  The Absolute Best

  Bailee was truly amazing to work with and made our dream wedding come true!
  
  We did a lot of planning ahead of time but bringing her in was the best decision we could have made. She made all our hard work pay off more than we could ever hope for by going above and beyond our expectations.
  She is great with time management and working with vendors and was able to get us all the answers we needed when we needed them. She had ideas and questions that we never thought of that made the day run as smoothly as possible.
  
  When things needed to change because of the weather she was on top of it and didn’t let us stress about it or let it negatively affect the day in any way. Her communication was attentive, detailed, and never overbearing. Our families loved working with her and were effusive about what an amazing job she did and what a reassuring and calming presence she was. We had a special guest performer, and she coordinated everything with them to where the end result was so much more than we could have ever hoped for – It was a truly special moment for us and huge surprise for our guests.
  
  The day was amazing, and if anything went wrong, we never heard about it or noticed it. She and her awesome assistant were on top of everything and when something needed to be adjusted at the last minute, she took care of while checking in to make sure everything was going the way we imagined.
  
  Everything was absolutely perfect, and we could not have done it without her.
  
  Her services are worth every penny and then some. You cannot go wrong with Bailee!

  Can’t recommend Bailee enough!

  Bailee is the type of person who is exactly in the profession she is meant to be in. Her conscientiousness, balanced demeanor, and attention to detail is incredible, not to mention she is just a lovely grounding person to have around on something as important as a wedding day. She doesn’t just put out fires, she is the type of wedding planner that ensured they never became fires in the first place. My husband and I will never stop recommending her to all of our family and friends looking for an incredible wedding planner/coordinator for weddings in SB!

  Amazing Experience!

  We loved working with Bailee. She was so organized and on top of it, with minimal support or direction from us. I wanted someone who would handle things without asking me a ton of question and Bailee was exactly that. She took care of every detail and executed flawlessly. She is a pleasure to be around and we are so grateful to have had her on our big day!

  Hire Bae Events!

  I hired Bailee as my Day-of-Coordinator for my small wedding of 45 people in Santa Barbara. Her services and capabilities are high quality; so well needed for the day of the wedding and loved that she has month of coordination as part of her Bustle package. Her collected demeanor, her keen eye for details, and professionalism helped set the tone for our wedding and everything went seamlessly! Having her as an extra set of hands was essential and a HUGE help for us! Absolutely loved working with Bailee.

  Bailee was an absolute dream to work with! She was organized, kind, and made us feel so supported throughout the entire planning process. One thing we especially appreciated was her willingness to meet us at the venue multiple times to walk through details and make sure everything felt right.

  Amazing coordinator

  I was so nervous and lost on how to plan a wedding and my biggest fear was making sure everything on the day of would run smoothly and I can’t even begin to tell you all the things Bailee and her assistant handled and took care of. She made sure the ceremony ran smoothly and fed us appetizers and drinks in between events and photos that we desperately needed! She and her assistant took care of everything and made sure everyone else was taken care of and brought a calmness and confidence that was very much needed when I was panicking about what needed to be done. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could! She was funny and kind and very professional. I would absolutely recommend Bae Events to any soon to be married couple that’s stressing out on trying to find the right coordinator. Thank you so much again Bailee you and your assistant helped me celebrate the best day of my life flawlessly as a wedding can be!!
