    We had a destination wedding from Chicago and learned that a wedding day coordinator or planner is required by most wineries. We actually hired Amy for the Coordinator services after firing another planner. Amy was a breath of fresh air. She is so organized and professional. She provided recommendations for other vendors that we selected (flowers, food, photography, and bus service) and were very happy with as well. You might be thinking that you don't need anyone to coordinate "the day of" activities just as I thought, but I learned that it was totally worth it. I was so calm on the day since I knew everything was going to run smoothly. I highly recommend Amy Bridges. She was wonderful to work with.

    We worked with Lisa and she was absolutely wonderful! She made our wedding very smooth and pleasant. She communicated with all the vendors on the day to make sure everything was going well so I was able to relax and have a good time. I have been around a lot of weddings and I know some planners can be on edge a bit but Lisa was very relaxed and professional and just extremely pleasant to be around. We can't thank her enough for making our day so spectacular! Amy Bridges Events as a company was very great to work with as well. They were extremely organized and quick responders. We couldn't be happier we went with them! Thank you!

    My daughter was married on 9/7/13. I contracted Amy many months before and she was instrumental in helping us create the most wonderful wedding event ever! I recommend her highly. Being the mother of three daughters, this was our last wedding. I wish I had known her for the first two weddings and I am so glad that we found her for the LAST one!!!!
    Amy was always available, cooperative, flexible, professional and friendly. She pays attention to details, is friendly and has a fantastic staff. I cannot say enough about her services.
    If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire Amy. You will be so glad you did. I know I am!

    When my husband accepted a job at Apple, I didn't realize how far from my network of support we would be moving. An engagement ring, a move 3,000 miles across the country, and one adorable cat later, we were planning a destination wedding for 120 North-Easterners, and we were the destination. My mother said hiring Lisa was one of the best decisions I ever made.

    About 2 months before my wedding, I went to my friend’s wedding and felt unorganized. Everyone had a great time, including the bride, but I just thought to myself, if it was me, I would have been freaked out. My biggest fear was the "I don't know, ask the bride" mentality.

    The solution was Lisa. By the time I arrived at our venue, she had the vendors organized and the decorations under control. She stepped in and handled everyone's questions from 'where do the bridesmaids put their bouquets after the ceremony' to 'when is the father/daughter dance'? Most importantly, Lisa was calm, and it helped relax me.

    The day was organic and magical, and I thank Lisa for every bit of that.

    Lisa Bravo of Amy Bridges Events helped to make our two wedding events run perfectly. We had two complicated events, lots of vendors, tons of family members and guests that were coming in from all over the world, so there was a lot to coordinate. Lisa Bravo did a fantastic job. She was fun, patient (when we weren't always easy to get ahold of or very organized ourselves because of our busy schedules), easy-going, talented, knowledgeable about vendors, incredibly organized, understanding, and flexible. She would suggest ways to save money when she could see that we could do something more cost-efficiently. She was great with our families, always helpful even when challenges came up especially at the last minute, a creative problem-solver, went beyond the call of duty various times, and always brought a cheerful calmness to whatever she was doing. We loved working with her, and would recommend her services and Amy Bridges Events to every couple planning their wedding.

    Lisa Bravo of Amy Bridges Events was fantastic! Our wedding was on the smallish side (82 people), so I debated needing a coordinator, but in the end it was the best decision I made. The peace of mind was worth every penny!

    I really couldn't say enough about the fantastic job Amy did for our wedding. She is unbelievably organized which is exactly what I wanted in a wedding planner. She made it easy for us to understand what time everything would be happening on our wedding day. She kept everything in check and took care of the tiniest details. Every time I emailed or contacted her, she always got back to me right away, which, as a bride who liked answers quickly, this was extremely helpful. She packed everything up at the end of the night for us so that we and our guests didnt have to worry about anything. I would absolutely recommend her and her services to anyone planning a wedding. Thank you SO much, Amy and staff!!

    Lisa was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was very responsive and always was there to provide advise and recommendations from day one. Her calm demeanor was so helpful the day of and I truly could not have made it through the day without her! She got my vision and executed perfectly! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

    Lisa made my wedding perfect. She handled so much more than I expected. I trusted and respected her. My other vendors even said that my wedding was the smoothest wedding they have worked all year/season. Nothing went wrong. Everything was on time. My guests, my groom and I had the best time! I owe everything to Lisa. She was so easy to talk to, unbelievably helpful and quite professional. I can't say enough good things about her. I will remember our wedding for the rest of my life, and thanks to Lisa, I have amazing memories. Thank you again! I will refer Amy Bridges Events & Lisa Bravo to every engaged girl I meet.

    Yesterday our daughter got married. We worked with Amy Bridges Events for her wedding. Amy and her staff are amazing. I never worked with a wedding coordinator before; knowing that I had many things to keep on top of. It quickly snowballs and Amy was on top of it all for us. She took all of the stress and worry out of planning a wedding. This allowed us to concentrate completely on enjoying the whole experience. On the day of the wedding, ABE took care of setting up the venue, keeping everyone on their timelines and again, taking the worry of all the things that could go wrong. Her staff is amazing. I recommend ABE. I give them 5 stars++

    Amy Bridges Events recently did the week-of coordinating for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. We were fortunate enough to have Lisa Bravo as our week-of coordinator and she did a great job. Even though we only contracted her for the "week-of" Lisa went to great lengths in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding to make sure our contracts with our vendors were finalized and to ensure that she had a clear idea of just how we wanted our wedding to look, feel and flow. The rehearsal / walk-through, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all ran as planned (and on time!) thanks in large part to Lisa. She was professional, kind and respectful to us, our wedding party and our family. She helped to organize the necessary people for our photographs, ensured that the decorations, favors, meals and drinks were all in place as we had discussed and the ceremony / reception went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Lisa for any bride looking for a week-of coordinator.

    Amy Bridges Events is absolutely phenomenal! In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Amy was easy to contact and quick to respond, professional, and assuring. During the rehearsal she was clear, calm and collected as she lead my large bridal party and extended family through all the ceremony details. She took time to address everyone’s questions, while remaining flexible and open to any small changes that I wanted to make. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy every minute leading up to the ceremony knowing that Amy was at the venue coordinating all of our vendors and ensuring that everything was set-up and ready for our big day. The ceremony and reception ran seamlessly thanks to her, and I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been like if Amy had not been there. I have already recommended Amy Bridges Events to one of my friends who will be getting married in May, and I will continue to recommend Amy and her team to everyone I know.

    From the moment my husband and I first met with Amy about our June 2011 wedding, I knew it would be a seamless event. She is organized, efficient, and so easy to work with! She has had plenty of experience with event coordinating in the industry, and I knew she would be perfect for our wedding!

    We hired Amy for the "month of" coordination which began about 45 days before our big day! She immediately contacted all of our vendors to ensure that everything was under control and confirmed with each vendor about the event. Amy also created a formal timeline to keep all vendors on schedule for the wedding! I wouldn't have known where to start with details like that, but Amy knew exactly what to do to make our wedding day perfect! Every vendor was on time and on schedule, including catering, photography, cake, bartender and DJ! She was able to answer any questions that each vendor had and allowed me to work without having to take any extra time off to deal with the little things. She was responsive and detailed and consolidated all vendor contact so I wasn't busy working with 20 different people! I could not have asked for a better person to help coordinate our wedding and it was nothing short of amazing thanks to Amy Bridges Events!

    I would recommend Amy Bridges Events to any Bride & Groom who are looking for a seamless and Amazing wedding day and experience!!

    Amy really is as good as it gets. We got married in June, and it was a destination for us as we were coming from Manhattan and getting married at Chateau St. Jean in Sonoma. From day one, Amy was amazing. She is detailed oriented, sharp and extremely knowledgeable. I knew after our first discussion that she was going to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams. As the icing on the cake, she is one of the sweetest, warmest and most courteous people I have ever met. When I met her, I felt like I had known her forever. On the weekend of the wedding, she had a way about her which was always calming...I was never nervous. Leading up to the wedding, she worked with all of our vendors diligently to make sure everything was perfect. She even caught a few errors on one of our vendor's contracts....and persistently worked to make sure that this one, along with all the others, was exactly how we wanted it. She also came up with great suggestions and ideas that I would have never thought of otherwise. I could rely on her to do things like this and know they would be taken care of, which was especially helpful in planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away.
    Also, even though I only signed up for the month of package, she was ALWAYS willing to answer my questions and ALWAYS got back to me promptly, going above and beyond with the details and her answers. I look forward to seeing her again!
    If you are getting married anywhere in her area, make sure you hire her...it will be the best decision you make!

    I am a marriage officiant with lots of experience working with event planners. Amy is the best! Her communication with me was prompt, complete and courteous. At the event itself we worked very well together collaborating about the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony itself. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her.     I can say with absolute certainly that if you are remotely considering hiring Amy for the biggest day of your life – DO IT!!!! Amy was invaluable. My now husband and I got married at Mayacama Golf Club in Santa Rosa, where they had a wedding planner onsite. After meeting with her a few times, we decided she did not share our vision for our wedding so we let her go.

    After interviewing what seemed like a million wedding coordinators, I thankfully found Amy. She was fantastic right from the start, putting in the immense time and effort to schedule a meeting with the manager of Mayacama to discuss coordination with the club. She has a young, fresh take on wedding styles and ideas and responded to all my emails and calls right away.

    Amy is a very bubbly, positive person and was very supportive of my ideas but did not hesitate to make suggestions. We ended up using her suggestions every time! Amy was incredibly organized and the day of the wedding I literally worried about NOTHING.

    Our wedding was so much fun, I was relaxed and calm the whole day because Amy had every detailed planned to the moment. She smoothly guided my wedding party to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Our guests as well as the staff at Mayacama kept saying they had never, ever seen a wedding go so smoothly,

    Amy took care of all the little detail the day of so my husband, our families and I could sit back and enjoy the most important day of our lives. Thank you Amy for going above and beyond and helping create our perfect wedding!

    I don't know what I would have done without Amy Bridges! Because of her my wedding was perfect & I was able to enjoy every second. All of my vendors raved about her & said she was a joy to work with. She is extremely professional & incredibly organized which are musts for wedding planners. It was so easy to get a hold of her if I had any questions & I loved every second I worked with her. The timeline she came up with was so detailed & everything ran so smoothly.     Amy was fantastic! She was very attentive to details, very prompt in returning calls and emails, and very organized. Amy did a great job of coordinating multiple vendors and communicating the timeline and plans to all involved.

    Amy is reasonably priced and worth absolutely every penny. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help planning an event!

    If you are looking for the perfect Wedding Planner for your Sonoma County Wedding- look no further then Amy Bridges! As a bride on a budget, I tried to do many aspects of my wedding myself. However, as the day got closer I suddenly felt overwhelmed and disorganized and just didn't know what to do. I knew I needed help from a professional. That's when Amy came in to save the day!! I knew the day of the wedding I needed someone to take over all the stresses, so that I could just enjoy myself and be carefree. Little did I know that Amy would help so much along the way- and truly make my wedding day exactly how I'd always dreamed.

    From the moment we had our first meeting my husband and I felt at ease with Amy's experience and friendly vibe. When I told Amy my theme for an Eco-Friendly Farm Wedding, she did not hesitate to help me accomplish my ideas. She worked with my budget. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease. Amy was willing to take care of any item no matter how small. She was always very easy to get ahold of, and kept in contact with me on a regular basis.

    Amy organized all my vendors and kept me on schedule about when each needed to be paid. She created a detailed (right down to who was getting my gifts home the next day) timeline for not only my wedding day, but the day of the rehearsal & day after the wedding as well. This timeline was like my baby blanket. I never once let it leave my sight- until the day of- when I let go of every worry- knowing that I was in good hands with Amy. Each detail that I had forgotten to even consider, Amy was on top of. Amy helped me work with vendors and ask the right questions pertaining to details and costs. She constantly kept in contact with them, keeping each vendor updated on changes we made and the timeline. This gave me time to focus on truly enjoying my engagement and wedding planning in a stress free way.

    Amy ensured that everything was orchestrated smoothly from the walk down the aisle to the tossing of the bouquet. During the wedding day, any question or concern with vendors, etc. went directly to Amy- instead of having me or family members stress. She knew exactly what to do to make the day run just how I wanted- clipboard in hand!

    By hiring Amy, I felt at ease that things would be taken care of and exactly how I wanted. She took over many of the stressful pre-wedding to do's, which freed me up to enjoy my engagement and showers.

    I can honestly say that I would recommend Amy Bridges' services to any bride I know. She will make you feel like the very special bride you are, along with taking charge of anything that you need her to do in a very professional way.

    I decided to Lisa Bravo and her talented team a few months before my wedding. I opted for the Day of Wedding Coordinator Package. I honestly wasn't sure if I really needed anyone to help me the day of the wedding. Boy was I wrong. Lisa and her team made my event flawless. If anything went wrong I had no idea and that's the way it should be the day of your wedding. Lisa and her team were very professional and were always willing to do anything I needed! She went out of her way to pick up some last minute things at the store the day before the wedding! I would definitely recommend Lisa at Amy Bridges Events for all of your wedding needs!

    I arranged a custom package with Lisa Bravo from Amy Bridges Events, where I hired Lisa for a the month-of wedding planning and consultation/referral services for the entirety of my wedding planning. Lisa was really spot-on - she gave me recommendations photographers, florists, hair & makeup etc. and every single person I decided upon was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It made my life so much easier, not having to look through the dozens of service providers to find the right vendors. Lisa took over corresponding with vendors the month before the wedding, which was invaluable as it gave me time to focus on the important details. She basically took care of all the timetable-ing and set-up for all the vendors, and set up the decorations exactly as I had requested. Finally, the day of e wedding - it was so perfect! I didn't have to think of a single thing, worry about the time, or where people had to be at any time - Lisa and her assistants did that for me. It was amazing, and I had the best night in no small part due to her assistance. At the end of the night, she gathered up everything for me - candles, cards, flower arrangements etc., and dropped them at my house while I continued on to our after party. Everything went perfectly, and the whole wedding ran on time. I can't recommend Lisa enough for a Sonoma wedding!

    We booked ABE for our day of coordinator. Overall the exchanges with our coordinator were good, she was prompt and professional. Planning went smoothly but when it came to the big day they're were a few things that didn't go as planned. I completely understand that not everything goes right but the things that we weren't satisfied with could have been prevented with proper preparation from our planner. I still had a great wedding but wish that mostly there was better communication between her and the venue manager so that we would have been more satisfied.
