Jenn did an amazing job for us. In a year of COVID, Jenn was unphased by all the changes we had to make and made this an absolutely amazing process. She was professional, responsive, and so much fun to plan with. By the big day, Asley and I could not of asked for anything more. Our wedding was perfect and we are truly grateful that we had a planner like Jenn to help us. Would highly recommend her to anyone. -

My husband and I are from Texas and we got married in Idaho Springs, Colorado. I was worried planning an out of state wedding would be over whelming but because we decided to work with Anna Rae Events it was anything but. I cannot recommend Jenn at Anna Rae Events highly enough! From start to finish, Jenn was an absolute dream to work with and exceeded all of our expectations.
From the initial consultation to the big day itself, Jenn was there every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and creative ideas that made our destination wedding truly spectacular.
Jenn’s attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that EVERY aspect of the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception was perfect and exactly as we had envisioned. Jenn took care of everything, from venue selection and vendor coordination to transportation and accommodation for our guests. I loved how involved I was able to be throughout the planning process while still being handoff because Jenn handled everything! Jenn's communication and thorough planning is unmatched!
Thanks to Jenn, our wedding day was stress-free and absolutely magical. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was being taken care of.

Jenn at Anna Rae is by far the most organized, knowledgeable, and relatable person I’ve ever met. It didn’t take her long to understand my vision and once she did, she ran with it. I was extremely overwhelmed throughout this wedding planning process so I called her a few times outside of our scheduled meetings and she really brought my anxiety down. Because she understood my vision, she was able to communicate well with all of our vendors during our meetings, and as a result I was very hands off and really just gave thumbs up or thumbs down (98% thumbs up).
If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Jenn is worth every penny and more. If you play your cards right, you’ll make a friend out of her too! She’s absolutely incredible. -

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I couldn’t have imagined working with a better planner. From the beginning stages of planning, to coming up with a vision for decor, to picking up conversation with vendors, and then finally making our wedding day the most low stress beautiful day. We chose Anna Rae Events for our month-of coordination + an add-on design package. Jenn was awesome to work with. She is extremely professional and on-top of everything while also being very friendly and personable. She made the final stretch leading up to our wedding so much less stressful knowing that we were in good hands. Our wedding day was perfect and couldn’t have gone more smoothly thanks to Jenn! The absolute best person on the whole planet is Jenn with Anna Rae Events. The fact that we had her in our corner during our wedding planning process and on our wedding day was a GIFT!
It is hard to express how much she truly did for us and how thankful we are for her, because she literally did everything and more for us that we could have ever thought. On our wedding day, it hailed 30 minutes before the ceremony and she was out mopping the deck so we could still have our outdoor mountain ceremony dream come to life, all while keeping track of our shuttle arriving, working with all our vendors, and seriously organizing everything all at once, so SEAMLESSLY!!!
Jenn led our whole wedding planning process extremely well since the moment we booked with her. It is crazy how she knew every detail down to a tee and executed all aspects of our wedding beautifully. Even being the bride and groom we obviously knew the details of our own wedding day but Jenn naturally and humbly took the lead from the start and solved every minor and major issues that arose.
She is someone everyone should have in their corner on their wedding day! We feel so beyond lucky to have had Jenn and are SO thankful for the thousands of things she did that we know of to make our day run smoothly but also the thousands of things she did behind the scenes, (that we don’t know of) because she did so much, so selflessly, to ensure that our most special day was everything we could have ever dreamed of.
About half of our guests came up to us the day after saying they loved seeing her work the event and wishing and dreaming of how they wanted to book her one day for their wedding. We love Anna Rae Events, she is our very favorite wedding vendor we had, and everyone should ABSOLUTELY book with her! -

I was blown away by the work Jenn does. I did not even realize how crucial she would become to my wedding day. Seriously, you have no idea how important and necessary a wedding planner is! I truly could not have done it without her. It's a miracle (and a blessing to me) that her prices are not outrageously high because I feel like I received the most high quality service from Jenn. She is so organized, matter-of-fact, and tells it like it is. If you are an indecisive and easily overwhelmed bride like me then you can see how important these qualities are. She truly made my vision come to life. She made my wedding day run seamlessly and she even anticipated my needs before I could articulate them. Every little hiccup she was there with a solution, or even just some calming words and ideas. Plus, she's really enjoyable to be around! My husband and I are so thankful we chose Jenn for our wedding and we love her! -

The best advice I received prior to our wedding day was to "be a guest at your own wedding" and thanks to Jenn I am happy to say we were able to accomplish that! I do not even know how to put into words how incredible Jenn was throughout the entire wedding process! We hired her as a day of coordinator through a recommendation from our venue, and she was hands down the best money we spent on the entire day. We started working with Jenn about 3 months prior to our wedding day, and from the get go she was personable, experienced, organized, and an overall joy to talk to. She is flexible, responsive, and gave us so many suggestions that would never have crossed our minds that made our day extremely special. We had such a blast and it was a huge relief to have someone you trust to keep the day moving so perfectly. There was not a single thing I was stressed about the day of and that is all thanks to Jenn and her magical existence. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Highly recommend! -

We were so happy and thankful to work with Jenn for our day-of coordination! She was one of the first vendors we booked, and our communications started in earnest about 3 months out. Jenn is so detail oriented and thought of all the little things that helped make our day run so smoothly. Especially in the final stretches of wedding planning, when you don’t really care about what napkin fold to use, Jenn was there to make sure all the final decisions got made and guide us through it all. We could not believe how complex designing a wedding day timeline could be! It was amazing to have Jenn take the reins for communication between all the vendors, ensuring everyone had whatever information they needed and knew where to be when. It is also important to call out what a delightful, kind, friendly, thoughtful person Jenn is. For example, from a small, off-hand comment during our last call about a slight concern for some guests, she proactively suggested some adjustments to the day which worked out wonderfully and ensured everyone’s comfort. Our conversations always involved good laughs, and we felt at ease working with her. If anything went wrong at the wedding, we really have no idea. We were too busy enjoying an amazing day that would not have been without Jenn’s help. 11/10 would absolutely recommend!! -

In looking for a wedding coordinator on Instagram, we came across Jenn’s profile and looked at her posts. It was instantly apparent that Jenn has an eye for beautiful weddings and bringing visions to life. We wanted our day to reflect what was important to us, which was bringing our families and friends together. Our wedding day was perfect because of Jenn’s ability to communicate so well with the other vendors and her attention to the details, design wise and overall execution. She was super helpful in helping find the right vendors, keeping everything organized, and helping calm our nerves. Jenn gets to know her couples and has what we consider a super-power of reflecting our love story in every single detail. We felt so comfortable knowing we had Jenn leading the day and we were able to focus on being present, enjoying getting ready with our wedding party, and having the ultimate hype woman so we could enjoy our day! We can’t recommend Jenn enough!

Where to even begin?! After the first few minutes spent over zoom with Jenn, we knew that we struck gold with our planner and our only question was "Where do we sign"? She was equal parts friend, planner, and partner all in one throughout the entire journey! Not only was she with us every step of the way during our time together, but she was there to help us iron out some of those last-minute details that could have been nagging us all the way to the alter.
Jenn was able to use her vast network of Denver based wedding service providers, to save us money on rentals, ensure that we were going to get the experienced we wanted, as well as make sure our wedding would be the best day of our lives (which it totally was!!). One of her strengths (amongst the many she has), was her communication. We had frequent and productive meetings over Zoom to track all outstanding items, plan the ceremony, determine timelines, etc. Jenn attended most, if not all calls with our vendors during her time with us and was there to ask the questions you would not even think of asking. Her expertise in event planning is second to none and she ensures that her client’s needs are 100000% met. Everyone in the wedding party raved over her ability to command attention during the ceremony rehearsal to ensure that everyone knew what was going on.
I can truly say that our wedding was the most seamless experience that I have ever had at any large event. There was not a single detail that was overlooked from the planning all the way up to the very last, private dance of the night. Jenn was there to keep the party going, make sure vendors were paid, and to just be there to always provide support and encouragement. Not only has she become a friend, but also has a top-tier wedding planner. Cannot recommend enough!! -

Jennifer Roubal, the founder and CEO of Anna Rae Events, was fabulous to work with, and I would highly recommend her! I am a planner at heart, so I had mood boards and wedding visions, but Jenn thinks of EVERY little detail. When you are thinking of so many things at once, it can be pretty tricky to be sure you remember everything. Jenn helps you hone in on the task at hand and assures you every step of the way. I appreciate her detail in requiring "homework" to ensure you feel prepared for the next meeting.
The day of our wedding was so INCREDIBLE, fantastic and smooth. I CANNOT thank and recommend Jenn enough. She was on point every time I needed her, and the entire wedding was flawless. Jonathan and I thank you so much for your professionalism and your kindness. You are truly a pleasure to know!

Jenn was a MUST HAVE! Picture this: Me (the bride) was in the bridal suite watching the final set up taking place. It's just me, the girls, and my dad, waiting go the go-ahead to walk down the aisle. The men are placing the arbor where it needs to go. I'm watching them put it in the completely wrong place. I look at my MOH and say "That's not right...." and before I could get the words out of my mouth, I see Jenn running towards them flagging them down. Nothing got past her. Everything went according to plan. Jenn is a superwoman.
During the wedding and even days after, I had friends and family saying "your planner was a saving grace". We hired Jenn for the "Day of coordination" which started about 90 days prior. We enjoyed every session with her. I love a good recap email and Jenn had THE BEST recaps. She thought of everything, and even thought about the "what ifs" in case something happened. She was easy going and knew the timeline and grabbed us when we were needed. I feel like we really bonded with Jenn from the first meeting. She's kind and thoughtful, good under pressure (she never got flustered or panicked in a pinch) thorough in her work, EXCELLENT planning skills, and helped us coordinate the most amazing day of our lives. -

If you are looking for a thoughtful, warm, considerate, detail-oriented wedding planner, you really do not need to look anywhere else. Jenn is everything I could have asked for to help coordinate our special day at the Rist Canyon Inn! She always has the couple's best interest in mind. Not only did our wedding day turn out perfect, but she went above and beyond with little things such as making sure I was sprayed down with sunscreen in the Colorado sun and going out of her way to drop my purse I left at the venue off at the hotel after the wedding. She had a positive attitude during the entire process and was made to coordinate events! Thank you Anna Rae Events!!! -

In short, Jenn was AMAZING. Everything we didn’t know how to do or were ignorant about, Jenn was there to answer every question, to encourage our ideas and tell us when our ideas were impossible or way over budget. Her organization and communication skills are stellar, with us and with all of our vendors. She was a joy to work with and we feel we have made a new friend. She worked with us for 6-8 months(?) before the wedding, and after every meeting we always felt so much better about things, so much stress lifted. Jenn exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, she is super professional, and we can’t believe how lucky we were to have found her. -

If you are looking for someone to help make all your Wedding Day Dreams come true - look no further than Jenn of Anna Rae Events. She is the absolute best.
My wife and I hired Jenn to help us plan our June 24th wedding even while we were living in Denver, San Francisco, and Maui. Across thousands of miles and multiple time zones, we were able to completely trust her with the details because we knew from our conversations (all via ZOOM #Because,COVID) that she totally understood our vision. She asked powerful questions to determine what was really important to us and she really listened until she 100% got it.
A special request we had was to use vendors who were women, POC, LGBTQ, or even better, all three! Jenn was able to research and find vendors who share our values and provided exceptional service.
Over the six months we worked with Jenn, I can't count the number of times we said to each other that this was the best money we've ever spent. We can't recommend her highly enough. -

I chose Jenn to plan our special day because I trusted her, but I’d recommend her because of the precious care and tremendous thought she put into every element that made the process seamless and exciting.
As if planning a wedding wasn’t stressful enough, planning one with COVID at the forefront seemed nearly impossible. Jenn kept our minds at ease every step of the way and prepared us for any possible scenario. Her professionalism and encouragement was above and beyond during what turned out to be a stressful year, she made our wedding the light at the end of the tunnel.
Jenn is a fabulous wedding planner who takes each request and turns it into something magical, she truly brings visions to life. Her acuity and attention to detail made for a perfect customized wedding.
Our plans changed drastically, and multiple times, because of COVID and Jenn ultimately transformed each aspect to fit into our new plan. I wouldn’t have had the same trust and positivity with anyone else, Jenn is one in a million and has truly found her natural calling in weddings and events. I'd get married all over again just to work with her!
