Can’t imagine a more perfect Venue!

Avanti Mansion was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we walked into our first tour, we knew it was going to be the place we wanted to be married. Raquel was our amazing event coordinator. She helped guide us along through the whole process of planning the wedding! She made sure to communicate with us whenever we missed a detail and kept us on track and was great at answering any question or concern we had, no matter how silly anything seemed she always made sure we never felt that way. Unfortunately she was unable to be our day-of coordinator on the day of the wedding but she introduced us to Kelly who stepped up to the plate perfectly. She got filled in and made the process so seamless! She took care of all the day-of details perfectly but made sure everything was exactly how we wanted things :) She kept us fed, hydrated, and making sure we had no concerns for the rest of the evening. Also their bridal suite is gorgeous and the perfect place to get ready for the day! We would highly recommend this venue because of their attention to detail, communication, and just overall making sure you have the day you always dreamed of :) thank you Avanti!

Amazing wedding venue

We had an amazing experience here for our wedding in June 2024! The staff was great on the day of the wedding and Raquel was so helpful while going through the planning process! We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the food/drinks and everyone had an amazing time! Highly recommend having your wedding here, it’s a beautiful venue! ❤️

Wedding 2023

Avanti Mansion has everything you need on site and organizes every detail that you could think of. Our wedding planner Raquel, did an AMAZING job. We cannot say enough. Every guest raved about the food and venue. Avanti truly made the stress of wedding planning that much easier. We absolutely loved having out wedding here. I cannot say enough about Avanti Mansion.

The best wedding venue in WNY!

The Avanti Mansion is hands down the most incredible wedding venue in Western New York.

Our day was utter perfection, the staff were so attentive to make sure we had anything and everything we needed. The day went by in a blink of an eye but everything was so seamless and ran so smoothly, all of our guests loved attending our wedding.

We would recommend the Avanti Mansion to anyone who is planning their wedding or special event, Kelly and Arrika are the best of the best.

Simply perfect

Avanti Mansion was the first venue we looked at when planning our wedding. After meeting with Raquel, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. We wanted a very simple, stressfree, no fuss day. And Raquel and Avanti delivered. She listened to what we wanted, presented all options available but didn't push us to upgrade things we didn't want. The day of the wedding, the staff were so accommodating, taking care of everything we needed and paying extra special attention to me and my husband, and our immediate family. And the food was incredible!! Probably the best wedding food I've ever had. Thank you Raquel and Avanti! You really helped make our wedding perfect!

Bridgerton wedding

Avanti mansion was amazing from start to finish! We toured many venues when we were trying to find our perfect Bridgerton inspired mansion, and we knew avanti was the one for us after the first meeting! Our guests are still raving about the food and service, and our wedding coordinator raquel went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT! This is the best wedding venue, and the value for what you get is incredible!

Avanti wedding

10/10 would recommend Avanti for your event space. One thing I am still hearing about to this day was how amazing the food was. We had a large wedding and all of my guests raved about how good it was and how hot it was when it came out. As a bride I was taken care of and the staff made it seamless and easy for me from start to finish.

Best Experience Ever!

We started our wedding planning 18 months ago. The staff at Avanti were nothing short of amazing. They were super patient with all of our questions and indecisiveness every time we wanted to change a small detail. They even provided us a checklist that helped us stay on track with what we needed to do (12 months out, 6 months out, etc.) - after all we had never been married before!
As our wedding date got closer they were super helpful with making sure we were feeling comfortable and prepared.
For our rehearsal and wedding day, our planner and coordinator were great at understanding how we wanted the ceremony to flow. The staff on our wedding day were super attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us clean up all of our decorations.
We are more than happy with our experience at Avanti!

Absolutely Perfect

I have been to many weddings but nothing compares to your own. Raquel my wedding planner made this day absolute magic for us- even though we were constantly changing things up till the last day she managed to keep it organized and went above and beyond for us. The service was phenomenal, they checked on my husband and I all night made sure we had drinks/food and were happy. They made sure the venue was absolutely better then I could’ve ever even planned myself. Beautiful Venue, amazing food, and amazing workers. I don’t have a single complaint. Everyone there couldn’t stop complimenting the venue food and everything as well. Everything included with the price was worth it too. Took my breath away- what a way to start a marriage ❤️ I suggest the champagne wall as it added that extra touch!

LOVED our Wedding Day

My husband Ryan and I had the best wedding day ever. Everyone at the Avanti Mansion was incredible, from working with our event planner Raquel to the bartenders and weight staff Becca. We loved working with everyone. They were there for us to help make our dreams come true! All of our family and friends even said how wonderful everyone was, and we couldn’t be happier!! This really is the best place to get married and begin to start your forever with your significant others. I cannot thank the Avanti Family enough for all they did to help make our day perfect.

Avanti was amazing!

Every detail was taken care of. The food was great and the service was amazing. I chose to rent out the entire estate and moved to 4 different locations during my wedding. Colleen and the entire Avanti team made it seamless. A lot of planning goes into your wedding and it was amazing to see everything put together perfect. I couldn't thank them enough. Service, food and details were all perfect!!!

Amazing Venue

Me and my wife had our wedding and reception at the Avanti Mansion, and it was truly amazing. The locale is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the service was truly top notch. We had staff following our wedding party around as we took pictures, continuously bringing refreshments, despite us being out of the way at the accompanying mansion. They made every effort to accommodate our special day, and in turn made it even more special in the process. I could not recommend the establishment enough.

The most amazing experience for our special day

So thankful for the entire Avanti Team! All of our questions and any concerns we had were always answered quickly. They helped set up and take things down so it was one less thing we had to worry about on our day! Throughout the entire day as well as the rehearsal the team made sure we were taken care of as well as our bridal party. Guests consistently told us how beautiful everything was and that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! A huge Thanks to Colleen our Wedding Planner for all of her hardwork and Leo for the most amazing food. We wish we could re-live our day all over again!

Where dreams come true!!!

The Avanti Mansion is the most amazing venue ever it was our first choice and we would highly recommend this house of love for any special event! We had no ideas on what we wanted walking in but after one tour , and with the help & phenomenal determination from Colleen and Raquel we can't thank them enough! Perfection at it's best from the emails, to the meetings, rehearsals, extra changes, decor, food, bar, hosts & private bridal suite. Everyone played their part to make our wedding day epic & memorable. Everything we ever dreamed of and more took place on 8/20/22.

Amazing Reception Experience

My husband and I live in California, but were getting married in Buffalo where he is from, so it was really important that we found a venue with good communication. Working with the Avanti Planning Team was an exceptional experience because they are in frequent contact, remind you of upcoming dates, respond promplty, and answer any/all questions. They really work to make your day exactly what you want to be. The day of the reception we got to use the bridal suite upstairs to freshen up which was perfect before the cocktail hour. Everyone there was super helpful and got drinks for the wedding party as soon as we arrived. The Amore Ballroom was so beautiful from the napkins (choose from a variety of colors), uplighting, candle centerpieces (rented from Avanti), and table arrangements. We also opted to add the outdoor patio & bar which was a huge hit! We got tons of compliments on how nice it was to have some outdoor space. Addtionally, we got lots of compliments on how good the food and table wine was (we opted for the tuscan chicken and steak dual plate , salad, bread, and potatoes + cabernet/chardonnay for table wine)! Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. Super organized, very beautiful, and delicious food. Thanks so much for making our day unforgettable!

The Perfect Day!

We are so happy we got married at Avanti in July! We heard some negative reviews about Avanti, but we decided to check it out ourselves and make our own decision. We absolutely fell in love with it when we toured and we knew without a doubt we wanted to get married there! We are incredibly happy with our decision. Colleen made the planning process smooth, she answered all of our questions, and she was honest about everything! The Japanese garden is stunning, our day of staff was absolutely incredible, and the food was phenomenal! Every table we visited mentioned how good the vegetable lasagna was!

The only thing I wish was done differently is that the food from our sweetheart table was taken away quickly as was the champagne from the guests.

We got a ton of perks for getting married on a Sunday, so I highly recommend it! We got free stationary credit, free table numbers, centerpieces, decor, etc. Our appetizers also got upgraded and our ceremony was included.

They were transparent about everything and answered all of our questions honestly. Colleen was extremely supportive and while we would have liked to have worked with her the day of the wedding, it was an additional cost. We opted not to have her be there the day of and we're so happy with Katie! She did an amazing job helping us the day of and really went above and beyond. I really do recommend giving them a chance because they provide incredible service at a reasonable price!

Perfect from start to finish

My husband and I cannot thank the Avanti Mansion enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the first day we toured the venue we were amazed at how beautiful both the indoor and outdoor venues were, and how professional, nice and prompt Colleen and the rest of the staff was to work with. Any question or concern we had was always addressed immediately and they were great at helping us chose the best vendors to work with to help our day turn out perfect. And the food!!! We have received so many compliments about the food being the best food our guests have had at any wedding and they aren’t wrong. It was delicious! Without a doubt the best decision we made was choosing the Avanti mansion as our wedding venue!

Perfect Summer Garden Wedding Venue!!

We got married in June 2022 in the Garden at Avanti Mansion, which is easily the most beautiful venue in Western NY, especially during the summer months. Most importantly, for us, Avanti Mansion was the only venue we found that allowed fireworks, which my husband and I knew we wanted to have. We worked with Colleen throughout planning and up until the week before our wedding. Colleen was incredibly responsive, and helpful, always available for a call or allowing us to visit the venue when we were in town (my husband and I are from Boston). Colleen talked us through the tasting event, the flow of the day, all of our drink / dinner options, and helped us schedule a rehearsal for the day before the wedding. On the day of, we had an on-site coordinator (Arrika) who worked with our wedding planner to make sure things were running smoothly and it did!! I'm sure there were hiccups here and there (what wedding doesn't have those?) but both Arrika and our wedding planner ensured that we did not hear about it as they were able to handle it. Our wedding was the most perfect day! The food from the Avanti Mansion catering team was amazing, all of my vendors worked well together with the Avanti team and everyone commented positively on the garden venue and party. If you're looking for an idyllic summer garden party for your wedding, and are looking in western NY, Avanti Mansion is your best bet!!

A Perfect Day!

The Library venue is absolutely beautiful!! From the moment we walked in for a tour, we knew this was the perfect venue for us! The planning staff were so helpful right from the beginning. We planned the entire event in just 3 short months! Everything was just perfect! The food is some of the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Our guests are still talking about it. The only complaint we have is that the entire day/ night went way too fast!!

Amazing Night

Finally, we were able to get married last Dec 2021, as we postponed the celebration last Sept 2020. But still got married. We had our civil wedding too with Avanti Mansion, but just ceremony, to our original venue, which is the Japanese Garden.
Colleen is our planner. Very helpful and accommodating. Answered all our questions, during the pandemic, and the change of plans. On our wedding day last 2021, we avail a day of coordinator, since we don't want to be stressed on that day, and might need some help. Colleen, however is not available on that day. But Kelly is. And she's so helpful too. Especially during the weeks to our wedding day. We couldn't ask for more. She executed it properly, for all the things we asked. We got married in library venue and had our reception at the ballroom. It was so amazing. We had a wonderful time, and the place is newly renovated, looks so great and it sync to our motif. Food, desserts, drink were great. Our guests had a great night too. Communication was never a problem with them. To Colleen, Kelly and the staff of Avanti Mansion, thanks so much for making our wedding celebration an amazing night for all of us.

Fantastic Venue, Unforgettable Wedding

My husband and I got married here this past August of 2021 outside in the Japanese Garden. Avanti could not have made it easier or more special, especially Colleen who was our wedding planner. Both Colleen and the entire staff were great and super helpful all the way up to, and including, the day of our wedding. If we could do it all over again I would still pick Avanti!

Beautiful venue

Our wedding at the Avanti Mansion was absolutely perfect. Even while covid was going on and rules were changing constantly, avanti made it easy and less stressful with being so responsive and helpful through out our planning. Our day was beautiful & all coordinators and staff are great.

Working with Angie was A+

Getting married during a pandemic was not easy. Working with Angie WAS easy. She continued to accommodate our ever changing needs while COVID requirements were changing. Outstanding!

I've had the pleasure of attending several events at this venue and you will not find a better more beautiful experience than Avanti Mansion. The chef creates delicious food unlike any other in Buffalo, NY. The staff is friendly and strives to make every event a memory that will last a lifetime. During these difficult times (pandemic) it has assuredly been extremely painful for newly engaged couples waiting to start the rest of their lives. Don't let that rush of emotions fill you with negativity. If you love one another - there should be no rush - take the opportunity to patiently wait for your amazing day, even if it's offered next year. We had our micro wedding postponed and I had no issues rescheduling and working things out with Avanti Mansion. Staff were very professional from planning to on-the-day execution. Our Civil Wedding in the Garden

We had our civil wedding with Avanti Mansion last September, and we're just happy we chose them as our venue. We were supposed to have our wedding with family and friends, but because of pandemic, we have to postponed it to next year. We constantly email Colleen, our wedding coordinator, with regards to our wedding and pandemic, of what our options will be. She's very helpful and detailed when answering all our questions. We decided to get married in Japanese Garden with just ceremony, and our photos just looks awesome in it. We are looking forward to our traditional wedding next year with them again.

Yaaas avanti mansion!

We had our micro-wedding in the library 10/3 and it was amazing! Everything was beautiful and so intimate with 50 of our closest friends/family and I wouldn’t change anything about it. Our coordinator Colleen managed to make wedding planning during a pandemic so much easier and stress-free! I was even 30 minutes late to my own wedding after a transportation hiccup but the staff made our ceremony seamless as if I wasn’t even late... the day ended up being perfect!

The absolute perfect day, thanks to the Avanti!

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this venue! From day 1 to the big day, our experience with them was amazingly smooth. There were somehow no bumps... I still can't believe how perfect everything was.

When my husband and I first started looking at venues, we were immediately drawn to the Avanti. It seemed to have everything we wanted - outdoor ceremony, ballroom reception, no need for finding caterers/tables/linens etc. We took a tour and were in love - upon finding out they had a date that would work for us, we cancelled our remaining tours and booked on-the-spot with Colleen. From then on, she was always in contact with us, answering my MANY questions (I'm a planner, and need to know everything about everything - must have been pretty annoying to deal with, but she was never anything but kind, patient, and helpful).

The Avanti does an evening for their customers to try a bunch of the different food options. It's different from what other venues do, from what I hear, but it was really nice being able to try the food in the large portions in which it will be served for the big day! We really got a sense of the quality of food we'd be getting - which was great btw.. especially considering they do this evening buffet-style (as a general rule, I avoid buffet food at all costs)! We got to sit with other folks who booked the venue for around the same time, and hear their ideas - it was really fun!

As we got closer, the Avanti helped us put together a full schedule (seriously SO helpful). Colleen walked us through how the whole day would look, what the rehearsal would look like, how everything we brought in would need to be prepped - every detail was touched. When I brought all of our added decor in, she was there to go through the list I'd made with me, and assured me it would all be set up the way I requested (I still can't believe how perfect it was). At the rehearsal, she was there walking us all through everything (and was SO patient considering the volume of our group). The day of, she was there (which we couldn't believe we lucked out on!! You don't always get to have your planner present day-of - it's kind of luck-of-the-draw) making sure everyone was in place, and all was going according to plan. She introduced us to the girl who'd be with us throughout the rest of the day - Kaitlyn, I believe was her name. We only got to know her (Kaitlyn) throughout the wedding day, but in those hours she was SO on top of everything. We wanted for nothing.

We cannot thank the team at the Avanti enough - because of them we had a seamless day!! Special thanks go out to Colleen for all of the time and energy she spent dealing with my slew of questions, and Kaitlyn for being there for us day of. This is an EXEMPLARY business. They know weddings inside and out, and will help you have the day of your dreams in a BEAUTIFUL setting. AND... the food is amazing!!! The amount of people who are still talking about that dinner MONTHS later... and I'm still dreaming about those stuffed mushrooms we had during cocktail hour (yes, we got to enjoy the hors d'oeuvres we picked, and even cocktails! The staff made sure we were taken care of while we snapped a few more photos before reception). All-around: a top-tier venue.

Gorgeous venue

The Avanti Mansion was a dream come true venue. It was drop dead gorgeous and they truly went above and beyond to make the day special. The day of the wedding went so smooth. Constantly we were approached by staff asking if we needed anything and we’re bringing us food during cocktail hour because this venue understands how crazy it is for the bride and groom to see all their guests. They helped make the process so much easier.

The Avanti Mansion - You won'd be disappointed.

The Avanti came highly recommended, and certainly did not disappoint. Angie and her team of professionals provided numerous food, vendor, and venue options, and above all, flexibility as our event went through some late changes. I searched and considered several venues before finding Avanti Mansion and falling in love at first sight. The experience did not disappoint from the beauty of the location/venue to the personalized service received. We had the bests coordinator, Angie, but everyone else was also extremely accommodating and helpful. Amazing venue!

Made our dream wedding come true

I don't think I can speak highly enough of this venue. From day 1 they make the planning process simple and seamless. We had no idea where to start the planning and our coordinator Angie that was appointed to us helped in every step of the way! They are extremely organized and give you a timeline of what needs to be done when, breaking down your planning into something less intimidating. Whenever I needed anything, Angie was available through email, phone call or even a personal face to face meeting if I was feeling overwhelmed.

The day of our wedding went so smoothly with the help of their amazing staff. They were very quick to serve everyone their food and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect according to our needs.
Their food was INCREDIBLE! I had tons of people coming up to me overjoyed about their meal and saying that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We had the opportunity to do a food tasting and build our menu entirely.
All in all I am so thankful for Avanti Mansion and their awesome staff for making our special day stress-free! Could not recommend them enough!

Our Avanti Wedding was perfect

We got married at Avanti Mansion June 2, 2019. The day turned out more beautiful than we could ever have expected. It rained that morning until 1pm and we got married at 330pm in the Japanese Garden which was so perfectly decorated for our day and our guests were well accomodated. Our pictures were so breathtaking and the venue had so many options for views and we were able to use every one of them (the garden, the original mansion the lower area of the property the island and the newly acquired clear sided tent which gave for amazing night/sunset pics). Our staff assigned was professional and top notch. Food oh my my so yum and did not have a single complaint only praise. Our guests mentioned they had so much fun and were completely satisfied with everything. Colleen our coordinator was the best as she made our day run smoothe and made my day (Darlene-bride) so relaxed and memorable for which I have recommended twice now to potential couples getting married to request her. If we were to do it all over again we would without a doubt use Avanti Mansion.

The most perfect day!

Our experience with Avanti was nothing short of amazing. Our wedding coordinator, Colleen, through out the whole process was so reassuring, friendly, quick to respond to emails and accommodating! I can't say enough good things about the staff and the venue. We had our ceremony in the Japanese Gardens followed by the outdoor tent and everything was SO beautiful! We received so many compliments! The tent seriously blew my mind!

Gorgeous venue, exceptional staff

There is a reason that this place is consistently voted as one of the places to get married. Their staff truly care about making couples feel like they are the most important people in the world for their special day. From the beginning of the planning process, our coordinator Angie was focused on making sure that all of our needs were met. She kept in constant communication with us and had someone to follow up when she was on maternity leave for three months. Everyone always says to be prepared for things to go wrong but, if there were any issues, I did not hear about them. They make it a point to plan out all the day-of events so that they don't have to check with you in the middle of trying to have a good time. Not to mention, the location is absolutely stunning!

The perfect venue (4/13/19)

We cannot say enough good things about the Avanti Mansion. From our very first email the entire staff was incredibly responsive and willing to help and answer any and all questions we had. We immediately felt cared for by the venue, and we knew we had to book.

Once we were officially paired with Angie as our wedding coordinator, who is just the sweetest person. She was incredibly supportive and helpful from the first day to the last. Her knowledge and recommendations helped make everything go smoothly and easily throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. We loved working with her!

Wedding planning is often a stressful experience that people dread, but that was truly not our experience with the Avanti Team. It felt like everything was taken care of for us, and we knew we were in good hands. They gave excellent recommendations for DJ and flowers, and had great insights into how to best navigate the entire planning process. They really are pros!

On our wedding day, it was like we had an entire support team at our fingertips. Everything was taken care of and anything we needed was immediately provided. The day was executed absolutely perfectly - it was truly everything we could have wanted. We can't thank the entire team enough - we had the perfect wedding!

Amazing wedding and a great time planning with Avanti Mansion

As an out of town bride Avanti Mansion was amazing! They were so accommodating.
We first fell in love with the venue when we went to visit over a long weekend in October. Angie was amazing and helped us with all our questions. Even when we went back to NYC, she responded quickly to any of our concerns and even took the time to walk us through the contract over the phone.
Planning the wedding was so simple with Avanti, they were able to accommodate planning calls and skype with us, and always made sure they could meet with us when we made it into town.
The day of the wedding was flawless, everything ran smoothly, the staff was amazing. They even brought us appetizers while we were taking pictures during the cocktail hour. I was nervous since almost the entire wedding party was from out of town and a snowstorm hit the day of the rehearsal. Many of the bridesmaids and all the groomsmen couldn't make it to the rehearsal, however, the staff helped to run them through everything prior to the wedding and it went off without a hitch. We also brought in some of our décor and table decorations and the staff set up everything perfectly! The whole wedding looked amazing and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated!
About halfway through planning the wedding I also ended up switching jobs, Colleen and Angie were beyond accommodating. My time became very tight and they were great to work with and always on top of things that needed to get done, bringing to my attention any key items that needed decisions or actions.
All the guests loved the wedding and had an amazing time, we would highly recommend the crepe station if you book!

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars! My husband and I were planning our wedding long-distance, so we needed to work with people who we could feel confident about entrusting with our event. By the end of our first meeting with Angie, we knew our wedding reception was in good hands; she was highly experienced and presented herself so professionally and was able to answer all our questions. SPACE: we chose the indoor space (ballroom) which was beautiful and able to comfortably accommodate our 170 guests. FOOD: as avid food lovers, this was one of THE most important elements of our wedding that my husband and I deeply cared about and one of the key factors in our choosing this venue. We wanted food that our guests would talk about for years to come, and Avanti definitely did not disappoint. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, and we ourselves were able to enjoy our meal thanks to the efficient event staff who made sure we were able to actually sit down and eat! The sesame ginger meatballs, crab-stuffed shrimp, our crepe station were all huge hits. STAFF: the waitstaff were warm, energetic, friendly, happy to serve with a smile. Our event manager for the evening made sure we were able to enjoy our appetizers in the bridal suite before our entrance and that we got a piece of our wedding cake! DJ: we chose Avanti’s in-house DJ, Ken who had an amazing energy all night and played a nice age-diverse selection of music which kept our guests on the dance floor all evening. He was very well-versed in the “flow” of the evening, we’re happy we chose him rather than hiring outside. COMMUNICATION: the Avanti staff were consistent in always responding to us within 24-48 hours by both phone and email and always had an acceptable answer for all our questions, especially in the few weeks leading up to our wedding. We were lucky to experience Avanti firsthand and see for ourselves that all their top-notch awards and acclaims are well-deserved.

This past summer my husband and I had our wedding in the outdoor Garden Reception area of Avanti Mansion. We selected Avanti Mansion in light of its gorgeous outdoor wedding space and accompanying indoor space, the cost in comparison to what you receive, and lastly our interactions with Angie who is one of the Wedding Coordinators there. From the instant we met Angie, she made us feel like we were being listened to and that our dream wedding could come true.

During the wedding planning process, Angie and the Avanti team were always there to answer any questions and help move along our wedding plans.

When our wedding day finally arrived, Avanti ensured that everything was perfect. From the game board table arrangements to the down to the wire decision to have the wedding outdoors (it was raining the entire day up until the ceremony actually took place), everything went off without a hitch. Avanti even thought of things that we would not have – such as having the appetizers follow the bridal party around during pictures!

In summary, we cannot say enough good things about Avanti Mansion. My husband and I loved the garden reception area which not only features a beautiful location for outdoor ceremonies and a lovely garden tent, but the absolutely stunning recently renovated mansion where the bridal couple can spend the night after the wedding. Further, the food was absolutely delicious (even some particularly picky guests thought so!) and the service from everyone involved could not have been better!

From start to finish, Avanti made the whole wedding planning process as well as our wedding day absolutely perfect! We live in Texas and planning a wedding in Buffalo seemed a bit daunting, but the team at Avanti made everything simple and stress free.
Colleen was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing so work with. She was always quick to answer my questions, no matter how many ridiculous things I asked, and even offered suggestions on other non Avanti related wedding details.
The staff on our big day was also great to work with. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and our guests are still talking about what a beautiful venue it is and how great the food was.
You can tell that at Avanti they care about all the little things that go into making your dream wedding just the way you want it. We are very detail oriented and appreciated having a venue that is too. I’m so happy we chose the Avanti Mansion and would do it all again!

We had our wedding at the Avanti on April 14, 2018 in the Library. People are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was and what a great time they had. Angie was wonderful to work with and accommodated our schedule since we live in Chicago. Angie made time for meetings each time we were in town and helped us plan an incredible wedding. Angie responded to all of our questions in a timely fashion and was just as enthusiastic about our wedding as we were. She was even kind enough to allow us access to the room several times to practice our first dance. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Avanti for our wedding. My husband and I were married on May 26, 2018 in their Japanese Garden, and had our reception in the big tent afterwards. Avanti is absolutely beautiful, and the few pictures I've gotten back from our photographer show this. The Japanese Garden is a unique, and beautiful ceremony site. Our guests were really very taken with it. The one thing I will say is that you should really think about what kind of dress you want - walking down those stairs in a full ballgown would be interesting to say the least!

The tent was exquisitely decorated, and included air conditioning, as we ended up with a pretty warm evening. The food is AMAZING. You will NOT be disappointed. Our guests are still raving about the food - everything from the hand passed h'orderves, to the salad, to the main course was delicious! We seemed to have a minor miscommunication with the cake - I think we assumed it would be served at the table instead of just being set out for guests to pick up, but we just had out DJ announce that it was available and that seemed to work just fine.

With our package, my husband and I also had the option to stay in the honeymoon suite in the Mansion the night of our wedding. The house is just as beautiful inside as it is out, and the suite was a fantastic oasis after a day of celebrating. Avanti even provides a simple breakfast for you and your spouse for the following morning.

Lastly, we worked with Colleen at Avanti. I had no idea what I was doing going into this, and she made absolutely everything so very easy. All of our options were very well explained, all of my crazy questions were answered quickly, and Colleen and the Avanti team made our special day super stress free.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. You will have no regrets having your wedding here.

Just hired Avanti Mansion for our wedding in May 2019. You are not only getting a venue, but also an extremely knowledgeable staff of wedding planners that are willing to work within your budget and help you with every aspect of planning a wedding. Be sure to check this venue when you're looking. We visited many, and this was the place that answered ALL our questions upfront and honestly. We are so looking forward to working with Avanti Mansion. They have already taken so much stress out of our planning!

From start to finish, our experience with Avanti Mansion was top notch! Our coordinator was Angie, and she was wonderful. No matter how many questions I asked, or how annoying the were, she answered them with a smile. Our reception was in the Garden Venue and entitled us to use of the Mansion and an overnight stay. The decor was stunning! From our tent in the garden, to the beautiful mums in the Japanese Garden, to the stunningly decorated rooms in the Mansion, we were in awe! We got more compliments than I can remember about how incredible the food was. The staff on site the day of our reception was courteous and professional. DJ Kenny was amazing. We've been to quite a few weddings over the past 2 years and he was by far the best DJ we experienced. We picked out music and he played everything we asked for and the he switched seamlessly from song to song. Everyone was out dancing and having a great time during the reception. We used a song for our first dance by an artist that had only uploaded the song onto youtube and before the reception started he pulled me off to the side just to make sure that everything was correct. He was incredibly professional and made sure that not only we had a great time but made sure the guests all had a great time as well.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. He was fantastic he played all great songs and everyone had a blast. 5 stars

I have so incredibly high expectations and the Avanti Mansion by far exceeded them for my wedding. I feel like I can't even put into words how amazing the experience was there! Kelly helped us from our planning stages right on through o our wedding. Right before my wedding we realized that the candles I had for favors and decorations wouldn't be covered by the candle holder. Kelly was so great with finding solutions. She literally went out to hobby lobby and bought all these options for me to resolve the issue. She tried so hard to make everything perfect and she succeeded! She answered every question I had (and there were a lot)! The food here was amazing! We went to the food tasting and that only made us more excited for our day! Everything was perfect and it was worth every penny! Kelly didn't even work on the day of our wedding and still came in to make sure everyhing was set up perfectly. From there, Scarlet took over and was my favorite person our wedding night! She was great! The whole staff was! I was very happy with my experience at the Avanti Mansion and hope future brides have the chance to check it out! You won't regret it!!

Our wedding was at the Avanti in the Garden venue this September. We were in love with every part of the planning process. Our consultant Colleen was the most kind and helpful person to us throughout everything. From the very beginning she was very interested in what we wanted to do and helped us plan anything we asked about. She even answered all of my silly questions and gave me piece of mind. We used vendors that they recommended and had a great time because of it. The day of we had a fabulous assistant named Barbara who was there to help with anything and Colleen even came to the ceremony. The day was perfect and our experience was too. They are worth every penny!

I got married at the Avanti Mansion on Friday July 15, 2016. My husband and I planned our wedding from out of state (Florida, where we currently live) and our coordinator Angie (Bottita) Thomas was an angel. She made wedding planning a breeze. She responded promptly, answered all our questions and concerns and helped make our wedding special. The best part was whenever we were visiting Buffalo, she made herself available for us and gave us a list of recommend vendors which we took advantage of. We did everything through her fro our wedding cake, favors, candy bar, dessert bar, invitations, DJ, photo booth, releasing of doves, and more! I would not have changed a thing. 6 stars!!

Our wedding planner, Kelly, was absolutely fantastic and any questions or concerns that we had she was quick to answer them. She made us feel as if we were the only wedding the Avanti Mansion had. We can't honestly say enough about Kelly.

The catering and their food was, as all of our guests said, "The best service and food they've ever had at a wedding". We whole heartedly feel the same. You just have to taste it to believe it.

We had a hard time picking an outside DJ. With every meeting we had with an outside DJ we felt as if they just wanted our money. That was NOT the case with their in house DJ. He wanted our night to be as perfect as we did. We would recommend picking only your important songs that you as a couple want to be played and then allow the DJ to "play for the crowed". Please don't micro manage the play list. Our dance floor was packed the whole night. We had young guests dancing to songs with our older guests. There were no awkward "dead" moments to be found.

The Avanti Mansion was worth every penny. We can not say enough about it. We checked with all of our other local venues and no one can compare. This is a place where your dream wedding will be created.

The Venue is absolutely GORGEOUS! Angie was my Event Coordinator and she did an absolute amazing job at easing my mind and answering all my questions, and I had a lot. She offered suggestions and ideas in areas I was unsure and her advise was sound. The DJ provided by the venue was also amazing he met with me in person the week before the wedding to make sure we were both on the same page, very nice and friendly and he also did an amazing job, guests and myself were on the dance floor all night it was never an empty floor.
The day off walking into the venue and seeing everything together and set up, could not have been any more breath taking. Guests had an amazing time and I still here how fun my wedding was and most importantly how AMAZING the food was. I would be at other weddings and people would mention how much they enjoyed the food at Mine. I highly recommend this venue it is worth every penny, especially if you aren't a huge DIY person, it is pretty much a one stop shop at Avanti.

My daughters wedding was in May 2015, at this beautiful venue. The quality of service and attention to detail is exemplary. The entire process from our first meeting until the very last minute of the reception was flawless. Kelly was the wedding coordinator. She listened to what my daughter dreamed her wedding day would be, and made her dream come true. My daughter describes her wedding day as "magical". Thank you Kelly. The food was fabulous! The staff served over 200 guests in less than 10 minutes. I can not praise the planning staff, chef, bartenders and service staff enough. As soon as we visited the Avanti Mansion - it was clear they were the perfect choice for us! The Amore Library, Amore Ballroom, and bridal suites were simply gorgeous! We had our reception at here and everything was perfect. Angie was extremely helpful from beginning to end- very friendly and quick to answer the MANY questions I had. Avanti has more strict guidelines and timelines compared to other venues, but for good reason. They are very clear and upfront with their expectations and well organized to ensure your day runs perfectly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! I LOVED that Avanti gave a wedding binder to keep organized, including important information and dates for Avanti, and planning tips. I used this ALL the time! When the big day arrived, I felt completely prepared and knew I was in good hands. Avanti is not the least expensive venue that we had looked at, but it is NOT the most expensive either, and you definitely get your money’s worth. I highly recommend taking advantage of their winter specials. We had the library and ballroom. It was great to have the entire building to ourselves, and we didn’t have to share the bathrooms with another wedding! The bridal suites are awesome, too! EVERYONE raved about the beautiful décor, and the amazing food! We had chicken & beef combo, and several guests stated it was by far the best wedding food they’ve had. The venue is so beautiful that you really don’t need a lot of decorations. Avanti runs like a well-oiled machine. The day of the wedding everything was on time, and their staff was very friendly, and professional. The staff worked quickly to get the food served HOT, and tables cleared. Our suite hostess and DJ Kenny were helpful to answer any questions, and kept us informed throughout the night to keep things running smoothly. At the end all of our supplies were quickly packed up by the staff and ready to take home. The only negative is their 18% admin fee, which is NOT a gratuity. They do specify this before you book with them and clearly stated in their contract. Tipping is extra so keep this in mind when planning your budget. I definitely recommend Avanti.

I had my wedding here this past October, and though I didn't have an image before starting to plan, they quickly helped me form one and make it absolutely perfect.

We were assigned Kelly as our wedding specialist when we booked here. Kelly. Is. PHENOMENAL!! I could call or email her at any time of day with questions and she was on the ball! She even worked with us to get our contracts signed over the phone during the blizzard! She's so personable, and you feel like you're working with a friend rather than an employee of the mansion. Even with a minor crisis the day of the wedding, she took complete care of it and I never had to worry about a thing.

The wedding day was flawless - we had our ceremony in the library in front of a working fireplace. Stunning. I had multiple guests tell me they'd never seen a more beautiful venue. The food at the reception (beef and chicken options) was amazing - perfectly cooked and delicious - and the staff was so on the ball and polite, it was as if we were the only people in the world that they cared about. Our DJ (Kenny) was very involved and talked to guests and took all requests, including mine that I had given prior to the reception. Loved him!

I also suggests renting the photo booth. The guests LOVE it and they put together a photo-strip guest book for you to take home.

All in all, if I had to go back and change anything, I wouldn't. I had a perfect wedding, and all of my thanks are owed to The Avanti. Cheers!

My daughter (the bride) fell in love with the beauty of Avanti's venues. We used both of Avanti's venues (the garden venue on Saturday for a big pre-wedding bash and the ceremonial reception of the groom and his family and friends) and the Grand ballroom on Sunday for the wedding and reception. The bridal suites used by the Bridal party at each venue were spacious & stunning. Our wedding planner, Kelly, was very helpful. She was always available, friendly, kept us on track and worked with us to try and get special requests accommodated. By the time of the wedding, she was like family, and I will never forget how she put her heart and soul into ensuring everything went smoothly. Kelly provided a level of attention to detail and caring that went way above and beyond what I expected. The food turned out amazing - much better than at the tasting, and the chef wowed us with the scrumptious mix of Indian and American cuisine at both functions. The service was impeccable - friendly, unobtrusive and very efficient. We used Avanti's DJ on Sunday (got 4 hours free as part of our package), but hired an outside DJ for Saturday, and Saturday's DJ was definitely better. Other than that, my experience with Avanti was so outstanding, that I will definitely use them for any celebrations in my family.

Angie and her team at the Avanti Mansion are bar none. Everyone was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and made planning a wedding from a distance a piece of cake. The original house and Japanese garden ceremony space were stunning and the tent was just as we envisioned it would be. On the day of the event, the staff were friendly and helpful and kept everything moving at a pace with which we felt comfortable. The food was outstanding and the cake was amazing! We (and all of our friends) can't stop singing the Avanti's praises and hope that others we know will have their weddings there so we can enjoy everything all over again!

Growing up in Buffalo, I have attended wedding at most venues in the area... So been there and done that. When I went venue hunting for my wedding, I wanted something unique, beautiful, and with great food (because come on, let's all admit wedding food can be gross!). I knew right away that the Avanti was exactly where I envisioned my wedding to be. The Avanti was not only a beautiful venue for our ceremony and reception, but the service was outstanding! We worked with Angie, who from day one was absolutely wonderful. She was very personable, accommodating to all of my requests (even the more absurd ones!), and truly cared about creating the wedding of my dreams. We had our ceremony outside the ballroom, cocktail hour on the patio, and reception in the Avanti ballroom. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful, well kept and clean, and exactly as we agreed upon. The staff were so helpful in setting up and taking down decor, checking in with my husband and I throughout the night (especially our suite attendant!), and timely service so our guests could enjoy all good and drinks. The food was AMAZING, we have received endless compliments from our guests with several guests indicating it was the best wedding meal they have ever eaten (we had duel-played filet mignon and crab stuffed-shrimp). The Avanti was very open about prices upfront and we did not experience any confusion related to extra prices or fees. I could not recommend the Avanti, especially Angie, more highly. My husband and i had our cocktail hour in the library and our reception in the ballroom, this venue was everything we dreamed of. Kelly was our wedding coordinator which was wonderful and made the planning process so easy. Thankyou Kelly!! Our guests can not compliment the food and the venue enough, best they ever had.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Avanti Mansion. It was on july 13th 2014 and it happened to rain that day. But I had nothing to worry about. By time I got there they had everything changed to have it inside. They all were so nice and answered all my questions. I absolutely loved my wedding planner Kelly.
