  A video that is UNIQUELY true to your love

  I'm going to be very direct for those who don't like to read long messages (because this is going to be long) - if you're looking for a wedding/elopement/engagement video that is utterly unlike any other video you've seen - one that is 100000% unique to your love and your special day - then stop your search now, and hire Kostas to capture this milestone for you. I mean this with every fiber of my being.
  
  Ok now for those of you who like the details and lengthy description:
  
  I found Kostas through Instagram; I can't recall exactly how I stumbled upon his profile, but it didn't take more than watching a single one of his videos to know that his creations were unlike any other. Kostas is heart-centered and therefore, he approaches his craft with emotion and deep intention. He asked for a pre-interview with us so he could get to know us. Details that we shared on that day (years before our wedding, due to the pandemic) were ultimately woven into the video and his recent blogpost - what does that tell me? It tells me that he listens carefully and pays close attention to detail - attributes that undoubtedly shine through his work.
  
  In addition to the spectacular visuals, Kostas captures and incorporates all of the sounds that you want to remember - for example, the traditional acoustic music, the occasional banter and laughs, loud frogs in the quarry - audio details that take you back to the day. Again, this is all in addition to how he uses natural lighting, his exceptional equipment, and the landscape to present you at your best.
  
  What meant the most to us was that Kostas incorporates storytelling, symbolism, and poetic tie-ins. I honestly can say that our video beautifully represents my husband and I as a unit, separately as individuals, and the community we've built. In the few interactions we had, Kostas was able to piece this all together and create a work of art that we will treasure forever.
  
  He noted that one of our wedding themes was this notion of blending since my husband and I come from different backgrounds and we also have different personalities. What's incredible is that Kostas navigated all the various styles, preferences, and comfort levels that came with this. "Blending" comes to mind when I think of Kostas as well since he had the beautiful ability of blending in and yet, he captured every single important moment from our day.

  The Best Destination Wedding Videographer

  I stumbled across Cinema of Poetry by a chance when I was planning my destination wedding in Greece. I’ve interviewed and spoke with multiple videographers and the moment my fiancé and I had a meeting with Kostas, we knew then and there that we want to work with him. I’ve watched his art of work and Kostas has an incredible talent of telling a story using your unique background and love story. I appreciated that he was upfront with his style and he screens his couple to ensure that both parties are good match to work together. I loved his transparency and the time he took to explain his style and what to expect. Kostas is extremely organized and very professional. He really cares for you but at the same time he wants you to trust him to do his art of work (for example, he picks up the song/music for the video, often times it’s an original piece). We filmed shots the day of the wedding and he felt that we didn’t have enough material and took the time to meet with us the day after the wedding to shoot more to capture the beauty of Naxos. While we were so tired, it was worth 1000%. The Instagram teaser, and the delivery of the videos were timely and very high quality. Kostas keeps in touch with you after the wedding to keep you up to date and what to expect. Since we had international wedding with multiple languages it was challenging to express the essence of it in the video, but Kostas did a fantastic job! I’m so happy that we went for the whole package and if you are looking for a videographer for your destination wedding who really loves his work, I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Kostas for capturing our love and telling our story in an artistic way that we will share and watch with loved ones many years to come! Thank you and big hugs from me and Vlad!

  A wonderful, thoughtful team

  This team is the best in the business. Kostas and team captured my wedding in Sorrento beautifully, despite not having too much time in the city due to jam packed post-COVID wedding schedules. My photos and videos were better than I could have ever imagined. The team is kind, thoughtful, and effortlessly makes each couple feel special. By the end of our wedding we left feeling like we didn’t just hire a vendor, but we made a friend. I’d highly recommend this team for any photography or videography needs without a question.   The perfect choice without a doubt!

  When beginning our search for the right elopement photographer and videographer it was quite the overwhelming experience. Where do you start and how do you know you have the right person to execute your vision.
  
  After researching various potential options, we were so lucky to find Cinema of Poetry. We immediately connected with his style and we’re astounded by the work in his portfolio. It was exactly what we were looking for all along. We were so glad he was able to offer both video and photography which was hard to find. We wanted the style to be the same in both the video and photos and worried about having different vendors for each.
  
  From the start he was quick to respond, answer all our questions, get to know us as a couple and our vision. Since we were coming to Greece from outside the country we were worried about all the logistics. However, Kostas personally met with us via video chat in advance which was so great and much appreciated especially how accommodating he was with our time difference. He also gave suggestions for vendors and cities to consider when booking our stay. His advice was so helpful and we booked a hotel in the beautiful city of Imerovigli which was the most perfect location for us in between everything on the island but also not super busy either.
  
  He was in constant communication with us and making sure we felt confident in the plans. On the day of our ceremony, him and his team were a pleasure to meet in person. They made us feel comfortable while they captured those important and intimate moments. Him and his team spent the entire day with us and even helped with transporting us in their vehicle to different unique locations for different shots. During this time we got to know him and his team and they were just genuine kind people. You can tell they truly put an effort in the work they do, they care about the couples they work with and creating something truly reflective of the individual story. The passion they have for what they do is very obvious and what anyone would want in someone who will be capturing their special day. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. If you want to work with an experienced, award winning team, who is not only skilled but also humble and kind this is who you want. You will not be disappointed. Instead, you will gain a friend and the ability to look back and re-live the once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Kostas and your entire Cinema of Poetry team for everything.   Kostas is truly an amazing photographer and videographer.
  When my husband and I were searching for a vendor for our Iceland elopement wedding, Kostas was 100% undisputed in our choice.
  The film he shoots and produces are not only beautiful, he understood the assignment of the kind of vibes we were looking for, while keeping the final film a surprise!
  Kostas is also patient with our demands, ideas, and looks after the small details and our comforts as well.
  Other than his outrightly gorgeous filmmaking, he made an excellent travel partner.
  We both felt extremely comfortable bouncing ideas off with Kostas, driving around in the blizzards, and enjoying our adventures. We definitely miss Kostas and will engage him for any future endeavours like this.

  Well Worth the Investment

  Kostas was a pleasure to work with and he did a phenomenal job with our photographs and wedding video. It was well worth the investment! He was very responsive since our initial contact, put me at ease booking from another country and helped answered all of my many questions. He and his assistant were super professional yet we felt like we were hanging with two friends! Highly recommend.

  Professionalism & respect

  Cinema of poetry made us feel that they were the right choice for our wedding. They were everywhere but without bothering, they immortalised every little moment of us with such a lowiness. They respected our guests and the invaluable moments we had with them. And the result was something magical. Our video is a masterpiece and the photos cheepily artistic. Thank you Cinema of Poetry.

  The Lanterns of love

  Our collaboration with Kostas was a unique experience. From the very first time we felt safe and fearless to express our feelings and thoughts for each other even on the edge of a ruined house & on the sea of a deserted Greek island floating like lanterns. Costas captured purely through his lens our special moments, as every time we watch his video we feel the same strong emotions as that day. His artistic nature and professionalism are indisputable.

  I understand that finding a film maker of your choice (taste) is not that easy with all the wedding planning. BUT if there's one thing you want to splurge- it has to be on FILMING YOUR WEDDING. No one will remember EVERY flower, plates, forks, knives, etc on your BIG DAY.
  
  Why would you book cinemaofpoetry?
  Let me tell you a story... We are a couple, we love to travel. One thing that we agreed the most while planning is splurging on filming our video. Also, we eloped in GREECE. We flew from NEW YORK CITY to get married in the most beautiful, picturesque island of.... BALOS LAGOON in CHANIA, CRETE.
  
  CINEMAOFPOETRY - KOSTAS.
  In regards to professionalism- More than Excellent.
  Kostas went above and beyond. He flew from Athens to Chania. Met with us the day before our elopement to get to know us (that part alone is crucial in film making) EVERY STORY IS DIFFERENT.
  When the big day came, some of our initial plans did not go through. Kostas KINDLY drove us from our rented apartment to our meeting place where we took a boat and sail to our wedding destination and vice versa (he did not sign up to be our driver).
  He drove us, sailed with us, hiked with us.
  
  At the end of the day, at that point he became our only guest - we invited him to our wedding dinner just the three of us.
  We now exchanged messages, and promised each other that we will see each other again wherever we are in the world. We made an instant friend! A connection was made.
  
  EVERY STORY IS DIFFERENT- let Kostas tell yours in his superb story telling. He is great, kind, humble film maker who will really get to know you as a couple. He is not just a film maker who puts A roll and B roll together. He is amazing at what he does.

  Absolutely the best videographer a couple can find for their wedding day! Extremely high level of professionalism, very pleasant to work with, we had great connection with his team, they were very friendly and made us feel very relaxed. Kosta and his team went above and beyond during our wedding day and the next-day photoshoot. And when I say above and beyond I mean it - they were on the floor shooting from different angles, sprinting from one location to another, taking creative, intimate and unique shots. What he has is a real talent - he meets the couple, shoots the wedding and according to every couple's different personalities, characters and wedding atmosphere - has a specific and unique vision about how to tell their story. Beautiful, beautiful work - not one person who has seen our wedding videos was able to hold their tears back! 100% recommended!

  When we decided to organize our wedding in an intimate ceremony in Venice, we realized that the biggest and most critical choice we had to make was choosing the photographer and videographer we would have with us. We were incredibly lucky to have booked Kostas for our wedding film.   Better than my wildest dreams!

  I eloped in Iceland last month and WOW what an experience! I'm so thankful that we have Arte Cinematica's beautiful masterpiece to share with our families and look back on for years to come. Kostas is a DREAM to work with; calm, cool and collected, he captured Kevin and I in a way I could have never imagined, all while trying to out run a blizzard! Watching our video transports me back to my wedding day in such a way that is unexplainable, it brings tears to my eyes every time.   We used Aris, Kostas and their crew to record our wedding and the pleasant memories that otherwise could have been lost in the years to come. Our choice was based on quality and the fact that they offered quality with a twist. The fact that they offered cinematography in lieu of just photography pushed us to select them over many of the top of the industry. They were easy to work with and friendly, helping us enjoy every moment while recording the most special and emotional of moments. The results bring back vivid memories and emotions in the most effective way. We are so pleased with their work that we chose them to do the same for our first daughter’s baptism and hope to do the same if we are blessed with more children. We without a shed of a doubt recommend their services.

  We booked Arte Cinematica for our wedding and our daughter's christening in Syros on September 2017. From the first meeting we realised that they understood the concept of our celebratory weekend completely and we chose them with no hesitation.
  Both Aris and Kostas are nice people to work with, they managed to take amazing photos and videos without us even realizing their presence during the ceremonies and the parties. They even went over the top, and they shot the pre-party although this was not part of our original deal. We would recommend them without hesitation.

  Great team. Great work. Really impressed from their artistic and emotional point of view. Many teams are able to produce great photos and great videos in terms of quality but the team of Kostas and Aris, produce great photos and great movies/stories of your life and not only a video. Full of emotions as we would expect from this record of our life. A real night to remember through their work.
