Amber was quintessential to making the wedding of our dreams come true! If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further as she will give you everything you want and more. Amber is very easy to communicate with and has unmatched experience. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries and provided recommendations for things we had not even thought about yet. She made the whole process fun and easy and will undoubtedly do the same for you! -

Amber was so instrumental in making our wedding the best day ever. She was so organized leading up to the day I never felt like there were looming loose ends. The setup was exactly what o pictured, her energy was so positive but also calming, she even went above and beyond to help us sort out another vendor issue after the fact while we were on our honeymoon. She know the Santa Barbara area and already had a lot of vendor connections which made us feel confident that execution would go smoothly, and it absolutely did! Thank you so much Amber!!! -

Amber is the BEST!
We hired Amber as our month of coordinator and she was so awesome! From our first conversation we knew she was the perfect planner for us. She has a great make-it-work approach, but gives honest answers based on years of experience to help steer you to the best version of your day. She was available for questions, suggestions and peace of mind throughout the entire planning process and then jumped in seamlessly month-of to coordinate with all of our vendors. We were so grateful for her vendor suggestions, all of whom were fabulous, and for answering all of our questions about the best flow for the night and which design elements were worth the extra money. We made a last minute design tweak and she swapped out our furniture rentals to make our dream aesthetic come true. Our venue had a fountain that the mother of the bride wanted to fill with flowers, but we didn’t have time to set it up and then day of we found that Amber had made it happen with our leftover florals. It was such an amazing finishing touch! -

Amber was amazing! She helped us plan our special day exactly how we imagined it! She thought of all the little details that we didn't know to think of. I would highly recommend Amber if you're looking to take all the stress out of planning a wedding and just want to enjoy it all. -

Amber was so amazing to work with. Part of my professional background was in event planning so I thought I could handle it without a planner but boy was I wrong and Amber was a godsend. She was always so responsive and on top of things whenever I needed her and made my wedding planning and day so seamless. There were so many little questions I had that Amber was able to answer for me and she would help talk me through the pros and cons of my ideas often brining things to my attention that I never would have thought of that really helped make my wedding stand out. My guests remarked on how good the event was in large part thanks to Amber's coordination and guidance. -

Amber won us over during our very first phone meeting. She was so fun, sweet, bubbly, and easy to talk to that we immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she was the one.
During the planning process, we hopped on numerous calls and video chats (and even met up in Santa Barbara where our venue was) to check things off our wedding to-do list. Amber quickly grasped our style and vision, and fully delivered on every detail of our wedding day, from recommending a florist that perfectly fit our style to selecting vibrant tabletop decor that embodied the essence of our summer rooftop wedding. When we saw how everything came together for the first time, we were absolutely thrilled! Amber took care of everything from beginning to end, and we fully enjoyed ourselves with zero stress. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about how unique and beautiful the day was for weeks (& months) after.
We had so much fun planning with Amber and felt like we were in great hands. She was extremely accessible (which we were SO thankful for as we were cramming last minute items during the week of our wedding), and always made us feel comfortable reaching out to her, no matter the time or reason. Overall, we would recommend Amber to anyone in a heartbeat! -

When we started to plan our destination wedding in Las Vegas in March of 2022, I knew I would need a lot of help! I feel so lucky that we found Amber! She was so organized and was always prompt to answer emails and texts, even with questions about what seemed like the smallest details. She kept me sane planning a wedding 2,000 miles away. She gave us recommendations for our photographer, florist, and last minute DJ - and our whole wedding day was flawless. I will never be able to thank Amber enough! 100% recommend for any event that you need help planning! -

There are a lot of decisions made during the wedding process and hiring Amber as our wedding planner was the single best one.
From the first moment we spoke, Amber felt like an old friend. She was someone I knew I could trust and someone experienced that I could turn to when I didn’t have the answers or just felt overwhelmed. And honestly, what more could you ask for as a bride?! And though our wedding was a destination wedding for both my husband and I and Amber, it felt like she was just minutes away. She was incredibly responsive, super flexible, and organized enough to take my scrambled thoughts and Pinterest boards and pull together a wedding day that I could have only dreamed of. She had recommendations for timelines and vendors, helped lift the weight of some of the vendor search, and kept in regular contact about deadlines and things I needed to be thinking about throughout the planning process. She told me early on that her goal was to make sure that I didn’t have to think about a single logistical thing on my wedding day and I can honestly say that she took all of that on so I didn’t have to. If anything went wrong, and I’m sure something did, I never heard a word about it. She is the queen of handling it and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for all of her help. I highly recommend Amber for your planning needs. She’s truly the best! -

We really lucked out with having Amber as our wedding planner! All our other vendors came from recommendations she gave, and in the lead up to the wedding she was incredibly responsive every time we reached out with questions. My blood pressure immediately dropped when we talked on the phone, and we had full confidence in her for both the wedding prep and the day itself. The wedding day was perfect, Amber kept the event proceeding smoothly and dealt with anything that popped up without troubling us. It was an amazing day, thanks in large part to Amber! -

To try to summarize our experience with Amber during our wedding doesn’t feel possible. She is too AMAZING and I have so much gratitude. We got married at a private estate in Las Vegas on 05/08/21. Planning a wedding during COVID was no easy task but she never wavered. Her presence is the one thing that kept me sane and grounded during the process. From the late night phone calls, to last minute changes, to listening to me vent, to always making me feel like her biggest priority and every little detail in between. She made me trust her by her actions and always followed through and delivered. And her eye for design is impeccable when my ideas were a scattered mess. Wedding planning was so overwhelming for me and she is everything in a planner I didn’t even know I needed. And with her guidance, we had the magazine worthy wedding of our dreams ;)

2020 is the year of the pivot. initially my partner and I were planning a destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen, MX and due to covid we had to change our plans. We decided to keep our date (10/31/2020) and get married in Vegas. We had 2 months to plan and prepare!
We had our ceremony at the Wynn Primrose Courtyard and the reception at Carson Kitchen in downtown Las Vegas. I found Amber on Instagram through beautiful pictures of a wedding reception she planned a year prior at the same venue. I loved how he decor and space transformed and knew I wanted to work with her.
She was extremely prompt with my initial inquiry and after the first conversation, it was like talking to a good friend. She knows how to make the planning process VERY manageable and has a knack for spinning everything in a positive light. As a bride who was planning from far away without ever visiting the space, I was worried about all the details, and Amber was always available via phone and text to answer my 50 million questions.
Our wedding wouldn't have been a dream come true if it wasn't for Amber. There's so much I want to rave about! For example...
-- She let me mail some items to her and brought everything to the venue, and then shipped everything back to me too!
-- She printed some wedding signs and also helped me find a projector screen very last minute and was extremely flexible with week-of and day-of changes, always being extremely positive about it all!
-- The wedding timeline was changed VERY last minute and she accommodated all our wishes and asks
-- She found our rental company and helped me think through options with the space arrangement and decor
-- She set up everything EXACTLY how I imagined in our reception venue!
-- She helped me work through issues with the reception venue to accommodate my guests according to covid guidelines (and calmed me down when I thought the reception was ruined!)
-- The day of, she was a dream to work with. She was reading my mind during every moment of the reception and effortlessly made the wedding flow without any hiccups
-- She has a natural ability to stay calm under pressure, handle crazy bridezillas (which I definitely was in some instances!), think of every small detail that would be important (yes you should buy plate chargers) and plan for every possible plan b and plan c.
THANK YOU SO MUCH AMBER! You made this the most magical wedding. I wish everyone could work with you to plan their wedding because I truly believe you are the gold standard for wedding planners and the absolute BEST.

Amber is a true professional. She took all my scrambled ideas and turned them into the wedding of my dreams. Amber kept me on track when I veered off the path, calmed me down when I needed it, and was always available to take my questions. She did a fabulous job bringing my vision to life. My ceremony and reception were in different spots and she organized them flawlessly. Both spaces were absolutely dreamy and my husband and I are so happy with how everything came out. We had so much fun and even though it is now over, we have so many wonderful memories to last us a lifetime. Thank you Amber for executing our vision and being there for us through this process. You have been more than a planner, and we will be forever grateful for making our dream a reality. Look no further, Amber is an amazing planner.
