We had the pleasure of hiring and working with Jazmin as our wedding planner! She & her team are absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend them enough! I was so sad when wedding planning ended in part because of the relationship Jazmin & I built over the year and in part because she helped make planning so fun! Her communication was great (she only took 1 month off after having her 2nd baby & her team filled in as if they were alongside us planning the whole time!); she has a wonderful team of vendors she works with & she & the team made sure our wedding day was executed perfectly. Perfection is hard to achieve but my husband & I truly believe that our wedding was perfect for us & exceeded all of our expectations & we cannot thank Jazmin & team enough for making it happen. Hire them if you want a smooth, fun & organized planning process! -

Jazmin and her team were INCREDIBLE to work with at every step of the planning process. Jazmin is beyond organized, no detail is too small, and she takes on the stress so you don’t have to. She was reassuring to us as things got hectic in the last few weeks leading up to the big day. She has every contact imaginable, has seen every wedding situation unfold, but also had new ideas for us to feel special and our celebration unique in its own way. We had the ultimate confidence in knowing that the second we asked Jazmin for help with something, it was handled.
On our wedding day when we had awful weather forecasted for an outdoor wedding, she worked together with our photographer and venue coordinator to adjust on the fly and make sure we ultimately got what we wanted and were comfortable with the end result. We can’t thank her enough for what ended up being the smooothest day, and a weekend where we felt like we checked every single box. We’d recommend Anyvent to anyone looking for wedding planning professionals who welcome the challenge of taking the load off of your shoulders. She and her team are worth every penny.

Jazmin and her team were recommended to us by friends who had raved about her after using her for their wedding, and she exceeded expectations. We did the 6month contract, and she kept my husband and I on track and told us what we needed to care about and what we could let go. Her vendor recommendations were all superb. She helped manage our stress and never seemed like she didn't have everything under control. She got us and what we needed and made our wedding weekend as stress free as possible. Can't recommend more highly. -

From our monthly check-in meetings to day-of coordination, she made the process stress-free and kept us calm and organized throughout the entire wedding planning journey with her positive, "can-do" mindset. We loved our experience with Jazmin and the Anyvent team! With frequent meetings, she made our wedding journey so enjoyable and stress free. She listened to our wild ideas with a straight face and made them come to life so beautifully. I love her eye for detail! She has amazing connections to an outstanding group of Charlottesville vendors who all pulled through for us despite the crazy competitive Charlottesville wedding market. She kept us organized each month with our tasks and not only handled all the annoying logistical stuff, but designed the most stunning décor. Jazmin was so responsive and kept the process fun. Notably, with storms forecasted in the days leading up to our outdoor mountaintop wedding, she came up with a Plan B (and C, D, and E) and executed it perfectly for us to keep our guests safe and dry. In her and her team's hands, we were able to keep calm and have a blast with our guests. We are so happy we went with Anyvent, it was worth every penny! -

The entier Anyvent team is truly incredible. They are responsive, they help calm your nerves, and they are a joy to work with. We got married in Oct. 2021, but signed on with them in 2020 before the pandemic began. They stayed with us the entire time - helping us to recalibrate and postpone. I cannot recommend them enough!!! -

Jazmin and her team at Anyvent were absolutely fantastic and integral in planning for our 2x COVID delayed wedding. Jazmin rose to the occasion when COVID delayed our March 2020 wedding, immediately working with all of our vendors to work on rescheduling, she had to do this two times to accommodate for the pandemic continuing on.
In addition to her exceptional organization, her orientation to providing the best and most thoughtful customer service is amazing! She really looks at all of the details and fine tunes to make sure the day is coordinated to perfection. Along her capable and lovely team, I would HIGHLY recommend Jazmin to any couple looking for a thorough and kind coordinator with great vendor connections and keen eye for design. -

Jazmin and her whole team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process. Their industry knowledge and experience (especially during COVID) was unmatched and made us feel comfortable & confident in all our decisions. We planned a Charlottesville wedding from DC and it was so nice knowing Jazmin & Anyvent had so many connections & experience in both DC and Charlottesville. We used just about every vendor Anyvent recommended to us which we have no regrets doing. All the vendors were great and it made the selection process so much less overwhelming knowing that Anyvent had worked with these vendors time and time again and trusted them. Jazmin also handled nearly all communications between us and the vendors so it was really nice knowing we had our trusted point of contact to handle the back and forth. We also had soo much fun planning with Jazmin! She is patient and spunky and knew how to handle a difficult crowd like ours was :D Highly, highly recommend! -

Working with Jazmin was an absolute dream. Her expertise in all things wedding was particularly important for us since it has been decades since our family has had a wedding. She handled every aspect of our out of state wedding with professionalism and care. We had to postpone three times due to COVID and Jazmin was with us every step of the way. Our wedding day was literally PERFECT and incredibly smooth. Anyvent planning was the absolute best decision we made. If you are finding yourself lost in a sea of wedding related questions, Jazmin is the answer. -

If I could put six stars I would! Jazmin and her team actually saved our wedding day. When there was a mishap with our cake and cupcakes getting eaten by another wedding, Jazmin ran out to four different bakeries and found 100 cupcakes and a cake that matched our original flavors. I'm a wedding photographer and have worked with many different wedding planners over the past decade so when we got engaged we immediately knew Jazmin and the Anyvent team were a top priority. We are SO glad we hired them and would recommend them to absolutely everyone. -

Jazmin is absolutely unflappable, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough! As a COVID-couple, we had to postpone our wedding twice before finally having a microwedding in August 2020. In each case, Jazmin and Anyvent were flexible and ready to jump in to make our wedding perfect. I felt like she was "in the trenches" with us, so to speak, as we planned and replanned our special day. She approached everything with a positive attitude and a smile She is very responsive, has great design ideas, and is incredibly friendly and fun to work with. Her experience in the Charlottesville and DC areas is extensive, and she has strong relationships with other excellent vendors -- whenever we needed a recommendation she came through with an absolute star. We can't wait to work with Anyvent again when we finally have our postponed reception in 2022. -

Anyvent Planning was amazing to work with! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no fun but Jazmin and her team just made life more joyful. I hired them for month-of coordination so once you think you cannot plan anymore…they step in and take over! It is such a stress reliever! After planning a wedding for a year, I was a bit unsure if they would understand my vision but once I met Dionna, I was reassured that my wedding was under control. The week before my wedding, Virginia lowered their occupancy gatherings to no more than 25 people. Jazmin was already prepared for damage control. We decided to move forward with a micro wedding and it was just beautiful. These women are just easy to talk to and so positive. I highly recommend! -

Amazing!! Couldn’t have done it without Anyvent!!!
Our wedding last June went off without a hitch 100% in thanks for Jazmin and her Anyvent team. She was such a great source of advice and an amazing coordinator with all our different vendors leading up to the day, and on the day of, she was on top of all the details so that we could relax and really enjoy the day — she put together perfect schedules with all the timings, names, and roles for everyone, she worked alongside the photographer to wrangle our big families and make sure we got the best shots, and even made sure the end-of-night details we totally forgot to plan for, like packing up gifts and flower clean-up were taken care of....she was so seamless and upbeat through it all, it was like having a BFF be the DD of our special day :) !! Jaz 100% made the day for us and we have been saying ever since we don’t think we would have made the day happen without her (or would definitely not have been able to just love and enjoy the day as much as we did!). She took care of so many things, even stuff that we didn’t even know about until after because we hadn’t anticipate them, just to make our day and memories perfect — like that she ran out to buy extra flowers for the photographer when we forgot to order extras for some details shots...she went above and beyond, and then beyond! You will be so grateful to have her on your team, we are so thankful she was on ours!!! -

I wouldn't have guessed this before having my own wedding, but having a planner is the best thing I did! My venue required a planner (I like event planning and being in control so I would've done it myself otherwise), and after a thorough review of EVERYONE on their preferred vendors list I felt the most connected to Jazmin and her Anyvent team. Best decision ever! Jazmin was beyond personable and willing (excited, rather) to help with anything I needed. She answered my million questions promptly and with patience and confidence. I felt from the beginning that I was in the most capable hands. She and her team traveled a significant distance to join me at my walk-through and rehearsal dinner to ensure they completely understood my vision for the day. And the month before my wedding she handled every logistical detail with all of the vendors which was so needed as I scrambled to work out last minute DIY details on my end. Jazmin and her team asked questions I didn't even think of to make sure everything went over smoothly. And they were so adaptable the day-of that everything felt so perfect! I had literally zero worries on my day, which is the best gift you can get for your wedding. Looking back at it, I recognize all they did to make sure I had no responsibilities day of- keeping us on schedule, perfectly dimming the dance floor lights, re-charging my polaroid camera, adding candles where a table looked sparse, tipping the late night pizza guy, making sure I always had a drink in-hand and so many more small details. It all happened behind the scenes while I was living it up on the dance floor! Jazmin and her team were so delightful, showing genuine enthusiasm for one of the most exciting times in my life. They truly added joy to my wedding experience and I feel like I gained friends out of the Anyvent team! Thank you for all you did to make sure I'll look back on this day with heart eyes and a strong urge to do it all over again for the rest of my life! -

As a wedding photographer of 10 years, I have worked with so many planners in the industry. However, this experience was a little different for me since I was traveling out of state to get to this wedding. Jazmin was incredible at keeping me in the loop, communicating our couple's wishes and needs, going above and beyond at thoroughly explaining the flow of the day, the lay out of the venue, including me in offering my opinion from a photographers standpoint to ensure we were all on the same page. On the day of the wedding, she and her team delivered 110% going above and beyond to keep the day flowing smoothly for our couple. They were friendly, helpful and carried themselves with professionalism and fun. I HIGHLY recommend this team and can't thank them enough for a seamless event! -

We experienced the best wedding anyone could imagine. Jazmine and her staff made the event seamless. They were on top of every aspect of the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. There aren’t even words for how thankful I am that we booked with Jazmin and the Anyvent team. They were absolute angels! We decided to book day of services but Jazmin actually started helping us a few weeks before the event. She handled the creating of a timeline, coordination with all vendors, set up of the reception space and décor, keeping track of our card box, alcohol, tip cards, led a sparkler exit, brought us drinks and snacks during photos, seriously, you name it, they did it! We realized right before the ceremony started that we had about 10 minutes to clear out the entire getting ready space and get our bags in the car…Jazmin’s team swooped them all up and made sure every last item made it into a car. They even stayed behind at the end of the reception to help package up alcohol and décor and load into cars. Not one single item was missing the next day (I don’t know how they did this!). Her team was there to handle every little speed bump and made it so we quite literally just had to show up and enjoy our day. I have never seen a wedding run so smoothly and it is 100% due to her team. Do yourself a favor and book with Anyvent -

Everyone keeps asking me about my wedding and all I can say is that it was perfect! I worked with Jazmin and Anyvent with the "Day of Coordination" service, and it was exactly what I needed. My expectations were far exceeded! I am someone with a strong vision and I manage and plan large initiatives in my day-job, so I figured I could plan my own wedding. Along the way, I learned that there are so many nuances and details to wedding planning that I could not have imagined. Plus, my venue was non-traditional and required additional coordination and creativity to make it work. Jazmin not only took the time to ask me thoughtful questions when I reached out to make sure we were a good fit to work together, but promptly answered any questions I had along the way, and came in weeks before the actual wedding to review my plans with me detail by detail to make sure everything would be covered. She offered to help where I needed help, and also let me manage where I wanted to manage. She showed up the day before the wedding and was hands on, right along side of me and my best friend setting everything up and making sure the day would be perfect. On the day of, she showed up with an ease and a smile that immediately made me feel like I had nothing to worry about...and I didn't! The day truly was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Jazmin. -

Don't think twice. Best decision ever!
I cannot say enough good things about Jazmin. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was available for me whenever I needed her. The coordination of the entire event was so seamless thanks to her. Every single detail was thought of. Her decoration skills are AMAZING! I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew she had everything under control. The day of the wedding the bus who was driving half the guests broke down on the way to pick them up, which caused a delay with the start time. Jazmin and her assistant kept in contact with the bus driver to ensure they had the proper ETA and we could adjust appropriately. This would have completely ruined my wedding had this super woman not been by my side. Once we got past that hurdle, she surprised me with the most beautifully decorated venue I could have hoped for. She helped make my wedding a fairytale. This would not have been the amazing night it was, had it not been for all her help. Do not think twice about working with her; best decision ever. -

If you are looking for a day of coordinator, look no further-Jazmin at Anyvent is your girl!
In short, I am a very Type A person and have a hard time letting go of control. But on the day of my wedding, I had an AMAZING time because I really felt comfortable handing the reigns over to Jazmin. I wasn't worrying about logistics, about vendors, about sticking to our timeline, or anything else, which meant I could focus on having a good time and enjoy the day (and my family and friends could do that too!). Of all of our vendors, I think Jazmin was the one that was absolutely indispensable ! If you don't hire her, you are going to miss out!!
From the moment we met Jazmin, we knew we were in good hands. She really listened to our vision for our wedding and was very thorough and made sure she understood everything that was needed and wanted. She really took the time to get to know us, so we felt comfortable working with her on the day of the wedding. By the end we honestly felt like we had known her for years, even though we had only met about a month before the wedding.
As far as logistics go, Jazmin and her team went above and beyond. She was wonderful at our venue walk through and worked with all of our vendors to make sure everyone had a game-day plan. She also created our wedding day timeline which worked beautifully and made it easy for everyone to know how things were going to go and where we needed to be. She even picked up our flowers for us from our florist when we had some logistical issues come up!
Finally, Jazmin was amazing on the day of our event. She made sure we stayed on schedule (I had multiple guests comment after the wedding how impressed they were that everything actually started on time!) and she helped shepherd us to where we needed to be. Everyone was able to just let go and enjoy the day because we all felt comfortable with her and knew that she would take care of everything! -

My husband and I are so grateful for Jazmin and her team! We were planning our wedding from out of state, and knew we were going to need a little extra help. Throughout our whole planning process she went above her duties to ensure we stayed on track and relatively stress-free. During the month of our wedding she was truly amazing! She took care of all of the little details and a tiny snafu or two and made our day run smoothly- I didn't have to think about anything except getting married and being with my friends and family. Working with Jazmin is the absolute best decision I made, period, for my wedding. I cannot say enough how amazing, brilliant, dedicated, and kind Jazmin is. Every penny spent on hiring Jazmin as our wedding planner was 100% worth it.
We did the partial package because I had some major details planned out but had no idea who to use for vendors or ANY idea on what to do for decor. I just made some random stuff with friends and asked her to help me set it up how she’d like. Well she absolutely killed it. My wedding venue looked beyond what I could have ever expected.
Not only is she brilliant at artistic design though, probably the most amazing thing about working with Jazmin is that she works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen and hits the nail on the head every time. If I needed anything, she would just tell me super calmly, I got it and not to worry one bit. If I had not worked with Jazmin before and on my wedding day, it would not have been half as amazing as it was.
If you’re considering hiring her, seriously do it!! Call me and I will tell you all of the ways it is worth it. Jazmin is so sweet and will execute your perfect vision on your special day :) -

Jazmin is the MVP! I live in Los Angeles and was planning my wedding in Northern Virginia from across the country. I was nervous about not being around for the planning process but Jazmin eliminated all of my stress and concerns. I met Jazmin as a recommendation through the owners of my venue, Sylvanside Farm. She was super easy to talk to, she made herself available my 3 hour time difference and crazy work/travel schedule. Jazmin had great ideas for over coming challenges and was patient with my (sometimes crazy) demands. I always felt that Jazmin was on my team when working towards my goals and visions. She communicated professionally and openly with me and all of my vendors. Even with a few hiccups, I never felt as though it wasn't something that Jazmin couldn't talk through with me or help to come up with a solution. My wedding day went off without a hitch. I was able to enjoy my day completely. Everything was on time and beautiful. If there were any crises, I was completely unaware. I am super happy with how everything turned out and all of my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I know that I owe a good part of that to Jazmin and her crew! -

Jazmin was extraordinarily helpful - she connected us with a great florist and rentals vendor, did an incredible job setting up our reception area (it was stunning, everything we hoped it could be - she has an excellent eye), and ensured everything went super smoothly on the day of our wedding. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the location/area we chose, and worked very diligently with the venue and vendor staff to ensure that every single detail looked and felt exactly like we'd envisioned it. She also put us in contact with a phenomenal florist and photographer, and provided many helpful design tips and decoration resources.
Although Jazmin always maintained a very professional attitude and approach, she also made us feel like our relationship was much more personal. She really took the time to listen to our desires, and really took the burden off of our shoulders so that we could just appreciate and enjoy the wedding. There's so much more we could say about the wonderful job she did, but the best thing we can do is HIGHLY recommend that you contact her for your wedding also! -
