I've known Sarah for over 10 years (we went to college together), and she's always been one of the most organized people I've ever known. When my husband proposed a couple years ago, I immediately knew we needed to hire Sarah to help make our big day run as smoothly as possible even though she lived in a different city.
During our planning process, Sarah took the time to understand our vision and helped organize it into a way that was digestible for us to process. There are SO many moving parts to planning a wedding, and she made the pieces all go together seamlessly.
On the day of our wedding, Sarah was somehow in 15 places at once, making sure everything was set up properly and that all events were executed at the right time. We didn't have to worry about anything except for eating and having a good time with our guests.
I cannot thank you enough, Sarah, for making our special day the best day ever. Thank you for your beautiful suggestion to include my mom during our ceremony by saving a seat in her honor with her picture. I know she was there with us in spirit.
For anyone considering Sarah to plan your big day - DON'T THINK! BOOK HER! She is amazing and she can come to you wherever you're located! Having her support is worth every penny.

We are so happy we went with Sarah & her team for our wedding day. She made the weeks coming up to our wedding and day of our wedding so smooth and perfect! Sarah is extremely detail oriented and on top of everything. She thought of things before I could even think of them! I am so glad to have chose her for our special day. We are so so thankful to have had her to ensure everything happened the way we planned and assist with anything that came up!! Highly recommend choosing Sarah! She was able to handle our large and loud family, we are so grateful :) -

We had such a great experience with Sarah! She was attentive, easy to work with and so professional. She provided anything and everything we needed all the way down to supplying the lighters for our sparklers. If something "went wrong" leading up to the wedding or on the wedding day, my husband and I couldn't even notice because Sarah took care of it all! We chose to do month of planning through the wedding and it felt like Sarah had been there when we started planning back in 2020. She came in and took charge of everything we wanted her to and kept u ass involved as we wanted. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her. We were an out of area couple, so she helped the planning process by doing FaceTime walk throughs and other planning meetings! Not only did she help our day run perfectly, myself and family members noticed how much she truly cares about your wedding day. We want to remain friends! Look no further for an event planner, you've found them! -

I worked with Sarah Amyot recently on a styled shoot where she used some of our rentals and it was an absolute joy! Sarah is organized, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for any event! -

Sarah managed all the details of bringing the bride's vision to life for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner. She had beautiful ideas and sourced vendors to make them work. In addition, Sarah was a joy to work with. For an outdoor wedding in November with less-than-ideal weather, she adapted and made it work very seamlessly. I highly recommend and would definitely use her again to help plan any event. -

Sarah was absolutely fantastic from the moment we first started. I was unsure if I was going to hire a wedding coordinator since I am pretty organized, but I can't recommend her enough and was so happy with my decision.
We had a lot of moving pieces the day of the wedding. Sarah did all the little things such as calling a company that forgot to deliver a piece, moving decor around throughout the whole night to get the most use out of it (re-using florals!), when it unexpectedly rained for a few minutes- she saved my cake! and upholstered items, then she was even on the dancefloor wiping it dry! These were only a few examples of how much she helped.
Not only did she help our day go smoothly, myself and family members noticed how much she truly cares about your wedding day. She took a video of myself, the groom, and guests dancing during the last song that she sent to me and it is probably my favorite of the whole day.

As a type A/ super picky person, I was skeptical to bring someone else in to help with my wedding planning process. After the first video call, it was a no brainer that Sarah was the right lady for the job. Extremely well organized and detail oriented, she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and exactly how we invisioned. She created our personalized welcome inserts for the hotel bags (Which included a customized map of the venue and ceremony site so people knew where to go upon arrival), professional place cards (for both the rehearsal and reception), a timeline, and menu cards. She drove more than an hour away to meet us at the venue for our 30 day walk through, asked all the right questions, and took meticulous notes, though what I think really set her apart from all the other wedding planners out there is how seamlessly she coordinated and organized everything with all my vendors. With all the wedding jitters as our special day approached, it gave me immense peace of mind knowing that Sarah and EJ had everything covered. For these reasons and so many more, I highly recommend Amyot Events!!!
