I cannot recommend Angela enough. she truly deserves the title of Makeup Artist of the Year. There's only a 1% chance of me taking the time to write a review, and Angela and her team have earned every bit of it. As a wedding photographer, our greatest hope is that the bride and bridesmaids are ready upon our arrival. Unfortunately, this year, we faced delays at every wedding due to extended hair and makeup sessions, significantly impacting our time for capturing essential moments. However, Angela stands out as the exceptional makeup artist this year. Remarkably, she and her team completed the makeup for all bridesmaids and the bride well before my scheduled arrival. This not only ensured we had ample time for capturing every desired shot but also contributed to the overall smooth flow of the day. We even ended up with extra time—a bonus for the bride and groom to relax. I must also highlight the beauty of Angela's salon and its charming decor. It added to the positive experience for both the wedding party and us as photographers. I highly recommend Angela to any bride, and I sincerely wish that all my clients choose Angela and her team for their special day. You won't be disappointed! -

Angela is THE BEST! From the day I called for a consultation to my first bridal trial, she was very clear in her services, expectations, and performance. She walked me through every pre-wedding day skin prep routine to make sure I had the most flawless skin imaginable. Angela gives off an aura of relaxation and fun! Her team arrived at my house promptly at 7:15am ready to work. They did an exceptional job and made everyone feel like a beauty queen. Angela is seriously the best! She is truly the sweetest, and someone you want there on your wedding day. I met her at my best friend's wedding, where she did the bridal makeup. Everyone looked stunning, and I booked her for my wedding immediately. During all of these crazy times Angela was professional, and just a joy to work with. I felt and looked absolutely beautiful on my big day!!!! Highly recommend working with her! -

Angela has a true talent. I found Angela through a mutual friend and I knew right away I had to have her be a part of my special day. From my trial, to my bridal shower, and wedding day Angela was nothing but amazing. She sees a face, has a vision and always nails it. She is very organized and honest and even makes appropriate recommendations that help you get your skin ready for the big day! On the day of my wedding despite all the morning craziness Angela was a calming voice of reason. Angela and her team made me and all my bridesmaids look like Queens! She by far exceeded my expectations and can't wait to use her to get glammed up for my next event. If you want to look flawless on your wedding day look no further! -

Incredible all around!
I met Angela while working for Ricky Restiano Photography about 6 years ago and we have remained friends ever since. We started with her doing my eyebrows (the only person I’d ever trust with my eyebrows!!), and then throughout the years she’s done my makeup for many events, photo shoots and weddings. Angela is not only EXTREMELY talented at what she does, but she wants to make YOU feel comfortable and HAPPY as the client. She is so patient, sweet and flexible and she truly looks out for the best in her clients. Trust in her talent as an artist and you will be so happy you did. She is extremely reliable and I couldn’t recommend her services for both makeup AND eyebrows enough! There have even been some days where she was previously booked and couldn’t do my makeup for an event, so she took the time to sit with me and show me how to do my makeup correctly myself. She now holds makeup classes here and there (check her social media to be sure as to when and where they are held) and she gave me the confidence in doing my makeup myself if she isn’t available. (But nothing compares to having her do it first hand!) She wants to make you feel special, and she does just that. She is the best around!! Book a trial and you’ll never have to look anywhere else!! -

Angela is Amazing!
Angela is amazing!! I had asked her to teach classes for myself and my staff, and she went above and beyond! She is a true artist and extremely talented. Angela is professional and has a calm ease about her that makes the learning experience itself so fun and relaxing! I always feel that learning new tips and techniques often is important because every client is different and I know it’s best to be well-rounded and relevant in this industry. Angela’s client’s makeups are always flawless and I knew she was the right person for our classes. I split my girls into two groups so that the classes would be more intimate and personal, which worked out to be best and I can’t thank her enough for sharing her knowledge with us! I've been blessed to have known Angela for several years now and have been fortunate to have had her as my makeup artist on many occasions, from New York City to Italy.

Dina Sent on 07/11/2016Angela is fantastic! She did my wedding day make up and got the exact look I was going for but had no idea how to vocalize it. The dramatic eyes made my eyes pop and the color look more green than my normal hazel brown. My make up lasted all day and night even through the stream of tears during my ceremony! Angela was also able to keep me calm during the bridal party drama on the morning of the wedding by locking me in my room for a much needed break! LOL I would and have recommended to everyone! -

So I went to Angela for a bridal trial and lets just say I was beyond disappointed. Firstly she was about to cancel my appointment because she got a better opportunity but then decided to do my makeup because they wouldn’t pay her what she wanted. I really liked the look but I’m very fair and my neck did not match my face at all but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because I did like the rest of my makeup. I texted her that I wanted to book with her for my wedding and not only did she call me by someone elses name she immediately wanted another 40% deposit after I just gave her $150 for the trial which was included in the overall price (plus I tipped her). But wait It gets worse. We spoke on the phone prior to my appointment and not once did she mention or ask about my bridal party. I was looking for an artist strictly for me because my bridal party is doing their own thing with hair and makeup and my intention was to book with her before the trial( i spent months watching peoples work before choosing an artitst). She sends me her contract and I tell her I will send her the deposit and she then wants to tell me she has a 4 person minimum. I most likely could have gotten 4 people but what turned me off is how she never explained this to me prior and her attitude about it made me feel unimportant as her words were “i will not just come for you but if you want I can have someone from my staff take care of you” I couldn’t even believe someone in a business like this would say that. It seems that she was very money driven and didn’t really care about doing my makeup for the most important day of my life. And when I asked her if she would refund some of my money because of how unhappy I was about the situation she completely ignored me. I get that she did do my makeup but my intention from the start was to book her and I only did the trial because she said it was included in the price. I’m super disappointed that I now have to search for someone else because not only was she rude she made me feel super uncomfortable.
