  Amazing Vendor!!

  We loved Aloha on the Rocks! Stephanie and Shawn were AMAZING at assisting with day of coordination. Also, all of our guests loved the bartenders! Our big day could not have gone smoothly without them. Couldn't recommend them enough!

  Amazing food & service

  We loved having Aloha On The Rocks cater our wedding. The service was amazing the entire time - from planning to scheduling the tasting to executing at our wedding.

  Best bartenders we could ask for

  Aloha on the rocks did an amazing job helping us create our signature cocktails! We brought in our own margarita and mai tai recipes (with our homemade syrups) and Aloha on the Rocks created our cocktails just like we would create if we had our guests over in our home. They were also so friendly, and professional, and received rave reviews from all of our guests. Highly, highly recommend!

  Perfect day!

  We hired Aloha on the Rocks for their catering, bar and coordination services. We were really looking for a one stop shop for our wedding. We are soooo glad we went with Aloha on the Rocks! Shaun helped with all the pre wedding details and was pretty quick answering all of my questions. We worked with Lana the day of the wedding and wow was she amazing! She was cool, clam and collected the entire time, even when we had some last minute day of changes to the wedding schedule. All of the suggestions both Shaun and Lana had made the event run super smooth and I'm so glad I put my trust in them. The service staff was very friendly and I heard nothing but amazing things from all of my guests about both the service AND food. We also went with their suggestion for the DJ (DJ Troy Michael) and he was FABULOUS. It rained a few hours before my ceremony but the Aloha on the Rocks team didn't panic and got everything set up on time and looking beautiful. Another plus is that we provided the alcohol for the bar which saved us major $$$$ since we got all of our booze from Costco and we had more control over what we wanted to buy. The quantity that Shaun gave us was pretty spot on and I totally appreciated that. I could go on and on about how perfect by day was and long story short is look no further for your catering/bar/coordination needs. Thanks again!

  I am so glad I picked Aloha On The Rocks to be my caterer and provide the shave ice bar for my wedding! I just got married on Memorial Day Weekend with a beachside ceremony and beautiful reception. All my guests were RAVING about the cute shave ice. I even was fed some shave ice as the bride because it was instantly cooling and refreshing in the Hawaii sun. It was so nice seeing pops of color in guests’ hands as they enjoyed these treats during cocktail hour. The wait staff was amazing because they helped serve my appetizers and made sure the bride and groom were fed too!!! Shaun the owner was great to work with. The menu that my guests can’t stop talking about was the Mac nut crusted Opah, Okinawan mash potatoes, coconut rice with mango chunks, and the dressing for the salad!!! I literally had no leftovers of the chimichurri steak or guava chicken the next day which was sad because I wanted to taste it all again. Aloha on the Rocks made my dream wedding come true and they worked with me to make all my requests come to life. Even during the planning process, payments were super easy to keep track of and complete because it’s an online invoice and tracks how much you’ve paid!!! If you want responsive, friendly, and all star vendors, you have to book Aloha On The Rocks for your next wedding or event!!!!

  Having a shave ice vendor at our wedding was one of the things we initially talked about wanting when we started planning our wedding--but as wedding costs started adding up (including a few surprises), we started thinking the shave ice was a splurge we'd have to forgo. About 2 weeks before the wedding I started looking into a DIY option and also emailed a few shave ice vendors just to see what the prices were like. Out of all the options, Aloha on the Rocks was the most wedding-appropriate/classy looking option, so I assumed it would also be the most expensive and way out of our price range--it was actually cheaper! It was such a hit at the wedding-- the kids were loving it...and the adults were lining up as well! Shaun and the staff at Aloha on the Rocks were so great and reliable--everything went so smoothly with set up and service, and I'm so glad they were able to be a part of our wedding day. From the reviews of how many shave ice was actually eaten plus all the guest comments that it was such a cool and unique part of the wedding---we definitely got our money's worth!

  I originally contacted Aloha on the Rocks about 6 months before our wedding and was really impressed by their reply and presentation. In an attempt to cut some costs, we ended up initially booking another Bar service instead. BAD MISTAKE. After lots of bad communication with the other service, we decided to cancel them and came back to Aloha on the Rocks. What made it funny was Aloha was actually less expensive after everything factored in, silly us!
  
  Danielle was more than helpful to get my booking confirmed and get us all the information we needed. After the first e-mail contact we knew we made the right choice hiring Aloha on the Rocks. After confirmation, Shaun contacted me to find out our exact needs including alcohol amounts, custom cocktails, non alcoholic beverages, glassware etc etc. He was super helpful in getting me the information not only quickly but in a pretty detailed manner! Seriously, planning a wedding from 2500 miles away by e-mail really puts this into perspective. Shaun and Danielle were AWESOME about getting back to me with all my questions.
  
  Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they arrived right on time to setup. They had everything on hand and ready to go and were up and setup in a couple hours, ready for the night ahead. All of our guests were very impressed and loved how quickly they served, even for the custom cocktails we arranged. I can't overstate that we couldn't be happier with our choice and were very happy we ended up having them at our wedding. You guys truly helped to make it unforgettable, thank you again!

  We had a destination wedding and aloha on the rocks was the perfect choice for us! They were friendly, responsive and professional. We didn't have to worry about anything except for the liquor and they even helped with that! It was definitely one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much for helping make our day so awesome!!

  Sean and his company are awesome! What drew us to Aloha was that we could buy discount alcohol and they would handle every other bartending detail. We bought all our own alcohol from Costco. They helped us to estimate and figure out what to buy. Sean is very knowledgable and helpful. Stress-free wedding prep thanks to him.
  
  Wedding day service was just what we had hoped for- they kept the drinks coming, smiles on their faces. Great at what they do, very professional and nice. Their setup and breakdown was smooth.

Their service is really top notch. They provide everything-cups, napkins, sodas, juices, mixers, coolers, ice and even brought their own tent. All we had to do was provide the alcohol. It takes alot of planning, work, and setting up out of your hands that you don't have to worry about. Shaun-the owner is great, responds quickly to emails and calls - super easy to work with. The guests really loved the mixed cocktails and chose those more than the beer. Even the bruddah bruddahs was hitting those cocktails. Thank goodness we set an alcohol beverage limit!

  Shaun was wonderful to work with. He was great at responding to any inquiries we had and helped guide us in the right direction for our needs. The bartenders at the wedding were very friendly and professional and mixed some great drinks. Aloha on the Rocks provided everything for the bar - the complete bar setup, water, pop, mixers, garnishes, napkins you name it they had it. The only thing we had to provide was the alcohol. They were there early to setup and stayed to the end to breakdown. For the cost of the bar and what they provided for us they cannot be beat!

  Shaun was wonderful to work with. He was great at responding to any inquiries we had and helped guide us in the right direction for our needs. The bartenders at the wedding were very friendly and professional and mixed some great drinks. Aloha on the Rocks provided everything for the bar - the complete bar setup, water, pop, mixers, garnishes, napkins you name it they had it. The only thing we had to provide was the alcohol.   We hired Aloha on the Rocks to take care of our bar service for our wedding and we also added their all natural shave ice service from HOPA. I deceided to rent his fancier bar and cocktail tables, as I had seen pictures on the website and loved them! It definitely gave my reception a touch of elegance- the owner said he handcrafted the bar and cocktail tables himself! Shaun was easy to work with when we were discussing the types of drinks we wanted and he helped us come up with signature cocktails that represent my husband and I's style. The bartender that night was on time, professional, and very friendly to our guest-- i don't drink alot, so I had to have my drinks made less strong :) Our caterer provided the glassware, so we did not get that from aloha on the rocks.
  The added service I got was shave ice and our guest loved it; it was something very different to have for our out of town guest...we did the shave ice during happy hour but it could of been done for dessert too. The shave ice is expensive, but worth it I think.

We had one bartender, the bar was set up nicely and the drinks were made fast and tasted good. We may not have needed this service, but it was one less thing to think about.

  Shaun had great communication. The extra services offered made our wedding feel extra special, such as hand passed cocktails, a shaved ice bar, and water goblets placed on the tables. There were a few minor things that happened during the wedding but nothing major. I would recommend Aloha on the Rocks to my friends and family.
