Working with Amarvelous Event was the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, the owner was incredibly organized and responded to every question promptly, which made the planning process feel manageable even while I was juggling a full-time job. She handled all the vendor communication and contract reviews, so I only had to focus on the big decisions about how I wanted my day to look. What really set her apart was her design eye—every detail came together beautifully, and her collection of decorations saved me from spending a fortune on rentals. On the actual wedding day, she kept everything running like clockwork and made sure everything felt effortless. The full planning and design package was worth every penny. -

Working with Vicki at Amarvelous Event was everything we needed during our final 2 months of wedding planning. We hired Vicki with the intent to help us wrap things up towards the end of planning, she did that and so much more. Her flexibility and commitment to accommodate our needs, living on the opposite side of the country, never went unnoticed with numerous late night meetings or calls/texts for last minute questions. The planning documents provided by Vicki with exquisite details kept us on track for planning and gave us a strong backbone for what our day was going to look like. Without these, we believe our day would not have run as smoothly as it did. Vicki was our right hand on wedding day and we had ZERO worries for how things were moving along. Everything flowed so effortlessly from start to finish leaving ourselves and our guests extremely impressed. Amarvelous Event exceeded our expectations from the beginning of this process and all the way through to the end. She made what most describe as a stressful time, a fun and memorable experience for us. Vicki made our wedding dreams come to life! We hired her as our month-of coordinator. As soon as we signed the contract with her about 6 months out from the wedding, she requested an early look at all our vendor contracts we had already booked. She knew the details of our wedding even before our first official meeting a month out from our event. From that first meeting, I knew we were in the best hands with Vicki. She helped fill the gaps that I did not know needed to be planned, she communicated professionally with all our vendors and created a detailed and seamless timeline for the big day, and she handled all mishaps so flawlessly that my husband and I had no idea anything went wrong and the day felt more perfect than we could have imagined. We loved working with Vicki so much on our wedding that we asked her to help us design our welcome dinner the night before as well. The only suggestion we gave her was that we wanted red roses and she ran with it and executed the most beautiful event that everyone raved about.
I cannot imagine how our weekend would have gone without Vicki and her team. We were able to just relax and enjoy this special time because we knew she had it all under control. If you're looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, Vicki is the best of the best! -

First, I have to say working with Vicki from Amarvelous Event was amazing!!! I was a bride-to-be planning everything within 2 MONTHS (time was ticking)....but with my personality and not wanting to be a Bridezilla, my fiance & I knew that I could use the help! So first we picked out venue, then was on Instagram on a full blown mission trying to find my wedding planner! I came up on Amarvelous Event's account, and messaged her asap! Out of the wedding planners we talked to, we picked Amarvelous Event because I felt like she was going to make my wedding planning experience way easier. Vicki took on the challenge of helping us with 2 MONTHS to go! She was familiar with our venue and how they do things there and we felt like she was perfect for the task at hand! She kept in touch, she was VERY ORGANIZED, and she made our dream wedding vision come true! I was so grateful she was able to do the things that she did in such short amount of time! What stood out to us when working with Amarvelous Event, is that she was very attention to details and anything that needed to be setup day of the wedding, she did! When hiring a wedding planner, the most important things to us was that everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding, and Vicki and our venue team did just that! Vicki from Amarvelous Event definitely met our expectations, from planning, to setting up with the vendors, passing party favors, to the reception room reveal, fixing my wedding dress constantly (big PLUS), and having us feel like everything was going so smoothly, that me and my husband (I can say that now) can just drink and dance the night away...that is what I call, BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER! Gorgeous balloon arch
Vicki was amazing to work with, she is very responsive and genuinely kind. I was cohosting a baby shower and she provided the balloon arch for us. It turned out better than we imagined. Working with Amarvelous Event took the stress and worry out of the largest decoration we were having. I recommend them to everyone! -

We just had our wedding one week ago, and I am still in absolute awe of Vicki at Amarvelous Event. I met Vicki almost exactly a year ago at the Fort Lauderdale Bridal Expo, and from our very first conversation, I knew she was the only person I could trust to bring our wedding to life.
We hired Vicki as our month-of coordinator, but she was even there for us MONTHS in advance, consistently checking in, guiding us, and answering every question with patience and expertise in a timely manner. She made sure we were always on the right track and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process.
But where Vicki truly shined was on our wedding day. The night before, we had a sudden family health scare, and without missing a beat, Vicki stepped up and made it a priority to ensure they were comfortable the entire day. She communicated with all of our vendors to ensure not only that my husband and I were cared for, but that our family’s needs were fully supported throughout the day.
Amidst all the moving parts and unexpected moments, Vicki was the calm. She brought a sweet, steady, supportive energy that made her feel like a best friend by my side. I genuinely cannot imagine our day without her.

Working with Amarvelous Event was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment they came on board, we felt completely taken care of and on the actual day, we truly felt like Guests of Honor instead of hosts running around trying to manage the chaos. That peace of mind alone is priceless.
What stood out most was their calm, confident presence and the fact that they anticipated every need before we could even think of it. As a Bride on a budget, Amarvelous Event was absolutely worth the cost!
Vicki was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was professional, thorough, and knew what we needed when we had no clue. We used her partial planning services for the month prior to the wedding and day of, and if it wasn’t for her, I don’t think my wedding would have turned out as well as it did. It was the best night of my life, and that was only because of Vicki and her wonderful assistant. With them in your corner, you won’t need to worry about the small details coming together and they’ll take care of issues before you ever notice them— if you ever notice them! If you splurge for anything, let it be a planner. -

Our daughter attended a wedding expo in West Palm Beach, put her name in a drawing, and won a discount for wedding planning from Amarvelous Events.
As parents of the bride, paying for her wedding was our gift to our daughter. My husband did not think we really needed a wedding planner, he was sure our daughter, her siblings, and the two of us could do this all on our own. But no longer living in the same town as our daughter, and as mother of the bride trying to help our daughter from a distance, having a wedding planner started to sound like the most sensible thing to do.
Because of many not so great stories I've heard from friends about pushy, difficult wedding/event planners, I wasn't keen on investing the money that way.
But Vicki changed all those negatives to a positive! From our first group zoom call with her we knew she was the personality we needed. Vicki was amazing!
Due to family health issues, we had numerous financial limitations and Vicki was fantastic working with us, helping us with ideas to plan what turned out to be a larger wedding than we expected, and to plan it within a budget we could work with. Our daughter and her fiance were beyond grateful for this, and for everything Vicki did to help her with pretty much everything going into wedding planning!
The wedding ceremony was to be an outside park ceremony (Royal Palm Beach Commons Park- absolutely beautiful!), but due to the thousand percent humidity, the 100+ degree weather (in mid May 2024) and storms moving in, Vicki was right on top of everything and quickly moved the outside ceremony inside to the upper level reception hall. She and her team rearranged the reception room so quickly to set up for the wedding ceremony! (we didn't see this in action, our guests told us everything she did, our guests were very impressed with Vicki and how she was able to make the quick changes! To this day they still talk about what she did!).
The planning and execution that Vicki and her team did for us, the amount of stress she took off of us, and the fabulous job she did on our daughter's wedding day was worth every cent! Vicki did all this at 5 months pregnant, and being affected by the heat and humidity! While she was dealing with that, she took the time to fan the overheated bride - you can't get more kind than that!
For future brides, (or for any event!) we can say that working with Vicki and Amarvelous Event is most definitely worth adding to your budget! Vicki is not only personality plus, she really really knows her stuff!!
We would definitely hire Vicki and Amarvelous Events again! -

Working with Vicki at Amarvelous Event was amazing. From our very first meeting, her attention to detail completely blew us away.
Vicki was not only professional but also super friendly, which made the whole planning process so much easier and fun. Vicki kept us on track (which is saying something, considering my husband and I are natural procrastinators) and was a strong advocate when dealing with our vendors. In the month leading up to our wedding—and especially on the big day—she handled all the little details so we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves.
Our wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how well-organized everything was. Vicki's timeline was so thorough that even my husband’s sister, who’s a photographer, said she wished the weddings she works at were as well-planned.
One of the standout moments for us was when Vicki and her assistant completely rearranged our table designs to match our pre-planned diagram when the florist couldn’t accommodate our vision. On top of that, she also orchestrated a super-tight turnaround schedule for our vendors and ensured that the ceremony took place outside as planned despite some rain earlier in the afternoon. The space ended up looking even better than we’d imagined, and it felt exactly like the inspiration we’d shared with her.
When we were searching for an event planner, we wanted someone professional and detail-oriented—Vicki genuinely exceeded these expectations, bringing our vision to life flawlessly. One example of her attention to detail that really stuck with us was during the ceremony setup. The venue put out the correct number of chairs for our guest count but didn’t factor in that a large chunk of our guests were actually part of the wedding party and wouldn’t be sitting with everyone else. Vicki noticed this and had the extra chairs removed before the ceremony started so our photos wouldn’t show rows of empty seats. It was such a small detail that we never would’ve caught in time, but Vicki handled it before we could even notice.
Considering all the services provided in our package, we felt we received fantastic value for our investment. Our only regret is not finding Vicki sooner! If we could do it all over again, we would have started working with her from day one. I’m certain she would have saved us a lot of time, money, and even some heartache when dealing with vendors.
If you’re looking for someone to make your event seamless and unforgettable, we can’t recommend Amarvelous Event enough. Vicki made our vision a reality and went above and beyond every step of the way. -

The best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Amarvelous Event. I knew when I got engaged that I wanted a planner, but didn’t know where to even look. I found Amarvelous at the Bridal Expo at the fairgrounds and immediately got their information. After a consultation with Vicki, we hired her right away.
We were in contact constantly the months leading up to the wedding, and the day of she was absolutely incredible. We had a last minute change in plans at the venue since it was so hot outside, we moved the ceremony inside and she was on top of everything. She got everything set up for the ceremony and it looked absolutely beautiful. All of the tables were set up exactly how I imagined.
Vicki also handled all of the communication with my vendors the week of, which took so much off my plate. The timeline that she made for us was amazing and kept me at ease knowing that everything had a planned time and everyone (vendors and bridal party) had a copy of it.
When it came time for different planned moments, like the cake cutting or the toast, everything was already set up and ready to go for us. I didn’t even realize how much she was doing in the background for us until I reflected on the wedding later, realizing that the party I was throwing for other people felt like a party that was thrown for me and my husband. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything that I could have possibly stressed over Vicki handled which let me just enjoy the evening with everyone.
Even when I was hot and sweaty after dancing, Vicki was right there handing me an Amarvelous fan to cool myself off with.
Vicki was absolutely stellar at her job and made my life as the bride so much easier and stress free. Plus, she is such a sweet person, I felt like she really truly cared about my night and making sure I was enjoying myself and that everything was what I imagined it would be. She checked in on me several times, before and after the ceremony. We already miss her!
10/10, We will absolutely recommend her to everyone I know.
So if you want a smooth, stress free wedding day, I 100% recommend Amarvelous Event. It will be the decision you will make for yourself!

Amarvelous Experience!!
My husband and I knew we wanted a destination wedding in Florida. Having a beach ceremony was a top priority for my husband. We had already selected our venue when we hired Vicki at Amarvelous Event. We knew that we couldn't do this alone since we both live in NYC. When I reached out to Vicki, she responded fairly quickly. We were able to see our venue in person (we had only seen it through video and had one of my aunt's go see it) and also have a sit down with Vicki. What I loved about Vicki that led to us working with her is her experience with NYC events, her attention to details, her asking all the things that we didn't think of beforehand. She was on it! Vicki was great to work with. She's quick to respond with any questions, she listens to her couples, offers her suggestions/expertise if asked or if you feel you're in a rut but all while ensuring that your wedding day is how YOU envision it to be. Vicki also makes sure things are done in a timely manner with a monthly checklist and a wedding day timeline (super helpful!). Our wedding day was spectacular. We've had several guests express how this was their first beach ceremony wedding and how much they loved how everything came out from florals, music, food and cake. The love from our family and friends was definitely felt. Oh, and should I add that I somehow ended up getting some makeup on my dress BEFORE the ceremony and Vicki came in clutch with the tide to go! Vicki designed the table numbers with the same style as our wedding invitations and welcome sign. I didn't realize it until after I saw photos from our wedding day! It's the small things! Vicki, thank you for everything. Thank you for taking this journey with us. Our wedding day was beautiful. Everyone had such a good time! My aunt asked when is the wedding renewal vows so we can do it all over again ... ha! Know that you will be taken care of with Amarvelous Event, highly recommend! -

Vicki at Emarvelous Events made our wedding day spectacular.
We would not have had this special day happen without her.
We told her our theme we wanted and to have an intimate outdoor wedding with family and close friends.
We planned our honeymoon to Maui Hawaii and decided to do a Hawaiian theme wedding at a dear friends house in Las olas outside.
I have to say I was so worried about the weather..
Vicki always reassured me everything is going to be ok not to worry …
When I arrived to the house getting ready to walk down the aisle, I looked out the windows and my breathe was taking away how everything turned out.
Vicki knocked it out of the park .
I had this vision and she excelled our expectations and more.
After two weeks after our wedding we are still getting feedback it was the best wedding they ever been to .

When I was looking for an event planner, I hoped to enlist someone that understood my vision for our wedding and was able to heighten the planning experience in ways that my immediate family wouldn’t. Vicki, our AMAR-velous Event Planner, was a great asset to our wedding down to the last detail and exceeded my expectations. Whenever I had a question, she helped me do research and assisted in refocusing me during times of stress in ways no one else could. Planning your wedding can prove to be a very time consuming, money sucking thing. It can seem insurmountable without the help of people that know what they’re doing, and if you’re not careful, you can get lost in other peoples’ visions for your special day! You also don’t want to entrust this to just anyone…you want to know that they’ve got experience and actually know what they’re doing. When I tell you, Vicki knew what she was doing - she confidently helped ease the burden on me and for that I’m forever grateful.
Let’s face it, not all guys really enjoy party planning! And while sure, that’s okay, it sort of made me unsure of what to do with some things. My guy is your average go with the flow sort of husband, and he basically left most of the planning to me. As long as we stayed within a certain budget, he was fine with me taking the reigns. Needless to say, it was a relief to have someone like Vicki Amar to come into the picture and help me with the vision I had for my wedding. She was also often someone I vented to during times of insanity when I felt like no one understood why I wanted things done my way instead of theirs; She saw my dream and was consistently supportive of it. I had a vision that not many others understood, but Vicki stood by my side every step of the way as my sounding board, validated my choices, and reassured everyone. For example, when we fell behind the timeline on the day of the wedding, Vicki let everyone know that we would be able to get things such as photos taken and still have plenty of time to party. And we did, we made it happen.
Something that stood out for me and impressed me is how Vicki put together a very detailed and organized timeline for the wedding; It definitely helped tether me down on the week before and the day of my wedding, when I had a million thoughts running through my mind and didn’t need the extra stress of dealing with someone else’s emergency that was already explained to them multiple times. Everything was listed for everyone in the bridal party, the immediate family, the entertainment team, and the aesthetics team so no one needed to ask me practically anything unnecessary to cause unneeded stressors. She even went so far as to make my mom a special copy of the itinerary that omitted her special dance with me, so as not to ruin the surprise! Talk about going that extra mile. And when the time came for our honeymoon, Vicki and her team helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon destination and book the perfect trip!
After our wedding and even after our honeymoon, for months, everyone kept telling my husband and I how wonderful our wedding was, that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Everything ran smoothly and I’ll remember that day for the rest of my life. I highly recommend you book your wedding and event planning in general with AMAR-velous Event. Vicki is an intelligent, creative, sincere, and professional business woman with a great personality and a true talent for party planning, whether you’re on a budget or looking to have an all-out, big, fat party, she will make it truly magnificent and memorable.

Amarvalous Event helped plan and execute our long-awaited baby shower and we could not be more pleased with how kind and attentive they were. They took our ideas, made them happen and handled logistics for us and then they showed up with more amazing decorations and special touches than we could have imagined.
Vicki was absolutely phenomenal, and she was instrumental in creating the fun garden party we were hoping for and helping our day go smoothly. She was so efficient and executed everything flawlessly while also being calm and caring the whole time. I honestly don’t know where to start! The amount of professionalism I received from Amarvelous Event I can’t even begin to explain how satisfied we are with all the decorations. As many do, I shopped around and priced out different vendors for my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner party decorations. Only Amarvelous Events stayed true to their word and promised, if fact, exceeded what they originally described they would do and quoted so it was easy to choose. They truly went above and beyond what we expected. From the very start, Vicki had attention to detail. She listened to what I wanted and expanded on it. She provided me detailed descriptions, pictures and options, and pricing to meet my budget along with constant communication and always responsive. She offered her expert opinions, and I had no stress at all, even the day of the party. I went to the venue to drop off the cake and Vicki and Mikael had it all under control. I had no reason to stay, they did it all! That alone was very impressive as I need to be in control of what is happening, but I stepped back, and Amarvelous Event took care of it all to perfection (and I’m hard to please). Vicki really listened to what I wanted; I was super, super impressed. She made my vision come to life when I sent her a picture of a balloon arch which I know is a lot of work. She literally replicated it, in fact, she made it better, truly stunning and the centerpieces she enhanced as well. She even added cute decorations on the tables here and there that I didn’t even know about but were lovely and added to the existing décor. THEY WERE ALL ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Now let’s talk about the pictures Mikael took during the event. He captured moments that I would not have taken. They let me sit back and relax and enjoy the party. They literally took care of it all. When I received the photos back, they were just as organized as the entire planning they have done since day one. They were categorized by the events of the night. I can’t say enough how professional they are. I was getting compliments all night and I have no doubt choosing Amarvelous Events was the best decision. I can’t wait to use them again for my next event. In current times, where customer service is lacking, I was very happy to see it isn’t lost with Amarvelous Events.
