Amy was amazing and a great value to our wedding! No detail went untouched and my husband and I had the most relaxing and wonderful day! Being able to focus on ourselves and our guest was a great experience. Amy went above and beyond. Any couple would be lucky to have her on their big day!

First, Amy is AMAZING!!!!! If it wasn't for Amy, our wedding would not have flowed as beautifully as it did on our wedding day. I cannot rave enough about how WONDERFUL of a job Amy did. During the planning, she was always there to answer e-mails and phone calls promptly, easing the well known anxiety brides experience before their big day. On the day of the wedding, she truly went above and beyond. We had a family emergency during the wedding, and she was able to seamlessly handle the situation without anyone noticing. After the wedding, all of my family members raved about how impressed they were with the work Amy exhibited on our wedding weekend. Not only did she deliver prior to the wedding, the weekend of the wedding, but she made sure to stay in touch with me after the wedding to make sure I had taken care of all of the payments to the vendors (something I would have easily forgotten about). Not only does Amy excel at her job, but she is fun, artistic, and a joy to work with. I could not have planned my wedding without her assistance and guidance

Amy was by far one of the best decisions I made on my wedding day (besides saying "I do" to my now husband)! The day went seamlessly under Amy's supervision-- I had no clue when things went wrong because Amy was on top of providing a solution and keeping me, my husband, bridal party, and families at ease. Very "go-with-the-flow" and knew each and every vendor seeing as she is a well-seasoned veteran in the wedding planning world. A definite "must" for your big day! LOVE Amy Hissa!

Amy’s guidance and suggestions made our wedding day truly stress free. She was organized and took care of everything on the big day. She had wonderful vendor recommendations including our band, who all our guests loved and still talk about. Her attention to detail allowed not only my husband and me to enjoy the day, but also our families and wedding party. Amy and her assistant took care of bustling my dress, handled all the organization and printing of the seating chart, place cards, and menus, had cocktails and hors d’oeuvres waiting for us post ceremony so we could enjoy a few minutes alone, and had a sampling of our dessert table treats in our hotel room after the wedding. Amy was wonderful and I would happily recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding.

Amy made our wedding day a true fairytale! It was amazing. She worked with us from start to finish. Everything we wanted and needed she made happen. we had everything we could think of from a pre-ceremony celebration with mimosas and heavy h'orderves to any amazing ceremony with a butterfly release that transcended into a cocktail hour with an amazing assortment of finger foods and open bar and we ended the night with the most beautiful reception the decor was breathtaking the indoor fireworks made our first dance seems like a fairytale, the food was amazing the music was great and people danced all night. Did I forget the late night snacks and wonderful array of desserts. There were so many things I a could possibly highlight them all but they were all perfect and a direct reflection of Amy's hard work and dedication to perfection. Thanks Amy We love you!

I love Amy. She's the best simple as that. My husband and I live in Florida but our wedding was in Cleveland, Ohio so we knew we needed some serious help. We interviewed several planners, but we both just clicked really well with Amy. Her laid back personality balanced out our high strung personalities. She was beyond helpful throughout the entire planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was not a question she could not answer.
On our wedding day, she was everywhere solving every problem and making everything perfect. At one point my mom's false lashes fell off ruining her makeup but Amy fixed it beautifully. My dress needed to be bustled and no one was around but came out of nowhere and did it for me. She even arranged for my husband and I to each have a signature cocktail and some hors d'oeuvres waiting for us right after the ceremony because she knew we'd want a few minutes alone. She had cupcakes delivered to the limo driver and up to our hotel room since we did not get to have any at the wedding. She stayed forever after the wedding with her team making sure every last item was packed up into my parent's van. I'm telling you there is nothing Amy did not do. As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I are not the easiest going people, but Amy always stayed patient and kind. She has truly become a friend and I cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Amy Hissa at At Last Event Planning for the “day of” wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She takes care of every last minute detail, so you can enjoy the day with the Bride and Groom and your guests. She is very easy to work with, so friendly and very professional . She is prompt to respond to emails or phone calls, she troubleshoots problems easily, she communicates well, she is well respected in the “wedding planning circle” and it is obvious that she loves her job! We also used a couple of her recommended vendors and were very happy with them. We highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Cleveland area. She made the wedding day such a joy because she took care of all the "day of" details. Hire her! You will not be disappointed.

I feel terrible that it took me so long to write this review of Amy Hissa at At Last Event Planning because she was simply the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I hired her for "Day-Of" coordination, and she was the most worthwhile money I spent on my wedding. She did an absolutely amazing job in every possible way. Prior to the wedding, she sent me a detailed planning tool that I was able to fill out so we could map the day. She also coordinated my rehearsal and ensured that everyone knew where to go and when. Since my wedding was at Cleveland City Hall and my dear friend from out of town was officiating, there was really no one else to really run the show, and I certainly as the Bride did not want to worry about that. That was the main reason I hired her, however, she ended up doing so much more. Here are a few examples of what Amy accomplished for me:
1. She took all my favors, menus, table numbers, programs, etc. and ensured they were all set up and distributed properly.
2. She bustled my dress.
3. She made sure that I always had a beverage in my hand.
4. When we ran out of wine and vodka early in the night, she immediately went to the liquor store and bought more (and I didn't even know
5. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings like the top of the cake and took them back to my bridal suite from the reception.
6. She made sure that my husband and I had several pieces of each cake flavor and put them on a plate on our nightstand, and also covered our bed in rose petals, and wrote us a super sweet note.
7. She made suggestions about things that I would have never thought of in a million years. She was so creative!
And so much more. Amy saved the day for me in so many ways. She is also so great to work with and so sweet! I cannot recommend her enough! She made our wedding so special. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I recommend her to any bride that wants to enjoy her day and not worry about one thing!

There aren't enough good things to say about Amy and her staff of At Last Event Planning. We hired Amy as a "day-of coordinator" at the recommendation of a friend, and could not be more glad. She was outstanding and exceeded her "day-of" duties exponentially. She participated in several vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on the wedding day. I am very grateful for Amy. Our day was smooth, calm, and so stress-free, largely in part to her. Hire her - she is worth every penny and more!

We both live in New York now and have pretty busy professional lives, so hiring a planner to help plan our wedding in Cleveland was a "must." Amy was a true gem to work with! My fiance and I spoke with a couple other vendors from Cleveland at the beginning of our wedding planning process and I truly felt like Amy and I "clicked." She has a great personality and a can-do attitude. Every idea (or whim of an idea) that we threw at her -- she followed up on and was able to execute. I also felt like she was very realistic with our budget from early on. I had spoken to a couple other planners who had assured me that $110/guest was possible to achieve, but after speaking to many different venues, I realized that Amy's budget was much more accurate.

I am not very creative or artistic so having my planner help with the "design" process was also crucial. She was also very responsive by emails and text 7 days a week. Whenever my fiance and I had differing views on something wedding-related, we would say "Let's ask Amy" and always went with what she suggested. I am not from Ohio and Amy suggested almost all of our vendors for us. This saved me SO much time from having to look up different vendors to speak with and interview. Amy has been in the business a LONG time and every vendor we worked with respected her and were super nice to us as well. All of this being said, Amy really shined on our wedding day and everything went perfectly. She thought of so many details and took care of keeping things on schedule and keeping track of where everything and everyone was. Even when minor issues came up, Amy always stepped in calm and collected and helped us solve it. Please don't underestimate the importance of this -- I've had friends with frazzled wedding planners on their big day and it was not reassuring. I honestly could not imagine planning our wedding without Amy and would recommend her with no reservations.

Working with Amy and At Last Events was hands down the best decision we made! We planned our wedding from out of state which can seem stressful but Amy made our experience so easy and fun to plan. She was very professional, helped us with decision making ( which is a challenge for me) and truly took every idea we had and made it possible, while staying on budget.
Our wedding surpassed any idea I could have possibly had of what my wedding would be and it's in large part to Amy and At Last Events. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was today!

Our representative from At Last was absolutely the best aspect of our wedding plans. She worked as a "day of coordinator" for us, but she provided so much more than one day of services. She met with us once during our pre-wedding planning stages, attended and ran the rehearsal with our officiant, and managed the entire wedding day beginning about 2 hours before the ceremony. The ceremony and inital cocktail hour were completely self-designed and organized at a private home, and her services to provide suggestions and direction were invaluable. We can't possibly begin to describe everything that this service offered, the support that they provided, and the peace of mind that came with it.

To give some context to my review... my wedding was located an hour west of downtown Cleveland and at my parents house in their backyard, with over 300 people attending and some large logistical hurdles to cross this was not an easy wedding to plan to say the least! Amy was absolutely critical in the execution of planning leading up to the day as well as the day of coordination. I wanted to be involved in the majority of the planning so I chose the option to have Amy help for a set amount of hours prior to the wedding day, as well as the day of coordination. Amy was great with all kinds of recommendations of vendors including but not limited to: paper goods, hair, makeup, and cake. It was awesome having Amy's input because she was able to introduce us to an entire new group of individuals we never would have known about on our own. Her network in Cleveland was very impressive and very helpful to have.

The cost of Amy's services was so reasonable and she got us many discounts with vendors which basically paid for her! Amy lived hours from the event site and was around all weekend during the rehearsal dinner as well as morning of up until the end of the wedding... she ran out and purchased any last minute items which we had forgotten so we didn't have to worry, she coordinated with all of the many vendors which were traveling to the home, and she even boxed up all of the cake for the guests to take home at the end of the evening.

I consider myself a bit of a tough critic and I could NOT have been more impressed with Amy! I would absolutely recommend her without any hesitation.

I echo my daughter, Alison's review. Amy was great!! We hired her for day-of-event coordination. I don't know what we would have done without her. As my daughter said, she had several wedding dress mishaps. Amy, just took those in stride and quickly took care of them. Most importantly, Amy kept Alison calm and smiling throughout the evening despite the problems. Also, Amy regularly checked with me to see if I needed anything or if I wanted anything done. As soon as I asked about something, Amy took care of it. Amy put together an overall timeline that coordinated with all of the vendors' timelines and made sure that everything ran smoothly. If I had to do it again, I would hire her services for the entire wedding planning process.

Amy's professional and friendly help was "priceless". Since we were having our daughter's wedding ceremony in our backyard, we had no idea how to manage the bridal processional or the guests' entrance, seating, champagne toast, transfer to the reception site, etc. Amy came to our home several weeks before the wedding to better understand the layout and our wishes, and contributed helpful suggestions. She ran our rehearsal with such expertise that we all felt comfortable on the day of the wedding. It was stormy until about an hour before the ceremony! Once the storms subsided, Amy proceeded to wipe down chairs, replace table coverings and vases, pass out bouquets and boutonnieres, direct the vendors, and still manage to have the ceremony running smoothly and on time. It was beautiful, and Amy was more help than I ever could have imagined. She thought of everything and was the reason I was able to enjoy the day without any worries. Thank you, Amy!

We hired Amy Hissa with At Last Event Planning for our wedding in April of this year. We utilized At Last Event Planning for their day of coordination package. I have often said this was our best money spent for our wedding. Although the service was day of coordination, Amy and I e-mailed months before, she would answer questions, and give advice throughout my planning process. She met with me before the wedding to do a final walk through, and to ensure I was on track with my planning. It was a weight off of my shoulders when at the rehearsal I handed over all the items needed for the next day (easy to get together through a list she gave to me). The day of, I was completely stress free. The set up of our ceremony and reception was overseen by her team, it was because of Amy and At Last Event Planning that I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day. She coordinated with my vendors, and handled any issue that arose, allowing me to just be the bride. Amy went above and beyond to make sure that our families needs were met, and that everyone enjoyed the day. Her team was truly amazing, and exceeded my expectations. The icing on the cake (literally) was to end the night with our wedding cake and a sweet card from her team left in our room. We truly didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying our night, it was because of At Last Event Planning that everything ran as smoothly as it did, I would recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding.

Amy from At Last Event Planning was absolutely fantastic. I spoke with a few event planners before selecting Amy, as I felt like she really understood what I was looking for, and was very conscious of the fact that I wanted to stay on budget (not something I felt with the other planners I spoke with). Because my parents were paying for the wedding, I wanted to be very diligent about not overspending. Knowing Amy had planned some very high-end receptions, likely with much larger budgets than mine, I was a bit worried. However, Amy was perfect about making recommendations, but not pushing me one way or another, getting multiple vendor quotes, and stepping in to negotiate my package with the venue. Amy was so great at helping create my vision for the reception - fun and modern - and at providing her perspective when I couldn't make a decision. Also, living in New Jersey, but having a Cleveland reception, Amy made things so much easier when planning from a distance, and also was fantastic at engaging my mom in Cleveland, to come and join her for meetings or walk-throughs. The day of the wedding, Amy's team took care of ensuring everything was setup and perfect upon our arrival, so there was absolutely nothing to stress about. Having been through this experience, I would never ever plan a wedding without an event planner, and would choose Amy again in a heartbeat! You don't realize how many decisions there are to make, and it is great to have an expert there to guide you.

I would highly recommend hiring Amy Hissa with At Last Event Planning. At first, I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner because I thought we didn't need one and could save money, but my mom insisted we hire one and mom was right, as always! We hired Amy Hissa as a day of coordinator and she was worth every penny. There were several situations that came up with my dress throughout the day that she took care of. My zipper ripped right before the ceremony and she kept me calm while fixing the dress. Then a bird pooped on my dress during photos! Amy treated the stain and quickly came up with a solution to hide it. Throughout the day she made sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be. She also went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were happy, had a drink in hand, ate something, and were having a good time. Overall, the best part about working with Amy was her bright and bubbly personality. On your wedding day it's important to work with someone who will make you smile.

Amy was great every step of the way. We were able to pick a venue in one day, and then meet with photographer, florist, cake lady, and pick invitations in one day. She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well. My husband, my mom, and I would not have done it any other way. We have friends that want to use At Last for their wedding, and friends/family that wished they would have. I love that my family, friends, and I could enjoy the day without having to worry about what goes where, who forgot what, and where everyone was. Amy and At Last Event Planning were highly recommended by our dear friends, and my husband and I highly recommend them for any event you are planning.

Hiring Amy from At Last Event Planning as our day of coordinator was by far the BEST SPENT MONEY IN OUR WEDDING! Seriously, Amy is phenomenal! We had a wedding where everything had to be brought into our venue and set up…and I mean everything…down to each and every piece of silverware and glass. I was very worried about the set up and it all comming together, but Amy took care of it all. About two weeks before the wedding Amy took over; she called all of the vendors and coordinated all of the deliveries and arrival times for us and confirmed everything with everyone. She created a day of schedule for each and every vendor as well as for me and my bridal party. At the rehearsal Amy handled all of the participants and made everything clear and easy. A few days before the wedding we handed over all of our décor items to Amy. The day of the wedding she and her assistant came super early to the venue and set everything up. Amy set up everything so beautifully, I was amazed. She has an amazing design aesthetic. She took boxes of jumbled decorations and turned our wedding into the most beautiful vintage garden you can imagine. I just explained my vision and everything was set out perfectly. The day of the wedding my family and I just got to sit back, enjoy and most importantly relax. Amy supervised all of the vendors and made sure that everything went smooth. The ceremony and reception went so wonderfully. Nothing was missed. After the reception was over, Amy took care of the entire cleanup and packed up all of our personal items and put them in my parent’s car for us. We had the most amazing day possible, truly a magical wedding experience, and I have to credit Amy and At Last Event Planning for making that possible for us.

Working with Trisha from At Last Event Planning was a wonderful experience and a smart investment in your wedding day. She and her staff made it a smooth process from start to finish - hiccups with vendors were quickly smoothed out and handled in the most professional manner (one of our vendors put Trisha to the test, and she was vigilant about putting everyone at ease through the process). She really cares about making you comfortable and putting the brides wants and needs first. This was especially important to me planning a wedding in Ohio and living in California.

On the day of, Trisha and her staff were essential to executing an amazing day. Trisha allowed my husband and I to enjoy the day and our guests. Honestly, she was the best vendor I worked with throughout the wedding planning process - I cannot say enough positive remarks about her work ethic and the end results she executed. Her attention to detail was impressive - her foresight helped avoid many issues, and we were just amazed at what Trisha was able to help with to make our day unforgettable. ALEP made my wedding beautiful!!!! we needed all the help that Trisha provided and she made our day easy, fun, and relaxed. Every gal needs a Trisha !! I work full time and didnt have a lot of time to deal with all the vendors and all the small details that needed ironed out. Trisha handled the venue when it wasnt going exactly great, and was on our side and was there to make sure we got EVERYTHING we wanted. She is confident and a true go getter. As her client, she put us first, and made everything happen smoothly, and worry free. Im so glad I went with ALEP and had Trisha's help. Trisha worked as a day-of planner for my ceremony. At the rehersal there was a misunderstanding with the priest and he was quite angry - not what I wanted to deal with the night before my wedding! We used At Last Event Planning for full wedding planning services and worked with Amy Hissa for our Cleveland wedding. The decision to work with Amy and At Last was probably the single best decision we made and our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without her/their services. I read many online reviews of wedding planners in the Cleveland area and interviewed a few before choosing At Last. I live in New York and my parents live in Cleveland so I was looking for a planner who would be able to organize and set up appointments for my Cleveland wedding planning visits and generally minimize my stress with respect to planning a wedding from out of town. We planned our wedding in about 7 months and with Amy's help, pulled it off with 3 trips to Cleveland (and one was really for my bridal shower). I initially chose Amy because she seemed to be professional, friendly, well connected and versed in the wedding planning world, extremely down to earth, and had experience planning all sorts of weddings (budget to high-end, traditional to off the beaten path, etc.). And she proved to be all of these things and more throughout our wedding process. She was always responsive, courteous and extremely friendly. She was able to relate to my husband and me as well as to my parents (who are a bit more traditional than us) and propose ideas and suggestions that made all of us happy. Amy was really able to roll with the punches and be as hands on or off as we needed and wanted for various tasks. She was so organized and detail oriented and never failed to provide us with lists, charts, etc. to help us out. She was very patient and respectful in dealing with my parents and me and our sometimes unusual and relentless requests. She also provided many vendor suggestions with different price ranges who were all great -- I ended up interviewing several photographers, florists, cake companies, etc. and am thrilled with who I selected but honestly, every vendor who she recommended was extremely talented, nice and would have been great to work with. She was truly able to coordinate and help execute my wedding vision. And she was invaluable with respect to the day-of coordination -- I really don't know how we would have logistically handled everything the day of our wedding without her. The only way we were all able to stay (relatively) calm and collected was because we knew we were in such good hands with Amy. She even left cake for my husband and me in our honeymoon suite since she knew we hardly had a chance to eat it at the wedding! My whole family still raves about Amy we're so grateful we found her! I would recommend At Last Event Planning without hesitation! Thanks so much, Amy!

Amy of At Last Event Planning was absolutely fantastic! From our first meeting, we felt we were in good hands. Amy was especially good at executing our vision in the best way possible. Not only did she get us what we wanted, but she did so while saving us money. I think we ended up saving almost as much money as we paid for our wedding planning! We were also very impressed with her professionalism and prompt responses to the almost daily emails. On the day of our wedding, Amy and her assistant Katie made sure everything was executed without a hitch, and when things went a little differently than expected, Amy took care of them without us having to worry. After our wedding, my parents said "Oh yea, such and such happened - but Amy took care of it right away." We were grateful to be able to enjoy our wedding, and allow our friends and family to enjoy it as well without worrying about all the details. I had my wedding at my parents house, and I knew I didn't want my mother or I to deal with the problems that arose that night, for I just wanted to be able to enjoy the day. Hence, I hired At Last Event Planning, specifically Trisha, as a day coordinator-- to oversee everything that happened the day of the wedding, and what a great choice it was! Trisha was amazing-- and I truly couldn't have pulled off the day without her there. Not only did she do the "normal" duties you would think-- made sure I got down the aisle okay, escorted people here or there...-- she went above and beyond. At one point she was helping clean off dirty salad plates because we were short staffed! I forgot my veil and didn't realize until right before I was supposed to walk down the aisle-- and she ran home for me to get it! My sister's bridesmaid dress broke, and Trisha even sewed it on for her. She was such a lifesaver, and worth every penny. I am so grateful I found At Last, and even more thankful I got to meet and work with Trisha. I would recommend her and/or the company to anyone who is worried about the little problems that might come up, because they do-- and it is a lot easier and less stressful with a little help. Trisha was reliable, trustworthy and very creative, and she makes an awesome wedding coordinator!

This is hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Amy and Amanda both made us feel so comfortable in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and Amanda executed everything perfectly on the day of. Things were totally crazy - rain, mud, heat, bugs, slippery floors, bad roads - and Amanda handled it all in stride. She remembered every little detail and was right there every moment when I needed her. As we were walking out after the reception (to the waiting car that SHE drove down the windy road to our limo!) I remembered "Oh shoot, my ceremony dress is still hanging in the bathroom!" Nope - she had remembered it. She was so friendly to everyone, but at the same time in control. The best part was how quickly and efficiently she made the call when it started to rain and got everything moved - no hesitation and no waffling. It was amazing. I don't know what we would have done without her.

She took the pressure off of us on the weekend of the wedding so we could all just relax and enjoy without having to run around, chase other vendors, write checks, figure out who would take what home....we could just focus on the fun. I would highly recommend using this vendor to plan your wedding - you will NOT regret it!

All I can say is that Amy at At Last Event Planning is fabulous! She made the task of planning a wedding from out of town easy and enjoyable. We were able to do much of the planning via email and phone, and only had to travel to Cleveland twice prior to the wedding.

Amy's experience shows through all of her ideas and suggestions. She listens to what you want as a couple, and expands on your ideas. She is easy to work with and honest about what will work and what won't, but at the same time respects your opinions and choices.

I can not say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Amy Shipman of At Last Event Planning. She managed each detail effectively, demonstrating a depth of event planning experience combined with a sense of calm and flexibility in responding to mishaps. In my case, the groom shattered the light fixture above the wedding cake when he was cutting it with a sword. Glass was all over the wedding cake, which was to be served as dessert. Before I could even respond to the shock of it all, Amy was at my side, whispering a solution in my ear. She would run out to a bakery and purchase sheet cakes to be used for dessert. Before dinner was finished, cake was cut a ready to serve our guests for dessert. Amy is a five star person, doing five star work!!

At Last Event Planning saved our wedding! My daughter had a job that required a great deal of traveling. Planning a wedding without their services would have been a receipe for disaster.
Amy, the owner was a delight to work with. As she found out, I was a complete control freak!

There is NO WAY I could have planned my wedding without Amy and her wonderful expertise. She was always available, she understood my vision, and was always ready and willing to help with everything and anything. She proved invaluable on my wedding day - handling all issues without me ever knowing. She planned all the logistics of the day so I could sit back and totally relax. She was the best money I spent on the whole entire wedding, bar none! I highly recommend her and her company to assist in full, partial, or day of coordination!

Amy and her staff were wonderful!!! They worked their butts off the day of the wedding. Amy always had creative ideas and put me in touch with additional vendors. Overall At Last Events was the best money I spent on the wedding. Amy and her staff made my wedding day perfect. I did not have to worry about a thing. Amy thought of things I had never even dreamed of. They were amazing and went above and beyond my expectations!!!!

Amy was amazing and there is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She was unbelievably affordable. She listened perfectly and she created a wedding even more incredible than we had hoped. Not only did she pull off the perfect wedding, within our budget, but she had to overcome all of the mistakes I had already made to get there. If I had it to do over, the only thing I would change is that I would have hired her the day I got engaged instead of two months before the wedding. I highly recommend her services. She was worth every penny and so much more.

I loved Amy from the second I met her! Her attention to detail is amazing, and I truely belive my wedding went so wonderful because of her. I hired Amy for the day of planning but she was so helpful through out the whole planning process. She was always updating me on new information and vendor contacts. The day of the wedding my whole family was able to just relax and have fun because we knew Amy would take care of anything and everything that day- and she did! I can't say enough about her and she is well worth the money!! My wedding was the best day of my life and Amy helped make it that way.

Having Amy as our wedding planner was the best thing we did. Although we found her a little late in the game, I had absolutely no stress the day of my wedding and everything seemed to magically take care of itself! She is extremely responsive - getting back to emails right away and giving you fun, creative ideas to make your day really special. I would recommend her services to anyone. My only complaint is that we didn't find her sooner!

Amy helped out with my wedding on September 26, 2015 at Club at Hillbrook. To sum up Amy quickly, I would tell all brides that she is AMAZING and I have no idea what I would have done without her! She helped with planning - a few big things were doing welcome bags, printing menus, programs, etc., calling transportation companies, to say the least. The weekend of the wedding, Amy was absolutely irreplaceable. A few of the millions of things she did for us: reined in our wedding party of 20 people, kept things moving, talked to all vendors, tipped them, went out to get more alcohol TWO times when we ran out, helped with timing, bustled my dress, etc etc etc. I honestly have NO idea what I would have done without Amy and Heidi to help us out.. my husband and I were so happy with them, and I would highly recommend Amy and her services to any bride. She's amazing! She's crafty, so responsive (like within seconds she emails you back), knowledgeable, thrifty, and fun! I promise you will not regret having Amy as your wedding planner... she allowed me to enjoy the weekend without any stress, because I knew she had everything under control!

My wife and I were married on NYE in downtown Cleveland. It was an unbelievable night and everything was perfect. My wife and I currently live in Atlanta, GA and I didn't know much about weddings or planning or venues etc. We heard about Amy through a few friends and at first I was skeptical about spending money on a planner. Let me tell you, it was money well spent! The investment almost instantly paid for itself once we booked a hall and few other details. She kept everything organized and most importantly she kept my wife call throughout the entire process while we planned a wedding from 13 hours away. The wedding process is fun and exciting but it is also extremely stressful and Amy made it fun for my wife. We cannot thank her enough and like I said I don't know how we could have done it without her help. Her attention to detail is unbelievable and if you don't believe me just ask for some of our pictures of the wedding and venue. Thanks Amy. Great job. Give her a call, it is worth a shot. We didn't have a huge budget and like I said, it paid for itself quickly.

Amy was wonderful. She was very professsional and had great recommendations. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly our event ran and also that it felt like more of an event than a wedding and none of that would have been possible without Amy's hard work. I would recommend her to anyone!

Amy was incredible! Not only did she make our day totally stress-free (and therefore, even better than I could have imagined), but everyone commented that they adored her personality. Amy was very flexible and always available via email. She led us to make great vendors and helped find things and ways to make our vision possible. The true testament to how invaluable she was came into fruition on the day of for us. We were able to enjoy the whole day and not be bothered with deliveries, timelines or keeping anyone on task because Amy took care of all that for us. We had two ceremonies and an Indian wedding that ran over but she was able to smooth out the details and keep the show running! We had the best wedding and the best day of our lives. I am so happy that as a bride I was able to enjoy my wedding worry free.

By far, the best money we spent on our wedding! Amy literally handled everything, communicated with all the vendors, and executed a flawless, gorgeous wedding. We are from out of town, and didn't know anything about vendors in the area, and she made the perfect recommendations according to our theme/personality. Trisha provided excellent Day of Coordination for our wedding. She enabled us to not worry about a thing on the day of and just enjoy our day, which was so important! She fielded all sorts of challenges with the weather and was helpful to guests with limited mobility. She listened carefully to all I had in mind, kept track of a million different details, and then went with the flow so as to not have any sort of interfering appearance.

My one word for Amy is "unflappable." In the final days leading up to the wedding, there seemed to be no detail too small or task too big that she was not willing to manage or tackle. She provided that much-needed sense of control and organization that every bride should be so fortunate to experience -- which allowed me to utterly and completely enjoy our day!

My dad and I disagree on our feelings towards our day of wedding coordinator, Trisha. Though he thought she was nice, he thought she ended up being pretty useless. I disagree because as a bride I did not have to deal with any of the hiccups that the day may or may not have had. Which to me, makes it seem as though she successfully did her job.

The vintage rental company that we rented our chairs from needed the chairs gathered up and brought to the driveway so that they could easily and quickly load up their truck in the morning. My wedding coordinator did not know this until almost the end of the night and had already sent her assistant home (I might have forgotten to mention it... I did that to her A LOT!). So she had her boyfriend come and help her move all of the chairs from the tables in the backyard to the driveway (180 chairs!). I thought this was incredibly helpful, because of course, being the bride, this was not something that I wanted to do at the end of my wedding night! I don't drink, and my dad was already WAY drunk at the time, so of course he didn't even remember the fact that she stepped up and did this task with very little notification. So again, our opinions differ on the value and overall satisfaction with our day of coordinator from At Last Event Planning. I say "yes" and overall "good rating" and my dad says "no" and overall "low rating".

Fine for day of. Doesn't pay attention to detail, had to proof read all invitations and found lots of errors therefore, I never trusted anything she did. Which defeats the purpose. i read her reviews before hiring. But now noticing they are older, perhaps she is over- worked with children and perhaps her energy is going into her new business she recently started. I would not recommend her and I would not use her again.
