I had the best experience and found my dream dress at Anna's Bridal. I went to many bridal boutiques throughout my process and I wish I just would have went to Anna's first! Katie and Anna helped me customize my dress to perfection and were so helpful and loving every step of the way. The best wedding dress
For my wedding, I knew what dress I wanted and when I went to Anna’s they helped me find my perfect dress that I didn’t think existed. Anna did my mom’s wedding dress. This dress fit my style, my theme , and really made me feel confident. The employees at Anna’s are so supportive and answer any questions you have! Anna did amazing on the alterations and I was wowed by her level of expertise. I highly recommend going to Anna’s to find the wedding dress of your dreams!

The very best!
Anna’s Bridal was my very best bridal salon experience! I said “yes to the dress” here and am forever grateful. The store atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Katie and Anna are so incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I went in knowing the silhouette I wanted and was able to pull options in a variety of fabrics and with unique details. The selection of dresses is beautiful and extensive- there is truly something for every personal style. I brought in my Mom’s old wedding dress because we were hoping to incorporate it in my wedding as well, and Anna was able to make it modern in a snap with her exquisite tailoring eye. I couldn’t sleep all night after finding my dress because I was buzzing with excitement. It was the feeling I’d always dreamt of having! I highly recommend any and all brides to visit Anna’s!

The service I received from Anna and her entire staff during my appointment was top-notch! I came in feeling not-confident I would find something as I couldn't articulate what I was looking for and had confused myself and my vision. That being said, Katie and Anna were wonderful and asked great questions to help me breakdown what I was looking for! Anna originally stated that she knew a dress I would love but it was over my budget so she wouldn't pull it... after seeing it in person, I held off in hopes I would find something in my budget. Throughout the appointment, I kept thinking back to the Pronovias gown. After trying it on, my mom broke into tears and we knew it was it. Anna was so wonderful and took a % off because she knew it was over my budget! Feels so great to have shopped local and support Anna!

Finally said yes to the dress!
If I had to say one word that summed up my whole experience at Anna's Bridal is would be "outstanding"! They were able to book me in last minute. I do suggest booking ahead of time. I had such a difficult time finding a dress in different bridal shops until I stumbled upon Anna's Bridal. When I arrived I shared pictures and thoughts of my ideal dress to the staff, and immediately they started pulling dresses off the racks that aligned with my vision. The store has a wide variety of different dresses and designers. While I was trying on different dresses I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were with me. It made the experience wonderful and soothing. I never felt rushed at any given point. I ended up saying yes to one of the dresses and I am very pleased with it! I would highly recommend this bridal shop

After hunting for a dress for two months, I found my dream dress at Anna's Bridal! I was able to get an appointment on a last minute cancellation and arrived as quickly as I could. Anna and Katy were so kind and welcoming which was calming and made the process much more relaxing. I am so happy to SHOP LOCAL and support a business who has been contributing to our community for the last 27 years! Anna's has a family feel with the quality AND pricing to set her apart. Having visited several esteemed bridal boutiques in Portland, we were so happy with our experience at Anna's it would be difficult to recommend anywhere else! Looking forward to updating my review once my dress arrives and alterations are complete. So far, August 14, 2021 is looking to be a very special day with a very special dress. Anna's Bridal was amazing! Even amidst covid they made the experience so memorable and safe at the same time. They were not pushy at all and made trying on different styles of dresses easy and fun. Before my visit to the store they called me for a phone consult so they could get an idea of what style I was looking for. During our visit they were helpful and timely at getting dresses to try on and were so complementary and patient. I found my dream gown at Anna's Bridal. I had visited over 10 bridal boutiques in SF, Seattle, and Portland. I ultimately knew Monique Lhuillier was my dream designer. I attended the Trunk Show, and had a fabulous experience with Katie and Anna. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel special.
The selection of gowns was very impressive, and they had fantastic suggestions for gowns to try on. Overall, I had a perfect appointment and highly recommend this boutique.

I've gone to Anna for help with my prom dress, my maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding, and now my wedding dress. I was living in St. Louis while planning my wedding and flew back to Portland to buy my dress because I knew I would be in good hands. Anna and her team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. They even made a beautiful hair scarf, which really brought the whole look together. I went to Anna’s specifically for the Hayley Paige trunk show that was going on the weekend I visited. I didn’t know what to except since I had only gone to one place here in Eugene. Anna’s has a great selection of dresses in every price range! I was so impressed. I was also so surprised that they let me try on more then 5 dresses. The gal I worked with kept bringing me dress after dress and I was so grateful for her hard work. She even took one of the display for me to try one! I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured, and I appreciate the full attention she provided toward what I was looking for and how I felt. It’s a very comfortable and fun atmosphere. There is a lot of natural light and a great sitting area for your friends/family. They also provided a full bottle of champagne once I chose my dress! I highly recommend Anna’s.

Most amazing dress buying experience!
We booked the VIB room for myself and my entourage of my most important people and they served us champagne light snacks and a fabulous time! The selection of dresses was perfectly assorted and the stylist quickly narrowed down my vision and found the PERFECT dress for me! The veil really completed the whole look I was going for and without her expert eye I never would have found that key detail! This is a must shop store for any bride getting married!

The perfect experience
Katie and Anna made me feel like royalty. They listened to what I wanted, and were able to find not just one, but three dresses that I absolutely loved (I had been to multiple shops before this with no luck). The price was higher than what I had planned on initially - not out of budget, just higher. But the quality of service and their ability to work with me to not only find "the one," but then actually personalize it to make it mine was absolutely incredible. It almost makes me sad that I'll never get to do it again!

The people at Anna's Bridal truly are the best in the business. I'm not used to being the center of attention, but /lhere, their goal is to make the bride happy. Anna herself, is a guru. If she sees that you aren't smiling, she won't stop until you are. They went to extra mile to make sure I found the dress I was truly happy with. They have a large selection of beautiful designer dresses for affordable prices, which you can special order. The dress I chose, was ordered in ivory fabric, instead of the nude colored fabric of the sample dress. Anna and her team will help you to the best of their ability to find you your dream dress! I had a wonderful experience at Anna’s Bridal. It was actually my first stop in my dress shopping adventure. My stylist, Kelly, was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I had a full day of appointments elsewhere, but nothing compared to THE dress I found at Anna’s (or the experience). I emailed the shop Saturday evening about the dress and had a response very promptly. They opened up the shop for me and my family the next morning so I could try it on again and “say yes” before heading out of town. Looking forward to having my alterations done there as well, I’ve heard nothing but good things.

Being a bride without family/friends in the area was sometimes difficult since I was by myself some of the time. Thankfully the staff at Anna's made me feel comfortable and looked after. They have so many beautiful dresses there that I felt like planning a future vow renewal just to have another one! They always had ample time for me and were very helpful along my journey. She spent much time making sure my mother in law knew how to tie my many layered bustle (which was no easy task!). Thank you Anna and staff for helping me feel beautiful on my most special day!

I went to six Portland area bridal shops and was feeling really discouraged. Then when I went to Anna’s I found four different dresses that I was in love with! And while saying “Yes” to the dress is such a big day, what I was shocked about during my wedding planning is how much time you spend with your bridal shop once the dress comes in, and how important it is to like your bridal shop and their alterations staff! With Anna’s, the staff truly became like family, and were always so accommodating to schedules. Anna and her team put so much effort in to my dress, tailoring it until it was absolutely perfect and custom to my body. I would absolutely choose Anna’s if I had to do my big day all over again. I cannot recommend them enough!

Anna and her entire staff is amazing! They helped me order the correct size dress that needed very minimal alterations and those that they did complete made it even more perfect. They were very easy to work with and helped me find my dream dress!

I was out visiting my parents for the weekend, looking at wedding venues, when I started the hunt for my dream dress. I had been to one or two other bridal shops before I found Anna's while getting lunch in LO. We didn't have an appointment, but luckily it wasn't super busy at that time and I was able to try on a few dresses! The whole staff was super welcoming and was great at finding dresses that were in my budget and in the style I was going for.
I had already tried on maybe 25 dresses that weekend, but at Anna's I found the one that just clicked!
I did all my alterations through Anna's Bridal and they were super helpful and attentive to detail. I did have one little scare.. Two days before my wedding I took my dress home and found that the top was too big! A small adjustment had been done the day before and it had changed the way the whole top fit. I was pretty stressed out, but Anna was very calm and fit me in to get everything fixed. On my wedding day the dress fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful!

My experience at Anna's from start to finish was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in Anna and her team were friendly and accommodating. I ended up finding the perfect dress in less than an hour and canceled appointments I had made at other dress shops. They added a belt to my dress that I would never have thought to add and it transformed my dress. I went back three times for fittings/alterations and each time Anna did the alterations herself. She is a perfectionist in the best way and I completely trusted her and was thankful that she took the time to make sure my dress was perfect. Thank you Anna and team!

I couldn’t imagine my wedding experience without the wonderful people at Anna’s Bridal. They truly became my family, and were beyond caring and supportive throughout the entire process. From selecting my wedding dress to the handful of fittings, Anna and her team were simply incredible. Not only that, I found my bridesmaid dresses at Anna’s and her team took care of the alterations. Scheduling the fittings for my bridesmaids was beyond easy and super convenient. They looked stunning in their Hayley Paige Occasions dresses. My mom even joined in and had her dress altered by Anna so it fit her flawlessly!
From the beginning, Anna’s Bridal went above and beyond for me, my bridesmaids and my mom, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I came in to find my dress over the week of ice storms in Portland, and they somehow didn’t cancel my appointment, but found a sales associate who had a four-wheel drive car to meet us at the shop. I mean, come on!!! How amazing is that?? I fell in love with a gorgeous Hayley Paige dress, and Anna worked her magic so it fit ABSOLUTELY perfect. She even installed a bustier so I would feel more secure while breaking out some moves on the dance floor.

I cant say enough about my experience with Anna's. From start to finish it was wonderful. I didn't actually find my dress there, I found it at the shop I visited after Anna's. But because my experience trying on dresses at Anna's was so pleasant (and completely different from any other store I visited), I called to see if they could get it for me. Turns out they could and even gave me a better deal than the other place. I am a tall girl and the dress didn't quite fit me right..I had to have a lot of alterations and the few weeks before my wedding I was visiting Anna often! She basically is a miracle worker and was able to get it to fit me perfectly. She even took it home with her the night before I had to pick it up to make last minute touches. Thank you Anna you are a true life saver! I recommend Anna's bridal to any bride!

Anna's has wonderful, friendly service and a gorgeous selection of gowns to pick from. It was the Hayley Paige Elysia. I had several fittings and each time I noticed something to change, Anna just changed it no problem and made great recommendations. It ended up being the perfect dress. We worked mostly with Anna, Amber and Farie. They were all wonderful. Farie even made a last minute adjustment on the way out the door. Anna and her staff are fantastic, local and great! Their shop is beautiful, too! I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Anna's Bridal, it couldn't have been better. My consultant took into account everything I told her, including my limited budget, and I got my dream dress. Anna and one of her employees, Fairy, helped build up the strapless Hayley Paige dress of my dreams to include sleeves and a higher neckline. Instead of simply tacking on sleeves, they reconstructed the entire bodice to accommodate the new design that we created together. I spent three months seeing them almost once a week and I was amazed by their professionalism and calm demeanors, even during the peak of wedding season when their shop was packed. I can't stress enough the quality of work this bridal shop delivered-- all of the alterations were done well and lasted throughout the wedding (no split seams or anything). Anna's Bridal has a great selection of gowns in a great range of prices-- I can recommend their services to anyone looking for a beautiful gown and especially to anyone needing alterations on a gown they buy through the store.

First off I absolutely love my wedding dress and what they say is true when you try on "the one" you really do know. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me when I found my dress but she was really wonderful. She really listened to what I said, looked at pictures of my wedding ideas, and took into consideration the theme of my wedding. Every dress she showed me was fabulous but when I tried on "the one" I was immediately sold. I am so happy with my purchase and absolutely felt like a princess on my wedding day.

Anna's Bridal saved my wedding dress. I flew in from out of town a week before the wedding and because it wasn't the busy season for them they were able to take me in. I made the appointment at first just thinking I would need the sides taken in since I was still losing weight. Ferry (who is amazing) caught so many flaws on my dress that the seamstress in Kansas made. I honestly did have a feeling that my dress was bad but I kept telling myself "it's fine, that's how it's supposed to be". Anna'a Bridal turned it into a completely new dress and saved me from a nightmare. I'm not exaggerating when I say they had to redo EVERYTHING. Anna can tailor your dress one-handed, literally! She had just broken her elbow, and on my 3rd visit, she was there making final adjustments to the dress (with one hand and scissors!) while I had it on. Amazing. Her and her team do excellent/perfect/flawless work. They finished my dress in 3 days too.

Ended up trying on around a dozen different dresses initially, and quickly narrowed it down to three then two. By adding a little extra sparkle to one dress they were able to make it perfect! I ordered a custom made dress from Anna's Bridal because I wanted to design my own dress with non-traditional fabric. Anna was great! She and her team worked really hard with an admittedly difficult fabric to work with. She had great suggestions and we had fun playing with shapes and draping. I had an amazing experience at Anna's this past weekend. Christy came in on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) to help take care of me and my wedding party. She let us browse the store, pulled perfect dresses for me, and offered their trunk show discount from the day before. When I went into the fitting room, she let me pick out my favorite first. It was one that she had pulled for me, and the minute I put it on, I loved it. After trying on a few more, she put me back in the first one, and we knew it was the one. She added shoes, a veil, and accessories to really complete the look. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but I knew it was the one so I bought it right there. She did an excellent job in pulling dresses and making me feel comfortable. She also helped with bridesmaid dresses, and offered a 15% discount. We ended up looking around at other bridal shops for dresses, but are planning on ordering the bridesmaids dresses through Anna's. Other great perks were the alterations are all in-house, their price ranges are great, they have great trunk shows and discounts at them, and they give you a nice bottle of champagne on your way out. I will definitely be recommending Anna's to all of my friends!

My bridesmaids and I completed a weekend of bridal store shopping looking for the perfect dress. Although I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, I knew what aspects I certainly didn't care for.
I finally found a dress that was complimenting to me and I felt comfortable in. When I said, I think this is the one, and we put my hair up and tried on a veil, it brought tears to my eyes and my bridesmaids. We KNEW it was THE ONE!!!
We ordered the dress and it arrived 5 1/5 months later. When they say it takes 6 months, they aren't joking! We had 6 weeks left until the wedding day arrived. So, we fit in 3 fitting sessions, where we adjusted the straps length and created a new kind of bustle that Anna hadn't yet heard of (ballroom bustle). The adjustments made to the dress were timely and couldn't be picked out with a magnified glass, they were so perfect!

Highly recommend Anna with total confidence. She knows her business, is careful and attentive! She has very good rapport with the design houses. This shop carefully and accurately expedites the appointments and orders, and handles alterations beautifully. The wedding gown arrived perfect, on time, fitting appointments were smooth and efficient. 10 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls arrived perfectly sized and on time with their fitting appointments equally smooth and efficient. Very helpful and capable, we had a very good experience here. I highly recommend this shop.

Anna is amazing! They are all so nice and helpful, never pushy, and they are always happy to see you when you come in, even if it is busy. I had all of my fittings in a matter of 4 days because I live in China and only came into town a week before the wedding. I had a great experience at Anna's Bridal. I had my dress special ordered with specific changes. Anna's Bridal coordinated the shipping and did a great job on all the alterations and personalized embellishments. Anna worked with me personally and never rushed the process. I went into Anna's with my mom "just to look". This was right after we got engaged and I had no intentions of picking out my dress. Well, after trying on just 5 dresses, I found "the one". I had an idea in my head of what I didn't want, more then what I wanted. In working with the people at Anna's I found my dress way easier then I ever thought. I ordered my dress that day and never looked at another bridal shop. My whole experience at Anna's was great and everyone loved my dress. The quality of the dresses there far surpasses most wedding gown places and you get a free pair of shoes (Everyone loved my lime green shoes!)

My experience at Anna's without a doubt helped me determine my big day dress. With less than 2 months to plan a wedding, and find a dress, Katie at Anna's did not hesitate with all the options I could choose from! There wasn't a single dress I tried on that they couldn't get by my wedding date... impressive! They also gave me a private session on a Sunday as that is the only day I had to shop. Service was always friendly, quick, and professional. Due to buying an off the rack sample dress, I had extensive altering (we basically redesigned the shape of the dress), and it was both reasonable and a pleasant experience. Thank you so much for making my dress so special!

Anna and her team at Anna's Bridal were amazing to work with. I bought my dress there and a couple months later decided I was not loving it. Anna was able to take my original dress and collaborate/consult on a revised design. The end result was beautiful and I absolutely loved it! She was patient and very thorough.

I couldn't have imagined a better experience that I got an Anna's Bridal! From day one, everyone was so sweet, caring, and really focused on me as a bride and what I wanted. From buying my dress to alterations, every time I stepped in the store they knew me by name and made me feel right at home. Anna had no problem fixing anything and everything on the dress I felt was not right, down to my last fitting day when she altered it on the spot for me! I would recommend Anna's bridal to anyone looking for an amazing wedding experience!

I found my dream dress here. As my first stop, I was open to them pulling things I may like, and I ended up in a striped gorgeous gown. So happy I stopped in!

Although I didn't get my dress from this boutique, I still felt that this place deserved some high ratings for how I was treated in my wedding gown experience! It is important to state that while contact with them was a little bit rough, the visit was by far one of the best I've had. First, when working with them, you know right away that they are very seasoned in the wedding industry. These aren't ladies who are the age of the bride and only have 3 years experience. Adding all their years together, these women have 40+ years experience! Their service definitely shows how long they've worked with brides. A few of the many things I was impressed with by this shop included the opportunity to let me look at all their gowns and pick what I wanted, having very affordable and lovely gowns, in-house alterations that they can talk directly to to know how to alter your dress the way you want it to and not waiting, hoping to get the alterations you seek for, and how friendly the owner of the boutique was, she being a seamstress herself! They are SUPER flexible and want you to have exactly what you want. I was very close in getting a dress here, but found another dress I loved elsewhere. But I would give STRONG support for this shop for other brides out there. Have this be your first place to go in looking for your dress and you won't be disappointed! Kudos to a wonderful bridal boutique!

Although she had plenty of help with seamstresses, she always makes a point to work with you at each appointment. Her expertise was clear. She created the most gorgeous bustle for my gown. I was in awe! She got things done so quick. A week between appointments. I had some pretty extensive alterations and spent only 300.

The thing I loved most about Anna's is the more intimate and personal feel, as opposed to some bigger chain stores. Anna herself helped me pick out and try on dresses, and gave me a hug when I found the one. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and they gave me a bottle of champagne when I finally picked my dress!

Small, local town feel with a big store selection
Small town, local shop feel but with all the gorgeous designer dresses. I like that it is basically a one-stop shop with purchasing the dress and in-store seamstresses. The only reason I am putting 4 versus 5 stars is because when I was sold on the dress during my try-ons, I was told that the modifications I wanted done to make it my “dream” dress were very doable and shouldn’t be too expensive. However, after ordering the dress and meeting with the seamstress, I was told the modifications I wanted were very difficult and would cost about another $1000. If I was told this during try on, I would have gone with a different dress altogether. I ended up going well beyond my budget on the dress because I did end up pursuing some alterations to the dress (deeper plunging neckline) plus additional sizing fixes. The seamstresses were sweet and were willing to work with me throughout each fitting. It was a beautiful dress but I did not love it as much as I hoped. The store is great, the selection is wonderful, I just regret spending as much as I did since I was not able to achieve my dream wedding dress look.

I wanted a simple dress despite other's opinions lol When I saw a dress on a facebook article I had to have it. When I searched for this Wtoo dress only Anna's carried it. I made an appointment, tried it on and bought it all in the same day. I came and tried it on when it came in. I did all my alterations in one appointment. I had a great experience!

My dress looked and tured out amazing. When I started looking for dresses the women who helped me asked me a few questions to get a feel for our wedding and what I was looking for. She was right on!! The third dress I tried on was it! Since then, Anna did an amazing job with the fitting and we even bought the veil she made herself. I would really recommend them!

I had a great experience with Anna and her shop. I was an out of town Bride but wanted to get my dress in Portland. Anna opened her shop for me on Sunday, the only day I was available during my trip to Portland, when no other shop would.
They were very honest about prices and good about only letting me try on dresses within my budget. I found my dress that day.
The shop was very responsive and helpful with tracking the dresses progress and helpful in getting my dress in time for my next visit to Portland.
The altering was amazing. I had a strapless dress and didn't once have to pull it up during my ceremony or reception. It fit perfectly.

There were a few instances where items were not ordered on time, and my final alterations/veil weren't in until a few days before my wedding (slightly stressful!) I went and tried on a number of dresses there, and I was so glad that I did! They talked with me about my style, what I wanted and what was a no-go. They helped me pick out options and even picked dresses out that I wouldn't have normally chose, but it helped me to narrow down what I really wanted. They were overall so very nice and helpful!
(I do suggest making an appointment to try on dresses so that you can have someone help you).

Anna makes sure she handles each and every bride's needs herself, and even if someone else helps you for most of your visit will approve everything in person before you go. My dress was a delicate lace and it needed to be hemmed. The hem was perfect, and the bustle didn't give us any trouble. They will help you work within a budget.

Anna's Bridal was great in accommodating me with scheduling as I lived 3 hours out of town. The price of the dress was absolutely wonderful. Anna was very skilled in altering the dress into the silhouette that I wanted and doing little nips and tucks here and there when I wanted. I absolutely love my dress!
