Happily Ever After

Ashelynn Manor provided a fairytale experience for my husband and me. The location and site of this venue is beyond gorgeous and exudes elegance and refinement. There is a high quality list of vendors that you can choose from. This took away so much stress that typically comes with finding the right fit for a wedding. Pam was wonderful in bringing the ideas of decor to life. I am so grateful for her guidance throughout the entire wedding process. The day of felt like a dream come true. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed by the day. The venue staff had everything handled perfectly and Pam oversaw things so well that no issues were ever brought up to me. The memories I have from this day are priceless and I am so grateful that I found a venue that helped create those memories so beautifully.

I'm overjoyed to have chosen Ashelynn Manor for my wedding on August 31, 2024. From the moment I met Pam at the Bridal Extravaganza, I knew I'd found the perfect venue. The stunning pictures and warm welcome sealed the deal.

We pulled off our dream wedding in less than a year! If you're on a tight timeline and planning a wedding in six months or less, Ashelynn Manor is definitely worth considering. We started looking at the venue in March and had the wedding in August.

Pam and Gazi's down-to-earth, personable approach made me feel at ease. Their exceptional customer service and all-inclusive package sold me. With top-rated vendors and seamless planning, I could focus on enjoying my special day.

Ashelynn Manor's beauty and amenities exceeded expectations. The venue's decorations were perfect, and I loved the photo booth, 360, and fireworks – our guests raved about them!

Fantastic venue and experience!

We are so happy we chose Ashelynn Manor for our wedding! The price, venue, and staff were excellent! We live out of state, but Pam and Gazi and their entire crew were so accommodating as we planned our long-distance wedding. They answered countless questions from us — we needed a lot of guidance, and they were there every step of the way. Amazing Backdrop for a Dream Wedding

Ashelynn Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Even though the venue can hold way more than our 70 guests, they did a gr4eat job helping setup the Carriage House to hold the cocktail hour and reception which made the room feel fuller and more intimate. The property is absolutely gorgeous and allows for so many wonderful photo opportunities. It rained right after our ceremony, so we werent able to take many photos outdoor immediately, but the indoor photo opportunities in the chapel and mansion was nothing short of spectacular. However, when the reception died down a little later in the evening as did the rain, we were able to take advantage of the beauty of the property outdoors in the glowing lights. Gazi was exceptional in helping us plan and accommodating our needs and really helped pull it all together for an amazing memory I will never forget.

More like “Perfection with Southern Charm”!

My husband and I were biased, we knew we wanted to use Ashelynn Manor from the moment we got engaged because of the sentimental value it had. But let me say Tessi and her team blew us away! They are great with communicating leading up to the big day, anytime I had a question I’d just shoot an email and I’d have my answer.
On the day of, we showed up at 8 am to start hair and makeup we were greeted so warmly. My husband was able to completely decorate the bridal suite. We were able to use the kitchen and my mother in law made us all breakfast sandwiches. The girls were given a radio to communicate with the staff incase we needed anything. Which was a huge time saver!

The staff is so personable. At one point we were all just hanging out and everything was ready to go and a couple of my girls, my self and Tessi just took a breather together and chatted for a few minutes.

When I say they have their stuff together I MEAN IT, my husband and I were doing after ceremony pictures and we mentioned that it was hot and they brought us both a Dr Pepper (this is the drink we told them we would like on our sweetheart table for dinner, at the final meeting)! She came out of nowhere with them!

If anything at all went wrong, I had no idea and I still don’t! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I don’t think I could’ve done it without the Ashelynn team!

We used exquisite reflections, their preferred hair and makeup team.
We haven’t gotten our professional pictures yet so these are the best pictures I have.

Ashelynn Manor is THE place to get married!!

Ashelynn Manor is absolutely amazing! They answered all of my questions quickly. They were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Our bridal coordinator, Jackie, took care of everything on the day of the wedding. My husband and I didn't even have to make our plates for ourselves. We were pampered the whole time. There was also a big storm the night before our wedding which left the grounds with tree limbs and other things. The landscape team was there really early to make sure the venue looked flawless. They work so hard to make everything so perfect for you!

My husband and I got married at Ashelynn Manor on 4.28.18 and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience! From the moment we first stepped foot onto the property we knew this place would be special for us! This place truly is remarkable! I hate to use the term "well-oiled machine", but let me tell you...the staff here know how to run a wedding! The entire process was seamless. If I had a question during the planning process, they answered it quickly and efficiently and they were truly patient with me because Lord knows I asked a million questions over the course of the year leading up to our wedding day. The day of our wedding was SEAMLESS. They allowed us to arrive at the venue in the morning, so we had plenty of time to decorate before it was time for hair & make-up and getting dressed. I never felt rushed and just had time to soak in the day before it was time to walk down the aisle. Jackie, our wedding coordinator, was on the ball, as were all of the staff that day! She made sure everything went off perfectly! And it really, really did! If one thing ever went wrong I certainly never knew about it, so in my book it was the perfect day! Their preferred DJ, Johnny, was awesome as well! He really knows how to get the guests involved and having fun. We didn't have alcohol so I was worried people wouldn't dance, but he knew the right songs to play to get people moving! And the food…I cannot tell you how many of our guests have commented on how delicious the fried chicken was! I was nervous about selecting that menu because it’s so different from your typical wedding food, but it was an absolute HIT with our guests!!! And with us! We used Lisa Barcelona for our wedding cake and she was wonderful to work with and our cake was beautiful and again everyone keeps telling me how good it tasted! If you want a relaxing, stress-free wedding day…at the most gorgeously stunning venue in Texas…Ashelynn is the place for you!

You will not regret booking your wedding (event) at Ashelynn Manor. The venue is breathtaking - my daughter felt like a princess. And, as the mother of the bride I never felt more relaxed as I knew that Nicky, Jackie and all the staff were on top of every detail. The carriage house where the reception was held is magnificent. The food was amazing - our guests loved it.

I was married in the chapel at Ashelynn Manor last month and I wish I could do it all over again because everything was absolutely perfect! I started the process rather late, giving them only 8 months to get it all together, and it far exceeded my expectations. They have a very efficient monthly payment plan to follow so you can budget for them and not worry about paying a ton of money upfront. Nikki in the office answered all of my questions promptly and she was so gracious and patient with me when I made some last minute changes the week of the wedding. The Coordinator, Jackie made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, and she was very patient with my wedding party/family who didn't quite understand that she literally will take care of EVERYTHING for you, and they don't need to worry about it. Johnny Grooms, the DJ was amazing! My guests danced all night and had a blast right up to the exit. I don't think I sat down at all after dinner because I was having so much fun! I'm so happy I hired a videographer to capture the night because it was so fantastic and I love watching the video over and over again. I used some of their preferred vendors for the cake (Bavarian Cakery-beautiful, delicious cake and easy to work with), officiant (Reverand Law-phenomenal service, sincere, and loved by all of my guests), alcohol/bar services (Mark Cook and Salud bartenders-super economical, responsive, and easy to work with), hair/makeup (Exquisite Reflections-Emily did an amazing job and was so sweet to work with), and it's very clear to see why they use these vendors-you can't go wrong with them. The venue itself is gorgeous-from the chapel to the manor house, carriage house, and the groom's cottage. Despite it being a cloudy, dreary day, the grounds brightened up the entire day and made for beautiful pictures. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Ashelynn Manor is the full package! My husband and I were married here for our April wedding and I really have no words other than to say, they made our wedding day so seamless and perfect. Not only is the venue extremely beautiful, but the staff is so professional and they are experts in weddings. When my husband and I first saw the venue, we were immediately sold. The white chapel is just so gorgeous, the manor is breathtaking, and the carriage house (where the receptions are held), is stunning the moment you walk in. We had to have visited over 20 different wedding venues and this was the only one that just took our breath away. We love Ashelynn Manor so much, and recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

I new from the moment I stepped foot on this property, that this was the wedding venue for me. The Owner was wonderful to tour with and booked it right away. It is all inclusive which made my job so much easier. Everything about this place was perfect. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding bc the coordinator did all the work. My daughter had her ceremony in their chapel followed by reception at the Carriage House. I find it difficult to delegate responsibilities for organization but in this case my fears were unfounded. The service far exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful property and Katy, the event coordinator was outstanding in her professionalism and organization skills..all carried out with graciousness. Wedding of my dreams! Ashleynn Manor was the perfect setting for our once in a lifetime special day. Food was SO good (barbeque), DJ was fun and kept things flowing well, cake was absolutely gorgeous (Bavarian). The up lighting made it even more beautiful in the barn, in the chapel less is more by way of decorations. The grounds are just perfect. There were only a few small negative things. We still had to set up some of the little extras we brought in ourselves and I feel like for the price they should have handled and taken that off our plate. Also, no one was there to let in my bridal party and hair/MUA the day of! And we were told they could come as early as 9 am, no one showed up till 10:30! So be specific on what time you will arrive the day of. And the projector and screen were not set up for the reception. Our best man had to figure it out himself in front of our guests. I did not like that they continued to have tours on the day of my wedding as well. Other then those few small things, I had an overall great experience. Weddings are extremely stressful anyway so it won't be perfect but Ashelynn Manor will give you a beautiful memorable day!

Ashelynn Manor was the perfect wedding venue! This venue is a 5/5 in all categories and was able to impress even the pickiest of brides! Ashelynn Manor is a beautiful venue that includes a manor house, gorgeous chapel, and reception area that is a remodeled barn. There is also a gazebo for outdoor weddings too, so they can do both indoor and outdoor weddings! The grounds and buildings are very well kept. If you are looking for an elegant rustic venue, Ashelynn Manor is the perfect choice. The venue is very photogenic and provides a variety of backdrops for photos. The staff is very responsive to email and phone calls. The staff is also very professional, experienced in event/wedding planning, and is very organized. You can be certain that the staff will carry our their responsibilities and do their part to make your wedding run smoothly and be flawless on your wedding day. It is apparent from their work that the staff has had years of experience in hosting weddings and will think of every detail that needs to be taken care of. They provided a good price point for their services and was the only vendor I found that I was 100% happy with the service provided and price point. The venue was as flexible as possible while still maintaining the structure that is necessary for a smooth and perfect wedding. If you love the aesthetics of this venue, you can trust that this is the perfect venue for a flawless fairytale wedding!

My husband and I have both said our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Ashelynn Manor helped to make that happen. From day one our experience was excellent. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to any question or concern a bride may have. We were able to easily select our vendors at the open house they hosted which made things so stress-free. They think of everything, our wedding day was a blast for us because we basically just had to show up and have fun. It was so worth it to go with an all inclusive venue, and I specifically recommend Ashelynn for affordability and quality. I am so grateful to everyone there who made our wedding day so incredibly special!

My husband and I were supposed to get married in 2010, but he had some major health issues. We had set a date for October 2010, but my (now) husband was in and out of the hospital for about 8 months. The hardest part of everything was calling all of the vendors and telling them we had to postpone. The staff was so kind and understanding. They knew how important it was for my husband to be able to walk down the aisle. Most vendors would just wait until we called to set another date. Ashlynn Manor would call and check on us to see how we were doing. ( We had already paid for everything so we knew it was genuine). It was so sweet how they would call us and check on us. When we were finally able to reschedule, I was so excited. I called and they had the perfect date for me available. They were so great making sure all of the details I had picked out before were the same. On the day of my wedding they made me feel so special. Tessie ended up being my wedding coordinator for the day. She made sure everything was perfect. I had a few things go wrong(they always do) and she made sure it was handled before I even knew it was a problem. I really felt like the staff and everyone became our friends. I really had the best day of my life! I highly recommend them.

Ashelynn Manor is fantastic! They are an inexpensive venue that provides a lot of vendors in their contracts (i.e., DJ, food, cake...) The only things we had to arrange for ourselves were the photographers, flowers, officiant, and bartender. This made it super easy. I also like how Ashelynn lets you pay off your bill in monthly increments rather than large lump sums, making paying for a wedding much more manageable.

We dealt with Katy throughout the majority of the process, and she was available to answer all of our questions, no matter how mundane. On the actual wedding day, Jackie was our coordinator and she helped the process move along without a hitch. My husband and I basically sat back and watched the entire day unfold, and that was so special to us. Who wants to spend their wedding day worrying about minor details when instead you could be simply enjoying time with each other and your guests?

One last thing! We went with the BBQ package for our meal and it was so delicious! There wasn't a single person there who didn't enjoy the food. If you go with Ashelynn, consider this menu because it was a huge hit!

ASHELYNN MANOR IS THE #1 PLACE TO GET MARRIED. I am from a town about 2 hours from Magnolia and it was no problem.They are very quick to respond to e-mails and have the most amazing and helpful staff from deciding on their venue to tear down. My husband even commented on how great our wedding coordinator, Jackie, was on multiple occasions. I could not have asked for a more beautiful, perfect place to get married and I owe it all to Ashelynn Manor.

I was married at Ashelynn Manor less than a month ago and it was all that we could have asked for! The staff was incredibly attentive and truly did everything for us so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. My wedding was the only one being held at the venue that weekend, and they allowed us to come in before the rehearsal and set everything up early...that made our wedding day so easy because everything was done already! Great experience, beautiful venue.

When we toured the venue they were between 2 weddings and there was a scheduled tour, we were in the area touring a different venue, and we were trated better than at the venue that we had a tour scheduled at for a month. They have tons of vendors to help make everything easy. The groums are absoultley beautiful for taking your pictures.

We just had our wedding at Ashleynn Manor this past weekend. Everything was perfect!!! From planning, to rehearsal, to wedding day coordination, Ashleynn Manor handled it all. I couldn't be happier with the service this venue provided. Jackie, Katie and the rest of their team did a beautiful job. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who doesn't mind a little bit of a drive. The best part is that it is all inclusive. Makeup and hair is all done in the property the day of the wedding and the mansion and grooms cottage give the bridal party the perfect place to get ready. Not the mention that the chapel and reception hall are all on the property so that your guest don't even have to leave. There absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place. They definitely made our wedding one we, our guests, our friends and our family will never forget.

The entire staff was perfect and made us feel like we were their only bride and groom. I didn't have to worry about anything because it was already taken care of. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Ashelynn Manor. It was more than I could have ever imagined. The venue is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for! The chandeliers everywhere are gorgeous! Also, Jackie and Katy were the best at answering all our questions and making sure our day was the best. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Ashelynn Manor was a dream come true for my daughter and son-in-law’s February wedding. Jackie was our coordinator, and I could always count on her and the rest of the staff when I had questions or problems. Jackie has also been there for us even after the wedding. From the chapel to the mansion, the groom’s cottage, the Carriage House for the reception, and the beautiful grounds (perfect for the most beautiful wedding photos) – everything was perfect. Thanks to the DJ, the dance floor was full all night from beginning to end! Our guests had a wonderful time.

My daughter's wedding day could not have been more perfect. To the very last detail from beginning to end, Ashelynn Manor was attentive, professional and worked to make sure all was perfect. We have received compliment after compliment about every aspect of the wedding. My daughter had the fairy tale wedding of her dreams thanks to specifically Jackie, our wedding coordinator, and Ashelynn Manor. It was a wedding to remember for all who attended. I just had my wedding here on Dec 20th, and it was amazing. I dealt with Katy during most of my planning and she was super helpful. Jackie was my wedding coordinator so she was there during the entire wedding. She was very calm, which helped me stay calm, and the guests had really good things to say about her. I only met Tessie on the day of the wedding, but she was very nice. I never ran into any issues with this venue, and I think it is very reasonable. Most of the major things are included, which helps a lot with coordinating everything.

BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE! Wow! These are just a few things from the list of reasons not only my husband and I loved this venue but my family and everyone involved with our wedding did as well.
1. First and foremost, every single coordinator is so helpful, amazing customer service, SO organized. Katie, I absolutely loved. She has a way of making you feel better about everything and she gets things done in a hurry! Jackie was so sweet and helps keep you calm and organized. Just to give you an idea of how amazing they are...Tessie, the OWNER, spent a few HOURS steaming and ironing my dress the day of my wedding because the alterations place did a terrible job. She made it look so good and it made me so happy!
2. USE EXQUISITE REFLECTIONS!!!!!!!!! I was stubborn and thought if it was included with the venue package they may not be that great so I PAID for two other trials before them and ended up using Allison with Exquisite Reflections and SHE'S AMAAAAAZING!!!! Perfection.
3. The venue is just gorgeous and makes you feel at home. You've got to see the chapel and reception hall at night. SO ROMANTIC!
4. Our wedding day couldn't have turned out better. It was our dream come true.
Also, use the vendors they recommend! We were so happy with them all!

I just had my beautiful wedding here May 24, 2013. I swear it couldn't have gone better! Our coordinators, especially Jackie took all of my detailed plans and set them to motion perfectly. The timing was excellent and I had the most stress free wedding day a girl could have hoped for. This wedding venue will compliment the southern style romantic bride who loves DYI and personal touches, but also wants some of the major aspects to be taken care of for her. Would do it again if I could! Loved it.

I could not imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. Jackie was my wedding coordinator and did an absolute wonderful job! The grounds are beautiful, the chapel was the selling point for me, the carriage house is gorgeous, and the main house is breathtaking! I loved the rustic feel of this place. Oh my goodness! Don't be afraid to book a tour! I was nervous about them being super pricey, but soon figured out after a tour that they were much more reasonable than Ashton Gardens (and more beautiful). The venue totally fit my and my husband's personality. Tessie (the owner) and Kendall (wedding coordinator) are super fun to work with and answer all of your questions during the wedding planning process (and we asked plenty of questions). I highly recommend Ashelynn Manor for your wedding venue! Everything was PERFECT! :)

My husband and I started looking at Venue’s about 15 months ago. When we pulled up to Ashelynn Manor my husband said that he knew right then that this was the place we were going to get married. About a week later we showed my parents the venue and met with Kendal. We booked that same very day. This place is gorgeous. We had our wedding on a Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm. I was a little concerned that we might not have enough time to do everything. However, we had a wonderful wedding and everything was perfect. The Groomsmen had their own cottage to get ready in and hang out. My Bridal party had the Chapel to get hair and makeup and we also had two rooms upstairs to get dressed and hang out. The coordinator helped the whole entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was great; the Dj did a good job and the staff decorated perfectly with little help from my bridesmaids. Kendall always answered my emails and phone calls. She kept a file with my entire request and any changes. She also gave me several names of different vendors and websites to visit. I would recommend this Venue to anyone looking for a romantic, elegant, country setting.

All of the people that worked at Ashelynn Manor could not have been nicer! They have obviously done many successful weddings, and made my wedding so beautiful! My wedding coordinator there kept everything on track and was there to answer any questions that I had. The weather was terrible the day before my wedding and my rehearsal got cancelled. Ashelynn Manor did everything in their power to accommodate us on my wedding day and made me feel better about missing rehearsal. They were great with all of my vendors, and were very helpful with set up and take down. All of my guests LOVED the atmosphere and location.

Beautiful venue! Everything I could have hoped for! Its set out in the country and their white chapel is stunning! Its the perfect mix if you want a rustic and classy wedding. I loved that they had packages at fairly reasonable costs and that they included pretty much everything: the cake, officers, food, a great dj. Amy from Ashelynn manor helped me on my wedding day with anything I needed. I didn't even have to ask. We didn't really have time to eat, so they packed plates for my husband and I and put them in the limo for us. She was very well organized- I don't think it could have been any more perfect!

My fairytale came true at Ashelynn Manor!!! From the moment my Husband and I drove up to Ashelynn Manor I was in love. The property is simply magical the beauty of the property will take your breath away. From start to finish Tessi and her team made me feel like family and made sure I had a stress free experience start to end. I cannot put into words how amazing our Wedding day was and I cannot thank Ashelynn Manor enough for helping make my fairytale come true!

THE FOOD IS AMAZING, we had the BBQ which was can I say again AMAZING : ) I have received several emails, text messages, facebook messages and personal inquiries on how people can get more BBQ. Ashelynn Manor is not only a beautiful venue but the staff is top notch. Everyone I corresponded with (Tessie, Kendall, Jackie, and Colleen) was incredibly professional and responsive. They really worked with me to make the wedding exactly what I wanted! The chapel is beautiful and has a classy, Southern feel to it with the white walls and dark hardwood floors. The reception area, the Carriage House, is actually a converted barn and a perfect spot for a shabby chic or rustic theme with its dark stained concrete, and chandeliers. You can dress it up for a more formal event or keep it casual. You will not be disappointed if you book your wedding here! Thanks, Ashelynn Manor!

Ashelynn Manor is the perfect place for your wedding if you're looking for a beautiful, elegant place. I can't say enough good things about the grounds, chapel, carriage house, and especially the staff! My wedding was absolutely perfect. All my guests throroughly enjoyed themselves and I have had people tell me they never had so much fun at a wedding. The food was excellent. The staff pays attention to detail and takes care of you- no stress!! There are countless places for gorgeous pictures. We were married by Rev. Judy Law and she was wonderful. Our DJ was top notch and played great music. Cake was delicious, I had several comment on that too. You can't go wrong with Ashelynn Manor- trust me!

Our wedding at Ashelynn Manor was amazing. Our guests enthusiastically described the chapel and carriage house settings as "casual elegance" and "beautiful". I had the most magical wedding here in December. Everybody was wonderful and the place is just gorgeous. My pictures turned out wonderful and it was a night to remember. As a parent of the bride, all I can say is that both the venue and the staff of Ashelynn Manor went beyond all we could hope for our daughter’s wedding. If you’ve not seen Ashelynn Manor personally, walking around the property and viewing the facility will make you want to stay…it is beautiful. The staff is also amazing. Every question we had, every request, and every concern was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. We spent several weeks visiting venues, comparing prices, and comparing services; none compared to Ashelynn Manor.

On the wedding day, every detail was taken care of, and we moved through the day flawlessly. I can’t express how wonderful it was to see our daughter and now son-in-law completely enjoy their day…as did we and our guests! We have received so many compliments on the staff, facility, food, and over-all flow of the evening. We are so grateful for our experience.

I cannot recommend Ashelynn Manor enough…for any event. Go visit, ask questions, and see all that you receive when you book this venue. You will not be disappointed.

I just had my wedding at Ashelynn Manor a couple weeks ago and it was PERFECT. Everyone that works there is absolutely amazing!!! The whole day just went so smoothly all because of them! Jackie was my coordinator the day of and she was just amazing. She dealt with all of my nerves and requests with ease and was so helpful! I want to go back and relive that day all over again because it was that perfect and I attribute a lot of that to the wonderful people at Ashelynn Manor. Also, Haley is who we dealt with a lot before the wedding day and she was wonderful as well! She was so nice and so great every time we talked to her! I would recommend this place to everyone I know! In fact, one of my bridesmaids was so impressed that she is considering having her wedding there too! Go visit Ashelynn Manor. You won't be disappointed! Not to mention they have a much more realistic price, and are much better imo than a lot of the other wedding facilities in the area....

The ladies that run Ashelynn Manor are wonderful. They answered all my questions and didn't mind that I called almost everyday in the last week. I could not ask for better people to understand what I was going through and were great! I loved Ashelynn Manor!!! I had no regrets whatsoever having my wedding and reception there. The staff was just wonderful and very willing to work with our needs. They also had great suggestions, and we felt really taken care of! Tessie made sure we knew where to go, what to do, and had everything ready for us. They have complete wedding packages at excellent prices, almost half of what a lot of venues in Houston was asking for. Ashelynn Manor's vision is Christian based, and their services reflected that. The bed & breakfast was gorgeous and they had rooms to accommodate us. The newly built chapel was a country style white chapel, which made a picture perfect wedding!

Ashelynn Manor was the most beautiful venue out of all of the venues I looked at. They offer so much at such an affordable price. The staff was extremely nice and very well organized. The day of my wedding their staff was very attenative and professional, they provided several coordinators to help us to the point of walking down the isle. Wonderful place to have a wedding. They have it together! One stop shopping! Chapel and reception. Food is pretty good. Bring in your own liquor!! YEAH!! That saved us TONS of money. The only thing we had to bring in were cups for alcohol. We were also able to bring in our own candy bar and some extra decorations - but those weren't needed. They do the clean up too so you can enjoy the day!

Ashelynn Manor was a dream to work with! Tessie, Kendall, and Jackie (plus their staff) were beyond wonderful, working with me on questions, kinks, and all the other planning hitches that come with planning a December wedding in Houston with our yo-yo weather. We had originally planned a gazebo wedding with a back-up plan for the chapel, but because of our small wedding and the weather, they suggested we change to a wedding and reception in the Manor house, and I am so glad we did! Small, intimate, and beautiful. I had asked if the Christmas decorations could stay up in the house and on the grounds, and they were happy to accommodate me. I wanted a venue where I really just needed to show up and get dressed, and that was what I received here - a beautiful wedding, smooth sailing through the ceremony from the time I arrived til I left in our car. I got that, and more! I highly recommend the location for any bride who is looking for a beautiful venue at a great value.

We basically looked only at places which were pretty much all inclusive with the wedding details. Being relatively new to the Houston area, we didn't know which vendors (bakers, caterers, florists, etc) would be good choices, so we were OK with paying a little more for the convenience of having most everything included in one package. After looking at many of the wedding venues in the area, we chose Ashelynn Manor based on others' reviews and because it was the most beautiful setting we came across. The food (included in the base price) was excellent, the cakes (both the bride's and groom's cakes being included in the base price) were beautiful and delicious, and the flowers (not included in the base price but one of several florists they recommend) were outstanding. We chose the standard white linens for the tables (included in the base price) instead of upgrading, and they looked beautiful. Living in the Houston area, we were concerned about what they would do in the event of rain and were told that huge umbrellas would be set up so the guests and wedding party could walk under them from the chapel to the reception area. Another perk was that the bride and wedding party were able to have their hair and makeup done on site just before the ceremony. We were very pleased with everything, and the wedding proceeded from start to finish with no flaws.

This place is great and a real value for the money. We got a package and they made the whole process very smooth. Haley worked with me throughout the process.
On the day of Everything ran smoothly.
The food was outstanding.
All of my guests said they had a great time.

My son got married at Ashlynn Manor this past May. I went with he and my daughter-in-law for the initial visit and was so hoping that they would choose this venue. Fortunately, they did, and they had a beautiful and perfect wedding and reception. From that initial visit to the day of the wedding, I was so impressed with everything about this venue. They were attentive to every detail and just have everything set up to make the whole process seamless. The wedding coordinator, Jackie, was excellent. She covered everything at the rehearsal that we could possibly have needed to know in a concise and very professional manor. She was also on hand on the wedding day, of course, and there wasn't a detail that she ignored. Everything ran on time and so smoothly. She made it so enjoyable for my son and his bride, as well as both of the families.

I had another son get married in August at another venue in Houston. It was a much more expensive venue than Ashlynn Manor. It was a beautiful setting and the wedding was nice, but it was not nearly as well run as Ashlynn Manor. The coordinator for their wedding was not very pleasant and not very informative at all. Our experience at Ashlynn Manor far outweighed the experience at the other venue, even though it is a very popular venue in North Houston.

I highly recommend Ashlynn Manor. I really don't think you can go wrong with this venue. We had zero complaints and were so very impressed with every aspect of our experience there.

We were beyond pleased with our daughter's wedding that took place at this wonderful venue. What sold us on the venue was the beautiful vintage chapel. The entire grounds and manor are absolutely lovely. We had several out of state guests who were all very impressed with the entire setting of the venue. Jackie, our wedding coordinator was very will organized and did a fantastic job of keeping everyone calm. Katy was so nice and very helpful in the months leading up to the wedding and through our final meeting day. Tessie, the owner, was also very friendly and helpful. The entire staff was very professional and very personable which all led to an amazing wedding for our daughter and new "son-in-love".

This venue is unparalleled in overall beauty of the surroundings. It is a bit of a drive to get out there, but the serenity and privacy of the place is well worth it. I think it is especially nice for a morning or daytime wedding. All of the staff are highly professional and very friendly.

My husband and I recently got married at Ashelynn Manor, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We actually live in the DFW area, so it was important to us to find a venue that did a lot of the work for us. Ashelynn Manor really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! The food was wonderful, the decorations were exquisite, and the DJ did a wonderful job. We also used their preferred vendors for invitations, the bride's and groom's cakes, and hair/make-up. Everything turned out so wonderfully, so I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding experience! Thanks Ashelynn Manor!

Ashelynn Manor is a wonderful place to have a wedding! If you want the job to be done, and not have to worry about a thing, go with them! They outline everything you need to have planned ahead of time to keep you stress free. I'm sure there were things that went wrong behind the scenes, but I didn't know a single thing thank goodness! It rained during my ceremony, but everything still ran smoothly and I never got a drop on me. Make sure you have your final guest count accurate because there are no refunds if you pay over the amount you actually have. I had a fabulous time at a great place with the best staff.

This was a great place for a wedding. Our wedding was outdoors under the gazebo, and the reception was in the barn. I loved the location, the privacy, and the planners! They did a great job and were flexible with my wants and needs.

I found that Ashelynn Manor was very helpful in the planning of my wedding. Anytime I had a question I was able to call or email them and get a response back pretty quickly. I felt we got out monies worth. The only problems that I had were that they had a couple of old truck there that you could take pictures with if you wanted. They said that for a "small" detailing fee that the guy who owned them would come out and make sure that they were picture ready and he would also move them around the property so pictures could be taken. When I asked what the detailing fee was they said $250. That in my book is not "small". The next problem I had was the day that I was going to take my bridal portraits. I called ahead to make sure the day I wanted to set to take them was good for them. I told them what time (starting at 4 pm) I wanted to start and how long I would take. We thought we would be done around 6pm. They said that they leave at 4 and that in order for someone to stay they would charge me $200 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours. They also said that the only way around this charge would be if I was using one of their preffered photographer venders, which I was not, or I can take them while still in business hours. Most photographers do not like to take pictures at noon because of the lighting. The next problem was the day of the wedding. I am very close to my 2 Aunts and I wanted to include them in the wedding. I did not have a flower girl so I asked if my Aunts would set out flower petals down the asile before my bridesmaids and I walked down. I specifically told my wedding cordinator for the wedding (who works for Ashelynn Manor) that that was what I wanted. I found out after the wedding that my Aunts did not put the petals down at all and they cordinator told the florist to do it. The flowers were put out before the guests arrived.

On top of all this, I felt very rushed by the cordinator all day. I realize that they are trying to stay on a time frame because there was another wedding after ours, but I felt like I was a part of a herd of cattle being herded. Because of this, pictures that I wanted to be taken were not taken.

I had my wedding on a Sunday at Ashelynn Manor, and it was the perfect day! Prior to the wedding, I had many questions and concerns, especially as I was coming from out-of-town. The staff worked with me, even when my guest count dropped waay below my original count.

I initially looked at this venue because 2/3 of my guests were coming from out-of-town. I wanted an all-in-one location, and I found that there were not many places to choose from - and when I visited Ashelynn Manor, I fell in love with how beautiful the grounds are! The white chapel is simply gorgeous. The reception barn is absolutely fun.

And though it wasn't the cheapest of venues, I loved that so much was included in the price! The linens, serveware, a really nice cake, DJ, 6 hrs of time, etc.

But the real surprise came on the wedding day. I cannot express with words how awesome it was to have 4 wedding coordinators! There were so many things to take care of, but I didn't have to see/think about ANY of them! My coordinators kept me calm, helped maneuver my photos with my bridesmaids so that I wouldn't run into my husband, helped my musicians set up, and took care of all the details in the background.

My biggest advice to ANY bride now is to hire a coordinator, and at Ashelynn Manor, I got 4 included in the package price!!

My photos turned out beautiful, my guests loved the venue, and my groom and I had the easiest, best day. What else can I say? =)

Ashelynn Manor was a dream come true for our wedding! It was the perfect location for us and we loved the fact that they took care of alot of the stuff for us. We could not have been happier with our choice to book at Ashelynn Manor.

We loved everything about Ashelynn Manor! It was the perfect day! The staff were very helpful at answering all our questions and made everything easy. The only downside was that several people who RSVPd didn't come and we paid a per person price. I would definitely suggest to go under your expected number.

Pretty expensive, but also very nice and elegant. It was more like a simple elegance. The staff are super nice, all the time. Everyone we've talked to that attended our wedding said that it went very smoothly and well. I also highly reccommend using Ms Emily Olson for hair and makeup, that will allow you to get to the manor a bit earlier and not worry about driving all over town to get stuff done. She does a wonderful job. I have hair down to my butt and she didnt hesitate at all about curling it up and making a beautiful updo. I tried to find other stylists in town, not so nice and willing to work with all my hair. Super!
The food was excellent, and the staff was very nice and professional. The outside gazebo was our #1 choice but it rained, so we did it in the chapel, and it was still really amazing. Beautiful grounds!

I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding at Ashelynn Manor. It was a gorgeous sight for a Spring wedding in Texas. I loved that the horses felt free to participate by creating a beautiful backdrop. I loved the reception hall and the comfort and space of getting ready for my big day in the upstairs bedrooms. Really an easy laid back, beautiful setting.

This venue was perfect and everything was perfect for my big day! Tessie was our coordinator for the day and conducted everything with the upmost amount of professionalism and checked on me every step of the way. Everything went so smooth and everything turned out beautiful and perfect which is all any bride can ask for! I would definitely recommend this venue for an elegant southern wedding and perfect pictures! I cannot express enough our perfect our day was!

This is a stunning venue with some wonderful perks. Their packages offer an on-sight hair and make-up salon room with Exquisite Reflections which is well worth it - no worrying about where to go or running late on wedding day and they do an outstanding job. What a pampering treat on our special day! The quality of food is exceptional offering a variety of packages and menus to choose from -- not just limited to barbecue, fajitas, or rather plain chicken dishes. We had a wine-themed wedding and they had not one, but TWO Italian dinners to select from! By far, their chapel is one of the most gorgeous of the Houston area venues and their grounds are just stunning. The Carriage House, where the reception is held, is absolutely beautiful even before your decorations go up. The Ashelynn Homestead looks like a Southern Plantation home straight out of a magazine or movie featuring an exquisite spiral staircase that's ripe with bridal portrait opportunities. We could not have selected a better, more gorgeous venue for our wedding and I highly recommend it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEAST. On wedding day, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Our wedding coordinator, Jackie, was super at both the rehearsal and wedding. One observations/suggestion.....the wedding is a set 4 hour time frame; ours was from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. That is a little short - I would like to have had one more hour. A second suggestion is to have the cake table farther away from the wall as our coordinator ended up being in many cake-cutting photos with her back to us. Because of my daughter's work schedule, Sunday's being her only day off, she tried to schedule her bridal portraits on a Sunday when there were no other events at the venue. But since there were no events, they weren't officially "working" that day and consequently unable to accommodate her request to open the building for photos - in a customer service industry, this seemed a tad-bit inflexible.

The ladies at Ashelynn Manor have weddings down to a science. They are prepared for everything. I heard a few complaints from bridesmaids and my new mother-in-law about their "attitude", but the ladies who complained have an attitude all of their own. Tessie was amazing! If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing at the venue!

I had my wedding at Ashelynn Manor recently and my wedding day was perfect. Tessie was very attentive and very professional. Everyone was very impressed with everything (ie. food, decor, setting, music, etc.). The only thing I did not like was that there were extra charges for house linens and shepherd hooks. For as much as we paid for the wedding, these items that Ashelynn Manor already owned, should have been offered with the package.

We used Ashelynn Manor for our wedding at the end of May. Everyone was so nice there and so accommodating! They do have their rules about certain things, but that's just to keep the integrity of the buildings and keep people from doing things that could harm the buildings. I think they are a great value with a lot of things included. Any time I had a question, they answered my emails or phone calls promptly. The grounds and venue are the best part. Everything is just so beautiful, whether you are outside in the gazebo or inside in the chapel. The only thing I would suggest they do differently is make the huge columns with the greenery in the chapel an optional item. They said they can't be moved or removed, so we had to just work with it. But to be honest, once you get all of your beautiful flowers in there, nobody is paying attention to the ugly columns. The venue is a little hard to find, especially at night, so make sure you include maps or directions with invitations.

Even with the very small negatives, I would recommend this place to anyone. They really know how to throw a party.

The house is beautiful and the staff was very friendly, but we did have some hiccups with the ceremony. One of my grandparents didnt get seated with the grandparents and the music was off the whole ceremony, the wedding march didnt start until I was half-way down the aisle and the song i picked for our exit was late also. But other than those, the site made great pictures.

we were married at ashelynn manor August 10, 2007.
after a disaster at another venue i called them 4 months before our scheduled wedding date. they had nothing for the date we wanted but could fit us in the Friday night before, which turned out even better with honeymoon plans.
they made us feel like we were the only couple/wedding party they had and called us back promptly every time. we went with a dj they recommended and were extremely pleased. I would recommend ashelynn manor to anyone who is getting married in Houston.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I fell in love with this place immediately. Everyone was very nice and helpful, but sometimes they were hard to get a hold of and responses to e-mails were slow or short to where I had to keep asking the question. The day of the wedding was perfect, I would recommend this place to my friends!

Ashelynn Manor is a beautiful place to have a wedding! I had my ceremony and reception there. The reception area was huge and they provided some food and decorations. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would definantly recommend to other people.

Overall we had a beautiful ceremony. The planners were very helpful, and the Venue is gorgeous! The only thing I was upset by was that I did not get to have the pictures I wanted taken there because We were rushed out of the chapel because they had another wedding right hours after ours, and we were told that we would have plenty of time for pictures. that did not happen.

Ashelynn Manor was beautiful, and I have no major complaints with how my wedding was handled over the course of our six month planning. The only real issue I have is with how our wedding coordinator was on the day of the wedding. That being rather absent. My mother was left doing a lot of the set up and almost all of the take down. She carried items from the chapel to the carriage house after being assured there would be staff there to take care of it. We also had significantly less guests than we had planned for, and they didn't bother to go make the reception area more cozy, although they certainly would have billed us for extra tables if we'd had more people. Also a small thing, but our names were supposed to be on the mirror, and they forgot and instead of just crediting us, they put them up while we were dancing, which was tacky and last minute. But the venue is beautiful, and maybe if you spring for a night time wedding they treat you nicer.
