We truly cannot thank Andrea enough for everything she did to make our wedding not only possible, but joyful, totally seamless, and stress-free. Hiring her as our 2-month out planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made.
From the very start, Andrea brought clear communication, expert guidance, and an incredibly calming presence to every step of the process. She became a trusted home base for us - someone we could always count on for answers, direction, and reassurance. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she brought up countless things we never would have thought of, from timeline logistics, ceremony seating, a late night food order, and guest book display. Every little detail felt intentional because she was thinking five steps ahead. She also was able to think on her feet and effectively communicate with our other vendors when some plans changed due to inclement weather.
Andrea was instrumental in helping us craft our ceremony. We had a family member officiate, and none of us had ever created a ceremony before. Andrea gave us structure, options, and gentle guidance to help shape something that felt totally unique to us.
Andrea was present, warm, and totally professional. She kept us on schedule with total ease, never interrupting a conversation or inserting herself, yet always there at the right moment. Her ability to manage the moving parts while making sure we felt calm and supported was remarkable.
So many members of our family and wedding party went out of their way to comment on how wonderful Andrea was. One of our bridesmaids put it best: “I’ve never seen someone as good at their job as Andrea.” And we totally agree.
We would’ve been absolutely lost without her. We are endlessly grateful. Andrea is a true professional, an incredibly kind human, and simply outstanding at what she does. If you’re even thinking about hiring her, do it. You’ll be in the best possible hands. -

We truly could not have had such an incredible wedding without Andrea and ARC Weddings. From start to finish, everything was seamless, organized, and completely stress-free. Andrea handled every detail with such professionalism and care, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without worrying about a thing.
The day of the wedding went so smoothlyand it is entirely thanks to the coordination and expertise that Andrea brought. Andrea made suggestions and thought of things we would never have considered. Every vendor was on schedule, every transition felt effortless, and the entire day exceeded our expectations.

I'm a bit of neurotic person, especially when it comes to not being well versed in how weddings are like. Arc Wedding was top notch and we had Andrea. Andrea was super professional and communicative. When we had our meetings and updates it remained consistent and smooth and my wedding ceremony started becoming more real. There were things I didn't know that needed to be considered and I was glad they were brought up. Things we wanted to incorporate but didn't know how and Andrea had that covered. I highly recommend ARC Weddings and Andrea Ramos as your officiant if you’re getting married in the NYC area! My husband and I weren’t sure how we wanted to structure our ceremony, but Andrea’s thoughtful questionnaire and guidance during our calls helped us craft something that felt natural, personal, and truly us.
On the day of the wedding, she delivered what many of our guests called “one of the most beautiful ceremonies they’ve ever seen.” She captured our story so perfectly — with warmth and just the right touch of humor and heart. After the wedding, Andrea promptly mailed our marriage certificate, and we received it back just a few weeks later.

My husband already wrote a review, but their services were so fantastic we think it warrants another (he also mistakenly put down the cost of the wedding for how much we spent for the services - so ignore that!) Arc Weddings helped us have a pefect ceremony and got us in touch with the best officiant we could've hoped for. Amanda was the perfect fit for us and took time to learn our story, go over the ceremony with us, and make us feel comfortable before the big day. We cannot reccomend Arc Weddings, and specifically our officiant Amanda Mason, enough. If you have the opportunity to hire them, you should take it and relax knowing you are in good hands! -

We were looking for an officiant who would personalize the ceremony to who we truly are as a couple. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding officiant. From our very first conversation, Andrea took the time to truly get to know us – our story, our values, and the things that make our relationship unique. The ceremony she created was nothing short of perfect. It was personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth and meaning. So many of our guests complimented on how it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they had ever witnessed. And even though it is not our intention of seeing how many people would cry, a lot of my guests told me they were emotional from the beautiful speech. Andrea officiated our wedding in Brooklyn this May. She was so wonderful to work with. She is responsive, reliable, and did an amazing job officiating our wedding. We had 1 intro call, filled out a questionnaire where we described what we wanted for the ceremony and our love story, and one final call a couple weeks before the wedding. Andrea took our notes and came up with the perfect ceremony script. Guests assumed she was a close friend of ours because she captured our love story so well. I recommend Andrea to anyone looking for an officiant! -

Andrea was such a pleasure to work with! From the beginning, she was always available to answer any and every question we had. She really took her time to hear the story of my wife and me and incorporate our love for Bad Bunny into the ceremony. She was able to communicate with our friends and family in both English and Spanish which made the moment so special! She was punctual and patient especially since we had to push the ceremony back a few minutes. We can't get married again but if we could, we would definitely come back to Arc Weddings! -

Andrea can accommodate to your wishes for what type of ceremony you'd like. We had a mix of spanish and english speaking guests, so we wanted biligual, and I believe in God being also in the center of our marriage, so we wanted some religious tid-bits in it too. Andrea also focused on our long story! We have known in each since middle school, and now we got married at 31 years old. We had a lot to talk about and she was so good at mixing it all in there and make it super special. I will forever recommend her. I hope she can officiate my 10 year vow renewal. Im forever grateful to her and her amazing skills and attention to details. -

Amanda was the perfect officiant for our wedding! From our first phone call, we instantly connected, and I knew she was the right person to help us celebrate our special day.
After the unexpected passing of my uncle, who was initially going to officiate, we were hesitant about finding a replacement. However, Amanda made us feel at ease and effortlessly captured the essence of our relationship in her ceremony. Despite not having known us for long, her words felt authentic and genuine, as if she had been a part of our lives for years.

Andrea was the perfect officiant and many of our guests commented on how the ceremony was both beautiful and inspiring. Her energy and tone set the stage for the rest of the event. She spoke with us prior to the event, read through our notes and wrote a poetic narrative with charming personal inclusions for the ceremony. This clearly entertained our guests a little an got everyones attention. Her professionalism, delivery and overall warmth brought a sense of joy and calmness to the moment that helped us focus on reading our vows and sharing our story with friends and family.

Best wedding coordinator!
We loved working with Andrea for wedding coordination. We booked Andrea 60 days out and it was a huge relief! She got us super organized thanks to her super detailed spreadsheets, thinking of all the things we hadn’t, and helped take over communication with our vendors.
Andrea organized our processional rehearsal, helping everyone feel comfortable and ready for the day of. She handled all the venue setup and management of our guests with grace. She also gently nudged my husband and me from one moment to the next, to keep us on schedule. Fabulous partner, would highly recommend!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with two different officiants from ARC Weddings. We worked with Lauren for our signing at Central Park and with Andrea for our destination wedding in Mexico. They were both BEYOND lovely, professional and perfect! They were receptive to our needs for each individual ceremony and willing to plan and discuss ahead of the date. They couldn't have made the process easier and more assuring. We had two beautiful ceremonies thanks to both Andrea and Lauren, they each delivered heartfelt and thoughtful words that far exceeded our expectations- Andrea being bilingual was such a wonderful addition to our wedding in Mexico as well. Andrea Ramos was so helpful to me in my journey to officiate my first wedding. She was great about setting up zoom calls that worked with my schedule and provided me with some pro tips when officiating.
There is no way everything would have went as smoothly and with the least amount of stress possible had I not had Andrea’s guidance.

Andrea was so wonderful to work with as our officiant. She was hired by us after we had to let go of another officiant who was quite rude to us. I'll be honest and say that I was a little nervous to hire anyone else at that point; my fears went away when I met Andrea. She made us feel so comfortable and was able to easily accommodate my desire for Spanish in our ceremony. She was very clear in her explanations and her options for the ceremony were very beautiful. Everyone loved our ceremony. Overall I would definitely recommend her! -

Amazing wedding officiator
Arcwedding is an incredible officiating service! Andrea is super sweet and accommodating. She’ll make you feel comfortable on your wedding day and handle submitting the marriage license to obtain the certificate afterward if that is what you prefer. More than anything else, after I made in an error for booking my wedding day, she was able to meet us the day after I booked her for the simple signing I wanted. She’s very accommodating, fantastic, and I highly recommend her! -

We were blown away with Andrea Ramos' professionalism, patience, and skill in crafting the perfect ceremony for us. We knew we didn't want a specifically religious ceremony but still wanted it to feel personal, intentional, and tailored to our unique story. She read our welcome introduction (very clearly!) in both English and Spanish, pieced together our hand-selected elements, and weaved in a mix of our custom readings and call-and-response vows to create a meaningful message that made many guests cry happy tears. She was also extremely professional and trustworthy with handling our marriage license before and after the ceremony, made sure it was signed and official, and mailed it for us. Andrea officiated our ceremony of 160 guest at Tribeca Rooftop in NYC and to say it went perfectly is an understatement. She was so professional, precise, and heartwarming. I heard from so many guests how amazing and moved they were by the ceremony. Every part of it was tastefully done and truly moments my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. An especially memorable part was when she asked us to look into each other’s eyes and envision our future in the next 5, 10, 20 years, before she pronounced us as husband and wife. There was not a dry eye in the house.
I'm so happy to have had her as a part of our wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Andrea! -

Beautiful Central Park Wedding with Arc Weddings
Andrea officiated a beautiful ceremony at our intimate wedding in Central Parks' Conservatory Garden. She had a prep zoom call with us to talk through the process and expectations for the day, and also to learn about what we hoped the ceremony would look like and how we planned to incorporate our family in the ceremony. On the day, she arrived early and and made sure everything ran smoothly. At the reception, our family and friends repeatedly said how wonderful the ceremony was and what a great job Andrea did. Our family has a religious background and was concerned our nondenominational service might not feel special - afterwards they said over and over how this was the perfect ceremony and felt just like us as a couple. They loved it. I would highly recommend Andrea to any couple looking for a kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgable officiant. She was great! -

Wonderful Wedding Officiant!
From the first conversation we had with Andrea, we could tell that she was warm and professional. She took great care with ensuring that our ceremony was customized to our preferences and she added genuine personal touches. Every meeting with Andrea was detailed and productive. As a Gay couple, we wanted to make sure that our ceremony was inclusive and reverent and Andrea delivered in spades. Our guests continuously asked how we found her and if they could have her contact. It was as if Andrea has known us for years, the way she spoke about us during our ceremony. We cannot say enough positive affirmations about her! Would 110% recommend! -

My husband and I had a small legal ceremony in Riverside Park, Manhattan before our actual wedding for a few family members who were unable to travel. Andrea did a wonderful job with the ceremony - beautiful words, non-denominational, but sentimental and very sweet. She was a great communicator before and after the service, and we felt very good about the steps we needed to take to get a marriage license. Would highly recommend her as an officiant! Absolutely wonderful
We were so happy with Andrea! Not only did she prepare beautiful readings for our ceremony but also delivered them in a genuine, eloquent, and emotional manner. Moreover, having both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking guests she navigated doing the ceremony in both languages effortlessly without it being repetitive. She was also very helpful in helping us file all documents, was on time for the ceremony, and was always willing to help and answer questions when we were preparing for it.
