I 100000% recommend wedding dress shopping at Ava's Bridal. It's a one stop shop for all your wedding dress shopping and alteration needs!
I went dress shopping at 3 different shops and didn't have a good experience until I finally came across Ava's Bridal. Sue made it the best experience, not only me, but my friend's as well. She has OUTSTANDING customer service and makes you feel so special and beautiful. She is so patient, kind, and talented. She is very considerate of your budget and pulls dresses in your style and price range. I can not say enough great things about this bridal shop. Sue goes above and beyond and was a dream to work with. You will not regret bridal gown shopping at Ava's Bridal with Sue!!!! -

I always imagined when I went to find my dress it would be like the romantic movies. All your favorite people around you, trying on couture gowns , eating snacks and drinking champagne. We DID exactly THAT!! I posted on Dfw vendors wedding page looking for the magical experience for dress shopping & several people commented to try Ava’s along with her competitors in town.
Sue the owner is the nicest most compassionate bridal consultant I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I decided to find my dress she asked all about me. She started making the wedding all about ME ! Now for me that’s exactly what I WANTED. Grade A customer service. She exceeded my expectations. Once I purchased the dress she allowed payment plan options. She even helped me get a custom veil made. Let me finance that as well. It can seem a bit overwhelming at first with all the fees. But truthfully I wouldn’t have gotten my dream dress without her business model. She understands the budgets of brides.
Ms. Tammy in alterations is beyond amazing. I wasn’t able to afford alterations in my budget until last minute. I called Sue begging to help me. I didn’t need much other than straps and an American bustle. Tammy was able to meet me at her house after hours measure me , size me and offered next day service. I was so shocked. I came back less than 3weeks later to pick it up before the wedding and it was perfect.
My overall experience was A MILLIONS STARS ⭐️!

Amazing Experience
I was very nervous to shop for a wedding dress because I am SO indecisive. Everyone here was amazing right from the beginning, only pulling dresses they knew I would like or would work best for me. I could not have found my dream dress without them! They made sure I felt completely comfortable in my dress, and they did incredible work on my alterations. These ladies are the absolute best, and made my experience so wonderful!! -

I cannot say enough about the Ava's Bridal staff. I did not purchase my dress with Ava's and I was skeptical that my bridal shop could do the alteration work i wanted. I found Ava's on social media and was sooo impressed with the amount of knowledge Sue was providing for brides to be.
After watching youtube videos and reading articles on the website, I knew this was where I wanted to bring my gown!!
I drove over an hour to my fitting appointments to meet with Tammy! Tammy is AMAZING. She altered my straps, hemmed and bustled my dress and its beautiful! It only took her a few weeks and Im sad I wont be able to visit the Ava's team again!
Any brides to be nervous about dress altering PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to Sue or Ava's on social media. You will be soooooo happy you left your dress in good hands! -

My experience at Ava’s was amazing from start to finish! My mom & I attended their Dash for the Dress: Sample Sale. Ava’s has the sweetest staff. They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Budget! Everyone is concerned about the Budget! I was able to get a beautiful dress at Ava’s for a steal. It was cheaper than some of the sale dresses I had been looking at over at David’s Bridal. The alterations lady is top notch! She was there to explain to me exactly how they would alter my dress to make sure it fit me perfectly. She put my dress in a custom garment bag and carried it out to my car. I am so happy I said, Yes to the Dress! at Ava’s Bridal Couture. -

I had Jasmine as my consultant and she was the best! I felt so comfortable and beautiful and just wonderful with her guidance. Each dress was great, but when she pulled out the dress I ended up choosing I knew that was it! I was able to have my moment with my guests that attended as well and it felt so natural. Thank you for helping me to find my dream dress.
Ladies: don't go anywhere else until you have gone to Ava's! -
Sara Sent on 06/19/2018I made my appointment during the Fort Worth bridal show. I was able to get the “VIP” treatment for that day. They had different ranges in price. Starting at $1000 and going up! I was happy because they had a lot of options in my price range. The lady working with us was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I’m the end I found my dress! It was beautiful!! Exactly what I had pictured. After we found the dress, we were moved into a private room. They had champagne, cupcakes, fruit, and cute snacks. It was the perfect way to end finding the perfect dress! I went back a few times to get it fitted, and altered. It fits perfect and I so excited to wear it on my special day!

Dana Sent on 04/16/2017I could not give Ava's enough stars! On the day that I visited the store, I came crying from an appointment with another bridal salon. From the moment that I stepped foot in Ava's, all of the ladies made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world! The ladies completely turned around my experience with their great customer service and the genuine concern they had for me to find my dream dress.
I found a dress that I liked at Ava's, however I kept referring back to a dress that I had tried on at another store. My consultant told me, " If you keep thinking about the other dress, go buy it! We want you to be completely happy!" Needless to say I took my consultants advice and bought the other dress, even after putting a dress on hold at Ava's.
Even though I didn't buy my dress at Ava's I did have them do my alterations. Sue was my seamstress and she was absolutely amazing! It took two fittings to get everything just perfect and she was so patient through it all. I've actually still stayed in contact with Sue and just found out that they are expanding Ava's!
If you are looking for great customer service, an easy going atmosphere, or alterations I highly recommend Ava's! I've also had many friends buy their dresses here. The ladies at Ava's will give you the best wedding dress shopping experience you could ever receive! -

Karen Sent on 07/09/2014Not only does this venue have the most incredible dresses of any I had found; the employees at Ava's Bridal are unparalleled in regards to customer service. From the moment we stepped in, I felt right at home. There was never any pressure or insincerity. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but after trying a few on, the sales associate, Carole, helped me determine a better fit for my body type. Together, we found the perfect Las Vegas wedding dress! After losing around 20 pounds, my dress had to be taken in nearly three dress sizes. Sue did my alterations, but honestly, they can't even be called alterations. Sue took my dress from beautiful to absolutely STUNNING. She promised me, "when this dress is done, it's going to fit you better than a glove." She couldn't have been more right. Her work was unbelievable. The alterations gave me a waist like I've never had before and the dress fit so perfectly, I didn't even have to wear a bra! She is truly a miracle worker. DO NOT take your dress anywhere else for alterations. They are worth every penny. Thanks Ava's Bridal! -

Karah Sent on 11/21/2016This was the third place I went too. I worked with marisol and she was so friendly and helpful. She knew my budget and helped me fimd my dresses. If there was anything that was out of my range, she made sure to ask before she pulled it. She found the dresses that she knew I would like as well as made an effort to show me some if their new designs. They were all so great! I didn't feel rush or presured to buy anything. And she was even help complete the look by showing me veils. She was honest about pricing and alterations. One of the reasons I love this place is that they have in house alterations where another boutique I went (which carried very similar designers) did not. This put them Over the edge for me. The only bummer is that originally (2 times) I used their website to try to set up and appointment but I never received and confirmation email it even in the junk folder. But when I called them, they were more than happy to make my appointment. I narrowed it down 3 dresses. They are all so great! I made a second appointment with marisol this weekend so I can make my final decision when my mom can be there with me. Great and so happy the process was easy. -

To any bride that may be nervous, not know exactly what they want, needs support( or Sue, the absolute BEST HYPE MAN!), Ava’s Bridal truly offers a one of a kind experience. From the very beginning to the last alterations appointment I was treated like a QUEEN. Sue and Tammy are by far the most professional and knowledgeable wedding dress boutique that I have experienced. And before Ava’s, I had seen a few… or 5. There were many times I thought to myself, WOW do they do this for everyone, or is it just me?? Either way, I was impressed and felt truly supported. I had a team of ladies that listened to every detail and change I wanted.. which were many, and they never once hesitated to adjust and above all MAKE IT HAPPEN. It’s like there are no obstacles when you are working with Ava’s Bridal! Seriously! You plan on losing weight? They will tailor the dress to your body! You want the back lowered? No problem! You want a slit? A higher slit? Say no more!!

Lacey Sent on 10/23/2017I had heard of Ava's because my best friend used Classy Concepts for her dress. They were the last place I had an appointment for a day that was filled with appointments. I still wasn't sure what I wanted but felt like I would get more of an idea at this salon. I absolutely LOVED my consultant , I forgot her name :( but she was so calm and sweet which is just what I needed with all my family there. They knew that I only had two months before my wedding date so they were conscious of what I could pick out that would get in in time. If there was ever any crisis or worry they handled it so calmly. I definitely spent more than I had planned but it was so worth it when I found the perfect dress! I wanted to feel pretty and comfortable and I did! Would definitely recommend them, just don't go in with a budget under $500. Unless it's a sale, they had some good sale items!

Jennifer Sent on 12/08/2016They are super sweet and helpful however, my alterations were not done when I got to town (I live 5 hrs) when they did get done they weren't done correctly. When went to pick up the day before wedding the dress was wrinkled from them steaming the day before and putting back in bag. So, had to wait for them to resteam it. Then on wedding my day a seam on the side and the front came undone and the rouching on the front was off from alterations which didn't notice till taking pictures and they all look aweful. And at 3 requests of why they never put the pic they took of when I said yes to the dress I still never got posted..:-( -

Emily Sent on 04/23/2016I went to two bridal stores and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the dresses on the floor at Ava's. The space was, however, very small and difficult to move in and out of the dressing room in a wedding gown. I was very impressed with Ava's on the day I bought my gown. I purchased a beautiful gown. Communication was very difficult with the ladies who worked the front desk. I called multiple times to get information and wouldn't get my answers at that time. Instead a message was left for someone else to call me on another day and those calls were left un-returned. In order for me to not seem like a nuisance to them, I felt the need to wait longer than I should've to get my answers that I needed. I'm not positive that my veil was ordered on the day I purchased it. Instead it took over 6 months to come in. That isn't what I was told on the day I purchased my dress/veil, but wasn't an issue because my wedding was still over 6 months away around the time it came in. They also ordered two veils for me. So, after I had already picked up my dress and veil, they called to tell me that my veil had come in. As far as bridesmaids go, the communication was better, but they couldn't order me a swatch in the shade I wanted. I was told once they could, but wasn't given information on how-to go about ordering this. This had to be answered over 3 un-successful phone calls and a trip to the store to finally get my answer. My fiancé and I had to go to Men's Warehouse with a grainy stock photo I found on google to pick out vests and ties for his groomsmen, then had to bring in a bridesmaid dress and had to totally change the look of the tux, less than 2 months before the wedding due to not having a color swatch of the bridesmaids dress. The Dress/Attire experience has been the most stressful and difficult process of planning our whole wedding and should've been the most simple. I will not be recommending Ava's or Classy to anyone.
