I'm not sure I can possibly put into words how much we appreciated Arlene at our wedding last weekend, as well as our engagement session many months ago. She exceeded our expectations in every way -- 100% the best decision I made with our wedding.
She is detail-oriented, down-to-earth, and really cares about what she is doing. She communicates really clearly, and her overall vibes were so nice that we were never stressed out--we thought we would be stressed taking photos but she made the experience really comfortable and fun. She was also receptive to any ideas we had. The timeline flowed really well and I am very thankful for that.
Now for the photos, oh my goodness! They are amazing. This woman is TALENTED. So many people have been telling me how much they love the photos. They are detailed, artsy and high quality.
I am excited to hire her again for future photos. -

Arlene is absolutely incredible! So genuine & authentic in her work producing unbelievable photos. Her casual style helped us feel so comfortable our entire wedding weekend.
I've had the pleasure of meeting Arlene through my brothers wedding (2021) & best friends wedding (2023) and knew from the moment I watched her capture their days that I'd love to have her capture mine! It's not just her amazing work but she's fun to have in the room or at your party which was really important to me :) Seamlessly fitting in to the weekend and capturing the authentic less posed moments.
We highly recommend working with Arlene - we're looking forward to future life events in which we'll be asking Arlene to help us capture!

How many times have you “missed” a celebration because your attention is on recording and preserving it? This time, I told myself - this time will be different.
And it was!
Our daughter’s wedding was pure joy. Being able to participate in all the fun was because the photographer, Arlene, inspired my confidence to Just Relax.
Working with Arlene was an absolute pleasure. She put even the shyest introvert at ease. The final photos tell the story, chapter by chapter: pre-wedding, getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, and the recital. Arlene recommended to the bridal couple a session with improvisation and spontaneity - and this resulted in many of my favorite photos. Her storytelling and exceptional skills captured personalities and emotions, nuance and ambience. And memories.

I found Arlene through friends of ours who use her services for their family photos each year. I took one glance at her portfolio and knew she had the eye to do our wedding photos. From the moment my then fiancé and I spoke to Arlene, we knew she was going to be fantastic for our event. Not only is she professional and has the eye, she treated my fiancé and I like gold. From the thank you gift to being responsive and positive, she is what we call a genuinely good human. And frankly that’s the kind of person you want on your team at your wedding. This woman is nothing short of fabulous. Her attention to details are jaw-dropping. She captures the raw moments alongside everything else. She sees the beauty in the normal and mundane and creates outstanding moments within each of them. If that’s not creative I don’t know what is. She is more than a photographer. Her team is perfect at what they do and the memories she captures through her lens are uncanny. Arlene deserves a standing ovation. She is and always will be our choice. Do we recommend her? You bet! Best Wedding Photographer Ever!
Arlene was amazing to work with - she did our engagement shoot and our wedding! She does a great job of giving direction, but still making the photos look effortless and natural. She is such a kind person and we love every single photo. -

Could not be happier
We hired Arlene to do engagement photos for us as well as photograph our wedding. We have more beautiful, artistic, professional photographs than we know what to do with. Arlene did such an amazing job photographing our elopement. We couldn't have found a better photographer to capture our special day so perfectly. You have to hire Arlene Chambers for any of your photography needs! From the moment we met Arlene she was friendly, welcoming, relaxed, fun, and professional. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Arlene will put her life on the line to get the perfect shot. I am not speaking metaphorically, she literally walked into traffic on 1st Ave in Seattle, dodging cars frogger-style, to get the right shot of us in front of our hotel. And that photo was amazing. We have taken photos with another photographer before, and the experience with Arlene was so much better. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and the photos just look so natural and are stunning. Arlene has an amazing eye and captured the most important day of our lives perfectly. She doesn’t just capture the perfect individual moments, but she is able to tell a story through her photos. We had such an amazing time working with Arlene and we cannot wait to continue to work with her in the future. We continue to recommend her to all our friends because of her amazing work and we just really want to hang out with her again. Where do I start?! Arelen's artistry and eye for capturing the moment is awesome. She's talented, friendly, easy to work with, and caught the romance and essence of the day perfectly. We had rain, we had social distancing we had a compressed timeline, and still she gave us beautiful, gorgeous, award winning photos that we can proudly share and look at for years to come.
