Arlene is the best!

When my wedding planner presented a few options for photographers, I knew I wanted to narrow it down based on 2 pieces of criteria: first, I knew I needed to like her style of photography, and after browsing her gallery, I fell in love with her classic yet fun way of capturing moments. The second piece we were looking for is personality compatibility; my husband and I are not used to posing for hours, so I knew that we needed someone to make us feel at ease on the other side of the camera. Arlene had us, our wedding party, and families laughing and smiling all day, and you can tell through the photos that it is genuine.

Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly detailed, making sure she understood our unique quirks as a couple, and had enough conversations with us to understand which shots were the most important to capture. From exact combinations of family photos we didn't want to miss, all the way down to the detail and venue photos, she was incredibly thorough without being redundant or stressful.

Day of, she was such a fun and calming presence, cracking jokes with the wedding party and leaving space for the emotional moments as well. I truly can't thank her enough for helping us execute our vision and be so in the moment during our special day!

She had SUCH a fast turnaround for the initial photos, and the full gallery she gave us is not only stunning, but we have so much content to choose from!

One of the best bookings you could make for your big day!

Booking Arlene for our wedding day was genuinely one of the best decision we made with our Fall 2025 wedding! Going into the wedding process, I was skeptical of the need for professional photography, but one glance at Arlene's portfolio showed me WHY hiring the right photographer can be so transformative. She has this wonderful talent to elevate the ordinary, and she captured SO many small moments at our wedding that I am so grateful to have!! From the very beginning, she made everything incredibly easy and stress-free, guiding us through details we never would have thought of on our own. The best photographer!

Arlene is an absolute joy to work with, and her photos are incredible! Of all the vendors my husband and I worked with on our wedding day, we would choose to work with Arlene again first in a heartbeat (and we had a fantastic group of vendors, so I do not say that lightly)! Throughout our entire wedding planning process, Arlene was engaging, responsive, patient and incredibly helpful. On our wedding day, she was calm, collected, cool and organized all day long. I usually feel very unnatural having my photo taken, and Arlene made me feel shockingly comfortable. And our photos turned out GORGEOUS. Arlene is amazing!

We found Arlene through one of our friends who got married, and when we fell in love with their wedding photos, we knew we had to have Arlene as our wedding photographer! She truly is amazing and worth every penny. We did an engagement shoot with her, as well as our wedding, and I'm obsessed with all the photos! We were nervous before our engagement shoot because we'd never had professional photos taken before as a couple, but Arlene put all our concerns at ease. She does a fantastic job at directing us for photos and made our session feel so fun. She did a fantastic job capturing our personalities through her photos.

When it came to wedding planning, she was super communicative and thorough. We emphasized for our wedding day that while we want lots of great photos, we were nervous it would feel like a production the day of the wedding and that we wouldn't be able to be in the moment. Arlene helped us have a great balance of taking in all the memories of the day while still being able to fully enjoy and be present. She also did a fantastic job of directing our large families and large wedding party, which is no small feat!

Arlene is truly awesome. We HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely be hiring her again for photos throughout our life together to capture all the wonderful life moments!

We had the absolute joy of working with Arlene Chambers for both our engagement session in Ballard and our wedding at Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo on April 5, 2025—and I truly cannot recommend her enough.

I originally found Arlene through a friend, and the moment I saw her work, I was drawn to her aesthetic. Her style is clean, vibrant, and full of life—exactly what I had envisioned. From our very first meeting, she went above and beyond. She didn’t just show up with a camera—she helped build our wedding timeline, offered thoughtful advice, and really took the time to understand my vision.

On the wedding day, Arlene was incredible. She brought the perfect energy—calm, fun, and professional—and made everyone feel comfortable. She managed to wrangle our groomsmen effortlessly and kept things running smoothly without ever feeling rushed or stressed. I’m not someone who’s usually comfortable in front of the camera, but she made it feel so natural. Her prompts are easy and relaxed, but she still nails the shot every single time.

Courthouse Wedding

I found Arlene on Instagram while searching for a photographer with a city aesthetic to match our courthouse wedding, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly responsive and had a clear, thoughtful process in place to ensure we’d be a good fit—which I really appreciated.

Leading up to the shoot, she followed up and made sure everything was aligned, and on the day of, she was absolutely amazing. We drove around the city for photos, and she had such great energy and ideas that made the whole experience fun and easy. We felt so comfortable around her, which really came through in the photos.

She sent us a few sneak peeks shortly after (which was perfect for sharing with friends and family), and when we received the full album, I couldn’t have been happier. Arlene absolutely nailed the vision I had in mind and captured the spirit of the day so beautifully.

Intimate wedding

Best decision we made!

I'm not sure I can possibly put into words how much we appreciated Arlene at our wedding last weekend, as well as our engagement session many months ago. She exceeded our expectations in every way -- 100% the best decision I made with our wedding.

She is detail-oriented, down-to-earth, and really cares about what she is doing. She communicates really clearly, and her overall vibes were so nice that we were never stressed out--we thought we would be stressed taking photos but she made the experience really comfortable and fun. She was also receptive to any ideas we had. The timeline flowed really well and I am very thankful for that.

Now for the photos, oh my goodness! They are amazing. This woman is TALENTED. So many people have been telling me how much they love the photos. They are detailed, artsy and high quality.

I am excited to hire her again for future photos.

Fabulous, graceful, perfection

I found Arlene through friends of ours who use her services for their family photos each year. I took one glance at her portfolio and knew she had the eye to do our wedding photos. From the moment my then fiancé and I spoke to Arlene, we knew she was going to be fantastic for our event. Not only is she professional and has the eye, she treated my fiancé and I like gold. From the thank you gift to being responsive and positive, she is what we call a genuinely good human. And frankly that’s the kind of person you want on your team at your wedding. This woman is nothing short of fabulous. Her attention to details are jaw-dropping. She captures the raw moments alongside everything else. She sees the beauty in the normal and mundane and creates outstanding moments within each of them. If that’s not creative I don’t know what is. She is more than a photographer. Incredible!!!

Arlene is amazing! She was by far the easiest to connect with over the phone and was so great about ironing down timelines and making recommendations. I felt like I was in such great hands just from our intro call so of course I picked her over 4 others I was talking to. And she did not disappoint!! We felt so comfortable on the day and my husband and I are both awkward and goofy and she helped us so much but also let us just be us. We also didn’t have a ton of creative places to snap photos at our venue but despite that, she was able to find really cool areas that I wouldn’t have thought of that made our background really compliment the photo. Highly recommend!!

Arlene was absolutely incredible and it's hard to even begin to describe how amazing she is!!!!! From scouting new sites for our engagement photos, to being incredibly flexible with all of our changes due to covid, to helping our entire wedding day run smoothly, she was the best from beginning to end. Our photos turned out unbelievably and I've gotten SO many compliments on both our engagement and our wedding photos. More than a vendor- A great addition to your wedding team!!

We love you Arlene!!! Thank you so much for sticking with us through the mayhem that was 2020. She has been a family photographer for years and was at the top of our mind after getting engaged even though we were having a destination wedding. Arlene was up for the adventure and curated a custom package that worked beautifully for us!! Unfortunately, 2020 had different plans and we got hit with multiple date changes and a final venue change just 3 weeks before the wedding. Arlene stayed with us through every bend and curve and helped put us at ease that she could safely capture all the special moments that our wedding day would bring... even in the midst of a pandemic. The perfect photographer for our special day

Arlene did such an amazing job photographing our elopement. We couldn't have found a better photographer to capture our special day so perfectly. WOW. Arlene did such a fabulous job capturing our elopement. My husband didn't see the need for a professional photographer but after he met Arlene the day of our wedding and saw some of the photos he quickly admitted he was wrong and how amazing she was at capturing all the right moments. Arlene is hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. She is a true professional and makes you feel so comfortable and natural. You have to hire Arlene Chambers for any of your photography needs! From the moment we met Arlene she was friendly, welcoming, relaxed, fun, and professional. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Arlene will put her life on the line to get the perfect shot. I am not speaking metaphorically, she literally walked into traffic on 1st Ave in Seattle, dodging cars frogger-style, to get the right shot of us in front of our hotel. And that photo was amazing. We have taken photos with another photographer before, and the experience with Arlene was so much better. Arlene has done our family photos for nine years! Family shoots, holiday, newborn, maternity and just shot our wedding in Ireland!

I can not say enough good things about Arlene, simply the best! She traveled to Ireland with her mom to shoot our wedding and our entire wedding party just lived them both, just like family. We sent out pictures to family and friends and everyone agrees that Arlene has such natural talent. We are in love with all our pictures, and once again Arlene knocks it out of the park. Arlene is absolutely incredible to work with. Arlene shot both our engagement photos and wedding photos and words cannot describe how gorgeous they are. Wedding in Suncadia

Arlene Chambers went above and beyond and made sure our wedding day was perfect! She checked in frequently leading up to the wedding and so when the big day arrived, we didn't have to do anything! She helped us stay on track and worked as our director to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted. She made everything super easy and fun and even pulled us away during the reception so we could get those sunset pictures we wanted. We still can't believe the number of amazing pictures she got and we are still having trouble deciding which ones to frame and print! Not a bad problem to have. Winter Wedding

Arlene and her team photographed my winter wedding and the whole experience from the start to finish was amazing. I can't believe how beautiful the photos are. People keep telling me that I had the best photographer they've ever seen! Snow can be tricky to take photos in but Arlene knew exactly how to make it look perfect. She knows how to pose you to look best without being pushy or stiff. She is fun and friendly and easy to work with. She also has so many lovely little touches and details she adds beyond her fantastic photography. I love all my photos so much and I can't recommend her enough!!

Arlene photographed my wedding in September. She did a fantastic job, and we are SO happy with our collection of photos. She also took our engagement photos in February, which were equally spectacular. She didn't just capture the moment, but also our personalities. She entertained our silly ideas and filled in the blanks with ideas of her own. WOW! Arlene Chambers is beyond talented! We honestly could not have been more thrilled with our photos and the entire process. First and foremost Arlene is so genuine and kind, you can tell she truly wants to make you look and feel your best throughout the whole day! Unlike some brides, I didn't really have a long list of poses or photo ideas. But the beautiful thing about that is Arlene was able to have the freedom to get creative and lead the way. And I am so glad I trusted her with that because of course, her work spoke for itself. She is very accommodating and made all my family and friends feel comfortable. Several people came up to me throughout my wedding day and complimented me on my wonderful photographer. Aside from just being talented Arlene made it FUN. If I could wish one thing for your wedding, it would be the gift of Arlene Chambers! OH. My. God. She is the B-E-S-T thing that ever happened to our wedding and I will recommend her to everyone I know, for wedding photos, family photos--all of it! Not only is she UBER-talented, so organized and insanely fantastic at her work, she’s hilarious and super fun to be around, we just adore her! I’ve been in several weddings where the photographer is like a quiet mouse, and taking group shots is awkward and painful. So, I really wanted to find a photographer that was not only amazing at getting beautiful shots, but also funny and outgoing. Someone who my friends would feel at ease with and just be themselves. Arlene is the best of all worlds. Almost our entire wedding party (girls and guys) came up to me throughout the night and the day after the wedding to say how much they liked our photographer. And I thought to myself, “Yup!” Arlene more than nailed our engagement photos. I couldn’t believe how natural they looked, especially considering how awkward posing for those shoots can be. She caught the perfect in between moments that made the compositions look relaxed and effortless. I don’t know how she does it, but every shot was a winner. Oh and she had them back to us in less than a week. That NEVER happens in real life, in fact, I know many friends who didn’t get their photos back for 6 months! Her wedding photos were equally amazing. We are so, so, so happy with them. She is a true artist, everything about her work is breathtaking and memorable, from the color, to the lighting, to the compositions, all of her photos stand out above the rest. And she goes above and beyond in so many ways. She walked our wedding venue with me beforehand to get a lay of the land, but then also went back on her own time to see how the sunset lighting hit the venue. She’s a gem! Arlene is amazing! From our very first meeting to discuss our Engagement shoot and our needs for the big day, to the gentle nudges she sends 5 months later for us to pick out our favorite photos for our wedding album - she has been caring, responsive, and thoughtful every step of the way.
I can't say enough how fantastic Arlene and her team were on the big day - incredibly well prepared (even when one of our locations for photos ended up being closed unexpectedly), always energetic and upbeat, and they kept us on schedule throughout the WHOLE day - which started at 8am and went to 11pm!
And our photos! Our Engagement shoot included our Corgis - which Arlene was completely comfortable with and are hands down some of our favorite 'family' photos.
As for our Wedding Day photos; they far surpassed our expectations! She must have taken over 1,000 photos - and a majority of them were GOOD photos! She not only got great 'posed' pics, but 'candids' and some pretty amazing 'special moments' photos that take my breath away every time I see them.

Where do I begin?!?! Arlene and her team are fantastic and super accommodating! I have never felt so much comfort and trust with a vendor as I did with Arlene; she is positive, friendly and has such a kind demeanor that puts you at ease. My husband and I could not have been happier with the quality of service, professionalism and photos that we received. Prior to the wedding, she requested information that allowed her to understand what was important to us on our special day. She made sure to scope out all locations (mother's house, park, church, and reception venue) to ensure that her team would arrive on time, lighting wouldn't be an issue (winter wedding) and that she could find the perfect background for our pictures. It is hard to know where to even begin with Arlene, she is just that incredible!! Never did I expect to find a wedding photographer that was not only talented beyond belief, but also so professional, so kind and all around wonderful person. I was in shock when I heard back from her almost immediately, that was my first impression and it was a very good one (the communication from her over the next year was always this way, prompt and informative)!! At our meeting with her, my now husband and I just knew she was it and booked that night! We knew that was the best “wedding decision” we had made to date and it ended up remaining that way. I loved her work before we met and then it was a done deal once I got to know her! We hired her for our engagement photos, wedding and I also had her photograph a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift to my husband. Every time she shot me or us we were at such ease. Arlene and Bob Chambers are simply the best of the best. Look at their work. The End. Just kidding!! I could go on and on about how talented and creative Arlene is. She has an innate ability to turn an awkward moment into a work of art. Some of my favorite photos come from when my husband and I were set up in poses that felt totally unnatural. We would just burst out laughing half the time at the awkwardness and how we both thought that there was no way we could actually look good. Arlene was right there to capture the real us. After looking back at the photos of the “awkward” moments it is clear that Arlene can see so much more than the average person can see. Our engagement and wedding photos are such an accurate testament of who my husband and I are as a couple. I would go as far as to say that if you didn’t know us, the photos could tell an accurate story of our personalities, values and our love for each other and everyone around us. This is why I think Arlene is so great at what she does. She walks into a room and makes everyone immediately feel comfortable with her infectious personality and amazing sense of humor. She is real. Weddings can be stressful with all the vendors you must choose between and of course, the cost. Picking a photographer was definitely one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Choosing Arlene was the best decision we made for our wedding. Simply put, she was incredible. The bridal party all loved her fun attitude, and myself and my wife loved her professionalism and the quality of photos she produced was outstanding. We have already referred her to 3 other engaged couples. We are also looking forward to doing family photos with her in the future.

She really is amazing. Arlene has a way of beautifully capturing the story of your day and the way she uses the light is magical . She works hard to get every detail. She is a wealth of knowledge too, and always makes sure you know the pro's and con's of the different possibilities. With her quick wit, she puts you at ease in front of the camera. She coached just enough to eliminate some of the awkwardness, while still allowing our personalities to shine through.

Arlene's work is phenomenal! My hubby & I love our engagement & wedding photos. She got us both sets of photos back SO fast, it was crazy! Working with her from the very beginning was lovely. She really got to know my husband & I in a way that made us feel comfortable & as if we were regular friends! Our wedding day was extremely hectic due to another vendor's error. We had to change the entire photography timeline & wait 1.5 hours to start photos, then ditch our cocktail hour to finish photos, & Arlene held it together & kept the flow of things going. Throughout our entire wedding day, almost every vendor (not Arlene) had some big issue, & while my day-of coordinator was useless, Arlene basically served as that too. She was so professional & helpful on our wedding day & knew what to do when things went wrong. I know for a fact if I didn't have her photograph my wedding, a lot more would've been a disaster. I'm so happy I went with her & have gorgeous photos to keep forever.

Don't even question it! Arlene Chambers is hands down the way to go if you're looking for an amazing photographer to shoot your wedding! I promise it will be one of the best investments of your life. My husband and I could not have been happier with how our wedding photos turned out! Arlene has an eye for the smallest details that truly separate good photos from great photos. We were initially so nervous to be in front of the camera all day, but those nerves soon flew out the window as soon as Arlene arrived. She has such a magical way of making you feel at ease in front of the camera. She coached us just enough to eliminate some of our awkwardness, while still allowing our personalities to shine through. Not only are her photos amazing, she is just a wonderful person and a joy to be around. There's something to be said about surrounding yourself with fun, positive, kind people on your wedding day, and Arlene embodies all of those qualities! Arlene exudes confidence behind the camera and encourages you through the whole process. I can't tell you how many times she told me how beautiful I looked that day, which really helped reassure me when I was starting to feel timid. You're wedding day is one of the most hectic and crazy whirlwinds of your life, and Arlene's cool and collected attitude allowed us to slow down, take it all in, and enjoy the process. I am so thankful to her and am so in love with our photos. I will cherish the memories from that day for the rest of my life, and I have her to thank for capturing it all!

I wish I could give a 10 star rating. Arlene is everything you could want in a wedding photographer & more - Professional, flexible, creative, kind, patient, calm, a great listener, and the list goes on. Mine & my husband's situation was unique. Once you have read this review, you will know all that you need to know to stop your search for a wedding photographer & choose Arlene Chambers. My husband & I were put in an helpless situation when our original wedding photographer bailed on us ONE MONTH before our wedding. We were extremely stressed thinking about how we were going to find a good photographer who would have availability on such short notice. I heard about Arlene from my cousin as she photographs my cousin's family. When I reached out to Arlene and explained our situation, she cleared her schedule to photograph our wedding without any hesitation. Arlene met with my husband and I immediately after we booked & she treated us with the utmost professionalism. Our first meeting was at her home studio ( which is amazing by the way) & she took the time to get to know Mitch & I as a couple, asking us about "our story". What stood out to me right away is that Arlene genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to get to know you. Arlene took test photos prior to the wedding and they were even BETTER than the engagement photos our original wedding photographer took. Arlene will capture everything you could want & MORE on your wedding day & she will do it with AMAZING creativity. In addition to the standard wedding photos, Arlene captures those beloved "detail" photos every Bride wants - rings, invitation, jewelry, dress, makeup, getting ready, etc. Arlene & her team arrived promptly on the morning of the Big Day with a calm presence that put me at ease. Arlene never stops & is constantly capturing all the special moments of the day. Our photos are beyond stunning. Choosing Arlene was the BEST decision. Stop looking & choose Arlene. Arlene is amazing! From the moment my husband and I met her, we loved her. She is sweet, fun, and easy to be around. And side note - she takes incredible photographs. We could not be happier with the photos from our wedding. She has a great eye and incorporated the scenery beautifully into our photos. She is amazingly talented and innovative and I would use her again and again. She truly cares about capturing your wedding day beautifully and efficiently so you don't have to spend the entire day taking photos (unless you want to). She is professional, flexible, and responds quickly. I had zero stress working with her before, during, and after the wedding. I highly recommend her! Arlene did an awesome job before, on and after our wedding day. She was organized, took amazing photos and the turn around was incredibly fast. I would recommend her to every bride. It's truly impossible to describe just how wonderful Arlene is; not only in her photography skills and attention to detail but as a person she made it so easy to work with. Arlene was so kind and helpful (and hilarious) throughout the entire planning process of my wedding I could tell she truly cared about making my big day so very special. She was able to capture the pure joy and happiness of both my husband and me, as well as our guests at our wedding day. My favorite part was the bridal shoot with my bridesmaids I opted to do instead of engagement photos. These turned out absolutely magical. She had a true ability to make you feel so beautiful through her photos as well as make you very comfortable while she is shooting. I can't give Arlene enough praise! Arlene was absolutely amazing. The entire wedding process was made that much easier by having Arlene apart of it. She is so passionate about what she does that it makes working with her a blast! My husband isn't a lover of photos but Arlene could make him come out of his shell and the pictures turned out flawless. Arlene is absolutely amazing! I can't express that enough!! She's so down to earth, has a great sense of humor and is very professional. She knows how to make you look your BEST! She was always available for any questions I had (which was a TON! AND she even said yes to us to working on her bday! So sweet!) She was so prompt in getting back to me, I never felt stressed while working with her. She knows how to make everything go smoothly, which was nice because I didn't! Our wedding pictures are stunning and I couldn't have asked for anything better! I would recommend her a thousand times over! If you want gorgeous pictures to remember your wedding (or any special event in your life) you want Arlene Chambers to be your photographer. Even though it rained on my wedding and the sky was gloomy and ugly, the pictures Arlene took look phenomenal. She truly has an eye for a spectacular photo and can make any situation/background look beautiful. I really felt like she cared about me and my new husband and made a real effort to get to know us both. She is an amazing photographer and I really feel like I can re-live my wedding day every time I look at the pictures. She was totally worth every penny!! Love love love her!!!!!

I met Arlene, because I was in awe of my friend's family photos. Turns out Arlene Chambers did her family photos, and I knew, LONG BEFORE I ever found my husband, she would be my wdding photographer. When I got engaged, and I was planning a cross country wedding, I chose Arlene one because of those family photos, but also how responsive she was to all my questions. She always quickly replied to my emails, she worked with me in planning dates when we would be home to meet and do our engagement session and when it came down to it, she did so much more, she gave me confidence in my photos, she made both my husband I feel comfortable in front of the camera - when I am so much more comfortable behind it. When my in-laws, and my family met Arlene at the wedding, everyone and I truly mean EVERYONE loved her. She has a way with people that makes them open up and trust her, and that shows in your photos. I have recently posted my photos on facebook, and I sign on to find many of my friends using her photos of them and their families or us with them as their profile pictures. This only shows me that the people who came to my wedding love the photos just as much as we do. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Arlene. I am happy to have found her. I love my wedding photos and can't wait to have her take my baby bump and new born pictures when we start a family. She is an amazing photographer and worth every penny, and so much more. In our search for the perfect photographer, we had three main criteria: personality, budget, and aesthetic. In short, Arlene Chambers exceeded our expectations in every single category. We highly recommend Arlene to everyone and anyone. She is a generous, kind artist who treats her clients with professionalism, respect, and attention. During the photo shoots (both engagement and wedding), Arlene was friendly and relaxed, managing to put us at complete ease. She routinely went above and beyond while charging us a really affordable price compared to many other photographers in the area. She always arrived before us to snap a few extra details, and was on hand for every important moment. When it came to picking an album, she gave us fantastic advice, and put in a lot more time than necessary arranging, then rearranging photos to cater to our picky, ever-changing tastes. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but she's also the kind of person that will throw in a little bonus item here and there, or personalize all your products for that extra special touch. She is also a brilliant photographer with a great eye for details, emotions, and special moments, and the composition of her photographs blew us away. Her subtle photo-editing was just enough to highlight and accentuate the moment, and we were amazed at her ability to bring out the natural beauty and the bright, whimsical mood of our wedding. A true professional, Arlene cared first and foremost about our happiness and satisfaction. We feel that Arlene captured our character and personality in all of the photos she took. What can I say about Arlene? She is absolutely fabulous! She did our engagement, wedding, and my boudoir shoot. She's everything you want in a photographer: creative, fun, personable, and the list goes on. She has an eye for catching REAL emotions. I think that's what I loved most about our photos. They didn't feel staged or fake, they were us, being real with each other and she captured every moment perfectly. Ah, and let's not forget about Bob, her husband! They tagged team on our wedding day and it was awesome. They are both extremely talented and it reflects in their photography. You will only be disappointed if you do not use her for your special day. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Arlene was simply amazing. From the moment we met her we knew she would be perfect for our wedding. She was great to work with from the very beginning and made the process seamless. My sister and I got married 7 months apart and both used Arlene! We absolutely loved her personality, knowledge and work and she felt like a friend in the end! We love Arlene's work. I have witnessed some other photographers and they produce good photos, but were awful at managing the pictures being taken. Arlene is so professional and knows all the great poses, and not ones that are your cheesy typical ones. Also on our wedding day I was sick. Arlene had to be super flexible and creative in taking all our pictures. And the outcome was great! People who just saw the pictures had no idea I was sick. We also just love her personality and eye for light in pictures. She is all around a great photographer and recommend her to all our friends.

My wife and I were very particular about the photography style that we wanted for our wedding, and Arlene’s portfolio stood out to us. She has an eye for lighting and composition, and her photos are elevated while still remaining natural. When we met with her for our engagement shoot, we found out that she is not only talented but very professional and supportive as well. On the day of the wedding, Arlene was very organized and helped everything to move along smoothly. It was a relief to not have to worry about taking all the right family photos–she was on top of it, along with her assistant photographer. Our families were very impressed by her professionalism. During the ceremony, Arlene was inconspicuous but still managed to capture everything beautifully. At the reception, everything became more relaxed and she allowed us to enjoy ourselves while still getting some important shots of the evening.
