I used Azazie for my bridesmaids to purchase their dresses back in 2016 + was amazed by the quality AND customer service back then...fast forward 10 years and I am in a wedding where the bride gave us free reign to pick any dress that was chiffon and matched her colors. A few of the other bridesmaids were using other companies, but I came straight to Azazie because I knew I could trust the quality and that they would help me fix issues if I had any arise later on.
I ended up purchasing a final sale dress + it arrived quickly, fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and was well within my budget (being a bridesmaid is expensive, so this sale deal was a huge blessing). Shortly after I found out that I am pregnant - an incredible surprise that we did not think would happen - but my perfectly fitting final sale dress is definitely not going to work when I am in the wedding later this year.
I messaged Azazie to see if they had a discount code I could use and they responded very quickly with way more than I asked for - they went above and beyond to find a solution for me even though I had agreed to all of the final sale terms. I am floored, but I should not have been surprised based on everything I know about Azazie. In addition to helping refund the dress, they were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable in their communication. I couldn't stop crying happy tears. I don't know why I would ever buy a bridesmaids dress from anyone else when I know that with Azazie they will always have my back if I run into any issues. 10000% recommend.

I ordered a dress from Azazie for my wedding and wedding rehearsal. It hadn’t arrived a week after the expected delivery so I reached out to customer service and they promptly responded and informed me that there had been an issue with my order. They were super helpful when it came to resolving the issue and offered me multiple options to resolve the issue and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend going through Azazie if you need a wedding or bridal party dress, I greatly appreciated the help I received from them and was able to order a beautiful dress!

I have ordered a couple dresses from Azazie. First off, the dresses were exactly as pictured, and the quality was outstanding. I will say one of the dresses did not fit me as well in the shoulder and hip area so I called customer service looking for help. . Incredible Customer Service!
Their customer service representative helped me via email and she was wonderful!! She got back to me quickly and was very understanding. I had made a mistake with a purchase and was left with two dresses I’d paid for that didn’t fit but I was unable to return because of policy. I reached out to their customer service because I was so stressed about the cost and she talked with upper management and was able to help me with the return. It was so refreshing to talk with someone who was a human and not a bot on the other end of a customer service email. I'm getting married this summer. I first order a bunch of swatches from various companies and Azazie's were definitely one of the best quality. So I planned a home try-on party with my bridesmaids and it was perfect. The customer service was able to help me get the dresses on time for the event perfectly, thanks to them. I’m typically not moved to write reviews but want to express how impressed I am with Azazie customer support, as well as with the dress I just purchased for my daughter’s wedding. After looking at a couple of dress sites, Azazie clearly has the most beautiful and tasteful dresses for both bridesmaids and mothers of the bride or groom. I used the Azazie Home Try-On option; it’s $10 to try on and 15% off if you decided to keep the dress. It was super helpful to ensure that the dress fits well. The fit is remarkably consistent with the measurements in the Sizing Guide—not always the case with all clothing retailers! When I had concerns about pricing resulting from a sale subsequent to my Home Try-On order, I reached out to Azazie customer support. I’m impressed by the personable service and follow up communications I received. Let me not forget to add that the Azazie dress I purchased is top quality; fully lined with a beautiful sturdy lace back, built in bra and boning through the bodice. My husband loved the dress the moment he saw it.

I have given this company 5 stars as although we missed an opportunity of ordering the correct number of dresses for our wedding and then finding out the dress was discontinued some month later. the customer service was outstanding trying to help us to source alternatives. Azazie is amazing nevertheless. They’re so accommodating & have something called a home try on option. Basically you pick all the dresses you like and order each to try on at home for 15$ per dress. I was even accommodated with a price adjustment after paying for my dress and they had a sale on it the next day and I was refunded for the difference without an issue! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Azazie! From the very beginning, their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Every time I reached out with a question, I received an incredibly fast and detailed response. The team was always kind, supportive, and ready to help immediately. Honestly, I have never experienced such quick and attentive customer service before — it is rare nowadays, and it truly sets Azazie apart.
There was even a small issue with the delivery (something completely outside of Azazie’s control), but they took immediate action to assist me and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. That kind of dedication and care gave me so much peace of mind and showed me how committed they are to their customers.
And then, the dress itself — it is absolutely perfect! The fit is flawless, the size is exactly right, and the bust support is so good that I don’t even need to wear a bra. I've bought a few dresses from Azazie for weddings I was in, and the quality was impressive, especially for the reasonable price tag. It wasn't a question where I'd be getting the dresses for my bridesmaids from! There are a few materials that are questionable, ie. the ones with patterns that fray a little, or the shiny looking ones are almost costume like.
Return policy is great, gives flexibility to try before you buy. Not to mention the try at home program which is game changing when it comes to finding bridesmaid dresses. My MOH and I bought try on dresses for the entire bridal party to try on. We were a little early (the shipping was SO quick) and customer service was able to extend both of our trail periods for about an additional week! Melissa was the rep that made it all happen :)

I needed to find a “Mother-of-the-Bride” dress for my daughter’s wedding. Because I am 5’0”, finding clothes that are my size, makes shopping a chore. Because Azazie offers custom fit, I was able to watch the tutorial of how to measure myself, plug in my measurements and viola, my dress was made to fit. First store to try on a dress and bought it!
To be honest I kept seeing them on TikTok and I didn’t want to pay thousands for a dress that I’m only going to wear for one day. So I was happy to find a wedding dress in the style that I want for $340. It’s the same style that you see on every TikTok wedding right now. Corset top, slit on the dress, has a train but not too long. I made an appointment the day before to go into the Azazie in Beverly Hills and really wasn’t sure what to expect, it was my first time going dress shopping. I tried on maybe 8 dresses (some just for funsies) and found the dress I wanted on the mannequin. It looked flattering and the price fit the budget!
I’m so glad I didn’t get a more expensive dress, so I could put that towards the videographer. I might make some tweaks on how the back looks, since I just got a sewing and embroidery machine, just to make it look a little more like a dress inspo I found. I actually got the sewing machine because I was going to try and make my wedding dress 😅 I’m glad that I don’t have to do that anymore. I have only 2 months left before the big day and still need to do the decor, menus and shot list.
Long story short, I was very lucky to find them on TikTok, and I hope this helps future brides, you don’t need to spend thousands on your dress to feel and look beautiful. Save your money and put it towards something else that you find more important like the videographer or decor. Also buy decor that’s chic and you can use it in your house after the wedding. To me that makes more sense spending money on decor that’s you will use for years, rather on a dress that you will use for 5-8 hours.

Great Vendor for Bridesmaid's Dresses!
I've been in 6 weddings but currently the second wedding that has chosen to use Azazie for bridesmaids dresses and felt compelled to leave a review because it's honestly just a great experience. I love that I can order try on dresses to see hot the dress fits ahead of time and even can order a custom fitted dress (which I did last time and it was perfect!). I also just worked with customer service for the first time related to a damaged try on dress I received (nervous that I could be charged for it) but they were amazing, understanding, and helped resolve it quickly for me without additional costs.
We all need to pick different dresses which I thought might be difficult but there are tons of styles to fit every body type and you can even set up a showroom online so bridesmaids can see each other's picks. High Quality dresses for less than $500
I LOVED Azazie. At first I was a little skeptical because I couldn’t believe the gowns were less than $500 dollars, I found 2 of the exact same ones I tried on a bridal shop. At the bridal shop they were 1500 without alterations and Azazie was just a fraction of the price.
I loved their try on feature, the return was super easy. Then I bought my dream dress and got it in less than 2 weeks. You can also have it custom sized. The quality, the price, everything went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Azazie for brides and bridesmaids 🤍✨

Perfect for Court House Wedding!
I was able to get my wedding dress for under $150!! What's more surprising, I think, is how much I love it! My wedding is at a courthouse, and I cannot wait to wear my dress. I feel beautiful in it, and it fits so well. I actually got two dresses to confirm which size I needed, and the return for the dress I didn't keep was easy! I used Azazie for my bridesmaid dresses, second look dress, and a dress for a wedding I’m attending and I am overall happy with everything! The return process was super easy and flexible. My bridesmaids loved being able to try different styles at home with a simple return system at Ulta.

A stress free bridesmaids dress
First of all LOVE that they are size inclusive! This was my first time being a bridesmaid and I was so worried that my options as a plus size girl would be limited but I was pleasantly surprised by Azazie. Their sizing guide video made it so easy to measure myself at home, and confidently order my size. Shipping was fast, and the dress was packaged great. They explored and realized the atelier collection has a different palette, and recommend similar colors since that swatch was not available. Great Bridal Party Experience!
For my wedding, my flower girl, all six of my bridesmaids, and my mom were all able to get their dresses through Azazie. They have SO many different styles and colors that everyone was able to find something that made them happy! From start to finish, Azazie exceeded every expectation I had. My best friend used them for our entire bridal party, and the experience was seamless, joyful, and stylish. Every bridesmaid found a dress they loved (and felt amazing in), thanks to the incredible variety of styles, inclusive sizing, and try-at-home program. The swatches helped us confidently match our wedding colors—soft blush pink —and when the dresses arrived, they were absolutely stunning.
But it didn’t stop there! I also ordered cocktail dresses from Azazie for other events, and they were show-stoppers. The quality, fit, and affordability made me feel like I was wearing something designer—without the designer price tag.

Beautiful bridesmaid dress
Azazie is such an amazing place to find beautiful dresses for your special day! They have a wide range of colors and sizes to find the perfect dress! As a bigger chested girl, I really appreciate that they let you try on the sample dresses and return them at a low cost. I was able to try on a few and find the perfect maid of honor dress. 10/10 recommend Azazie!

Prompt refund for order without any hassle
I had ordered from their website and found a few days later via email that my product was mailed to my address but was lost in shipping transit. This company reached out to me and immediately refunded me for my order without any hassle.
My fiancé has ordered through here as well for his groomsmen and has received his shipment without any issues. The groomsmen ties, pocket squares, and socks were in great condition. I will definitely be using them for my bridesmaids dresses.

Bridesmaid dress
A friend was getting married and wanted the 4 bridesmaids maids in the same color, but we could pick the dress. Azazie had so many to choose from! The sizing chat was helpful, the process was easy, and I felt they were all very affordable. I’ve also been looking for dresses to other events on the website.

Azazie is my go to!
i’ve ordered three bridesmaids dresses (fourth one will be ordered this summer) and my own wedding dress from azazie. the quality is outstanding. i use the custom sizing and never need alterations. i’ve ordered a dress to the wrong address but a quick email to customer service had it on its way to the correct address with no hassle! the try on at home program is fun to try different looks or do an at home dress shopping experience!

Sizing is super inclusive and most styles have the dress modeled on both standard and plus size so that you can see what would be most flattering on your body type. They offer custom sizing as well, so that you can avoid majority of tailoring expenses. All in all, definitely a win!

Azazie was only of the only brands with the best colors and styles I needed for my bridesmaids dress. It fit my form very well and it came with a free garment bag. Even when I purchased a dress a different time the customer service helped me with the sizes. I definitely would purchase from them again! Affordable and beautiful!

Perfect way to try online dresses for cheap!
I’m a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and she wanted us all to us this site. It was perfect. She gave us a fabric and color and let us pick the dresses we wanted. I tried on a few and found one that is beautiful! I’ll be getting it custom made to my measurements at no extra cost!

Fall Wedding!
Azazie provided a variety of designs and options for bridesmaids! I was one of the bridesmaids for my friend’s recent wedding and each person had a different bridesmaid dress design. It made each of our dress unique while still matching fabric and color to fit the overall theme. The dress is comfortable, shipping was fast, and you always have the option to customize your size with Azazie at no additional cost. I’d definitely consider Azazie for my own wedding and for future ocassions.

Easy peasy!
Loved this company so far. I had a small window to try on dresses with my mom. I was able to order dresses to try on at home! Then having two different options for discount whether I kept the sample dress or had one made for, even to my body measurements with no extra cost! They have sales all the time. Even though I grabbed the sample dress when they were discontinuing a dress I liked (super cheap too!) I plan to visit there location to try on more just in case. Recommend 1000% especially if you want to try on dresses in the comfort of your home!

Azazie is the absolute easiest and best place to get any formal event dress 10/10 would recommend to everyone. My future mother in law said I should be a sales rep as I convinced everyone in my bridal party , friends , moms and grandmas to do the “home try ons” and every single person has loved the quality , price point and color choices Azazies website has ! 😍 plus it’s also great they offer men’s ties to match your dress!

I have been a part of several weddings where the bride has used azazie and now I’m using it for my own wedding, this August. Azazie is wonderful, they have a great selection, custom sizing, and color swatches that help with making hard choices. They also have reviews with pictures that help with looking at dresses on all sizes! They truly make everything so easy for a bride, bridesmaid, and everyone else for the wedding day!! Wedding in July – A Great Experience with Azazie!
As a bride getting married this July, I’ve had a really positive experience with Azazie. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Azazie made the dress shopping process smooth and enjoyable. I ordered my bridesmaids’ dresses and my bridal robe from them, and everything arrived on time, well-packaged, and looking exactly as pictured.
One thing I really appreciated was the Try at Home program — it made it so much easier for my bridesmaids to find their perfect fit without the pressure of a salon. The size range and color options are great too, and the Steel Blue color in stretch satin we chose is absolutely stunning in person. We also used their custom sizing option for one of the girls, and it fit like a glove!
The customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, and their updates on shipping were clear and timely. I’m so excited to see my bridal party all dressed up on the big day — and Azazie played a big part in making that vision come to life.
Would definitely recommend them to other brides looking for quality, convenience, and beautiful styles!

I am always skeptical when buying from a new company online. Azazie did not disappoint though, they are fantastic. Website was easy to use with incredible selection and helpful hints such as best silhouettes for body. They provide regular order updates. When dresses arrived they matched exactly what was shown on website. One dress didn't suit and the refund process was flawless. Definitely recommend Azazie, great company to buy from.

I bought both my daughter's bridesmaids dresses on Azazie. One wears a size 18 and the other wears a size 22. Ordered the exact size, no custom fit and their dresses fit PERFECTLY! I ordered my flower girls' dresses here also. A kids size 12, fit PERFECTLY! I also ordered the groom and his best men matching bow ties and handkerchiefs to match the dresses. Completely happy with everything I ordered and received. Everything is good quality and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend using Azazie to order your dresses from!

Couldnt ask for a better service under the circumstances. originally ordered a dress from them and they sent without issue. after realising the dress was the wrong fit and colur returned the dress and received a full refund.
i then ordered a different fit and colour which was despatched quickly. Unfortunately due to poor courier services, at no fault of azazie, the dresses never arrived and delivery proof was just a picture of my gate!!!
azazie even though being in a different time zone dealt with my issue promptly and got a resolution fast!
Even though i have now needed to go out locally and source dresses that are not quite perfect i would definitely use azazie again!!!

Oh my goodness the dress is amazing. It fits perfectly and matched the measurements in the sizing chart. The fabric was beautiful with lace. It was well made with a sturdy zipper. It is such a nice dress that I am going to order another one.

Affordable and convenient!
We used Azazie for our bridesmaid dresses for our destination wedding on 9/21/24. Azazie is affordable and convenient which was helpful since my bridesmaids live in various places across the US. Many of them opted for the try-on deal to help decide which style fit them best. Azazie has tons of colors, I chose the Tahiti color which turned out beautiful! Would recommend!
