Anne Springs Close Greenway was there every step of the way in the process of wedding planning. We booked the Bob Reid Field Trial Barn. The barn was beautiful and inexpensive for what we booked. The people at Anne Springs were very helpful and responsive when it came to any side of the planning process. -

Keeping it to one location for ceremony and reception AND all indoors, it was the ideal and most perfect place. I am an extreme planner so I needed everything indoors and if the weather was great the pictures outdoors and a beautiful courtyard to escape the wedding. The staff was very responsive every time I emailed or called it was almost immediate! The venue was also vary spacious, with so much room for activities (photobooth, dancing, and socializing). I could not recommend this place enough! "Holiday" wedding also come with additonal decor they already have on the building if you prefer. They also have a preferred vendor list if you are like me and don't know who to contact next. On top of that preferred list they have a company that they use for almost all wedding/events that provides seating arrangements, tables, chairs linens, and so much more that you may want or need! Dream-worthy and totally affordable
Where do we even begin to put into words our gratitude for Anne Springs Close Greenaway Field Trial Barn? It was our little slice of heaven for an entire evening with friends and family in such a private and scenic location. Couples only dream to have a venue where your rental space is as far as the eye can see; that's what we got with this venue! From the initial conversation and first tour to the planning and payment process all the way to answering every little question we had and following up to make sure we were satisfied Anne Springs was the most wonderful to work with. The Dairy Barn was an amazing venue which is probably why it books so quickly! Our package came with chairs, dinner tables, and linens. The girls were very responsive and were happy to help with whatever we needed. The only aspect that was a little stressful was the timeframe. You can buy an extra hour if you need the time which was $400 if I remember correctly. It is a strict 9 hours to set up, get married, and clean up. We had about two hours to set up everything other than the tables, chairs, and linens. Amazing venue! Just make sure you budget those 9 hours!Anne Springs Close Greenway's reply:

My daughter and her groom were married in the Field Trial Barn this past weekend. The staff was AMAZING! Everything from initially seeing the venue to the day of could not have been better. Creative Solutions did a beautiful set up and the setting was exactly what my daughter wanted. Our venue host, Scott was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The space is stunning and is able to accommodate a larger group. We had the ceremony upstairs, dinner downstairs, and the reception on the patio. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was very communicative and flexible.Anne Springs Close Greenway's reply:

Michelle Sent on 07/04/2018If you want a fairytale, storybook wedding then book the Dairy Barn! It's stunning and magical with any decor you choose and at any time of year. Working with Katie Suddreth and her team was an absolute pleasure! She made the entire process so easy and seamless. They are always happy, positive and celebratory which is the way wedding venues should be after all. I never felt like we were just another wedding...we always felt special and cared for. A climate controlled venue in the south is a must have too so our guests were comfortable. Seriously, I wish I had another daughter so I could do it all over again! Just lovely!

Rachel Sent on 06/12/2018I adore everything about the Dairy Barn. The first time we toured with Katie, we knew it was our venue. The natural beauty is unlike anything else in the area. Katie was very responsive and helped us choose other vendors. Everything went off without a hitch. The venue manager was on-site during our wedding and reception to make sure everything went smoothly and to assist in anything we needed on the property. I am so happy with how our wedding turned out and that's mostly due to the Dairy Barn!

Tracey Sent on 10/22/2017We held our wedding at the Bob Reid Field Trial Barn @ Anne Springs Greenway... it is the "smaller barn" venue of their many beautiful choices on the Greenway. The staff was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. They really made us feel welcome and that they were excited for us! We were allowed to make it all our own vision, the adorable rustic barn was our canvas and the whole theme of the wedding was set from that! We know Anne Springs Greenway was our best choice by far!

Lauren Sent on 08/22/2012The Dairy Barn was a wonderful place to host our rustic wedding. My fiance and I couldn't have picked a better venue to represent us as a couple. Our wedding was beautiful, casual, and so much fun. We have received so many compliments from our guests on what a unique wedding we had, and what a great place The Dairy Barn is. It created a magical atmosphere that we couldn't have found in a typical wedding venue. If you are looking for a place to host your wedding that is not so run of the mill, check this venue out. If I had it all to do again, The Dairy Barn would still be the place I would choose.Anne Springs Close Greenway's reply:

I am the mother of the bride. We held our wedding at the Dairy Barn September 2024. It was such a great experience. The venue is perfect. We utilized the outdoor area for cocktail hour and pictures. The catered food was raved about by our guest. They had my car packed with all of my personal items while we did the walk out. I could not recommend more! -
John Sent on 09/24/2018We had our Wedding celebration at the Field Trial Barn. We had about 100 guests and the dinner Inside the barn felt perfect! Intimate and cozy but not cramped. Probably could have fit 10-20 more people seated at tables in there without feeling crowded. The grounds surrounding the barn are beautiful with so many great settings for photos and really gorgeous locations for an outdoor ceremony. We did our first look photos down at a different location on the ASC property and if you go around ASC there are so many gorgeous natural areas for photos. The fire pit and outdoor patio are stellar and everything is very well kept. The staff at ASC were easy to work with and very accomodating of our needs within their rules. Charles, our venue host for the night of the wedding was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with, but also was barely noticeable to the guests, which was perfect. All around a lovely place to have a wedding, would strongly recommend it!

This venue captured our hearts as soon as we toured it. It is great for an indoor/outdoor wedding (we had our ceremony outside, reception inside) with a really fantastic weather back-up option in the upstairs loft.
The pros and cons of the venue is that you only get the venue plus an exclusive contract with a rentals company. You have to bring everything else, which is great if you want to choose all of your own vendors, not so great if you want a package deal.
I didn't love working with the rentals company, as they are too big to care about little old me and my wants and needs and dreams for my wedding day.
Other than that, I would choose this venue over and over again! -

To our surprise, this venue does not offer military discounts. However, my family was willing to move forward with the contract in hopes that the venue would prove to be satisfactory...
They did not deliver.
Everything seemed liked it was going to be alright, except for this one particular woman on staff who’s sole position was to watch over the venue while the wedding was taking place.
She did not warmly welcome the guests, or the bridesmaids. She was an absolute nightmare. She even made the mistake of being rude the bride, which totally disrupted the entire tone of the ceremony. After the ordeal, she did not even apologize, or try to make amends...
Even though the venue was beautiful, if I had to do it all over again, I would have chosen another venue, with much friendlier staff. Kindness and respect certainly go a long way.
Very disappointing. -
