    Exceptional

    Brooke was absolutely fantastic from day one of hiring her nearly two years out from our wedding, she helped advise us of timelines and gave us unparalleled advice on every detail of our special day. With Covid making everything unpredictable, she was the one constant I knew I could count on. What a sigh of relief she was. We had an intimate elopement across the US with just close family, and she went above and beyond… from the walk through with the venue coordinator when we got there, unbeknownst to me, she was picking up on things I said that she knew would make the day absolutely perfect. Couple examples for you-

    1. Housekeeping accidentally threw out our placecards and custom wedding topper that were in a box in our suite, Brooke went to a staples (in a state she had never been to before) the morning of the wedding and reprinted them and even found the exact ribbon I had to make them look identical!!! She had guest services search dumpsters until they found the wedding topper still pristine in the case it was shipped in!

    2. She even managed (magically I may add) to surprise us with getting our ceremony location moved to the exact place I had dreamed it would be.

    I can’t recommended her enough honestly. She is the glue that held this bride together, because let’s face it- the groom just shows up. Hahah. I would hire her ten times over. Book her already. 1000/5 stars.

    Brooke was amazing! Wedding 9/12/20

    I hired Brooke for a day of coordinator after a friend recommended her to me. I wasn’t originally intending to hire a wedding coordinator but did after so many changes had to be made. I am so happy I hired Brooke! She helped me to organize my wedding timeline and coordinate with all of my vendors for day of plans which took so much off my plate! My wedding day I did not have to worry about a thing and everything happened so smoothly! I was care free and able to have fun with my husband thanks to her! I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone!

    My husband and I hired Amavi Wedding Events and Coordination for rehearsal and day of coordination as a wedding gift for my younger brother and his fiancé. When we decided on this gift our thoughts were that it would be a luxury service that they wouldn’t purchase on their own because they didn’t really “need” it but it would be a nice way to reduce a little stress on their wedding day. Little did we know that they would lose their planned venue weeks prior to their wedding, book a new venue based solely on internet photos from 5 hrs away, and then have new covid restrictions force a tented outdoor reception less than a week before their wedding date. Brooke held their hand through every bump in the road, eased the stress of my entire family, and handled the multiple changes effortlessly. The new venue they chose had only hosted 3 weddings prior to theirs and only 1 after the harsher covid restrictions were in place. Brooke quickly proved to be the glue that was going to hold this entire event together! There were so many small fires on their wedding day that she put out before anyone even smelled the smoke! She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and calm even in the most stressful situations. The owner of the wedding venue even complimented her saying the complete difference he saw in this wedding compared to the ones they had hosted prior without a coordinator and commented that they’d be hiring an on-site “Brooke” as soon as they could! Giving the gift of Amavi Wedding Events and Coordination was by far the best thing we could have given my brother and new sister in law, every future bride NEEDS Brooke!

    Best decision ever!

    Brooke was absolutely fantastic. I am always full of anxiety and Brooke fixed problems before I even knew they were problems. The whole day was amazing and I couldn't have done it without her.

    Couldn't have done it without them!

    We hired Brooke & her team from the beginning to help with the entire planning process and I'm so thankful we did! From the months of planning Brooke coordinated everything with the vendors and had great suggestions for vendors! I had a idea of what I wanted to the day to look like decor and all & she took that created a design board for me to see & from there she made a list of everything I needed to make it come to life, sending links for ordering that all I had to do was click to order. The day couldn't have gone the way it did without them, I didn't have a worry at all the day of about anything being done, they made sure everything was just how I wanted it! The cost is well worth it to have a wedding day thats everything you envisioned and to not have to put the burden on you or your family the day of to do anything! Thank you Brooke and team!

    Amazing Experience!

    Brooke was such a pleasure to work with! Even though our wedding plans did not turn out as originally planned, she was a joy to work with from the moment we hired her on to our vendor team! She was always very responsive to every question & concern that I had. I will definitely recommend her to anyone getting married looking for planning or decor services!

    Mother of the bride

    My daughter‘s wedding was more beautiful than I could ever dreamed of. Amani Wedding & Events prior to the wedding took care of everything coordinating vendors, making all the phone calls scheduling venue walk-throughs. When I walked in to the reception area I was blown away by how beautiful it looked thanks to Brooke and her team. Amavi is the BEST !

    Incredibly helpful!

    Deciding to hire Brooke for "day of coordination" was probably my best purchase for our wedding! She was so helpful in dealing with all of our vendors and coordinating set up, seating charts, parking, and any other misc things that popped up. Having her on our wedding day was a sigh of relief knowing that everything was taken care of. All I had to do was drink my champagne, enjoy getting pampered all while knowing she had everything under control. For the piece of mind alone, I highly recommend. would give a million stars if I could. definitely 5 out of 5, all across the board.

    Hire amavi!

    I would highly recommend Amavi! If you want your big day to flow effortlessly, hire them! Brooke and Colleen were amazing throughout the whole wedding process! From keeping my fiancé and I on track leading up to the wedding to making my wedding day run seamlessly! Brooke was and remained super responsive from the first time I reached out to her, she always made herself available to answer any of my questions no matter how small or silly they were. On the day of the actual wedding Brooke and Colleen were given boxes of signs, and other decorations. They were able to decorate my venue better than I could have ever imagined! The two of them are a dynamic duo and will not let you down! We were hesitant if we needed a day of coordinator at first but I couldn’t have imagined my day without the two of them!! They were able to organize with vendors and provided a detailed timeline so that everyone was on the same page. Brooke and Colleen also professionally handled any and every obstacle thrown at them, none of which being their fault. We thought we would just need their services to help decorate our venue since we weren’t able to set up the day before but we quickly realized how instrumental of a role they played in making our day perfect!! I am so grateful for the both of them and all they do to take the stress away from wedding planning!

    My day wouldn’t have been the same without Amavi!

    Now that my wedding is over, I could write a book on the importance of having a wedding coordinator, especially coordinators as excellent as Brooke and her assistant Colleen. From the very start of wedding planning, I knew my Type A personality would stress me out the day of my wedding, when I couldn’t control a thing. I found Amavi by chance and emailed Brooke. She responded so quickly with a warm welcome and we set up a meet and greet. She was so professional, yet down to earth and I knew she was perfect. A few months before the wedding, we starting finalizing the details for the wedding. Brooke thinks of EVERYTHING. It made it so easy for me to figure out what I needed to do before the big day. She confirmed vendors and the timeline for the day, making suggestions as needed to help the day run smoothly. My wedding day was calling for rain, which caused a complete panic and meltdown for this Type A bride. Brooke and Colleen handled it all. They had a back up rain plan, which thankfully wasn’t needed. They organized the decor and made changes as needed. They stayed in contact with me throughout the day, asking decor questions to make sure I was happy. We even had lost paint pens from moving everything to the venue and Brooke and Colleen went to get them so the guest book could be signed! They worked so well with my crazy bridal party and kept everything organized. We couldn’t rehearse Friday so they ran through it with the bridal parties that day so everything went smoothly during the ceremony. I bought party items to be brought out while dancing that I totally forgot about, but Brooke didn’t. 8pm, here comes Brooke, with glow sticks and flashing glasses in hand, right on the dance floor and the guests went wild, taking the party to a whole new level. I could go on and on about how fantastic Amavi Wedding Events and Coordination are, but you should find out for yourself!!!

    You don⠹t know what you're missing!

    Just. Do. It. Best decision we made for our wedding day. Brooke was the backbone of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding I was so stressed about making sure everything would run smooth, didn’t miss any steps/details.. until Brooke came along. There wasn’t a single detail that wasn’t perfect (at least to my knowledge), everything ran SO smooth, all without me stressing one bit.

    If you’re on the fence about a coordinator, DO IT. I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for Brooke taking the stress away and making my wedding a dream come true!

    Hire AMAVI! You won’t regret it!

    We hired AMAVI as our day of wedding coordinators and were very impressed with Brooke and Hannah’s levels of accommodation, attention to detail, hustle and care. Brooke from AMAVI was faced with a host of challenges in coordinating our wedding day and handled all of them like the true professional that she is. I was a very last minute yet particular bride who had tons of DIY projects slated for execution on the big day. Brooke met with me on multiple occasions in the months leading up to the wedding and went above and beyond in discussing each detail of my day and taking notes to ensure she was as prepared as possible. On the day of the rehearsal she was very patient in coordinating all 25 adults and 5 children in our large wedding party; providing us with valuable direction on anything from where to stand, when to walk down the aisle, and what would sound/look best on our day (which was no easy task). On the day of the wedding, both Brooke and Hannah were responsible for picking up my flowers from Weavers and delivering them to our venue first thing in the morning. I trusted them completely with this task (despite how nervous I was not seeing the flowers before the ceremony and not seeing them incorporated into the décor) and I did not regret it. They followed my instructions perfectly; from setting up centerpieces, flowers, tablescapes and more – they made sure everything was as we discussed. In fact, a few things didn’t turn out how I had planned them in my head and Brooke used her eye for design and it turned out even BETTER than I envisioned. All the while, this was done in conjunction with coordination with the caterers, the baker, bus drivers, officiant, photobooth company, rental company and DJs prior to the ceremony start. Once the ceremony began all the way through clean-up, Brooke and Hannah made sure everything ran smoothly and in accordance with our pre-discussed timeline. She worked with vendors throughout the evening to address various problems such as the caterer running out of food, issues with lighting in the tent, etc. (none of which were the fault of AMAVI). Hiring AMAVI took so much stress out of our day and I could not have ever pulled it off without their help. I can say that we trusted AMAVI with a huge task, and they shined in accomplishing it. I would highly recommend AMAVI to anyone looking for a wedding day coordinator.

    Wonderful, hands down the best!
