Things looked exactly how we wanted them, and they didn't charge us for things we didn't use. We got two tents, lots of tables and chairs, lights, and a dance floor. They were very easy to work with. Our caterer also rented the dishware through Aztec. -

I used aztec for chair rentals for my Smith Mountain Lake wedding. They have a few locations, I believe the one I rented from was Moneta. They were all very responsive and so easy to work with especially with the multiple changes we had planning a 2020 wedding! We rented ceremony chairs and heaters, as well as the cross back tuscan chairs for the reception. All of them were so beautiful and set up exactly where we needed them! The heaters especially were so cool, they had live flames and looked so gorgeous against the sunset. So glad we used Aztec rentals! They were recommended to us by our venue, The Water's Edge Country Club. -

Aztec rentals was very professional, they had an entire showroom for us to pick out what we wanted to use and they delivered it right to our wedding location and picked it back up a couple of days later. -

Despite being unsure of what we wanted, Aztec Rental worked with us to give us all that we needed and more. They were very professional and kind to us despite our last minute changes and needs. Aztec Rental is a great company and really places the customer first!

They were fast, everything was clean and the whole experience was great! We highly recommend Aztec Rental to all of our friends and family members. They are always fast, reliable, professional and willing to work with us to make sure we get exactly what we want!

Melissa Sent on 02/05/2018Aztec went above in beyond this past year working with me and my husband on our wedding. Lori and crew helped me make my vision become reality. We were able to put things together in their showroom so that I could see how things would look together. They have amazing selections. We used a clear tent for our reception that was a unique touch. I wanted as much gold as possible and Aztec delivered! We had gold table runners, some gold tablecloths, and gold candelabra table toppers. I also appreciated how my vendors communicated with each other to create an A team. Our wedding day was the most perfect day because of our vendor team, which Aztec was a huge part of!

Aztec is really the only option in this area. The front desk can be disorganized at times, but they are pretty responsive to email. We got everything as promised, no issues. -

For my large wedding, we chose Aztec for our rentals. We rented plates, several types of glasses, and a few other random items. They were nice when I placed the order and accommodating to my request to pickup on Thursday before the wedding. And their prices for rental were pretty reasonable and on-par with other rental places.
I found their selection to be lacking, but they were really the only option nearby. They also did not have enough of certain items for me to order through them so I had to go elsewhere and buy some items.
When we arrived to pickup our order, after calling beforehand to make sure it was ready, it was in fact not ready. We had to wait around while they got everything together and they ended up missing some items so we had to go back again to pick those up.
Once we started pulling out the items, we noticed that every plate and glass needed to be washed. Washing almost 1000 glasses was not what I wanted to do the day before my wedding.
Once we returned the items, they said that we were missing some glasses and plates, but they counted them in the back so we had no way to confirm their count. We just had to go with that and pay the astronomical prices for their rental items ($13 for a plain white plate?).
Overall, I was not happy with my experience and probably should have gone somewhere else.
