Tal went above and beyond! We planned our wedding across the country from our venue and it wouldn't have been as amazing without Tal's delicious menu, fun cocktails, and awesome dessert bar. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process. We were wowed by her attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were getting the wedding dinner of our dreams. Plus, the food was soooooooo good!!Ba-Li Cravings's reply:

We had the pleasure of working with Tal as our caterer for two nights during our wedding weekend, and truly can't recommend her enough. She went above and beyond to make sure not just that the food was fantastic, but also ensuring that everything went perfectly for our big day, including doing Facetime walk throughs with us when we couldn't come to the venue in person, phone calls to coordinate with our DJ, and mailing ties left behind at the venue to their owners. The food was incredible (especially her desserts!!) and we've been hearing non stop rave reviews from our guests. On top of all that, she is such a kind, warm, and thoughtful person, and made us feel more like we were family friends than someone we hired to work with. Thank you Tal!!Ba-Li Cravings's reply:

Tal was incredible to work with throughout our entire planning process. She went above and beyond the role of a typical caterer with expert advice on setup, timelines, decor, and every other little detail we had questions about! Our venue had a tight schedule for set up but Tal and her team made everything look incredible in a short amount of time. The food was amazing, filled with flavor, and we received compliments from our guests all night long! We were so lucky to work with Tal and thankful for the magical evening she created for us!Ba-Li Cravings's reply:

Tal is an angel and we adored working with her. She was so quick to answer any questions we had, even if that meant picking up the phone when we decided to call on a random Tuesday! Working with her was a breeze, but the food. Her freaking food!!! We are still getting comments about how delicious everything was, over a month later. Tal made sure to take care of my partner and I during the reception so we were able to eat, and we’ve heard so many couples say they missed their own food on their wedding day! She even packaged up to-to containers of everything for us to enjoy the next day. Tal helped us book our rentals too, so we had one less vendor to coordinate. Amazing food, great planning help
We loved working with Tal. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options for different food restrictions for all our guests, and was doable with our budget. Also loved the variety offered. Tal was also super helpful with planning food and beyond. Everyone loved the Turkish coffee. Lastly, she learned how to make a Korean dessert for us specially. Tal went above and beyond to make our very intimate wedding celebration feel special. We only had 6 people total (my husband and me, plus our parents) but Tal delivered a dinner & dessert menu worthy of a huge reception. All of the food was so delicious- the appetizers, the entrees and of course her incredible desserts. Exceptional!
Bali Cravings was hands-down the best choice for our wedding day! There are truly no words to express our gratitude for Tal’s exceptional service! From day one, Tal was attentive to our needs, flexible, organized, and always very responsive. We feel like we hit the jackpot when we found her. If she had a restaurant we would be there regularly...as her food is just the best. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting on how delicious the food was, and her baked goods were some of the best we’ve ever had! She also made our wedding cake and when I saw it I compared it to something you’d see on Pinterest...not only did it look amazing but it was honestly some of the best cake we’ve ever had! We plan to make the trip to see her again and order another cake on our anniversaries. We just can’t thank Tal enough, and are forever grateful to her! -

Great Rehearsal Dinner Cateriing Experience!
Working with Tal was a delight! She was very flexible, had many wonderful menu selections and everyone LOVED the food for the rehearsal dinner! It was perfect in every way and the groom and bride-to-be couldn’t have been happier ~ as HUGE fans of Mediterranean food! The enitire process was super easy and Tal was very responsive, friendly and provided excellent service! I would hire Ba-Li Cravings catering again in a second! -

We loved working with Tal for our wedding reception! She was so warm, accommodating, and responsive to our needs. Tal's food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options for all dietary preferences (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan). Our family members and friends enjoyed everything immensely! Tal also supported us through the planning process by coordinating our rentals, connecting us with local vendors, and setting-up the venue. Whenever any issues arose, Tal was there to help us resolve them (no questions asked). We could not have executed such a lovely event without her! Krista Sent on 01/19/2018Tal and her team from Ba-Li cravings did an amazing job for my backyard wedding. I would highly recommend her! The food is INCREDIBLE and I can't wait to have it again sometime soon. Such a unique variety of delicious things!! So many of my guests came up to tell me how delicious our meal was! And her desserts were delightful! My favourite part was taste testing everything before our big day. Yum!:) She made sure to give plenty of options so we could find us the best menu.
I loved working with Tal too! She's such a lovely lady! Right from the start she was so accommodating and helpful during our wedding plans. Since I do not live in Ithaca, I appreciated her quick emails, Skype phone calls, and texts during the days being at home in Toronto. She returned messages quickly and provided us with a lot of useful advice in wedding plans. She also knows a lot of people!! We got our great DJ from her recommendation!
And on the day of she was amazing! She took over and let my husband and I enjoy the day, while she ran such a smooth event for us. We had the best day and I really owe so much of that to Ba-Li cravings!:)Ba-Li Cravings's reply:

Tal worked with us to plan a delicious menu with plentiful options for our vegetarian guests (a quote from one guest: "usually wedding food is nothing to write home about, but this was really good!"). She and her staff went above and beyond to set up and clean up our reception. We recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding in the Ithaca area! -

I hired Tal from Ba-Li Cravings to cater my rehearsal dinner and also make the desserts from the wedding. She was very helpful in menu and idea planning from the get go. I highly recommend doing the tasting beforehand to get a feel for her style of food, she has a wide variety and is very adaptable to a number of dietary restrictions. Her daughters helped out at the rehearsal dinner which gave it a personal touch, and she was able to make a specific dessert I had requested to the delight of all my Russian family. Thanks for helping make my wedding weekend a success!! -

We were so lucky to have Ba-Li Cravings cater our wedding. Tal and the team did an incredible job. The meal and beverage service were both very well organized and the food itself was divine. Tal worked closely with us in the weeks prior to the wedding to get things ready and help us feel prepared for the day itself. We ran into a few communication issues in those hectic last few weeks of preparations, but it all came together beautifully.
