We chose Alyssa's Day of Coordination Package and found it to be exactly what we needed. She and Ariana went above and beyond for us! The check in meetings prior to the wedding were very thorough and gave us confidence that the day would run smoothly. Alyssa's assistant, Ariana, ran our rehearsal, and she truly helped us to understand what we would be doing on the wedding day. The communication on the day of was great! She was constantly checking in on my fiancé and I to make sure we were happy with how the day was playing out. We struggled with one of our vendors not listening to us on the day of the wedding, and Alyssa resolved the issue perfectly. We are very thankful to her and Ariana for making our day less stressful! I'd highly recommend hiring Alyssa and her team to coordinate your wedding! -

After speaking with a few wedding planners recommended by our venue, we really liked our conversation with Briana and the partial planning package value was the best we saw across other vendors. Briana met with us virtually almost once a month leading up to our wedding including two in person venue walkthroughs and a visit to Encore Rentals to pick out our table settings. We really appreciated Briana’s vendor and timeline recommendations and felt like we were in confident and capable hands since the beginning. On the day of, everything came together very seamlessly. We had a lot of personal items for set up and it all worked out how we had envisioned! -

Alyssa and Ariana were truly the dream team for our wedding! From the very beginning, Alyssa helped us feel completely at ease with all of the coordination leading up to the big day. As a Type A bride, it meant everything to know that she had every detail handled and nothing was slipping through the cracks. Her organization, communication, and calm confidence made the entire planning process so much smoother and more enjoyable. On the wedding day, Ariana stepped in as our day-of coordinator, and we truly could not have been more grateful for her. She was incredible! We felt so relaxed throughout the entire day because we knew Ariana had everything under control. So many of our guests commented on how amazing she was and how seamlessly everything flowed. We are beyond thankful for Alyssa and Ariana and cannot recommend them enough! -

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! From day 1, Alyssa was there to help us with the overwhelming wedding coordination process. Alyssa was always available for a quick email or text and never left any questions go unanswered. She reached out to vendors and got contracts to us in a timey manner and even compared quotes for similar services. We did a walk through prior to the wedding which really helped us get a hands on visual of the wedding set up. Her expertise in planning and coordination helped ease my stress, especially in the few months leading up to the big day. When the wedding came, I truly had nothing to worry about as she and her team were on site from set up to tear down. They focused on the little things that can often be forgotten, especially the day of the wedding. She made sure the timeline was executed perfectly, was the main contact for vendors and even ensured we had pens ready to sign the marriage license. I cannot thank Alyssa and her team enough for everything she did for our special day. -

We worked with Alyssa of Alyssa Bray Events for our wedding at AutoCamp Russian River, and we could not have imagined a better experience. From start to finish, Alyssa was an absolute dream to work with.
From the very beginning, she made communication so easy. She was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly organized. Truly just an email or text away whenever we had questions. Her preferred vendor list was a lifesaver, and she had great relationships with everyone involved. Thanks to her, we were consistently ahead of schedule with planning and booking, which made the entire process feel calm and manageable instead of stressful.
Alyssa went above and beyond in so many ways. She took time out of a camping trip with her family to meet us for our final site visit, helped get everything perfectly set up for our welcome party while we spent time with our guests, and handled every wedding-day detail so seamlessly that if there were any hiccups, we knew nothing about them. Everything turned out not just perfect, but even better than we could have imagined.
Her personality made the whole experience even more special. She is warm, supportive, on top of things, and always making us feel taken care of. We genuinely miss our monthly check-ins with her!
We chose the Partial Planning Package, and it was absolutely worth it. It kept us organized, ahead of deadlines, and gave us the joy of really getting to know Alyssa throughout the year. We cannot recommend her enough to any couple, truly anyone who wants their wedding planning to feel smooth, supported, and stress-free. (And please be nice to her! She deserves it!)

From day one, what struck us most about Alyssa was her humble and hardworking demeanor. It was clear right away that she and her team were there to be our support system in whatever way we needed. She brings such a calming energy to what could easily be a hectic day, and it made all the difference. Whether it was setting up décor, helping with cleanup, or stepping in for anything in between, Alyssa consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for.
As a Type A bride with lots of spreadsheets and visions, I was surprised by how easy it felt to hand everything over to Alyssa and her team. I was able to truly relax and soak in the entire wedding day, knowing everything was in such capable hands. Even our vendors commented on how wonderful Alyssa was to work with, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and presence.
What touched us most was how much extra care Alyssa put into our personal details. She made them shine and wove them seamlessly into the guest experience, honoring how meaningful they were to us. I’ll forever treasure moments like Alyssa smiling and laughing with such patience as she tucked all the random items from my dad’s pockets into her trusty fanny pack minutes before walking down the aisle, and later, her and her team looking on with so much joy and genuine investment in creating special moments for us as they captured Polaroid photos for our memory book while we enjoyed our long-awaited first bite of gelato.
When I reflect back, I realize even more just how much Alyssa paid attention to what mattered most to us and made sure those things stood out on our big day. Because of her and her team, we got to be fully present and had the best day — with the added bonus of a coordinator team who felt like friends cheering us on every step of the way!!! -

I do not even know where to start with my recommendation of Alyssa and her team. We signed on for a partial planning package but she went above and beyond with her help. She gave great vendor recommendations (we got our photographer through her) and helped me select a caterer. She also handled all our rentals which was both financially helpful and so nice to entrust it to her.
She offered emotional support when the planning got a little overwhelming and I felt like I was talking to a friend on our three checkpoint calls. She handled my very large bridal party like a pro and the wedding went off without a hitch (or if anything went wrong she handled it without my knowing).
One of the big things that I want other brides to know is she will see your vision and execute it. She was real with me when she knew from her experience things would not work and took all of my requests and executed them perfectly. She did all of the setting up of my decor and I wouldn't have done one thing differently and thats coming from someone who likes to be in control of my own execution. I will attach a few photos below of what she set up based on my inspo pics.
I will miss working with her and HIGHLY recommend that you take advantage of her skills for your big day. -

Working with Alyssa was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! She made planning easy, guiding us through each step, recommending vendors, keeping track of our endless thoughts and suggestions, managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, helping us make decisions, and discussing details or ideas we never even thought of. She made the process feel manageable and less overwhelming. We absolutely loved our regular meetings with her because it calmed our planning nerves but also allowed us to get to know her and vice versa. It felt like we were planning our wedding with a friend!
On our wedding day, Alyssa had everything covered. We felt like we were floating through the day and truly able to be present and soak everything in because Alyssa handled every single detail. She was so professional, calm, kind, and on top of everything. Our guests kept commenting on how amazing she was.

Briana from Alyssa Bray Events was a JOY to work with. We would not have made it without her. We worked with her for month of assistance but she was very flexible with timing and helping us out before then since we had an international trip before our wedding as well. Having her look over contracts, walk us through timing for our event, and keep everything going on schedule day of was a life saver. Knowing Briana was there for the rehearsal and day of the event gave my husband, mom, and I (the three people who planned the wedding) so much peace of mind. Alyssa made our wedding day seamless!
We first met with her after having chosen our venue and only a few vendors. We were excited to plan a wedding and had a broad vision of the kind of wedding we wanted, but were intimidated by all the decisions that had to be made (especially since we were planning a Sonoma destination wedding from afar!). Alyssa was way ahead of us at every step, anticipating every detail we would need to have ironed out for a beautiful wedding day, and always ready with helpful suggestions. She was open to us customizing our wedding day in several ways, and made sure that everything we would need to creatively express our love was well thought out and planned ahead for success on our wedding day.
Alyssa was more than just a great planner, though. She’s also such a great person to get to know and spend time with. We always looked forward to our meetings with her - you can easily see that she’s living in her passion, and it was contagious. She was our emotional rock throughout the entire process, turning any stress over the inevitably encountered hiccups in planning into optimism and excitement. This of course wouldn’t have been possible without her experience and immense competence.
When our wedding day finally arrived, everything went off without a hitch, and it would NOT have been that way without Alyssa’s help. Though we weren’t surprised that Alyssa had organized the wedding well, we were impressed by how smoothly she handled several minor problems that arose through the day. She helped us replace our wedding card holder that broke, reorganized our timeline and kept us on schedule without missing a beat when one of our photographers didn’t show up, and even helped to very creatively pin up my wife’s dress to make sure our first dance went smoothly. We came to Alyssa with a broad vision of what we wanted our wedding to be like, and she flawlessly turned it into an absolutely magical day that we will never forget. -

Alyssa was our day of coordinator for our Sonoma wedding in September 2024, but she went above and beyond even before that. From the initial site visit to our 90, 60, and 30 day check-ins, to our wedding, Alyssa made planning our wedding effortless.
We had a Fall wedding, and Alyssa was there for us every step of the way. Her assistant Ariana helped her out during the wedding and they were both phenomenal. During the day of the wedding, she was at the venue at 8 am to ensure the vendors were situated. She also helped us with decorating our menus and decorating the welcome table. She ensured everything went smoothly, and our wedding couldn't have been better. We even had some unexpected events that occurred during the wedding, and Alyssa addressed it without us even knowing.
Alyssa was part of making our wedding the best day of our lives. She was worth every penny. -

I worked with Briana to plan my wedding and she was incredible.
Firstly, she is so warm and lovely to be around and working with her is amazing- her positivity, kindness and passion for what she does radiates to everyone around her. On your big day, you need to feel calm, comfortable, relaxed and feel like you can relinquish all duty's to someone you trust. You need Bri to feel those things.
Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, time consuming and detail oriented- to have Briana by your side during this process is essential.
She was always there to answer any question or provide feedback/advice! Her response time was so quick with everything, and she is extremely organized. She had amazing vendor recommendations and when I reached out to all of the teams to begin my vendor hiring, everyone said the same things like "We love Briana!", "You're so lucky, she is the best!" "You are in perfect hands with Briana!", "We can't wait to do your wedding, working with Briana is amazing!".
Having a great relationship with the vendors you choose on your big day is HUGE and goes so far, so to have Briana already on everyone's side was amazing and made my relationship with all of my vendors so strong immediately.
Zooms, Calls, Emails, Rental Review, Venue walk through she never once stopped or missed a beat- down to the very last seconds of the wedding night. Working with her during the planning process was exceptional on every level, but having her there during the day is indescribable. I am very type A, and knew exactly how I wanted every detail executed and Briana not only helped make those happen, but day of, she made sure that not only everything was done but that it was perfect- I truly didn't have to worry about one thing on my wedding day.
As with everything, there are always a few things that don't go to plan exactly as you imagine... but somehow with no notice (and even being told things were impossible) Briana made it happen. Behind the scenes up until the moment I was about to walk down the aisle, Briana perfected every detail I had ever dreamt up about my wedding.

Amazing Experience with Alyssa
We are so glad we hired Alyssa for our wedding in Fairfax. She’s professional, organized, and did so much logistical leg-work in the final three months (we chose her 90-day package) that really made the experience significantly less stressful for us. We also really appreciated how calm and chill she is - we noticed that during our Zoom calls and site visit with her. It made a world of difference knowing we were in steady hands. I hired Alyssa for her "partial plan package" about 1 year before our wedding, which allowed us to get the ball rolling on planning our day of timeline with her ASAP. I am an event coordinator myself, but Alyssa was asking me about crucial details of my wedding that I had never considered. She also kept me on track with sending out invites and collecting RSVP's etc. I was able to get every detail in order and hire vendors without stress, all thanks to her. We had a 150-person guest list and she made me feel so at ease with putting everything together. Our wedding would have been nowhere near as detailed and smooth as it was without her. Hiring her was seriously the best money we spent on the wedding. Do yourself and your spouse a huge favor and hire Alyssa and her team for your big day. -

Amazing Experience!!
My husband Andy and I got married in the redwood forest this past fall! We worked with Alyssa and her team and and were so impressed by their organization, communication, and professionalism. Alyssa's warmth and enthusiasm made us feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the months of planning leading up to our wedding day. On the day of, she and her team made every detail absolutely perfect. We held our reception at an organic farm near the forest, which required transportation coordination. I am a type-A, anxious bride, so I'm sure I'm not the easiest to work with. I have a million questions and weird things make me anxious. Briana, was amazing! She never made me feel bad for asking a ton of questions and always responded super quickly. She met with me several times and was always patient with me. She really met me where I was at and was such an asset! I was worry free on my wedding day and that is in no small part due to Briana's work ethic, vendor relationships and professionalism. We seriously could not have done it without her! -

The first thing my now husband and I said to each other at the end of our wedding was "Thank god for Alyssa".
Alyssa was genuinely the best thing we did for our wedding. The periodic check ins during the planning process were so helpful in keeping us on track, and the amount of work (both mental and physical) that she took on in the days leading up to/ the day of meant so much to us. This included coming up with an entirely new schedule and lay out when the weather turned sour on us at the last minute!
Our family and wedding party were so impressed with her warmth and professionalism that several asked for her contact info for their own upcoming weddings as well.
We never felt like we were being pushed, or that she or Arianna (her assistant) were overly present but they always seemed to pop up exactly when they were needed.
Working with Alyssa was an absolute delight and I cannot recommend her more highly. She was worth every penny and then some. -

Many thanks to Briana Martinet with Alyssa Bray Events for making our wedding day truly special. Briana provided day-of planning services for our small wedding (24 guests) at MacArthur Place in Sonoma, CA in October 2023. From our first introductory call it was clear that Briana was knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Briana actively listened to our wishes and provided applicable and thoughtful suggestions for the flow and design of our day. Throughout the process, Briana was available and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. She clearly had a good rapport with local wedding vendors and was able to provide us with feedback and successful referrals for vendors ranging from flowers to day of snacks. She single handedly set up our rentals and also seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors leading up to the event, which was a huge load off of our shoulders. Briana was personable and a joy to talk to, she thoroughly explained timing and other nuances that we may not have been aware of as first time wedding planners and was a compassionate listener when we were frustrated with the process. On the day of, Briana was truly a star. She was the conductor of all of the moving parts of our wedding and, other than a few last minute questions (which were well timed and delivered with calm composure), we barely had to do anything. She made sure everything ran smoothly and anticipated what we needed, before we even realized we needed it. From keeping us on time, to queuing up our ceremony procession, to bringing us appetizers when she noticed we had been too busy to snag any, Briana competently handled our day. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Briana Martinet and Alyssa Bray Events and would wholeheartedly suggest them if you are looking for an event planner. -

Hiring a planner was one of the best things we could've done for our wedding. Briana and I met over video chat and I felt like we immediately clicked—she understood not only the vision for our wedding day but also seemed to match me and my now-husband's easygoing and fun energy. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, answering questions and making sure all the boxes were checked, communicating with vendors as the day got closer. And during the wedding weekend itself she was the true MVP. We never had to worry about a thing, having complete trust in Bri and her assistant to make sure everything went flawlessly and according to schedule (and it did!). We so enjoyed not only working with Bri but also getting to know her; by the end of it all she really felt like a friend. We both said how we were almost sad it was all over because of how much we enjoyed each other's company. Our wedding was originally booked for a 2020 wedding but like many couples ended up having to postpone our wedding to 2022 due to the pandemic. We had previously booked our coordinator based on a short list of recommendations from our venue (Deer Park Villa). However, our original wedding coordinator ended up closing her business and we were forced to find another coordinator.
My photo booth vendor had recommended Alyssa as a great candidate. I had set up multiple interviews with different coordinators. We had already built a tentative wedding timeline and booked our other vendors. I sent these documents to the coordinators that I would be interviewing ahead of time before our call with them.
Prior to speaking with Alyssa, I had some reservations about hiring her since she was the only coordinator I was interviewing that had not worked at my venue. However, after our interview with her, I was very impressed and my mind quickly changed. Alyssa was extremely detail-oriented and asked very good and specific questions that demonstrated that she had put in the time and effort to read and think through the documents we had sent her beforehand. For that reason, we decided to proceed with booking Alyssa as our coordinator.
Alyssa was always well-prepared and on time for every meeting we had. She gave excellent advice and input in our wedding planning process. She took the time to also understand any concerns we had or any guest dynamics that she should be aware of. She also gave us access to Aisle Planner (a wedding planning website) that was immensely helpful during the planning process.
During the wedding itself, Alyssa and her team executed everything so smoothly. In fact, we were ahead of schedule at some points during the wedding. When the ice cream line was taking longer than expected, Alyssa had thought to check in with our DJ who agreed to stay a little bit longer at no extra cost. This was great because our sparkler entrance into late night dancing ended up getting pushed a little bit later into the night when it was darker.
We also had a LOT of DIY decor. I only paid my florist for our floral arbor as well as bouquets, so Alyssa and her team helped set out and placed out all our decor that decorated our cocktail hour, wedding ceremony space, wedding reception decor (table centerpieces and table numbers), and late night dancing room. This included filling up large vases with water with floating candles, a hanging airplane garland, many picture frames, terrariums, and battery powered candles in lanterns and votive holders.
Our venue also had a late-night pizza that was included in our wedding venue package.The number of pizzas was supposed to be based off the number of the guests remaining, but when the pizza arrived, it was gone within minutes. Alyssa made the call to our venue to make sure that more was ordered since we had so many guests still remaining.
At the end of the night, Alyssa and her assistant made sure all of our many DIY decor was packed into our cars and ready to go by the end of the night.
Thanks to Alyssa, our wedding was even better than we had imagined. Soon-to-be-wed couples, we highly recommend hiring Alyssa for your wedding planning. It’ll be one of the best investments you can make for your wedding.

Our best wedding decision!
I was on the fence on hiring a coordinator. Like many brides, I thought I could do everything myself! About halfway through our planning process, I started to feel overwhelmed and realized I needed additional support. That's when Alyssa came in. Having her on my side to support my choices while we planned, then stepping in 30 days before the event to finalize details, took so much pressure off me and my husband. Alyssa was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding two years ago! We postponed our August 2020 wedding due to COVID and rebooked for July 2021.
