  Best Make Up Artist

  Wow- I’m floored. My make up my big day was the best I’ve ever had! I was so appreciative of her following all CoVid guidelines and I felt so safe the entire time! It was so important to me and my bridesmaids! In addition to being all out amazing, Ashley knew exactly the palate I was looking for and delivered! I was camera ready too! She made my eyes pop! Ashley’s professional and kind to all. I recommend her and her beautiful work to everyone

  Ashley was the best decision we made in our wedding process! She was fantastic to work with from the first time I contacted her and had my consult. She completely listened to my vision and was so flexible even when I changed my mind for my hair at the last minute. She made me feel my best with hair and makeup for our wedding day and provided a much needed calm amidst the stress of the day!

  Calming & Talented: HMU Dream!

  On your wedding day, you need to feel confident knowing that your HMU artist understands your personality, vision, and insecurities - they have to be as much a therapist and friend as a talented artist. Ashley was and is all of these things and more! During our first call, she balanced business with getting to know me. I felt like she was working to make a genuine connection with me as her client to ensure she knew what I wanted and needed and to assure me that she fully understood. During my trial, she took her time and made adjustments as I gave feedback. She was kind, professional, and open to feedback throughout the entire experience. During the day of, she recreated my trial look, updated it, and improved it to make sure that when I looked in the mirror, my aforementioned insecurities no longer existed. Furthermore, when I felt myself becoming overwhelmed, Ashley talked to me and calmed me down. She guided my thoughts and breathing whilst never skipping a beat working on my hair and makeup. The end result was gorgeous (if I do say so myself!) - not overdone at all. She transformed me into an enhanced version of myself - exactly what I wanted and what I knew would make my husband-to-be melt! Ashley is the best of the best in every way. If you have the opportunity to hire her, I absolutely recommend her over and over, again! She knows how to make your makeup look good in-person and for the cameras, make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself, and provides the perfect sense of balance and calm you need on your big day!

  Amazing Experience

  Ashley is an amazing makeup artist. She made me feel beautiful but still natural. Most importantly, she is very professional, nice, and fun to work with, which is so important on a stressful day. My mom and sisters also loved working with her and loved their makeup. We would highly recommend Ashley.

  Fabulous make up & hair artist!

  I am so grateful to have worked with Ashley on my wedding day! She did my hair and make up and made me feel like a natural beauty with her soft touch and expertise.   Perfect choice for natural makeup and elegant hair

  You should hire Ashley. She is friendly, professional and an expert in makeup and hair. I hired Ashley for my (bridal) makeup and hair, as well as my maid of honor's hair.
  
  As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup or do my hair generally, it was very important to me that I feel natural and comfortable. Ashley delivered a look that was exactly what I was looking for - natural makeup that made me look like the best version of myself, and an elegant hairstyle that made the most of my shoulder-length, fine hair. Could not be happier with the result.
  
  What's more, Ashley asked smart questions in advance to make sure she understood my vision. She was also incredibly punctual and added zero stress to the day. Her rates were very competitive and I appreciated the professionalism of a contract and ease of payment. Can't say enough good things!

  Wedding makeup

  From the time I booked with Ashley she was very responsive and answered all my crazy questions. On the day of my wedding I didn’t have to worry about anything! She had it all covered and got all 14 of us done promptly and looking beautiful! Not 1 person had a complaint about their makeup and out makeup lasted all night. I would highly recommend her for any event!

  My husband (yay!) and I got married at NYBG last Saturday July 28, 2018. I was absolutely thrilled with my decision to have Ashley do my hair and makeup and also the makeup looks for my 4 bridesmaids. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and professional. I wanted a very minimal and effortless look that would still make me look put together and camera ready and Ashley delivered above and beyond. She really listened to what I wanted and the looks I was going for my girls and me.

  I hired Ashley to do my bridal party's hair and make up in May 2018. She was fabulous. Not only does she have an amazing personality, but she is super professional, flexible, and does a great job. She worked things out for me when I decided to change my look at the last minute for the wedding. She was also extremely calm the day of when my family also decided to add services that were not part of the original agreement. The results were fabulous - everyone looked amazing and felt comfortable. I would highly recommend her!

  I am a bit of a pain when it comes to getting my makeup done. I like to look very natural, I don't like the makeup to feel heavy on my skin, I get super nervous abouy everything blending and not looking like my face has been painted. That being said I'm actually a huge pain. Ashley was AMAZING because I prefer all natural products she used just that and explained what each one was and the ingredients. Not only was my makeup flawless buy I felt flawless. My face felt so light and looked natural with touches of glam just like I wanted. She even talked me through what she did so I can do it myself!

  I'm someone who doesn't wear too much makeup and I knew I would need something that lasted all day for my best friend's wedding. Ashley did such a great job at making me look natural but elegant at the same time! She's also a blast to be around - a perfect person to help start the wedding festivities and make you look amazing.
