Our wedding at B Ocean was truly beyond words—absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue is breathtaking, and the service is unmatched. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting or a more seamless experience.

Sara was an absolute dream to work with! From our very first conversation, she made us feel at ease. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail ensured every part of our day went off flawlessly. She truly cares about her couples and it shows in everything she does. We genuinely looked forward to each interaction with her and already miss working together!

The entire B Ocean staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and so accommodating. Our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was and how well they were treated.

The service I received from B Ocean Resort was way better that I could have ever imagined! The original vendor I selected canceled on me and I called Cathy from B Ocean 11 days prior the wedding and she was able to accommodate me. She asked all the right questions and even those questions I never thought of so that everything was organized on my special day. She handled my vendors directly and make sure they had the information needed instead of having to go through me. She made sure to assign someone that day to run everything as I wanted to run. Cathy and her team are spectacular and I couldn't recommend them enough! She even was able to find a bakery ro do my cake and it was even more beautiful than I expected. Everything was extremely organized. The suite that wa included with the package was beautiful and had a direct view to the terrace where I held the ceremony; so that I was able to look while the decoration was being set up. The reception room I chose was gorgeous! The light fixtures in that Promenade salon are so gorgeous there's no need for q whole lot of decorations. I did had some flower arrangements and with the looks of the room it was just perfect. Cathy's team even make sure to put some decoration in the cocktail tables that we didn't had anything for. As it was so last minute and my previous venue included decoration I really didn't had time to think of it all but Cathy and her team did. They had the floor plan to help people know where they were going when looking for their table and our wedding part was able to review it prior doing the main dance entrance. When we were about to leave I thought I needed to clean everything up with all the decor I brought and they said to leave anything I didn't wanted to take. That was so perfect! I didn't had to dispose of flower arrangements myself they handled it all. This is just the perfect place to hold any even. The place is not only gorgeous but the service is just amazing!

Cathy was so wonderful! She answered so many questions and always responded immediately. She did everything she could to give us our dream beach wedding! All the staff at the resort worked so hard for us. From booking our rooms, the welcome party, to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything was what we dreamed of. Highly recommend!

Their expertise and dedication made the planning process a breeze, and on the day of our wedding, everything ran seamlessly thanks to their meticulous coordination. The panoramic views of the ocean are breathtaking. Our guests were treated to a culinary feast, with each dish surpassing the last in flavor and presentation. We are forever grateful for the memories created in this beachfront paradise, and we cannot recommend enough to couples seeking a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

This is the only hotel that has a beach on it's property on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The private beach was perfect for the intimate wedding ceremony of our dreams. The terrace area had a gorgeous view of the beach. Cathy Fox always responded to our emails on a timely manner and answered all of our questions. She provided amazing customer service. Miguel managed the catering staff extremely well and the food, including the appetizers were amazing. This is a great venue because the guests do not have to travel to different parts of the wedding celebration and the beach is wide and picturesque. The wedding suite had the best view of the house and was stunning!

We highly recommend B Ocean Resort for any event. The space was outstanding, food excellent, and service amazing. Thank you for hosting us and our friends and family for an amazing wedding service.

Joffrey Brown, the event manager was a pleasure to deal with!!! We were in the middle of a global pandemic, had a major nor'easter and the coldest temperatures in over a decade in Florida--but thanks to Joffrey everything was wonderful!

The space was great! The hotel has its own private beach, and was just what my daughter was looking for. Joffrey was extremely flexible and easy to work with. We needed to change the date, change the time, change the counts etc. Nothing seemed to bother Joffrey. He was all about making sure we had a wonderful wedding weekend!

We’re so glad we had our wedding at B Ocean! The staff was great throughout the whole process. Joffrey was our main contact through the whole process and he was great to work with. We can’t thank him enough. Due to Covid we had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Helped us figure out a new date and made the process of rescheduling as pain free as possible. We definitely recommend having your wedding at B Ocean. The beach ceremony was perfect and we had our reception in the point room which overlooked the beach. The food is always amazing there. The chef and his staff did a great job. Thank you everyone! We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives 🏝💕

The B Hotel was wonderful to work with. Joffrey and his staff were responsive, organized and listened to what we wanted for our event. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The vendors were also amazing. From the beach wedding and cocktail hour to our ballroom reception...everything was great!

It was a beautiful experience everyone was so kind. The stuff was amazing anything you needed you just call and they’ll give it to you if you send an email or call They make sure they return your call in a timely matter there is no need to call back and ask what’s the update. I would definitely be planning for a future event.

Hello everyone! on December 5 hubby and I decided to tight the knot and to celebrate our union decided to have our wedding reception at B Hotel. Best decision ever made! Everyone was super nice and were really professional and making sure that everyone was having a great time.

I loved everything- service and staff.. They made my wedding and reception ceremony perfect!!

We chose B Ocean since we wanted a beaching wedding. Unfortunately, rain fell and we had to move the ceremony indoors. That DEFINITELY did not stop Mark and his staff and the ceremony was held indoors. My husband and I thought that the wedding was better indoors after all !!!. Our family could not stop talking about the service and elegance of this well planned event. My mom is a fan of yours, Mark!! Please thank all your staff for the service during the event. The food was excellent and thank you for making our wedding dreams come true.

Great Food, Great Location and excellent service

Our wedding was a dream come true! My husband and I are well pleased with the staff from the B Ocean Resort. Our overall experience was wonderful. Our coordinator, who is also the Director of Catering, Mark Semple, was phenomenal. He was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was intact and our schedule ran smoothly. Our guest have not stopped saying how beautiful everything was and the food from the reception was exquisite!

We selected the B Ocean (now the Sonesta Hotel) on Fort Lauderdale Beach as our venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. We used the 2nd floor balcony for the ceremony and the Infinity Ballroom for our reception. You absolutely can not beat the views in their ballroom space. Not only was the venue is amazing, but the hotel and event staff were also incredible. We could not have been more happy with this selection for our wedding. As a word of warning, I insisted on being married outside on the balcony and we were treated to the sounds of a poorly-timed fire truck parade during our ceremony. It ended up perfect for us, but the noise levels are something to consider.

Many of our guests (including my husband & I) stayed at this hotel and it was incredible. The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was amazing. We ate in the restaurant several times and all of the meals were very good. There are also several bars & restaurants in the neighborhood so guests had plenty of options for activity while they were attending our wedding.

Everyone at the B Ocean hotel was more than incredible for my wedding! The hotel itself is ideal with the most gorgeous view and a penthouse that was built for the perfect event. I worked with Arthur Sands as my coordinator and he was very accommodating, attentive and just an overall nice person. He made sure no detail was missed and stayed on top of everything. The people that I worked with the day of my wedding were equally as amazing! Noha, Jeff, and William were as kind and helpful as Arthur had been. The staff and the accommodations at the B Ocean were top notch and I would not change a single thing about my wedding!

My wedding was beautiful despite the construction of the NHL rink during my ceremony and not letting me know it was going to be built until the day before my wedding.

B Ocean helped us to celebrate our small destination wedding of 62 people. We booked with them a year out and they were very helpful in providing vendors in the area that they trusted and had worked with in the past. They packages are affordable and even include your wedding cake! The best part was our rehearsal dinner was able to incorporate the infamous mermaid show at the Wreck Bar. We can’t thank B Ocean enough for providing us with a magical weekend!
