  Best Wedding Planner and a Total Life Saver

  Kristin and her team were such a joy to work with. She was ALWAYS available for communication. I started off with just doing the day-of coordination, but when my job became more demanding, and she was able to help me with defining my vision for the day. Her vision took our wedding to the next level, with details on the floral arrangement, dining set-up and thorough scheduling for the whole event. I was absolutely blown away with how everything came together. She really helped me get through all of the last-minute final details meetings without worry. On the day, Kristin and her team made sure every part of the wedding went exactly how we had discussed, and I am so grateful for all of the guidance and assistance she provided throughout every issue and worry. My husband and I were able to relax on the day and have fun because we knew we were in such good hands!

  Always Eventful

  We were so happy for working with Always Eventful. They made our wedding day perfect and the Kristin was a pleasure to work with. In the process of planning our wedding we felt seen and heard. On the day of our wedding everything went incredibly smoothly, Kristin was extremely professional, gave great advice, and managed potentially stressful situations with ease. On top of that she was so sweet and friendly throughout. We highly recommend Always Eventful!

  Kristin is amazing!

  I didn't think I needed a wedding coordinator, but boy was I wrong. I'm so so so so incredibly thankful for everything that Kristin did for us throughout our wedding and even leading up to it.
  
  She was professional and knowledgable and really helped me bring my vision to life. I pretty much just told her what I wanted and tried to create the best images and lists I could and on the day of, when I walked into my reception, I could have cried.
  
  Not only that, but she helped drive my decorations almost 3 hours to our venue, and on the day of, she had every small thing that I could think of that I hadn't brought. She definitely saved my life with a bandaid. She was worth every penny to not have to stress about a single thing. Everything that was supposed to come with us to our honeymoon was in the car before we left and everyone in the bridal party who was supposed to grab stuff had all of it in the right place to be able to get back to me later. It was heavenly!

  Best in the Biz

  Do yourself a favor and hire Kristin. She is a thoughtful, kind and calming presence to have on your wedding day and leading up to. I planned our wedding at the end of a difficult semester in grad school. We hired Kristin for the "month of" wedding planning package and are so glad we did. You are setting yourself up to fail if you think a day-of-coordinator can come in on wedding day and execute your vision. The month-of period is crucial so the wedding coordination team can get to know your vision. I'm only aware of a fraction of the things Kristin did leading up to and on our wedding day- and I'm grateful for every single thing. She heard me when I told her the details that were important to me and my husband- and she knocked it out of the park.   Don't skip the wedding coordinator!

  Kristin was a game changer for our wedding! She was amazing the whole way leading up to our wedding day. She answered questions, made suggestions, and then handled everything on our wedding day. Kristin and her team brought our wedding dreams to life. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her to coordinate future milestone events in our lives!

  Hire kristin now!

  I'm going to try not to cry writing this review about how much Kristin means to me. Hiring Kristin and Always Eventful was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. I hired Kristin two weeks after I got engaged in March 2019. We started planning for a May 2020 wedding. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone, she started going above and beyond for me. She helped secure vendors and she gave me advice and her professional opinion on everything along the way. She was always available via phone and email to help me with all the questions I had (and I had A LOT of questions!). I'm sure you can guess where this story is going... in March 2020 my life was turned upside down when covid forced us to postpone our wedding which was only 2 months away. I was devastated and confused on how to tread the waters of postponing a wedding. Kristin was there for me every single step of the way. During this period is when Kristin stopped just being my wedding planner and became my friend for life. No one else was as supportive and helpful during this time period than Kristin. Together we made the decision to postpone the wedding not once, but twice to May 2021. She helped with vendors, the venue, dates, etc to make sure postponing the wedding went as easily as possible. I will never forget her support and kindness. One of the best moments of my wedding day was seeing her, giving her the biggest hug, and realizing the day we had planned for the last two years was finally here. And on our wedding day, everything was perfect. Every detail. Perfect. I'm sure some small things went wrong, but I never heard of them. Kristin and her assistant Skye made sure everything was taken care of and her husband John set up the photobooth (which I also hired through Kristin). Everyone at our wedding raved how awesome and perfect everything was and I can't take any credit because I couldn't have done any of it without Kristin. My number one piece of advice to newly engaged couples is: HIRE THE WEDDING PLANNER. And if you're lucky like me, that wedding planner will be Kristin. You won't regret it.

  Definitely Recommend! Great Help! Professional Service!

  We hired Kristin and her team at Always Eventful as our “month of coordinator” for our wedding. They go above and beyond!! At first I thought I would be able to plan our wedding myself, but man I learned quick that I needed professional help. We couldn’t have done it without Kristin's help. As soon as we hired Kristin I felt the weight off of my shoulders. She allowed us and our families to be able to relax and enjoy the entire day. She definitely knows what she is doing and does a great job!

  Kristin is the best!

  Kristin is amazing! She is soft spoken, calm and always ready to take action. I have had the privilege of working with Kristin many times not only for my own wedding, but also for many other weddings and she always gives 110% and makes the day run as smooth as pie. Highly recommend!

  Kristin was amazing from the beginning. First of all I wasn’t even living in North Gainsville so all of our interactions had to be over email/phone/FaceTime. She understood our family military situation which caused my husband and I to live far away from each other and have weird hours where we just couldn’t communicated because of how busy we were. Regardless, Kristin still communicated so well with us! I suck at getting back to people in a timely manner but she was so patient and thoughtful in her communication with me. As the wedding drew closer she made sure to run everything by me and even asked me questions of things that I wouldn’t even think of. She helped set up decor, take things down and made the venue look rustic and beautiful. She helped with getting people to their photos in time and made the night run smoothly at the reception. Everyone loved it. Her husband even jumped in and helped take care of our dogs on the wedding day. She was always patient, kind, professional and she helped take SO MUCH unwanted stress off of my shoulders on our wedding day and the weeks coming up to it. Thank you so much Kristin for helping us put together a beautiful wedding. We are so grateful for you and recommend that everyone hire Always Eventful Wedding and Events because Kristin is TOO amazing.

  Kristin did a phenomental job coordinating the Norton wedding at Congaree & Penn last weekend. From setting up the spaces, keeping everyone on time, and keeping the bride stress-free, I would recommend Kristin & Always Eventful 100%.
  
  We never could have planned for 80 degree weather in January, so we got a little warm while taking pictures after the ceremony. Kristin brought water and appetizers from cocktail hour to us, which we appreciated so much!
  
  On your wedding day, you want someone you can trust to bring your vision to life. Kristin is your girl!

  Kristen and her team were very professional and extremely helpful! Kristen in particular did an incredible job helping my husband and I look into new ceremony and reception sites because our wedding had to be postponed due to Covid. She worked overtime to ensure we were happy with our venues and decision, all with a great attitude and sense of humor!

  Kristin did an amazing job at a wedding I recently attended! Everything from the ceremony to the last song was wonderful. She was calm, organized and positive every time I saw her. I would highly recommend her for any event type!

  Kristin and her assistant did a phenomenal job working with the bride and groom to make their wedding vision come to life. It was a beautiful gathering at Congragee and Penn in Jacksonville, Florida. The wedding was flawless, with the perfect decor details, a perfectly executed timeline, and you can only do that when you work with professionals. As a bridesmaid, it was nice to hear all of the positive remarks my friend, the bride, had to say about Kristin. Also, the day of was stress free as Kristin and her assistant were kind, easy to talk to, organized, all while working hard. You should hire her even for all of your events because she ensures everything goes smooth and the event is just what you envision. Worth it!

  Hiring Kristin was one of our best wedding decisions!

  Kristin is sincerely kind, organized, and personable, and she was absolutely crucial for being able to fully relax on our wedding day. I had complete confidence in her advice and coordinating details and timing. We had a small wedding (with no bridesmaids/groomsmen), so we weren't sure we needed a coordinator at first, but it was without a doubt the right choice to hire her. She and her husband even went out of their way on the morning of our wedding to pick up and drop off our cakes when we discovered the bakery wasn't able to deliver them! We are so grateful to have worked with Kristin!

  Kristin was our coordinator for a full weekend of celebrating our wedding, and we are so thankful we made the decision to hire her.   Get yourself a Kristin, ASAP!!!!

  Our venue offered an event coordinator to be on site the day of the wedding, mostly pertaining to the food and venue running smoothly, so we initially were torn on whether we needed an official day-of coordinator.
  
  THANK GOODNESS WE HIRED KRISTIN. She worked with me in the weeks leading up to the event when I couldn't figure out logistics on my own and was absolutely priceless starting from the time of the rehearsal. The officiant I chose (and met at the rehearsal, whoops) was a bit eccentric and scattered which would have been so stressful the day before my wedding but all I had to do was look over at Kristin and and she gave me a knowing nod that she understood and would handle it . The day of I did not have to make any decisions about trivial things and really just enjoyed the day which is absolutely priceless.
  
  The next day my now husband and I were like "How did that turn out SO well?" and immediately looked at each other and said "KRISTIN!" You absolutely need a day-of coordinator and you will certainly not regret going with Always Eventful!

We hired her for our big day at the Sweetwater Branch Inn after letting another planner go a few months before the wedding, and she and Jordan immediately picked up where we left off and kept running! They are patient, responsive, SO helpful, creative, organized, and just about everything you could want from an event planning team. Kristin was actually unavailable for our wedding day, but was still 100% involved in the planning process, and Jordan and Bliss executed all of our plans perfectly the day of. We could text, email, or call Kristin anytime we had a question and she would always respond as soon as possible. Jordan and Bliss also ran our photo booth, which was a HUGE highlight for all of our guests. I am SO glad that we hired Always Eventful for our wedding day, and you will be too! ❤️
