  Alson Jewelers is a Master Class in guest services! Heather not only heard my dream of creating a one-of-a-kind engagement ring (using family heirloom stones) but she personally and carefully directed every facet of the design process. What started as a drawing, was transformed into a stunning symbol that embodies everything I couldn't find the words for. Heather gets it. She sees it. She listens. If you have someone who means the world to you, someone that you need to celebrate...find a respected jeweler that shares your passion.   My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Alson. We will also be going back to purchase our wedding bands. Sonia is a delight to work with and is very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. She listened to what my fiance wanted and stayed within budget, which is more than what I can say from the mall jewelry stores! From the moment you walk into Alson, you feel like an important client. They understand the importance and significance of the purchase of an engagement ring and wedding bands, and they take the time with you to make sure you understand your options and what you're buying. They are, after all, investments that aren't to be taken lightly. Sonia has made lifelong customers of the store and I look forward to working with her and the rest of the Alson team for a long time to come!

  Norhala and Alson's are just the best. She helped me find the best engagement ring for my wife, and was very patient and helpful when we picked out wedding bands. I can't recommend them enough.

  Our experience with Alson Jewelers, from beginning to end, was wonderful. My fiance visited the store multiple times to talk with employees about what he had in mind and his price point; they were extremely helpful and created a beautiful engagement ring for me.
  We worked with Anthony to pick out our wedding bands, and he was very patient as I sent multiple emails about photos and prices, working with a specific budget in mind. I would highly recommend planning to attend Alson's Wedding Band Weekend event if possible--they invite multiple vendor representatives who bring tons of ring options, as well as special pricing discounts and giveaway opportunities. There are many customization options available, too.
  Anthony was incredibly helpful and even gave his advice about my wedding band when I asked for it; and when I emailed him later that day to ask him to add engraving inside my fiance's ring (as a surprise), he got back to me right away, sent font options, and got the order added in immediately.
  Both rings arrived exactly as we ordered them, in beautiful condition. We are so thankful for our experience, and would highly recommend Alson Jewelers to anyone!

  Both my husband and I got our rings from Alson Jewelers. The customer service was great and the selection and quality was great as well. I felt we truly had one on one service there and I highly recommend!

  My husband purchased my engagement ring at Alson and we returned to purchase our wedding bands. We could not have been happier with the quality of service that we received. Bonnie was amazing to work with! Alson provides an atmosphere and quality of service that you don't receive at the typical mall jewelry store- we will definitely continue to be patrons of this wonderful store!

  Best Jeweler Ever!

  I know I am not newly married and I recently customized my engagement ring. I have worked with Alson's since 2006 and go back to them even though I live out of state. I highly recommend any of their staff. We have worked with Heather and she spent several hours helping us pick a diamond and subsequent custom setting. You should definitely start out your engagement with a ring from Alson's!
