Best wedding design team there is in socal!!!
Luna Design Studios designed our DREAM WEDDING at Monserate Winery!!! If you’re a bride looking for a team to trust to bring your vision to life it is this one. Luna outdid herself with the flowers, the table decor, the linens, our ceremony arch, the seating display and so much more. Every detail was so carefully thought out and it was something we will never forget. All night we were getting so many compliments on how no one has experienced a wedding this beautiful. I owe it all to Luna and the incredible team that worked all day and night to ensure every detail was to perfection! -

Stop your floral and rental search now and hire Luna and her team for your wedding! They are truly the best in what they do, and we will forever be grateful to them not only for sticking with us through two postponed wedding dates but for making our dream vision finally come to life. They went above and beyond creating the most stunning floral arrangements and transformed our venue into the most beautiful space with no detail overlooked. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event! -

Luna is a dream. She is next level and will blow you away with her creations!
First of all, Luna is magical and so so creative. I had a bohemian desert disco meets middle eastern glam vision, full of colors of the sunset. Not easy right? Luna took that vision and elevated it beyond my wildest imagination.
She created a look and feel that simultaneously blended in with the desert and stood out and created a mood and vibe that my family is still talking about today, 2 months later! She not only did florals but also tablescape rentals to put the whole look together, and when she showed us our mockup about a month before the wedding, I almost started crying I was so amazed by how she turned my Pinterest board dreams into reality.
Everything from our dj disco meets pampas arrangement to the flower girl crown was so unique and so us! She also took the venue's altar, which looked like a bunch of hostile sticks from Scar's side of the Lion King and turned it into this fluffy rich cloud! She then reused those pieces around the reception space to give it new life and even more beauty. Re: budget, because we unfortunately all have them, Luna was really flexible. I let her know what I wanted to spend on each element, and the value she was able to bring for the pricing I could pay was beyond my expectations. If you're looking for a wedding, event, or just anytime florist, hire Luna. She'll give you what you want then another 50% more to make it unlike anything you've ever seen! -

Best Design and Floral Vendor!!
Arrangements Floral and Party Designs -Luna designed my wedding October 27, 2019. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She is an artist, so talented and has such beautiful taste. She is honest, and has a lot of experience to drawn on, so she can quickly determine the viability of an idea. She really worked so hard during the entire year of planning, and especially in the weeks and days prior to our wedding. It really was magnificent! We had three blank separate locations to decorate and fill up, the ceremony area, the outdoor dinner /dancing area and then an area inside a pavilion which was the after party. She helped bring to life these ideas I had in my head, and made them more spectacular than i ever imagined. The flowers were unreal, our guests will not stop talking about them. She has great attention to detail and a beautiful aesthetic. Really going to miss working with her!! -

Katie Sent on 01/24/2018I can't gush enough about the floral and decor from Arrangements! Luna and her team are absolutely incredible! Every single thing they do is stunning. I couldn't wait to see everything come together the day of our wedding and it was better than I could have imagined. Working with Luna was effortless and everything turned out so beautifully. The floral was beyond magnificent. Arrangements also handled our chairs, tables and lighting for the wedding. I would recommend Arrangements to any bride, groom or just a stranger looking for event decor. Do your self a favor and use Arrangements for your next wedding, dinner or event.

Jennifer Sent on 11/18/2014My husband and I hired Arrangements for our wedding at The Parker on 10/4/14 and our experience was amazing! We hired Vanessa of Alchemy Fine Events as our wedding planner and Vanessa flat out told me...Luna is the florist I use in the Desert and she's The Best. And I couldn't agree with this statement more!! Combined, these two were a DREAM TEAM! Luna is so incredibly talented and it doesn't take a genius to figure this out. Her work speaks for itself...just browse the pages of Style Me Pretty or 100 Layer Cake or Martha Stewart Weddings or Green Wedding Shoes....she's everywhere! And each wedding is so different and unique, but has a very romantic, ethereal quality to it. Our wedding was so perfect and beyond beautiful and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Luna as my florist. EVERYONE at our wedding was dying over our flowers and our ceremony site. They kept saying it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. I have to agree...our flowers were breathtaking!! I gave Luna creative freedom to pick the flowers. I showed her examples of bouquets I loved and showed her the colors I had to have and I left the rest up to her. Since she's the florist in the desert, she'll know what will hold in the desert heat and what won't. With that being said, our flowers held up great all day in the 100 degree weather. My experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend Luna, she's incredible!! -

Kari Sent on 05/25/2013Luna and her team are lifesavers! Our wedding was May 4 in Scottsdale, AZ. We initially contracted with a florist in Phoenix. Less than two weeks before the wedding, the florist decided to bail on us because she thought the scope of work was too complicated. We were devastated! We looked at several other vendors in Phoenix, but couldn't find any that could offer the aesthetic we were looking for. My planner, Vanessa with Alchemy Fine Events, knew Luna and reached out to her to see if she could provide the floral arrangements for our wedding. Not only did she agree to do the flowers, she also agreed to do the lighting and the draping. Luna had to scramble to get all the flowers together that we wanted, but somehow she made it happen! She and her team left Palm Springs at the crack of dawn on the day of our wedding and were on site setting up first thing in the AM. The intricate design Luna and Vanessa created took hours to complete, and they spent the entire day making it just perfect. The arrangements were INCREDIBLE! I have never seen such beautiful flowers! I told her I wanted a unique bouquet, and she definitely delivered. The centerpieces and ceremony flowers were unlike anything I have ever seen. The lighting they created was amazing! Our wedding was in the desert at night, so lighting was key - they had spotlights in all the right places, they hung strings of lights behind the draping, and they ran lights throughout the boulders and plants perfectly. They also placed candles throughout the ceremony and reception area, which added perfectly to the ambiance. I truly couldn't have been happier with Luna and her team. Our day was perfect because of their creativity and attention to detail. I am already looking for an excuse to work with them again soon! I would highly recommend Luna and her team at Arrangements Floral! -

I had a wonderful experience with all my wedding vendors—if you check my reviews for them, you’ll see I took the time to write thoughtful and glowing feedback, and they absolutely earned it. So, when I’m writing a review more than six months after my wedding to highlight a disappointing experience, there’s something significant to say.
I was recommended Luna Design by my on-site wedding coordinator, who hadn’t worked with her before but knew she was a well-known name in the Palm Springs area. When I first met Luna, I was genuinely impressed. She scheduled a meeting for the very next day (though now, getting an email response from her seems impossible) and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemed very organized. That was in November 2023. However, she didn’t send us a quote for months, despite our wedding date in April 2024. By the time the quote arrived, we had limited options for finding another decor vendor. In hindsight, knowing what I know now about how Luna operates, it feels like this delay might have been a tactic to put us in a bind and push us into agreeing to her inflated pricing since other options were unavailable.
If you’re a high-end client or a corporate brand, your experience with Luna may be different, as she seems to prioritize those events. I imagine companies like Adidas, which she features on her Instagram, receive a different level of care and service. But if you’re an individual drawn in by her online portfolio, I urge you to trust your instincts (which I wish I had done) and look elsewhere. Luna may sell you a vision, but she’s likely to overpromise and underdeliver while simultaneously making huuuuge mistakes and then refusing to take any sort of accountability for her mistakes. Despite spending $167,000 on decor, we were left with a disappointing experience, poor communication, and, eventually, complete radio silence from her team after agreeing to refund us on the items that they had messed up on despite our numerous calls and meetings with them prior to the wedding. I guess even after you spend $167,000, you’re not important enough to at least get a response from Luna. Her business ethics are bottom of the barrel and her work is average to say the least. I have had 11 weddings this year and I can tell you for a fact that none of my friends were stupid enough to spend $167,000 on their décor, yet their décor and its quality looked SOOO much better than mine. Looking back at pictures, I’m actually embarrassed of the quality of decor and how much I spent on it. I completely own the fact that spending $167,000 on decor is not the move, but when you do pay that much, you expect a certain level of quality, satisfaction, communication, and respect from your vendor, which Luna did not deliver. All she cared about was getting her money, which she did not rightfully earn.
The issues went beyond minor details, with many elements going wrong due to Luna’s negligence. After the wedding, we had a recap call with Luna, which was intended to discuss and rectify these issues but ended up being a two-hour ordeal where Luna became defensive and rude, despite the clear errors on her part. After finally acknowledging some mistakes, she agreed to a partial refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups, she has completely ghosted us. It’s disappointing that, even after spending $167,000, she didn’t value us enough to follow through on her promises.
I write this review for a few reasons: 1) I want people like me, who aren’t big companies or high end clients, to know that Luna will make you feel like she cares, but once she has the money, she will not prioritize you or your event, and even after you spend $167,000, she will not value you enough to even respond to an email 2) She needs to be called out on her poor business ethics. She repeatedly messes up and refuses to take any sort of accountability. She is well known in the Palm Springs area and comes recommended by many venues, but I genuinely think that her good reputation comes from working with her higher end clients that she puts care and effort into. And that is what she shows on her online portfolios.
Below is a list of items that Luna agreed to refund us on before she decided to ghost us since she had already received the $167,000. Mind you, the list of things that were done incorrectly by Luna and her team was much longer, but Luna is a very defensive person so at the end of the call, we were only able to get her to agree to the below items, which no reasonable person could argue against. Also, I know that Luna knew she had messed up a lot during the weekend because before the reception, she literally followed my sister around saying “I know you’re mad at me, I can tell. Please don’t be mad at me.” Just overall very unprofessional behavior from someone is supposed to be one of the best decorators in the area.
Sangeet (April 4th, 2024): I will say, this was a pretty windy day, so not all of the décor could go up and we were completely understanding of that. However, my complaints on this day have more to do with what was promised to us regarding the quality of the structures, and the amount we paid for it and the quality not matching up.
1. Canopies: We didn’t use the canopies due to the wind. Even if the structure was still set up, we should still get some credit because the canopies themselves were not actually used. We did not want the canopies in the first place; however, Luna pushed for them during every meeting and assured us that they would be sturdy, but they did not end up withstanding the wind…so please tell me how “sturdy” those really were.
2. Plastic High Tops: The plastic high tops were flying everywhere, making them unusable along with the linens and beaded ties. The candles on those tables were also a waste. The quote showed wooden tables, not plastic…yet Luna decided to use plastic tables, but charged us for the wooden tables.
Wedding (April 5, 2024):
1. Unused Pillars: One of the reasons we chose Luna Design was the sturdy structures mentioned in your reviews. However, the pillars were flying away (though we did use them inside). We didn’t use the pillars and other items we originally thought we would for the actual ceremony
2. Seated Table Florals: The florals were minimal, almost one flower per table.
Reception (April 6, 2024): Her team showed up a few hours before the event to set up, which was not enough time to set up a reception for 500 people. My husband and I didn’t even get to take our pictures at the little couch area where our seats were
1. Seating Chart Board: Luna’s team had completely messed up the entire seating chart, which they charged us $500 for. Mind you, it was nothing special. It was a design I could have created using Canva in less than 5 minutes. Even though I had provided them with the exact names and the exact table numbers, somehow her team messed up so badly that it was showing close family members seated at tables in the back and other people seated at the family table. My wedding planner had to run around to 500 people at the cocktail hour and tell everyone their correct table number. This big of a mess up, and imagine Luna refusing to refund us for something that was clearly her fault. All they had to do was copy and paste the exact list I sent and even for $500, they managed to mess that up.
2. Floral Stands: Each table had floral stands that were supposed to be black to fit the moody vibe of the reception décor. They ended up being gold, which Luna even admitted was an oversight on her part.
3. Black Draping: We had paid for black drapes to be set up around the entire perimeter of the hall to hide the walls and to add to the moody vibe. Luna had assured us during our many walkthroughs that the drapes would run up the entire height of the wall. However, they actually d=only ran up about 75% of the wall, with the remaining 25% exposed, which honestly looked stupid. If it was not going to hide the entire wall, we would have rather not had it. She also didn’t make sure that the drapes were all of even height (please see picture). However, Luna was not honest with us about the height of the drape and told us not to worry about it. When asked about, she yet again said it somehow “slipped her mind” on the day of.
4. Sand Candles: The sand candles were out in the first hour, and the candelabras also went out quickly. This could have been easily avoidable by using candles with a longer burn time. Luna was the one had pushed for the sand candles, which were out before the reception even started.
5. Green Tablecloths: The green tablecloths were not ironed, which was disappointing given the cost. I have been to weddings where the décor cost was a fraction of what we paid, and guess what, the table cloths were ironed. Because that is what any reasonable person would expect when they hire a décor team to set up tables. No one is paying for table décor expecting the cloths to be crinkled and not ironed. Luna had the audacity to try and argue with us that this is normal.
Too Long, Didn’t Read: I initially had high hopes for Luna. Our first meeting was great, and she seemed very promising. However, things quickly went downhill. She took forever to send us a quote, which left us in a bind, with no choice but to move forward with her due to time constraints. The pricing was outrageously high, and unfortunately, the quality did not match the cost—check the pictures for proof. The lack of care was apparent, especially when I compared it to friends who spent far less and got so much more in terms of quality and service. It’s honestly embarrassing. To make matters worse, in a recap call, she was rude but did admit that several things were her responsibility. She even agreed to provide a refund, but has since ghosted us completely. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, or reliability. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by finding someone else. -

This company is not "for the customer". I put $1000 deposit for my wedding and due to Covid it is illegal to have it. They will NOT refund my money. That's right; the contact even says that the deposit is to hold your date and will be for loss of income they could have gotten otherwise... problem is, they can't get income otherwise since it is ILLEGAL. I am appalled they don't care about their customers going through this tough time. The venue, photographer, cake, dj all refunded money. they should be ashamed. RUN away from them and to a company that actually cares about their customers.
