Above & Beyond Coordination

If you’re debating whether to book an event coordinator—don’t think twice. Hiring Dianne just a month before our wedding was one of our best decisions. She eased my stress immediately, communicated clearly, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Dianne and Irene made me feel truly supported and took the pressure off both before and during the big day. I felt heard, cared for, and in great hands. I highly recommend her and her team!

At Last! A Knowledgeable and Calm Coordinator

Dianne was very calm, flexible, and knowledgeable. We hired Dianne for the month of the wedding and it was very worth it! She made everything so much smoother and easier. I especially appreciated the coordination with the other vendors and giving us countdowns to where we needed to be at in the timeline of our wedding. It was also so helpful that she was able to bring most of the items in her own car the day of the wedding so my family did not have to worry. I also appreciated the quickness in her response to questions I had or worries through text and by email. I highly suggest Dianne as a coordinator.

I cannot begin to thank Dianne and her team enough (shout out to Natasha!) From the year out from my wedding when I booked At Last right up to wedding day, they were with me 100 percent. Answered every email, question, and concern I had and made me feel at ease. My wedding day/experience could not have gone better and that was because of At Last. Forever grateful to them.

Handled everything

Dianne was always very responsive! Even though the rehearsal was taken care of by our church, she still came to help with the set up and to be there during the rehearsal. She helped with appetizer set-up/clean-up (we did our own) which was a huge concern of mine. She handled the dessert table being prepped, and so much more! I can honestly say that our reception went perfectly! If there were any issues, I have no idea and her and her assistant handled all of it!

Dianne is everything you need in a day of coordinator

Dianne is a very sweet and down to earth person. she was very easy to work with I would recommend her as a day of coordinator for any event. My husband and I got the pleasure of having her and a assistant work for our backyard wedding and she made everything so easy. From making sure people are going where they need to go to making sure that I did not have a nervous break down she did it all. she kept me on schedule as well as the entire wedding and reception.

Amazing service! Highly recommend!

From the day that we hired her until the end of the wedding, Dianne played a huge role in our wedding and it would not have been executed nearly as well without her and Natasha. I had absolutely no logistical or coordination issues to stress about (or even think about) the day of the wedding as Dianne was always two steps ahead. I cannot say enough positive things about her work. I very highly recommend working with At Last Event Planning, and if planning a wedding in the SFV area, hire Dianne V!

We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her to any couples getting married.

Nailed it!

Dianne was the best. Totally on the ball and made things happen while I was not able to be around (because I was getting ready etc.) She and her staff were calm, in charge and just really nailed everything, with all the vendors and moving parts. So awesome.

Great value and service

We used At Last Event Planning for our day-of coordinator service, and they were such a huge help leading up to and including on our wedding day! Dianne was super responsive and did a great job of taking care of last minute things that we didn't have the time or mental energy to think of. On the actual wedding day, Dianne and her assistant Natasha were attentive and on top of things. They were great!

Absolutely wonderful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dianne and her team! We opted for a Day of Event Coordinator, and we were NOT disappointed whatsoever! About a month or so before the wedding, she asked for my vendor list to mke sure everything was squared away; she also made sure all the vendors were clear on dates, times, etc. When it came to the rehearsal, she made everything run smoothly; and on the day of, she made sure all we had to worry about was enjoying ourselves! She made sure we were able to enjoy our hors d'oeurvres and always made sure we had everything we wanted or needed!
She also had a wonderful list of vendors that we ended up using, and some even offered discounts! So whether you're looking for a Day of Event Coordinator or Full Wedding Planning Services, I assure you that At Last Event Planning will not disappoint!!!

Dianne and her team were absolutely wonderful! We hired At Last Event Planning for on the day coordinating and everything ran smoothly. Dianne and Candace assisted with our organizing our rehearsal, decorating my venue and ceremony space and making sure everything ran on time on the day of. If there were any issues on the day I was not made of aware of them and they handled everything and troubleshooted allowing me to relax and enjoy my special day. Dianne and Candice are just simply amazing!! My wedding couldn't have gone any smoother. They were both on top of everything making sure we were on schedule and making sure that i was a happy bride. I very much appreciated when Dianne brought my husband and I appetizers after the ceremony while we were taking photos, she very much knew we were starving. We did not have to worry about one thing which was amazing! It couldn't have gone any better and i Thank these two amazing women for making my day perfect! I hired Dianne along with her assistant Natasha to by my Day of Wedding Coordinators and couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make sure your day is as special as you envision, then I would definitely hire Dianne! I planned my whole wedding day by myself and hired her as my day of coordinator. She responded to my initial inquiry asap and was so easy to communicate with from then on out. She came to our last venue walk through in Malibu, made sure to introduce herself to my vendors and was their point of contact from then on out, taking that task away from me as the date came closer. She made sure my wedding looked exactly how I wanted it to look and even my mom commented to me several times what an amazing job she was doing several times throughout the night. She was also very affordable especially for all of the services she offers. I researched vendors and spent a year and a half planning my wedding. I was amazed to see the list of what she provides for her day of services. My wedding day was beyond perfect and we were so thankful to have her there that day!

We loved her instantly! We are film producers so this wedding needs to go off flawlessly. She gets our unique vision & worked within our budget. Also offers great tips for other cost saving measures. She's checked in as we go and is helping already! Will update more after the big day!! 9/27/17: We were married last weekend & out of all of the vendors we hired... this by far is the best investment we made. I have produced films, coordinated large events for 100's of attendees but weddings seem to be a magnet for disasters & thankfully I had the foresight to realize I needed a wedding coordinator! Its hard to know where to begin. Dianne has been helping every step of the way (even tho I hired her only as a "day of" coordinator.") The biggest mistake I made throughout this process was not STARTING every query w/ Dianne on who to hire or to get solutions. She was always my OMG something is horribly wrong go to. I would have had less of those had I simply reached out to her on every decision. So much has gone wrong with other vendors and situations I have lost track of all the miracles she has orchestrated! But... I will name a few! When my CUSTOM made wedding dress arrived w/ countless errors (12" too long and 8" too small in the bust) I called Dianne in tears and her recommendation fixed the dress flawlessly! When 6:18 am before my wedding day my makeup artist flaked on me, Dianne recommended one that took the job and exceeded my expectations! Both vendors did more for the money than the flakes did. Throughout the biggest day of my life, she ran interference, waved her magic wand & solved crisis', called and took the caterer to task on errors, put up w/ drunken guests and was the best "associate producer" I've had on any "gig"! Countless guests told us she was the most amazing coordinator they have ever seen and our wedding was one of the best they ever attended. She will without hesitation be my first call for ANY events! HIRE HER! You will be glad you did!

Out of all our wedding vendors, Dianne was the most responsive by far. She was super quick to reply to any questions I had. The day of the wedding Dianne and Candice set up everything even better than I imagined and packed up everything at the end. They kept the whole day running smoothly. Highly recommended!! Dianne was awesome to work with. She responded as soon as we contacted her and made sure we were on track the whole way through. Any questions we had, she was able to answer. She also knew how to solve all of the problems we were having, as far as planning for our wedding. We loved this about her because we were able to count on her to make sure we could have the wedding we wanted. She had great ideas as well which she brought to our attention and we were happy with the end results. As the day approached, she met with us in person to finalize everything and make sure the ceremony and reception would go exactly as planned. She handled all of our vendors so did not have to worry about coordinating with them on the day off which was extremely helpful! We had no problems as far as making sure the whole day was going smoothly. She took care of most of it. Also, she took all of centerpieces and set them up for us exactly how we wanted them so we didn't have to worry about that as well. Overall, we loved working with At Last Planning, they definitely made sure that on our wedding day, we wouldn't stress over making sure everything was going as planned, and that's exactly what happened. I used At Last Event Planning for my wedding this September. Very professional & nice, great value at a good price. Dianne and James were absolutely amazing! Anytime I would message her she was always available to me. She would offer suggestions that worked out perfect for what my husband and I were looking for. I wasn't allowed to leave the room I was getting ready in and couldn't see any of the set up until the actual ceremony/ reception and it was perfect! Hiring At Last Even Planning was the best decision I could've made for my wedding. I hired them for day-of services and both Dianne and Candace were great. Dianne reached out to my vendors in advance and made sure that they knew where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. They took care of making sure everyone and everything was in place for the ceremony and that everything started on time. They made sure the reception hall looked just like I imagined, technically didn't even have to think about any of the organization in the days approaching the wedding. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to hire a day of wedding coordinator. Dianne and Candace were a pleasure to work with very friendly and on top of what needed to get done.

If you have a vision and tell Dianne and Candice expect all your decor to be perfect!!!! Dianne and Candice did amazing, we had issues with both our catering company and the venue's representative and they took care of it. Somethings in our wedding were not going as planned and Dianne and Candice took care of everything without us even asking. An example is the catering company was leaving early and wanted us to cut the cake before anyone had even started dancing, Dianne and Candice said let the catering company leave and they would take care if it and they did. Dianne and Candice went above and beyond for us on many issues.

Dianne and Candice were saviors at my small vineyard wedding! The venue I chose was beautiful, but totally lacked professionalism and organization. I hired At Last at the last minute because I felt very uneasy about my own venue's planner, and if not for them, my wedding would have been a total disaster! They had to stick up for me when the venue staff were not doing what they were supposed to do and what was agreed to so I did not have to get in the middle. In the end, my ceremony and reception was decorated beautifully, despite challenges that At Last faced. They decorated my tables/chairs/ceremony area and handled details, despite venue's lack of cooperation... if not for them, I would have been dealing with everything alone and decorating on my wedding day! Dianne and Candice calmed me down and set me at ease and I am grateful for their assistance on my special day....and I have amazing photos as proof that their efforts paid off!

These are your girls for your coordinating!! Although I only used them for the day of, they were amazing!!!

I didn't have to worry about a single thing! They were on top of everything and making sure my Fiancee and I were doing great the whole time! We had a lot of small details like, lighting sparklers, making sure our candy bar was always filled, our wedding favors and wedding guest book was kept on track! They saw to it all!!!!

I would absolutely recommend them to any bride, they will relieve stress and make sure your day is perfect!

Dianne and Candice from At Last Event Planning are the Best of the Best! I could not have asked for a better team to help make our special day, a perfect day! They were always available for us from planning to being there anytime we needed them on our big day! We gave them ideas of what we wanted and they made our dreams a reality. We would not have changed anything. They paid attention to EVERY little detail, to the BIG picture items that we would not have thought of. They kept in contact with us, as well as all of our other vendors to make sure they were on time for our wedding. They are both very organized and on top of EVERYTHING! All you have to do is meet with them and you will know that this is the team that you want to help create your dream day!

I cannot say more wonderful things about Diane and Candice. They truly made my vision come to life. It was a stress free day for me mainly because of of these two.

They were very professional and even drove to meet me at Camarillo the day before my wedding to hash out details. They were very organized and even saved the day with double sided body tape for my dress.

I heard after the fact that my caterer was being difficult but I knew nothing of it durning my wedding because they took care of everything.

At the end of the night they put all my decorations back in the box and everything was so organized. I was convinced that some stuff would end up missing or damaged, but everything's ended up back in car in perfect shape.

Thanks ladies...oh and Diane did all this while pregnant!!!!

We hired Dianne and Candice of At Last Event Planning to be our day of wedding coordinators. They did a wonderful job and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. Dianne and Candice were a pleasure to work with and took care of all our special requests. Our wedding day was perfect and if there were any problems that day, I certainly didn't know about them as I'm sure Dianne and Candice handled everything. I would highly recommend them.

Dianne and Candice are amazing! My mother and I decided at the last minute that we needed to break down and hire a day-of wedding coordinator. Not only was At Last Event Planning available with just a couple months notice, but their prices were extremely reasonable, their service was exceptional, and we got TWO coordinators! I would like to think I'm an organized person, but I think that's the furthest thing from the truth. Dianne and Candice stepped in, were extremely patient despite my lack of responsiveness (not intentional, btw), and everything ran SO SMOOTHLY! I would have been a train wreck if it weren't for them. My wedding would not have been what it was without them! Thank you!

I am very specific, detailed, organized, and at times hard to work with because I expect the same, if not better, from those I work with...I told Diane what I wanted and her professionalism and perfectionism allowed me to drop my control of all things and let her do her job...even improving upon my original ideas.
So, of course I would highly recommend Diane and her equally amazing partner/assistant Candace, to attend to every aspect of your wedding/event and let them do what they do better than you do!

Dianne and Candice were amazing. I had an outdoor wedding where the ceremony and reception where going to take place on the same space and they were able to help with the transition. Of course, many things went wrong that day and many things needed to be set up before the ceremony but Dianne and Candice were there to help and organize everything. Even with the 100 degree weather! They were fantastic and I would recommend them for your wedding!

Dianne and Candice were amazing. Dianne always prompt to answer emails and phone calls and always very professional. They were very helpful during rehearsal and made sure things were going to go smoothly the day of my wedding. The day of my wedding Candice and Dianne were on top of everything. They made sure we were on schedule and that everyone was where they were supposed to be. They made sure that my day was perfect and even looked for ways to make my venue look even better. After the ceremony I saw them take some roses and scatter the petals on the tables, which made the tables look a lot nicer. It was a simple touch that I was too busy to think of but a touch that made everything look more elegant. I love that they were constantly looking for something that they could fix or make just a little bit better. For the quality of service I received I would have expected to pay a lot more. In the beginning I was a little hesitant to hire them, just because there weren't as many reviews as I would have liked. Overall I do not regret my decision and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Dianne and Candice!

I was truly satisfied to the service that Dianne provided. Being a complete Do it Yourself person this would have been imposible to carry out the day of my own wedding. Having control of the wedding and hoping that everything will be kept to plan was blindly handed over to Dianne and Candace and it was PERFECT! dianne was so great with everything. on a day where everything wanted to go wrong she was there to offer a simple fix to everything and calm me down. seconds before the walk down the isle, my maid of honor's shoe RIPPED! she was was there in a split second pulled out a tube of crazy glue out of no where and saved the day! no one knew anything had gone wrong. she offered less expensive alternatives to some of our ideas that were just as breath taking. she was amazing, extremely professional and she made the day so perfect, she was absolutely the best choice we could have made.

Dianne helped us a lot for our small wedding. We didn't have much of a budget, so she told us about having a dessert bar instead of food for our reception, we loved that idea! She helped us decorate the space, and was even there early the day of to help make sure everything was set up and everyone was ready. She also kept everyone relaxed and entertained when my wife was an hour late from getting her hair done. When my wife was putting on her dress one of the laces broke, but Dianne was quick with the safety pins and fixed it right away so no one would notice. We didn't have enough money in our budget to pay for a photographer so Dianne volunteered to take out photos for us. With out her our wedding would not have been as special as it was, Thank you Dianne!

Dianne Valladares was wonderful. Everyone from myself and my husband to my guests at the wedding raved about her professionalism. With the stress of the whole day, we had forgotten a few minor details but Dianne was readily prepared with her emergency kit, whether it was a water bottle for me to sip on, to pins for our honeymoon dance. I can not say enough positive things about this team. There were many curve balls that were thrown the day of my wedding and these girls handled it well. It ended up raining on we had to move the location of our ceremony about an hour before it started. These girls jumped right in and took care of everything making the new location of the ceremony as nice as it possibly could be. During the reception they handled every bump that came up along the way. I would recommend these ladies for any event and I would use them again myself.

Dianne and Candice make a great team. Both of them are very friendly and easy going. I communicated most of the time with Dianne and she always responded to my calls, emails, or texts in a timely manner. She came to and met me for a vendor walk through at my venue, came to our rehersal at the church and even came to my house to pick up decorations in a Uhaul moving van. She freed me from worry a week or so prior to the event and emailed all of our vendors in regards to confirming times etc. so things can flow smoothly the day of. They fulfilled out vision of how we wanted everything to look like as far as detail on our welcome table, candles and menus on dinner table. Our wedding day was beautiful and the best day of our lives. Dianne and Candice played a role in making that happen!

Couldn’t have done it without them. They do a walkthrough of the venue & attend your rehearsal to better familiarize themselves of the area & your wedding party. They always checked up on us & our wedding party. They were always prepared & came well equipped with an emergency wedding day kit! It wasn’t until that day that I found out the entrance to our reception was under construction so our guests were being rerouted. But they came prepared directions for everyone!

Here's what's tough. I gave them parking passes to pass out at the hotel to vendors & the wedding party since everyone was driving on their own to the ceremony. Not all of them were passed out. Our hope was for none of our vendors or party to pay for parking, but that didn’t happen. The groom even had to call to get a parking pass while he was downstairs. He didn’t wait long, & not that big of a deal, but that shouldn’t happen. I thought the passes were handed out first thing. So when I found out the day after the wedding that they weren’t used, I thought I could maybe get my money back since I had already paid for them. I had texted Dianne where she had placed them & but they were left at the reception. I was upset because like I said I had left detailed instructions to place everything that belonged to the bride & groom in the mothers car. This did not happen; mostly everything was but not everything. So not only did our people have to pay for parking, but I also had to pay for those passes. I was out another couple hundred $.

I also noticed after the ceremony was over, Dianne was missing. She was supposed to help call out names for portraits but no one could find her. Instead my MOH had to do it. It wasn’t until the end, I saw her on the side watching my MOH calling out names. That was the most stressful part of my day & I think having the coordinators there would have helped.

All in all, I have mixed emotions. Nothings perfect but looking at the big picture, I think they did great!

Dianne and Candice were my "Day of Wedding" coordinators and I was very happy and impressed with their professionalism and service. At our first meeting they came prepared with a two page checklist and questionnaire regarding our wedding plans for the day and things to think about that I was not even aware of. I really love how they both listened to what we wanted for our wedding. Ours was not a very traditional one and they did everything to make it happen the way we wanted it. On the day of, it was great to have both of them because Dianne was at my ceremony while Candice was able to be at the reception site to make sure everything ran smoothly which it did. I highly recommend " At Last Event Planning" for your upcoming nuptials. You're definitely in good hands!

Dianne was hired as a "Day of Coordinator" for our wedding. What we needed Dianne to do was to coordinate the vendors, help set up the venue/reception hall, keep us on schedule and handle the parking vouchers for our guests. Dianne is very organized and friendly, she coordinated the vendors and helped set up where her help was needed. Where she really didn't shine was keeping us on track. After the ceremony most of the guests were waiting around not knowing that the reception was just down the hall from the ceremony and as it turns out our photographer was taking charge and keeping us on track for pictures before and after the reception. Another issue was that a lot of the guests never got their parking vouchers and ended up paying for parking which was unfortunate. I think Dianne needs more work on taking initiative and just more experience.

While ths vendor was affordable to our budget, I think we should have shopped around some more. When we asked for the vendor to do something, it got done in a timley manner, however my wife and I both feel like we had to ask for to much to get done. We expected a little more initiative and more organization skills. Anyways if your looking to save a buck then this may be the vendor to go to, just dont have high expectations.

Dissapointing

Due to family and covid circumstances we decided not to move forward with a ceremony in general and notified two months ahead but was told we aren't able get the refunds from our deposit... this is sad for the day of event when only a phone call and a bit of email was exchanged. How can I cancel 6 months in advance if I booked in only 3 months before the wedding and cancelled after 3 weeks, 2 months before the wedding?
