Working with Saulo and his team was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, they truly saw my vision—and not only did they understand it, they brought it to life with such care, creativity, and precision. Every detail, from the welcome party to the reception, was executed beautifully and seamlessly.
Saulo and his team handled everything with calm professionalism and made the entire process feel effortless for us. I was able to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend knowing they had everything under control. The transitions, the timing, the atmosphere—every part of it flowed perfectly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Saulo and his incredible team. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and on top of every detail—big and small. As two busy designers with a very specific vision, we knew we weren’t the easiest clients, but Saulo handled everything with ease, grace, and an impeccable eye for design.
We were especially focused on keeping things minimal, clean, and thoughtful, and Saulo completely understood our aesthetic. His design sense is excellent—he never missed a single detail we requested, no matter how tiny. Every element felt intentional, beautifully curated, and exactly in line with our vision.
Thanks to Saulo and his team, especially Yareli, we were able to enjoy the process without stressing over the logistics. We’re so grateful for the care he brought to our day. -

Where do I start... Saulo and his team were absolutely amazing. They took care of my husband and I throughout our whole wedding process and brought our vision to life. Saulo and his team responded to our questions and concerns and calmed any nerves we had. They made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about anything and was able to enjoy the whole day with my husband. I cannot rave enough about Saulo and his team. I thought having a resort coordinator would be enough and I was so wrong. Saulo and his team took charge and made sure everything was perfect! Exceptional planner!
Saulo saved my wedding! After having to part ways with another planner I found Saulo through researching online and reading incredible reviews. Saulo and his team are timely, efficient, creative and professional. He took the time to do a site inspection with his team to measure and map out every detail at the resort. He stuck to his deadlines and not only did he do all of the decor and planning, but also made a checklist for me to be sure I was sticking to deadlines with other vendors as well. He truly is the GOAT and we feel so lucky to have had him plan and save our wedding! -

Casa kimberly perfection
Where do we even begin to explain how wonderful working with the entire team at Saulo Gonzalez. From our very first meeting they were the most responsive, professional, prompt, and fun team to work with. Obviously working with a design team in a different country brings some hesitation, but they understood our vision from the very beginning. Amanda specifically was so incredible. I had a lot of questions and very specific visions and she answered every email, provided the most detailed mockups and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Getting married at Casa Kimberly had been my dream for years and they had never done a wedding before. The day of the wedding, after seeing my vision come to life thanks to the Saulo Gonzalez team, brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't believe how perfectly they nailed every detail. It was more than we ever could have dreamed of. I'm so sad the wedding is over, not only because it was a dream but because I don't get to talk with my favorite team every day!! We can not recommend the SG team enough- we know there are big things coming for them!!! -

We are a Canadian couple and have always wanted to do a destination wedding in Mexico but had some reservations on how the planning process would go from a different country. Saulo and his team did such an amazing job! The day of went seamlessly and it was absolutely perfect and everything we wanted. Saulo always had our best interest in mind when it came to dealing with venue/any vendors throughout the process. His eye for design was very evident and you can tell how passionate he is about helping his clients make their vision come to life. Saulo and Amanda were incredible in making our wedding special! Most weddings I have been to always have some sort of problem come up during the day, but ours went without a hitch. It was the perfect day in every way. They worked with us tirelessly to keep the event within our budget, negotiate on our behalf, and coordinate with all vendors. It made wedding planning SO easy and stress-free for us.
Highly recommend working with their team if you want to focus your time and energy on this new chapter of your life, instead of worrying about the wedding planning logistics. They made our wedding by far the best our guests had ever attended in their lives (yes, had many guests tell us this). You cannot go wrong with picking them to help coordinate your special day. -

Wedding Planning Hero
Wow I couldn’t be more thankful for 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒍𝒐 and his expertise. At first I didn’t have much of a vision for him to work with. After telling him just a few ideas of what I wanted my dream wedding to look like he did what he does best and made it come to life. It turned out even more beautiful than what we could have imagined. He helped with things that I wouldn’t even have thought of and made the whole process seamless and easy. It’s just a bonus that he happens to be fabulous and an outstanding personality.
You can really tell how much he cares about your vision and goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. Our wedding wouldn’t have gone off the same without him. If you’re even questioning if you need a wedding coordinator let this be your sign. 10/10 fabulous and we’re so thankful to have had him. More Than We Could Have Imagined
I know that everyone’s wedding day should be the best day of their lives, but this day was truly, by FAR, the absolute best day of our lives, and probably will be forever. Saulo and his team absolutely blew our expectations away!!
From the moment we first met on video, we knew right away that Saulo HAD to be our wedding planner. We had prepared questions for the interview, and before we even had the chance to ask anything, Saulo had already answered all prepared questions and exceeded our expectations. It was a match that was meant to be!
SG Events were extremely flexible and accommodating with us. We, naturally, flip flopped a few times between different choices of vendors and options, as we were trying to be price conscious without compromising our special day. Our changes were met with patience, kindness and understanding.
Every meeting we had with Saulo and his team helped to keep us grounded and prevent unnecessary stress.
I’m not going to lie, once we saw the venue, I was worried about the space and couldn’t envision how it would be filled/utilized. But once our special day arrived, SG Events had put together the most spectacular set up, and had used every square inch of our venue to create the most breathtaking experience.
Several times throughout our day, we had many of our guests come up to us and let us know that this was the most fun and memorable wedding that they had ever been to. Truly a cherry on top of our day!
Saulo and team, again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This day was even more beautiful and special than we could have ever imagined and it will remain in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We are forever grateful for you.

Since the first day meeting Saulo, we trusted him. We could tell how invested he was to be apart of our special day. Saulo and his team are very professional but light hearted enough to keep the stress down on your wedding day. The outcome of everything far exceeded our expectations. We knew what to expect and we were still blown away at how beautiful everything was. One of my guests told me “we had the most beautiful head table they have ever seen”. When I say the decor was amazing- prepare yourself because it will go above your wildest dreams!
If you want a team that goes above and beyond, look no further. Down to the decor- to the food- to the servers he brought in to keep up the party- every detail was covered by him and his team. Not only were we blown away, but our guests were as well. The amount of compliments we have received reiterates how amazing our wedding was and the amazing job Saulo and his team did. Our guests kept becoming more and more surprised at all the things they didn’t expect. Like our mariachi band, down to the sparklers they lit off during our first dance, every detail kept our guests on their toes and they truly loved it.
If you are contemplating hiring Saulo and his team- THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Stop what you’re doing and message him now! You will not regret it!

When my husband and I decided to get married in Puerto Vallarta, since we live in the US, we knew right away we would need a wedding planner to help with the planning. Based on their stellar reviews and the fact they have experience working with LGBTQ+ couples, we thought Amanda and Saulo would be perfect for us, and they did not disappoint! From our first zoom meeting until the day of the wedding, we were incredibly satisfied with the services they provided. Much of our communication throughout the process was with Amanda. We can not say enough good things about our experience working with her. We weren’t totally sure what to expect at our wedding; however, we were blown away by how gorgeous everything was. Our wedding journey was made so much easier by all of the hard work they put in. We highly recommend using Amanda and Saulo to anyone who is looking for exceptional wedding planners in the PV area. -

We cannot recommend Saulo and his wonderful team enough! We were previously working with a different planner and things didn’t go very smooth so we had to move on and find another planner for our destination wedding in PV. We found Saulo and his team 3 months out and we were lucky enough that he accepted to take our project even though he had other weddings a week before and after ours. We seriously don't know how we would've done it without Saulo. Me and my husband are very busy and we weren’t able to visit our venue before our day. However we knew we were in good hands. Saulo was so experienced, organized, and took both our vision & budget into account when providing options and making suggestions. He far exceeded our expectations and we had the wedding of our dreams. In addition, we highly recommend to include his fire show in your wedding package. So worth it. We truly miss that day. If I could do it all over, we would work with Saulo every time. We love you!!! -

He makes dreams come true!
Never had I imagined having a destination wedding, but when my significant other popped the question in Mexico, I knew we needed to return to get married in such a special place. Living in the United States, I knew it would be a challenge to plan a destination wedding, especially because my husband (then fiancé) and I work close to 12 hours a day. I knew we needed help, and quick! After a quick google search, I found an angel who was sent from heaven and his name was Saulo Gonzalez. During our first Zoom meeting, we instantly clicked, and I knew Saulo was going to become my best friend (he became besties with my husband too). Saulo was thorough, detailed, organized, thoughtful, caring and instantly put my mind at ease every time we spoke. Saulo and his team organized two very special days for my husband and I, our welcome party and our wedding day. Saulo made our dreams come true with both of these events. I had a vision in my head of how things would look, but when I walked into these events, that vision that was now a reality was 1,000 times better than anything I could have ever thought of. He will keep you on track throughout the entire process and promptly respond to you with questions you have. Trust me when I say, he makes dreams come true!

He really made my dream wedding come true. It was everything I dreamed of and more. From start to finish he made the process so easy especially us living in California it was hard finding great vendors out in Mexico and he found some of the best ones that worked with our price budget. We met Saulo through a mutual friend and felt that we could trust him from the start to create the wedding of our dreams! Saulo was helpful, patient, creative and professional throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, the venue we chose gave us what felt like endless challenges and made it feel like a complete nightmare to plan a wedding with them, but Saulo handled each issue professionally and quickly with the resources available to him. We are very thankful to have had him in the many instances where we needed to advocate for ourselves with our venue Marival Armony, and I don’t know what the outcome would’ve been without Saulo!
Aside from the venue challenges, Saulo brought our wedding vision to life with the budget we had, and our wedding day was everything we imagined it would be. Saulo was very quick to respond to almost all of my panic-filled text messages and stressed out emails, regardless of the time or day. He has been an incredible wedding planner and friend throughout the process and always tried to create a positive experience for me as a bride to the very best of his ability. He recommended all incredible vendors including our photography/videography, florals and mariachi band.
Saulo is knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to any couples looking to get married in the PVR area! Thank you for everything Saulo! -

From the moment we met Saulo we loved his energy. Aldo and I live in Dallas and we wanted someone very organized in Puerto Vallarta to be in charge of our wedding. We are so lucky to have gotten the best wedding planner. I hired Saulo a few months out from our wedding date when I became overwhelmed with the planning process. He helped me with week of and day of wedding planning and coordinating, and I truly could not have done it without him!
He has beautiful taste and truly has an eye for aesthetics and decor. He kept us on track with timing the day of the wedding and made sure all of our vendors were in their places according to the schedule. He created a thoroughly detailed wedding program leading up to the wedding and he executed every detail perfectly.

Excellent Wedding Planning Service
I cannot express how grateful we are to Saulo and his team for our amazing wedding day. From day one, he was super organized and had all the information we needed. He went out of his way to check out the venue for us even before we had contracted him (it was a destination wedding, so we could not check out the venue ourselves). He gave us a breakdown of what to expect as we went through the wedding planning process. He was also very good at sending reminders which was very helpful as it kept my husband and I on track. He got us really awesome vendors and consolidated everything, so signing contracts and making payments was super simple. Saulo and his team made everything so easy that we felt like guests at our own wedding. Also, he is very flexible, we had a relatively small budget, and he was able to work with it to give us exactly what we wanted. He made sure we had food and drinks and that we took some breaks during the wedding. He is fantastic to work with. If you are planning a destination wedding, I would highly recommend that you check him out. As an added bonus, he did join us on the dance floor and danced with us for a bit which I personally loved. Saulo and Amanda are the best planners I could have wished to have for my destination wedding. They organized everything so well, they were there for me when I asked them last minute things even on the day of, they are so professional, and know everything and anything that goes into planning. They will make your life 100x easier. A planner really makes a difference in your wedding experience, not just the planning part but dealing with all the tiny details a bride shouldn't have to even know about. I know this because in the beginning I planned it and then I realized I really needed someone there for me to contact the vendors in Mexico. I recommend Saulo's team 10 out or 10 and will definitely be using them again for our future mexico events. -

My wife and I had a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta from the US and naturally, we had no idea about how to plan a wedding, much less figuring out the different types of vendors and styles we wanted. Saulo and his team were able to get our requirements and style down while staying within our budget, as well as being flexible when we wanted to add/remove elements from our special event.
We experienced some turnover when coordinating, but Saulo was able to collect all of our information as quickly as possible within the alotted timeframe.
As for the actual outcome of the wedding — everything turned out fantastic! Even better than what my wife and I anticipated, even with the financially driven cost cutting measures taken: the decor, planning, and overall flexibility during our wedding weekend from Saulo and the vendors was very much appreciated. I would 100% recommend Saulo to anyone and trust in his abilities to make your special occasion as stress free as possible.
