  Thank you Amelia Florist!!!!!

  I can't thank Amelia Florist and staff and Vickie Young Wenstrup enough for the amazing job they did for my daughter's wedding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Molly's bouquet was exquisite as were the bridesmaids bouquets. I can't say enough about the gorgeous centerpieces - 32 tables and each decorated with mason jars, flowers, candles - perfection! She added little bees to the centerpieces when she found out we were doing honey jars as favors. Isn't that an awesome touch and one that she surprised us with. Vickie has so much talent and vision - she is the most talented and artistic person I have every met. We couldn't quite get the arch the way we wanted and Vickie had it gorgeous within minutes! The swags she used to decorate it were stunning. The flower arrangements around the room were the most beautiful we have ever seen. I can't count the number of guests that commented on the flowers and how gorgeous they were.Thank you Amelia Florist and Vickie for making our daughter's wedding so perfect. I will post pictures when I get the professional ones back from the photographer. I can't wait!!! I wish I could give a 10 plus rating - I truly have never seen so many beautiful flowers and arrangements in one place! Beautiful, affordable, and a personal touch that makes everything perfect! Everyone that works at Amelia Florist loves what they do and it shows in everything they create. Vickie and staff - thank you so so much!!!❤️

  Amelia Florist provided ceremony flowers for our wedding. The vases of flowers were huge and looked and smelled beautiful! We provided them with a picture of what we were looking for and I can honesty say the flowers turned out so much better than the picture we gave them!! They did a great job and we had so many guests compliments! It was worth the investment and we are so happy we choose Amelia Florist!!!

  Imagine that you've booked your florist over a year in advance and three months before the wedding you're told that they are going out of business. As a bride left in panic mode, Amelia Florist stepped in to help! They already had four weddings scheduled for our popular weekend, but told us they would do what it takes to help us out! Don't think that because they are in the little town of Amelia that they can't handle large grandeur weddings because they can! I was very specific in what I was looking for and we wanted a lot of flowers.
  
  We called four other florists after ours cancelled, and knew right away that working with the Amelia Florist was the right choice, Their pricing is competitive and Angie (the wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. She was a well oiled machine and knew the right questions to ask and got me every flower I told her I liked (even though other florists said they couldn't get them in September) and in our budget.
  
  When we saw our bouquets and the tall arrangements at the reception, our jaws dropped. They were beautiful and they went above and beyond to add the extra little details (hello bling) that stood out. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue and and "wowing" us!

  I had a wonderful experience with Amelia Florist for planning my wedding! I worked with Angie and we sat down for an hour to discuss my vision for my day, the flowers I wanted and worked within my budget. On the day of my wedding my flowers arrived at my suite and they were more beautiful then I could have imagined. My bouquet was stunning and all the flowers were exactly what I had pictured. I would highly recommend them for any bride.

Her email was either full so it would not accept emails or the response was very delayed. If you just call though you can get a return call very promptly. Everyone at the shop is very helpful and sweet, I'm very happy with their services.

  I met with Katie to discuss my flowers. They have books with examples of recent weddings, arrangements, bouquet so that you can see their work. Most other florists had books from 1980. I had stopped by the shop day prior to my wedding to give them lockets for my bouquet and saw some of my arrangements. I was concerned about their size and some of the colors and asked if they could fix it since it wasn’t what I had in mind. They did and text me pictures to make sure it was right. They did a great job and at the ceremony helped set up since our venue was running so far behind. I thought some of my arrangements / bouquet would have been a little bigger but they got the colors and arrangements right with exactly the style I was looking for and communicated well!

  Angie was pleasant to work with but we had a few issues the day of the wedding which included receiving dead flowers and they were unable to come out and replace them before the wedding started even though they dropped them off 5 hours before the ceremony.
