  Best Officiants Ever

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with two different officiants from ARC Weddings. We worked with Lauren for our signing at Central Park and with Andrea for our destination wedding in Mexico. They were both BEYOND lovely, professional and perfect! They were receptive to our needs for each individual ceremony and willing to plan and discuss ahead of the date. They couldn't have made the process easier and more assuring. We had two beautiful ceremonies thanks to both Andrea and Lauren, they each delivered heartfelt and thoughtful words that far exceeded our expectations- Andrea being bilingual was such a wonderful addition to our wedding in Mexico as well. We can't recommend them enough; thank you ARC Weddings for EVERYTHING!

  Beautiful intimate ceremony

  Andrea was the perfect officiant for our intimate wedding. She was kind, helpful and her words were beautiful. Our wedding was bilingual and I loved how she incorporated both Spanish and English. Would highly reccomend working with her.

  The perfect Central Park elopement

  What can I say about Andrea – I could not have asked for, or even imagined, a better officiant for our NYC elopement. Andrea remained incredibly patient and flexible with our plans (thank you unpredictable weather!), and took such care to deliver a heartfelt ceremony for my husband and me. Her words were perfect and she was able to capture the sentiment of marriage and what it meant to us so eloquently. We're so grateful for the care she took, it was nothing short of perfection.

  Andrea and Arc Weddings were fabulous!!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Andrea, who is such a professional. She led our wedding ceremony in a public park on a pier with grace and flexibility. Our microphone stopped working at the moment the ceremony started and she was able to project with ease and emotion - all our friends and family were so touched! She also mailed the marriage license permit for us, taking that off our plate on a busy day, and we seamlessly received our license from the city a couple weeks later. We’re grateful we found Andrea and our ceremony wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her.

  Andrea Ramos was so helpful to me in my journey to officiate my first wedding. She was great about setting up zoom calls that worked with my schedule and provided me with some pro tips when officiating.
  
  There is no way everything would have went as smoothly and with the least amount of stress possible had I not had Andrea’s guidance.

  Choose ArcWeddings

  Working with Andrea at ArcWeddings was such a lovely experience. When it comes to something as personal and important as a wedding day, you need people you can rely on and trust. I never for a moment felt like I was not in good hands with ArcWeddings. Andrea was very organized and responsive, had great suggestions, and was a moving speaker. My family and friends kept on commenting on how good our officiant was! Highly recommend, 10 out of 10.

  Loved our ceremony!

  Customizing our wedding ceremony with Andrea was so fun and easy! For people like us, who didn’t really know how the ceremony would go, having Andrea to walk us through it was very helpful.   Fantastic Ceremony!!

  Andrea was so wonderful to work with as our officiant. She was hired by us after we had to let go of another officiant who was quite rude to us. I'll be honest and say that I was a little nervous to hire anyone else at that point; my fears went away when I met Andrea. She made us feel so comfortable and was able to easily accommodate my desire for Spanish in our ceremony. She was very clear in her explanations and her options for the ceremony were very beautiful. Everyone loved our ceremony. Overall I would definitely recommend her!

  We'll never forget our wedding thanks to Andrea!

  We decided we would get married in New York, (we're from the UK) and trying to organize everything remotely and through email was quite daunting for such an important day. Thankfully we found arc weddings and the delight of a human being that is Andrea. From our initial call I instantly felt more relaxed and at ease as she talked us through everything that we would need to do in order to get married in New York. She also really made the effort to make sure she understood what we wanted out of the ceremony and make it personal and special for us.
  We're not particularly religious and only had close family attend so it wasn't a big ceremony we were after. Andrea stayed in touch in the lead up to our wedding and was always available and quick to reply to any of my questions. On the day Andrea was amazing, the words she spoke were beautiful and the ceremony was perfect. I'm so glad we found Andrea and I would 100% recommend arc weddings to anyone thinking of marrying in New York. Thank you :)

  Amazing wedding officiator

  Arcwedding is an incredible officiating service! Andrea is super sweet and accommodating. She’ll make you feel comfortable on your wedding day and handle submitting the marriage license to obtain the certificate afterward if that is what you prefer. More than anything else, after I made in an error for booking my wedding day, she was able to meet us the day after I booked her for the simple signing I wanted. She’s very accommodating, fantastic, and I highly recommend her!

  It was a perfect day!

  Andrea was flexible with where we wanted to get married, She showed up early and prepared and treated us as if we'd been friends for years. The ceremony she provided was heartfelt and spoke to our relationship to a tee. How did she know??? Lol. UH-mazing!!!

  An Unforgettable and Amazing Ceremony by Andrea

  Andrea officiated our ceremony of 160 guest at Tribeca Rooftop in NYC and to say it went perfectly is an understatement. She was so professional, precise, and heartwarming. I heard from so many guests how amazing and moved they were by the ceremony. Every part of it was tastefully done and truly moments my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. An especially memorable part was when she asked us to look into each other’s eyes and envision our future in the next 5, 10, 20 years, before she pronounced us as husband and wife. There was not a dry eye in the house.
  
  I'm so happy to have had her as a part of our wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Andrea!

  Wonderful Wedding Officiant!

  From the first conversation we had with Andrea, we could tell that she was warm and professional. She took great care with ensuring that our ceremony was customized to our preferences and she added genuine personal touches. Every meeting with Andrea was detailed and productive. As a Gay couple, we wanted to make sure that our ceremony was inclusive and reverent and Andrea delivered in spades. Our guests continuously asked how we found her and if they could have her contact. It was as if Andrea has known us for years, the way she spoke about us during our ceremony. We cannot say enough positive affirmations about her! Would 110% recommend!

  For our non-traditional NYC wedding, we knew that we wanted our officiant to help us create a ceremony that truly felt like "us". Andrea did that and so much more. It was fun to work with her leading up to the wedding day - she was easy to communicate with and very helpful for helping us understand the entire process. On our wedding day, it was truly a PERFECT ceremony that captured everything we hoped for. We can't thank Andrea enough for making that happen!

  Andrea is the best!

  My husband and I had a small legal ceremony in Riverside Park, Manhattan before our actual wedding for a few family members who were unable to travel. Andrea did a wonderful job with the ceremony - beautiful words, non-denominational, but sentimental and very sweet. She was a great communicator before and after the service, and we felt very good about the steps we needed to take to get a marriage license. Would highly recommend her as an officiant! Thank you Andrea!
