outfit changes, making sure my husband and I had a chance to sit and eat dinner, I could go on and on--was executed flawlessly. Blair ensured that we could really be present that day, not worry about the details, and enjoy ourselves. For that, and so much more, we are so grateful. I would recommend Blair to anyone, it will honestly be the best wedding-related decision you will make! -

Best money we spent on our wedding
Hiring Blair as our wedding planner for the last 2 months / day of was the best decision and investment we made. I don't know how she does what she does, she's a wedding planning wizard. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, vendors handled, vision executed. The significant stress reduction from knowing we could rely on Blair was invaluable. It allowed us to truly be present for our wedding and soak in every moment. Blair has a special ability to keep everyone in line and on schedule while also keeping it positive and fun. She anticipated our needs without us even having to ask, and when we did she jumped right on it to make sure we were comfortable and supported. Do you see her in this picture, making sure my train is perfect for photos as I approached the aisle? No, no you don't, because she's magic- but she WAS there, every step of the way. I really credit Blair with making our day so special and can't imagine doing it without her. Best money you'll ever spend. -

Incredible!
Blair is amazing, incredible, the best…no words will ever be enough! She is truly a godsend and a brides best friend. Blair was our day of coordinator, and I don’t know what we would have done without her. From sunrise to well past sunset, she helped with everything! She helped put on my dress and my veil, made sure everyone got on the trolley to the church, relocated floral arrangements, carried around my lipstick all day for reapplication, made sure I ate enough at dinner, put together a to-go box of food for the end of the night, checked on our dogs, and drove me and my husband back to our Airbnb at the end of the night (along with all décor from the venue that had to be removed). This is only a handful on the things she did for us on our wedding day. Blair was such an important person on our special day! If you are looking for a wedding planner/day of coordinator, look no further. -

We hired Blair of BAM to coordinate our daughter’s wedding two weeks ago. From the start, Blair brought a sense of professionalism, calm, and caring to the wedding planning process. She spent time getting to know my daughter and her husband, made great suggestions, and kept a keen eye on our budget. She managed all of our vendors and the timeline for the day, freeing me up to enjoy the celebration and not be consumed with event management. I can’t say enough about her! She is the absolute best! Much thanks to her efforts and expertise, we have memories of that day that we will cherish forever! -

Couldn’t have done it without Blair
The day would not have been possible without Blair and my day of bestie! We had a small private ceremony on the beach and Blair did everything from coordination of the arch and flowers to ensuring the groom and wedding party were staying on task. She also fended off some unwanted neighbors! Blair was 10/10 and I would recommend her to anyone. -

I've known Blair for a few years as a colleague in the wedding industry - She's actually someone I've always looked up to as a role model in this industry, so it was a no brainer to have her leading the charge on our big day, 7/16/22. While I've seen Blair work before, until it was my own wedding I had no idea just how much Blair is a necessary entity to have as your advocate. Everyone in my bridal party, my parents, and even many guests made it a point to tell me what a "wonder woman" she was all day. She put out multiple fires, kept things running smoothly, advocated for my husband and I's requests, and was the support system I needed to feel confident in how the day went. She was even on her hands and knees during our portrait session to keep my dress from blowing in the wind - what doesn't she do?? I am beyond thankful for Blair and highly recommend her as a bride and fellow wedding professional. -

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Blair!! I met her at a wedding the summer prior to mine and after watching her hustle, and I mean HUSTLE, I knew I had to have her for mine. First off Blair is extremely personable! She is an expert at time management and will get things DONE!! Blair made my day 100% stress free. If anything went wrong through out the day I wouldn’t have ever known about it. She was the extra set of hands that my wedding day needed. She was a hit with the guests as well, making sure everyone was taken care of. Blair will definitely work hard for you and make sure your day is perfect, I cannot recommend her enough! -

Wouldn't have had a Wedding without Blair.
Blair was probably the best thing that happen to me, other than marrying my Husband on October 8th. Blair is the real deal. We met just shy three months prior to my Wedding - the moment I saw her seat everyone at the Church, tell everyone where to go at the reception, save a lady by pulling out band-aids out of nowhere to making sure the Bride remembered to pee. I NEEDED her on my day. She did all of those things and MANY more on our day. It was our third time planning and it was like she was there from the moment he proposed. Thank you isn't enough to express how grateful we are for her. We had family and friends asking why they never had met Blair before because she fit right in. We will continue to thank you for making our dreams come true seamlessly, Blair! -

Blair is a superhero! Everyone needs her at their wedding
Where to start with how amazing Blair is. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and one of the main reasons for that was Blair. She was on top of everything and somehow she was everywhere at once. She made sure all the vendors knew what they were doing and where they should be, she managed the bridal party, and she made sure the whole wedding flowed smoothly, all while being my right hand man and helping me throughout the day. She made the day easy and stress free for both me, the groom and my mom, so we could all just relax and enjoy the day.
Once we hired Blair, she was always responsive by email. She was there to recommend vendors, answer any questions, and help me deal with covid bride stress. She developed the timeline, communicated with all the vendors on my behalf and knew the wedding like better than I did.
She is professional, but also personable and easy to talk to. During the day itself, she always had anything I needed, whether it be snacks, Advil or sewing scissors to cut my dress from my shoes. Honestly, she was the best vendor we hired. I am so thankful to her and everything she did for our wedding. Blair, I can never thank you enough for all your hustle and support, you truly are a superhero.
If you have any doubts about hiring Blair and BAM events, DON’T! Hire her right now! Every bride needs Blair! I cannot recommend her highly enough. -

We hired Blair to help us plan our wedding because our first two shots got canceled due to Covid. The third try we decided to switch it up and go for a backyard wedding, but we did not realize how much goes into planning a wedding in your yard. We were so stressed and didn’t know what we were going to do, then we thankfully found Blair. She took control of everything and I mean everything, when you hire blair, there is no more stress or worrying what to do. She makes sure everything you want is ordered and done , and then on the wedding day she is there super early and sets everything up so you don’t have to worry about a thing and can just enjoy the day. We are very thankful to have found her and would highly recommend anyone to hire her to make your day just amazing !! Thank you Soo much -

Blair for the win!
We hired Blair for bartending for our tiny wedding, and she easily was one of our top favorite vendors ever!!!! She clearly loves being in this industry and serving her clients - who are all incredibly lucky to have her. Anything you need, Blair's got your back!! Blair went above and beyond for us in so many ways (saw one of my facebook posts looking a few more vendors and then personally reached out with some options... I felt like she really cared about us and our day!!) Our guests literally LOVED her and still talk about how she was so on top of her game!! She always had a refill for everyone, and enjoyed her time with us too. I am obsessed with Blair and would recommend her for wedding planning or bartending to ANY couple!!!! -

Queen Blair to the Rescue
I cannot even begin to put into words what Blair did for my husband and I at our wedding. Like many couples affected during Covid-19, we were sadly forced to make massive changes to our long awaited wedding plans, just three weeks before our big day. In comes Blair, a beacon of positivity, light, and laughter. She didn’t hesitate for a second on helping us change, scale back, and re-plan our entire wedding from scratch. She got to work with us immediately, organizing, emailing, and making phone calls and plans. She helped us achieve our dream day, while following every safety regulation in place to ensure the health of our guests and vendors. Truly, Blair is nothing short of magic. She is so full of love and tenacity and will put all of your wedding worries at ease with, seemingly, the snap of her fingers. She was critical the day of the wedding to ensure everything went off without a hitch - from the decorations, to the veil fluffing, to the champagne popping, to the hugs and deep breaths when the nerves kick in - we couldn’t have done the day without her. So in short, do yourself the favor, and hire her! Don’t hesitate! Blair will change your day and your life for the better. -

If I could give Blair an infinite amount of stars, I would. My husband and I were married in October at Thayer Homestead. We hired Blair as our wedding day-of coordinator and she pretty much ended up assisting big time with planning. Blair is the best of the best, period. Blair went above and beyond - yes, she helped me with my vision, but she did so much more than that. She helped me with my vendors, bachelorette, crafting, invitations, day-of setup and clean up, and last but definitely not least, COVID-bride meltdowns. When I tell you that I could not have done any of these without her, I really mean it. She is an angel and anyone would be lucky to have her help with your wedding. When my (now) husband and I decided to throw a micro-wedding at home on two weeks notice I was on the hunt for a detail oriented, flexible, and deft day of coordinator to help with all the details so our families could enjoy the celebration with us. I am so so grateful I was connected with Blair. She had a great package that fit my needs and my budget to a tee and she handled all the odds and ends with ease. From greeting my other vendors, to helping set up music cues, to keeping us running smoothly with photos, to working with the food set up and caterer and helping with service and clean-up she made the entire day run without a hitch. I will gladly hire Blair again for other events, big and small. And for any DIY, last-minute, or brides at their wits end, hiring Blair was the best decision and best money spent for my whole wedding. Don't give it a second thought! -

Blair is an absolute angel. It has taken me weeks to come up with what to say because there aren’t enough words to do her justice. She is attentive, prepared, proactive, and does anything in her power to be sure everything is perfect. My day was amazing start to finish. Blair showed up early and made sure everyone had what we needed and made sure that the vendors setting up knew the details. She helped me go to the bathroom all night, sprayed deodorant on all of us girls, and even cut holes for my husbands new cuff links. I can’t thank her enough and would do it all over again especially with Blair by our side. -

We are so thankful for Blair to have coordinated our wedding on the day of!!! She is such a fireball and was able to keep our wedding party focused - but while having fun with it. Our wedding ceremony was at a local farm and the reception in our backyard which can make for a more challenging day and she managed it so well! I didn't have to worry about our decor being set up, our officiant getting our vows, etc.. Blair was on it all! On top of the wedding day coordination - she even helped with ordering blankets, recommending alteration companies, and customizing travel mugs for my ladies! It was such an amazing day - it was perfect!! My now husband and I - absolutely love Blair and could not have done it without her! -

To direct quote my (now!) husband - "Blair is the best money we ever spent." Our wedding was not logistically easy by any means - a three day, three event, offsite, 190 person destination wedding with a large list of vendors, a number of very specific requests and one high energy dog to contend with successfully walking down the aisle. Blair is single handedly the reason our wedding was as perfect as it was (I'm convinced she may have even had something to do with the weather.) From the moment Blair came on board she took off running - she's self sufficient, a crystal clear communicator and MOST importantly, a master problem solver and multi-tasker. Concerned about budget? She will guide you through revisiting expenses or finding alternative options. Specific requests for vendors (songs, florals, decor, etc?) One of our vendors backed out less than a month before the wedding and Blair found a replacement within 24 hours. She streamlines communication, is incredibly prompt in response time and like a true hospitality professional "No" or "can't" will never come from her mouth unless it's followed by an equal or better option. At no time is Blair transactional or do you not feel like a priority (we loved and appreciated her enthusiasm, humor and ability to quell anxiety over just about anything.) ALL of our vendors (and we had a TON) and even our guests came back to us with the same overwhelmingly positive feedback about the ease, professionalism and fun they had working with Blair (she will get to the front of any bar line for you, your wedding party, whoever!) If I haven't already convinced you to hire Blair I will leave you with these two details:
1. We couldn't find specific signs we wanted to have on the grounds of our venue and Blair solved the problem by enlisted her mom to make them for us (they're so good we've already had friends ask to borrow them.)
2. Blair worked HER wedding anniversary for us. If that isn't a commitment to craft I don't know what is...

Having Blair be our day of coordinator was absolutely the best decision we ever made. Blair was an absolute rockstar, so energetic and organized - she went above and beyond every step of the way. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely responsive, quick to offer her help or insights, and genuinely so easy to work with. She established relationships with all of our vendors (6+) and took ownership of all communication the week of. Based on our interactions, I knew we were in good hands for the wedding - but somehow she managed to still exceed our expectations. She anticipated our every need and was everywhere we needed her to be. She even stopped by the hotel before to make sure we were all organized and ready to go. She did it all! The rehearsal, the license paperwork, dress steaming, the bustling, the boutineers, the bridal bathroom trips, making sure we ate and always had a cold beverage - you name it, she did it. She even helped our bashful ring bearer get down the aisle! Our bridal party and families were obsessed with her too. We has the most perfect wedding because of Blair and can say with 100% confidence it would not be what it was if she was not our coordinator. We were so so lucky to have her. We could not recommend her more. Best money we spent for the entire wedding. -

I am a planner that recently hired Blair to help execute day of for my sister-in-law. It is hard for me to let go at events that I plan for obvious reasons. Well, let me tell you, Blair is the best gift ever!!! She handled everything professionally, my family wouldn't stop saying how incredible she was, and she literally took care of everything. I didn't even have my phone with me during the wedding and it never rang!! The wedding was on time and Blair took care of my sister-in-law so I could be a wedding guest. I HIGHLY recommend! :) -

I’ve worked in PR for years and planned hundreds of events, but when it came to planning my own wedding, I was completely overwhelmed — I was crippled by indecision. I had no idea where to start and had started to totally resent the entire wedding planning process… that’s when Blair stepped in and changed EVERYTHING. From the moment she took the reins, the stress and angst I had associated with wedding prep totally disappeared; I was able to actually enjoy the process because I knew that Blair was running the show, and had things under control.
I imagine there’s lots of brides out there who hesitate to hire a wedding planner because they don’t want to lose the experience of planning their wedding themselves — but that’s exactly why Blair’s approach is so unique. She’s a true partner, and operates as such. She has a gift for understanding other people’s visions, and being able to execute them perfectly. She has the organizational skills, the vision, the drive and the connections (more on those in a second) to pull off events of any size, at any budget… all while keeping you laughing the whole time. She’s always on top of her game, and no detail, no matter how small, goes unnoticed or unaddressed. She also has a warm familiarity that makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. She has the perfect bedside manner for a wedding planner; she’s calm, cool and collected (which is contagious!) and isn’t afraid to lay down the hammer and be direct and firm when warranted. She’s a force to be reckoned with, and exactly who you want in your corner.
As the President of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) in Boston, Blair has access to the most incredible networks of vendors imaginable. She knows everyone, and has them on speed dial (and they all adore her). Her wonderful, personal relationships with these individuals — venues, caterers, bands/DJs, florists, rental groups — result in seamless collaboration, and allow her to pull together flawless events. Our vendors knew exactly where they needed to be and exactly what needed to happen when, which was directly a result of her clear communication and diligent coordination leading up to the event. Not one person — vendor, family member or otherwise — reached out to me directly on our wedding day with an errant question or request… because Blair made sure that everyone had everything they needed well in advance, leaving me and my husband to simply be present and enjoy our wedding day. The only texts we got that day were well-wishes — no one asking about transportation, or where the after party was, etc.
If you needed more convincing, let me share two small moments from our wedding that truly capture who Blair is as an event planner, and as a person:
The first was seeing Blair deftly sewing my grandmother’s baby ring (my ‘something borrowed’) into the bust line of my dress, so that it would be close to my heart the whole day. It was the tiniest of details, but it has such immense impact — and she found the time to make it happen.
The second moment came later in the evening, during our reception. We had already been dancing for hours when the lead singer of our band (Hot Mess - another must-have, who Blair obviously recommended) announced that they had a surprise for us… and called up my father (a life-long musician) to the stage to play “American Girl” by Tom Petty alongside the entire band. I knew in an instant that Blair was behind it — she knew how much something like that would mean to me, and made it happen, putting the band and my dad in touch months before so they could plan it. The entire venue went WILD - it was a moment that my dad, my husband, our guests and I will certainly never forget. These moments capture Blair perfectly — from the smallest, most private moment to the biggest and most visible, she not only delivered, but went above and beyond to do so.
TL;DR: if you plan on getting married and want to actually enjoy your wedding day… you need Blair. From the high-level vision planning to the day-of execution — Blair was the most valuable asset we had in our wedding arsenal. I am forever grateful to have had her driving this event, and to have her in my life. -

I met Blair in a unique way - my original planner cancelled my contract 4 months away from our date and referred me to Blair to take over the contract. It turned out to be the best thing to ever happen because Blair is AMAZING and I seriously would have missed out with another planner.
As someone with a lot of event planning in her background, I essentially wanted a clone of me to handle the day of preparations so I could just sit back and relax and Blair did just that. She is a BOSS and gets it done. I have zero complaints. From the initial meeting, I felt at ease with her and could tell she knew what she was doing. HIRE HER!
My family and guests all loved her and raved about her all night and the next day. I couldn’t have done it without Blair and her team! If I could do it all again, I’d hire her again in a heartbeat. -

Blair is amazing! Both in the planning phase and at the wedding. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. She made sure everything ran smoothly with all the vendors, setup, and even held my cranky 2 year old son during the ceremony. Everyone was very impressed. I would highly recommend her! -
Flora Sent on 01/26/2018Blair was a godsend for my daughters wedding. The bride and groom live in Chicago, the groom's family in Philadelphia the bride's in Mass, wedding party scattered around the world and the wedding was taking place in Connecticut. It was a logistics nightmare, but we had Blair. She came to our house and helped me with the favors, the centerpieces, the goody bags for the hotel guests and the baskets for the lavatories. She took all that stuff (11 banana boxes full) to Connecticut, stayed for the weekend and tended to our every need even running out to get a crochet hook for the wedding gown buttons. To make a long story short we had a wedding where everything went perfectly, and if it didn't Blair took care of it and we were not aware. One daughter down two to go, I should put Blair on retainer.
