We were particularly impressed with the professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth demonstrated by entire team. We are especially thankful for how effortlessly Shannon guide our family through every step of the planning process. Your dedication to customer service was evident from our very first interaction all the way through to the conclusion of the celebration.

We had our wedding here 6/29/24. Shannon, Katy and Lisa are absolutely incredible!!!! They enjoy what they do and truly care about each event they help with. The entire staff is amazing from the bartenders to the servers they execute everything seamlessly and professionally. The ballroom is beautiful and can accommodate a small intimate group or a larger group. They have a beautiful little garden area and we took advantage of that space and took our pictures outside. The food was delicious and presentation was outstanding!! Guests are still stalking about how good the food was!!!! Such an amazing day that you so much!!!

Shannon was the absolute best coordinator! She was always quick to respond via phone call or text and answered all of our questions. Due to Covid we had to change our date and push the wedding a whole year! Throughout all that she was so accommodating and really gave us one less thing to stress about.

German American Society was a great find for our wedding reception and I'd recommend this venue to anyone. The location was exactly what we were looking for and was a great fit for our 110 guests and our budget.

The day went just as we'd planned; Kaleigh made everything run smoothly. By the end of the night everyone was raving about the appetizers, not to mention dinner too.

We just held our daughter’s Sweet 16 on New Years Eve in the Aurora Ballroom. It was an amazing night from the attentive staff, delicious food, and huge dance floor. The ballroom is a blank slate you can easily transform into the party of your dreams. We will be back!

We had the absolute perfect wedding, and are so happy we used The German American Society as our venue.

This venue was incredibly budget friendly, while still allowing us to have everything we wanted for our wedding.

My husband and I had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the Aurora Ballroom, and our rehearsal dinner was upstairs in Heritage Hall.

Shannon was always incredibly easy to contact, and fast to respond and help with any questions or things we needed. The entire staff was so incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society is simply amazing. My husband and I had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society - with 200 friends and family. We had our ceremony downstairs, on the dance floor, with friends and family looking down, as well, from the two balconies that flank the downstairs ballroom. Then, we had cocktail hour in the upstairs hall, the balconies and downstairs ballroom. Everyone loved that they had the ability to roam around the entire building, all whilst eating and drinking. We had our reception in the ballroom. Dance floor is huge - your friends and family will love!

The folks at the Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society, including Ellen, Heather and Lenny are simply amazing to work with! They made all of our recommendations come true, plus more! They worked closely with us and made sure we were taken care of.

I want to end my review of the Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society with a huge note. For all of the grooms and brides out there, if you're looking for a venue that is literally a blank canvas, the Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society is your place! You may transform that place into something that fits YOUR theme. Why go to a location that will look like a cookie-cutter wedding?! This is YOUR day, so make it your own! With the Aurora Ballroom at The German American Society, we were able to do just that - make it our own.

We had a wonderful experience at this facility. We had lots of ideas of what we wanted and Ellen assisted us in making then all come to fruition. Everyone on the staff made us feel welcomed and even our guest raved about the attention to details

After severas events there the only i can say is they are the best, they are profesionals, and the service is exceptional. Big parking is also great. Like a event planner this is always my first options for hall Rental

The German American Club was the perfect venue for my husband's surprise party. The covered shelter was a perfect backup in case it rained. The food was delicious and so many people emailed and called me to compliment the food and event! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend the GAK to anyone looking for an outdoor venue.
