My wedding venue required a day of coordinator and gave me a preferred vendor list to choose from. The B. Mingled team was listed as an option along with a few others. I chatted with two companies, but after speaking with Ashly at B. Mingled, I knew that I needed her as a part of our wedding vendor team. We clicked instantly. She was so thorough on our introductory call. I felt at ease and I knew my wedding day was going to be in great hands. Ashly went above and beyond to make sure our day flowed flawlessly. She actually did more than what I thought a day of coordinator was responsible for. She contacted all of our other vendors, made sure their load in and out times were scheduled properly, she kept me up to date with issues and progress as we moved closer to the date. Planning a wedding is no easy task. Planning a wedding during COVID was crazy, but I knew it would all work out because I had the best team. She answered all of my questions, gave me sound advice, and even helped navigate a few last minute hiccups with poise and professionalism. All of my family and wedding party absolutely adored her. I can't imagine my wedding day without B. Mingled!! If you are at all on the fence about who to hire for your day of coordination or wedding planning, I strongly urge you have a call with B. Mingled! It was the best decision ever! You'll be so glad to have these ladies by your side to guide you through it all. -

Procrastination is my middle name, as is clear from it taking me 2 months to write this review! We worked were Daniele for our wedding September 19th and it was above and beyond my expectations. There would’ve been no wedding without her! She kept us organized every step of the way. Daniele helped us with every detail. She helped me make sure every detail was covered, things I would never have thought of! She was so helpful and dependable during the entire planning process that I had zero worries come wedding day. The day went by stress free and beautifully written with the direction of Daniele. Working with her allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. We’ve received so many compliments on our wedding and it’s all thanks to Daniele! We could not recommend her enough!! -

Daniele is a phenomenal wedding coordinator. We met her through a family friend, and our experience with her from day one has been truly exceptional. Daniele is always on top of it, always one move ahead, and ready to take on any sort of “stress” a bride may have. Daniele not only took me in as a bride, but she took in my family, being extremely patient and kind with us and also making sure we were all happy - which meant the world to me as a bride. Daniele always took on more than what was expected of her, and made sure I was feeling confident the entire way to the finish line. Daniele is not just a wedding planner, she’s a terrific ally and a great friend to have on your side during the wedding process. My family and I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Daniele at BMingled. From the moment we contacted Daniele and the BMingled team, it truly felt like we had a friend who had a personal stake in making sure our day went smoothly. Throughout the planning process, the communication was consistent, thoughtful, and thorough. Daniele's expertise on timeline, staging, planning, and details was invaluable and our wedding truly was beyond what we envisioned. There will never be enough words to describe all of the wonderful things about Alyssa and b.mingled. On paper, she was our “day of coordinator”, but she was SO much more than that, and I will forever be grateful for everything that she did leading up to our wedding, and everything she did on the big day. We truly, TRULY, could not have done this without her. We had countless conversations throughout the 8 months leading up to our wedding, where she walked me through every little detail you could imagine, and then some. She helped with making decisions, offered up suggestions and ideas when I was stuck, and just had such an expertise of the wedding industry that I relied on so heavily throughout our planning . Unfortunately, we had a couple of hiccups with some of our other vendors on the day of our wedding, but I had absolutely no idea until the next day because of how well she handled and resolved the situation. So much of our day is thanks to Alyssa! Again, we could never have done this without her.
Addition to her professionalism and “can do” attitude, Alyssa was an absolute joy to work with. She’s one of those people that after only one phone call, it feels like a close friend that you have known for years. After that first call I remember telling my mom that I felt a huge weight of planning stress lifted off my shoulders, just based on her positive energy and how detail oriented she was right from the get-go. This never faltered throughout the planning process, and she brought the same enthusiasm to our wedding day. We were absolutely in the best hands, and I cannot recommend her enough!

The “Weekender” program was the perfect flexible fit for us, and I can’t describe how wonderful it was to hand all these pieces of a plan to Daniele and have them transform into a wedding. She is beyond knowledgeable, very responsive, and truly wants the best for your special day. The planning software access was a game-changer as well where everything (and I mean everything) can be viewed in one place. Working with Alyssa was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, Alyssa was more than just a planner, she started as our trusted advisor and became our true friend guiding us through every step of the process with ease to execute the wedding of our dreams. One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to keep our budget in check without ever making us feel like we were compromising on quality. Alyssa gave us spot-on vendor recommendations, each one perfect, which made for a truly flawless wedding day (and you can without a doubt trust her recommendations!!).
What really set her apart was her impeccable communication. Whether it was a quick question or a last-minute change, Alyssa always responded quickly and thoughtfully, making us feel like we were her top priority especially during our check-in calls. Her calm, reassuring demeanor (cannot stress this enough) made the entire process so much easier, and even when stressful moments popped up—like a bus running late or the forecast calling for rain—she handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry. Because of Alyssa we were able to enjoy the planning process and simply have fun each step of the way. Her organization and detailed planning process kept us ahead of schedule leading up to our wedding. She took a process that we had no clue how to navigate ourselves and turned it into a day we’ll never forget.
There was even a situation just weeks before the wedding where we had to unexpectedly switch vendors, and Alyssa made the whole thing seamless. It was a situation that could have easily caused panic, but thanks to her quick thinking and professionalism, the situation was handled and for the better. Her recommendations and incredible connections allowed this situation to quickly be solved.
On the day of, Alyssa ensured that everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of, and all we had to do was enjoy the best day of our lives. Alyssa was truly a dream come true as our planner, always going the extra mile to make our vision a reality. Working with Alyssa at bMingled was a dream. I never thought I would be able to find a planner that had such great attention to detail/ organizational skills and Alyssa really was amazing. Alyssa was on top of everything from the moment we started working with her. She was always quick to respond to emails and all of our questions. Most of all Alyssa was always very mature and professional-- she kept the wedding day itself going flawlessly and moving perfectly on time!
We especially loved Alyssa's insight when it came to all things styling, flowers, and rental wise. Her advice here helped us create the most beautiful wedding (we would have been very lost when talking to these vendors without her expertise)! Alyssa, thank you for helping us create the most beautiful and meaningful day, a day we will never forget!

B.mingled, specifically Alyssa Carl, will be the best money you spend during your entire wedding experience. She is organized, efficient, and timely. She made my wedding week and the wedding day stress free. Everything was spelled out for me & all I had to do was answer her questions. Aisle planner, the collaborative planning portal, also makes coordination and communication so easy - everything is in one place. B.mingled has decorations included if you so choose which is another major plus to have one less vendor to hire. Alyssa made herself available to answer questions or recommend vendors from the moment I booked her. She truly feels like a friend by the end of the wedding journey since she is your cheerleader throughout the entire process! -

A wedding coordinator is worth every penny! Working with Becky from B. Mingled was an amazing experience! She handled a lot of the logistical things with the other vendors leading up to the wedding and then day of put our fires before they even started! Becky made the whole day run smoothly and kept us seamlessly on schedule! Because of Becky, my stress levels were at a zero, I didn’t have to worry about anything. When I tell you that our wedding day was absolutely perfect by the definition of the word, I truly mean it. Everyone tells you “things will go wrong on your wedding day, just go with the flow.” Well…. Not when you work with B.Mingled, and specifically Alyssa Carl. I can confidently say that our day went seamlessly, on schedule, decor was set up better than I could have even envisioned, not a beat missed. From sewing up a groomsman’s pants on scene, to remembering every allergy of each guest, to capturing special moment videos when we didn’t have a videographer, to rounding up guests so we could have a private last dance, to facilitating timelines between every vendor, wow…. it has been a few weeks since our wedding and we still can’t stop talking about just how “us” it was. B.Mingled makes sure you have the best day of your life without stress or worry, while also making sure every detail is authentic to what makes you happy. Alyssa worked tirelessly with grace and confidence and even our guests raved about how organized and kind she was! 20/10 recommend having B.Mingled help you facilitate your wedding day! -

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly amazing and supportive Alyssa from B.Mingled is! Our venue required a “day-of” coordinator and I am soooo very glad they did! Alyssa was there to support us WAY before day-of. My husband and I live in the UK and Alyssa was always very flexible when it came to scheduling times for Skype calls given the 5 hour time difference. Whenever we finished a meeting with her we always thought, wow she is soooo on top of this but also wow she is so cool. It genuinely felt like we were becoming friends with Alyssa throughout our wedding coordination process- she is just such a wonderful person. She mentioned a few times that she is an educator by heart and practice and that is no lie. She keeps things organised and well run, but with all of the patience in the world. When she started giving us information for the rehearsal my husband and I looked at each other and said….what rehearsal?! Ha! Again very thankful for Alyssa! The rehearsal went great and Alyssa helped manage a fairly large group of people with a few active flower girls all under the age of 10. Her kindness is infectious and she was very sweet to our one flower girl with a broken leg, making sure that she felt included in all of the activities, and made sure that she was still able to comfortably walk down the aisle and toss flowers to all of our guests! In my typical fashion I was running late to my own wedding (oops!) but it didn’t matter and it wasn’t stressful because Alyssa was there to help sort everything. The bus schedule was altered, the pre-ceremony photoshoot was altered, and she had a margarita waiting for me while I was getting dressed! -Alyssa did it all! Even my wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how amazing and welcoming Alyssa was- she fit right into the day perfectly. There is a very cute photo of my dad and me rounding the corner to start walking down the aisle that a guest took and in the corner you can see Alyssa with a large smile across her face- a job well done! You rock girl and we are sooooo happy you were a part of the best day of our lives! -

If you are in the process of deciding on whether or not wedding planning services are worth it or fit your budget my advice would be to reach out to B Mingled. They offer many different packages to accommodate your needs whether you need help with the entire wedding process or you are just looking for a day of coordinator. Alyssa from B Mingled was our wedding planner and she was absolutely incredible! My mom and I started the wedding planning process with a very specific vision and Alyssa and the design team at B Mingled really helped bring that to life. From the mood board that the design team put together all the way to Alyssa asking the right questions, giving the right advice, and recommending the right vendors, I felt as though my wedding was fully planned MONTHS before the big day. I never felt stressed or concerned throughout my time working with Alyssa because she was always over-communicative and met all deadlines we had set out to achieve together. Alyssa was organized, on top of EVERYTHING, and all around fun to work.
Alyssa was always willing to hop on the phone, answer my texts, or get on a video call throughout the entire time we worked with her. She did a great job bringing me back down to earth when sometimes the things I have wanted to do were a little far fetched or out of budget and at the same time she gave me many other suggestions for how to make my dreams come true. She was instrumental in creating a head table layout that accommodated 42 people (wedding party + plus ones) and she even suggested a private dance during the time we saw the reception space, which I had never seen anyone do before. This ended up being one of the most special moments for my husband and I during our big day. Alyssa continued to go above and beyond to make our lives easier during the entire wedding planning process and my mom and I feel so lucky to have gained a best friend in her. We truly could not have done this without her. I can promise you if you hire Alyssa or anyone at B Mingled you will NOT be disappointed. -

When I first started to plan my wedding, I never thought I would need planning services because I consider myself organized, prompt, efficient, etc. That being said, THANK THE LORD the venue we used required one. I had meetings with several planning service companies, and immediately hit it off with Ashly from B.Mingled. She was so wonderful throughout the whole process! I truly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. She reviewed all my contracts, became a POC for vendors, organized essentially everything the day of the wedding, and told me where to be every step of the way. She was an invaluable asset for sure. As wedding week approached, I had about 4 brain cells left to work with. The wedding rehearsal went so smoothly because of her - at that point I couldn’t remember literally any of what I’d chosen (I.e. readings, professional order, etc). Thank goodness she was there to save me from looking ridiculous. I can’t say enough positive things about her. All in all, you need her, even if you think you don’t! -

Becky Davis and the entire B. Mingled team deserve ALL THE STARS for their amazing, professional, detailed, and caring work for our 10/1/22 wedding. We began the planning process without them, but were quickly overwhelmed by the many ups and downs of wedding planning. We are SO thankful that we found B. Mingled, and Becky especially. Truly, Becky’s work made all the difference in our day. Each item that stressed us out was made a thousand times better by Becky’s input, reassurances, and professional perspectives. Becky was our advocate throughout the entire process we had her for. She protected us from dubious caterers and guided us towards amazing vendors who also contributed to our day. Becky’s communication was always punctual, kind, clear, and so so helpful! She had ALL the answers to our questions and more. We were one of the couples that had the misfortune of having our wedding be postponed by the pandemic, and I feel immeasurably lucky that we decided to go with BMingled. Becky has literally kept me sane for two years while I tried to hold the wedding together. We had to send out messages to our guests 3 times to reschedule, deal with unexpected last minute cancellations, and the caterer and our officiant dropping out. Through all of this (among a lot of minor panic attacks) Becky was unwaveringly there for both of us. If I texted or emailed her she would always get back to me within 10 minutes and always made me feel heard.
During the day of our wedding, she was on another level. As my husband puts it, "Becky was the glue that held our wedding day together". She was always there, somehow. There were several moments people would ask me something and she would be there to answer the question. She seamlessly coordinated all of the vendors together as a team.
All of this to say, she was absolutely the best addition to our day. I think we owe it to her for our special day going off without a hitch! -

When my husband and I started the wedding process in May of 2019 everyone suggested hiring at least a day of coordinator. Being a type A personality, I was skeptical having someone help us along the way. I am so happy I was utterly and completely wrong.
Alyssa was a literal saint and a lifesaver. When COVID hit, Alyssa helped keep my dream team of vendors and we rescheduled our wedding for 2021. Leading up to the wedding, she assured me that everything would be perfect and it truly was. We had multiple phone calls, exchanged texts and emails and held my hand along the way. I couldn't have imagined the day going as smoothly as it did.
Alyssa was instantly integrated as part of our family during the rehearsal and on our wedding day. There are often moments that we would talk about something regarding the wedding and just sing Alyssa's praises. We truly love her and any couple would be lucky to have her as part of their team. -

I could not have imagined having to deal with COVID, a terrible original venue, and switching venues/days without her. Ashly and team were with us every step of the way during the planning process and the main event. They managed every conceivable detail and literally allowed my daughter and me to feel like guests at her wedding because we did not have to worry about a thing! Ashly coordinated with all of the vendors, providing an incredibly detailed timeline to the vendors (dj, florist, hair/make up, officiant, caterer) and us. She also created and distributed the room set up diagram and contingency diagram in the event of rain. Her team stepped in whenever a task needed to be done, even those that were not their responsibility, including bringing drinks to the bride & groom for the toast, inviting tables to the buffet line, giving snacks to the bride before she walked down the aisle, packing the bride's car with decorations at the end of the evening and literally brining forgotten items (pictures, toiletries) to her doorstep. In short, we could not have done this without Ashly and her incredible team. Do yourself a favor, hire them! I promise you won't regret it. -

I truly don't know where to begin. I know when searching wedding vendors, many of them have 5 stars and it can be a challenge selecting which vendor is right for you. However, Ashly and her team deserve 10 stars! I have never in my entire life met someone as professional, organized, kind-hearted and caring as Ashly from B.Mingled.
Let me start with the software B.Mingled provides, Aisle Planner. This software is a GAME CHANGER for wedding planning. Before I signed with Ashly, I was literally planning my wedding on various sticky notes. Aisle planner has EVERYTHING from your guest list, to contract uploads, to payment reminders, to a very detailed checklist that is organized by months leading up to the wedding, to the seating chart customized to your venue layout. And the best part? Ashly helps you manage the software. I am not sure if other planner/coordinator companies offer this software, but what I do know is that Ashly & her team are simply unmatched. I hired Ashly as our Day-of-coordinator, but she is so much more than that - she is ALWAYS there when you need her even months before the wedding. She was more like a 2-3 month coordinator with the emails, texts and calls and always happy to help with anything we needed (I know I had a ton of stupid questions and she was always more than happy to help).
Ashly is extremely detail oriented. She provided a very detailed schedule to me and all of my vendors, which was amazing as it eliminated any confusion. I have been in many weddings where no one knows what is going on or when to be here or there. I shared this timeline with my wedding party and there was never any question of where people needed to be at what time, and that really made a huge difference for the flow of the wedding. And to be honest it was INCREDIBLE as the Bride to. not have to answer a million and one questions from everyone because every last detail was on the timeline.
One thing I really loved about Ashly was that she told me she would not contact me for any reason on my wedding day. She took down our MOH and BM's numbers and contacted them all day if any minor issues popped up or if she was just checking in to see how I was doing. She did not want me to worry about anything, and it was so nice to just be able to relax and trust that everything was taken care of - which it was!
On the day of my wedding, I was staying in a cottage onsite of the venue which is where I had my girls come for hair and makeup. Ashly arrived to the venue, made sure everything was going well, and then loaded up her car with all of our decor items for the ceremony/reception (multiple boxes) and transported them to the venue. I had a couple sticky notes on some of the decor with some instruction, but other decor items didn't and I trusted her to place them where she thought looked good and holy moly did she do an incredible job! My reception space was absolutely breathtaking because of her setup. Also, at the end of the night, I did not have to worry about A THING. Ashly and her assistant, Alyssa, carefully organized and packed up all of our belongings and transported all of my boxes back to the cottage at the end of the night.
This is the best part. Ashly literally saved my wedding. Unfortunately, two of my other vendors were absolutely horrible and made me cry multiple times throughout the day/evening. Not only did Ashly have my back and stood up for me, but she made sure that I didn't have to deal with the vendors face to face and she took total charge in fixing the issues. It was so nice having someone go to battle for me so I could just enjoy myself and my loved ones. Not only that, but she always made sure I was doing great and always made sure I had a drink in my hand! Both Ashly and Alyssa were always there for me and supporting me. I never had to go and search for them, they were always nearby and ready to help with whatever I needed. I can imagine having to deal with the vendor crisis was chaotic, but you would never know as Ashly has this incredible calm and collected presence that fills the room. The fact that she was running my entire wedding AND STILL made so much time to check in on me and get me anything I needed is truly remarkable.
Not only was Ashly an amazing coordinator, but she was an AMAZING FRIEND on my wedding day. I do not know what I would have done without Ashly. I truly cannot picture my wedding without her and I certainly will never forget her. She was hands down the best vendor we hired for our wedding. I truly believe she is the best coordinator in the game!
If I could give you one piece of advice for your wedding, CHOOSE ASHLY/THE B.MINGLED TEAM AS YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR. Trust me, you will not regret it. -

I have been trying to put into words for two months now the experience I had with Ashly and the B-mingled team. And I have come to the decision that there really are no words to describe the immense amount of gratitude I have for Ashly! Ashly was hands down the very best decision we made. She was extremely organized, calm and collected through the entire process. She even awed the venue team at our final walk through! She was consistently checking in and revising the timeline, as working with COVID threw a HUGE wrench in MANY of our original plans. 14 days out we had to change the location of our ceremony and Ashly not only took the news gracefully but sprang into action making a whole new plan work seamlessly. We had originally planned a May wedding..but then COVID happened. We were suddenly face with rescheduling our entire wedding and trying to still keep all of our amazing vendors. Alyssa was there every step of the way and even got the ball rolling by finding us dates that our two biggest vendors (venue and caterer) both had available. Flash forward to wedding weekend, I literally had to do nothing but show up and get dressed! Hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning process was hiring Alyssa from B.Mingled. I interviewed a few different wedding planners, but felt this instant connection with Alyssa when we spoke that I couldn't let go of. We didn't have a big budget and their services were a bit above what we originally wanted to spend, but I pushed for it and told my fiancé (now husband) that it just felt like the right choice. And WOW, I am so glad I did. The pandemic hit and we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding from May to August, and then subsequently downsize from 175 to 20 guests. Alyssa was there for us through everything--helping us navigate the crazy decisions we were having to make, cross-checking date availability for postponing with our vendors, and became a shoulder to cry (and scream) on as we dealt with everything the pandemic threw at us. Throughout everything, even before the pandemic, she was organized, timely, and responsive. On our wedding day, she made sure everything happened smoothly and went above and beyond what we expected to ensure our day was perfect. We're planning a reception in 2021 once it is safer to have large gatherings again, and have already hired Alyssa for that as well because we can't imagine having that event without her. I could probably go on for several more paragraphs on why Alyssa and B.Mingled are all around incredible but I'll end it with this--If you are looking to hire a wedding planner or month-of coordinator, B.Mingled is the only company you need to talk to. Don't waste your energy interviewing anyone else. Alyssa is someone who truly cares about you, that you will become friends with and want to stay in touch with after your wedding, and who will do everything in her power to ensure your wedding day is the best day ever. I will be forever grateful to have met her and gotten to work with her for our wedding. -

Hiring B. Mingled more importantly Ashly was the best wedding decision we could have made. From the moment I met Ashly I knew she was someone that I would vibe with. She agreed to interview to be our wedding planner on her birthday, who does that! I'm a business owner and it's important for me to work with someone who will respond to emails right away and be on top of everything. Ashly beyond delivered and I've very hard to please, just ask my husband. She took care of everything from making sure all the vendors were taken care of to things that didn't even cross my mind like, making sure the rings got to the best man. As an event planner for a nonprofit, I had high expectations for a day of coordinator. I knew that it would take a confident, personable and highly competent person to allow me to "shut down" for my wedding day. After interviewing 10 different coordinators at companies from Leesburg to DC, I meet the coordinator of my dreams in Alyssa Carl at B.Mingled. And I do not give that sort of compliment lightly.
One of the best things about Alyssa and the B.Mingled packages is that they are incredibly communicative. So many planners do a "you get X amount of hours" or "I only talk to you 1 month out" or other ridiculous rules that don't help brides out throughout the hardest parts of the process. Alyssa was always game to answer a text or an email, no matter how big or small, throughout the entire 6 months leading up to wedding day. And answer me honestly, with my needs considered, even if the answer was a suggestion to go a different way. She was willing to work on my timeline, schedule phone calls when I needed and most importantly, never be without the positivity and cheer you want in your planner/wedding cheerleader. When I was freaking out the week of the wedding due to weather, she was the one who reminded me it's my day and that I should follow my heart and my gut.
Both my fiancé and I were worried about my head space the day of the wedding. How would I be able to shutdown and enjoy and not be thinking about all the vendors and what needed to happen to make our day a reality? Answer - ALYSSA! After the wonderful experience leading up to the wedding, I knew Alyssa understood what we wanted and how to get it done. At one point she even dug out plastic straws for the champagne so we didn't mess up our lipstick. I never worried because she never allowed me to. She checked in day of, shared the positives, put up every single one of our decor pieces and kept us moving as needed. Even at the end of the night when I was chatting up the caterer and unknowingly holding up the buses, she was cool, calm, collected and in charge.
I can’t express enough the wonderful experience Alyssa both created and allowed for us on our wedding day. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her and B.Mingled to any bride, on any budget. Absolutely worth it.

Alyssa Carl with B-Mingled was truly AMAZING as our day-of planner!! She started working with us months in advance and was always available to answer questions and offer guidance or suggestions throughout the planning process. I am the mother of the bride, and I can not emphasize enough how amazing Alyssa was to work with while coordinating our daughter's wedding. Her attention to detail, coupled with her easy-going nature, made her the PERFECT wedding coordinator to guide us through all of the planning stages. And she was magnificent the day of the wedding - it was like watching a very skilled conductor guiding a complex orchestra of players. She was patient, calm, and direct. My entertainment company Xen Live provided live music and DJ service to a client at Kalero Vineyards on 9/21/2019. Ashly from B.Mingled was the wedding planner for this client and she is one of the best I've worked with in Northern Virginia. Her attention to detail, timely communication, and planning skills are top notch. She provided a very detailed schedule ahead of time which allowed me to conduct my own internal planning process with the band and DJ service. While on-site, I worked closely with Ashly to ensure the entire timeline was executed as planned. There is a lot of moving parts in regards to entertainment, song cues, flow of events, speeches, and other key moments that must be planned in great detail and Ashly was on top of everything. With her help I was able to facilitate the live music, DJ, and MC service without any issues at all. The day went extremely well and the couple was very pleased. I highly recommend Ashly and B.Mingled and would love to work with her again.

I am a very detail-oriented person and am certainly a planner myself, so we needed to find someone who we trusted completely to take on the final details the last few weeks before the wedding and day of. And boy was Ashly it! She is so responsive, easy to talk to, and truly knows her stuff. There were so many little details that we never would have thought of, and hiring Ashly as our Month-of-Coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made. It’s unbelievable how many little things pop up right before the wedding, and she helped us stay at ease the entire time — from guiding us through issues with other vendors to recommendations on minor tweaks to the timeline. We spoke numerous times within the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, and that was no problem. Wedding day moves by quickly and you want to relax and enjoy it, not stress about whether vendors are on time to the venue or whether it’s time or not to go cut the cake. Having someone there who could guide you through the day and help be there to fix anything that may go wrong was absolutely necessary. I got mud on my wedding dress while trying to take pictures in the grass, and Ashly and her team had an emergency kit right there for me — gone in seconds! Then we had a mishap with our officiant’s license. No problem, Ashly had called in a favor and got someone there before I even knew what was going on. It was a perfect day and we are so glad we had the perfect team. -
