Almost Easy Review

Almost Easy was great to deal with from start to finish. Our ceremony was outdoors and they were very flexible and communicative about what was needed to ensure it went as planned. Jason was a great emcee, super nice, calming and easy to work with. The band was also amazing, people were texting us for weeks after raving about them. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys again!

Exceeded Expectations

When we first started planning our reception we did not even consider a band. Then when we booked a traditional music spot as the venue we thought we would go for it since it was perfectly set up for a band. After scouring instagram for every wedding and bar band that plays in and around the Jersey Shore, we were confident that we should pursue Almost Easy for our reception entertainment and we are absolutely thrilled we did!

From beginning to end they were so fun and put on a fantastic show! MC Lou was the perfect vibe! They made us feel special and did exactly what we wanted which was to have a really fun reception party. They truly made the night special. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Not your average wedding band

WOW! The one thing my husband and I insisted on for our wedding was an outstanding band that could keep the party going all night and boy did Almost Easy deliver! It's been over a week since our wedding and we still have people telling us how impressed they were by the band and how much fun they had dancing. Aside from being incredibly talented, and playing so many different types of genres of music, Almost Easy was professional, easy to communicate with, accomodating, and kind. Would hire them all over again if I could!

The greatest band to ever exist

Almost Easy is INCREDIBLE. set list was out of this world. they played NON Stop for 2.5 hours. they were so good people kept thinking the MC went back to DJing because the vocals were so spot on they sounded like the original. Our dance floor was packed the entire night, I danced hard enough I ripped my dress. We knew they were going to be great but they exceeded EVERY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS. The MC Jason was like family by the end of the night. He DJ'd our after party and catered to everyone's request. He made us feel welcomed, prepared, and listened too. I cannot say enough great things about this band. No other wedding band will even come close to the performance Almost Easy puts on. Thank you for helping us have the wedding of the year!!!

The Best Band Around!

My husband and I are still on cloud 9 from our wedding! I've been in the event and hospitality industry for over 12 years now and I've seen a lot of weddings and events in my day - I still cannot get over how absolutely perfect and beautiful everything was! Almost Easy Entertainment was a no brainer as I have worked with them for years at my job. Truly - we couldn't be happier working with them for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful the band was and how packed the dance floor was ALL NIGHT!

Wedding Reception turned ROCK SHOW

We initially heard Almost Easy at a friend's wedding last summer and were left exhausted from dancing the night away, so my (now) husband had to grab their business card to get in touch once we were wedding planning and I am so grateful he did! Joe, his team, and Andrew our DJ/MC were so incredible to work with leading up to the wedding and made it clear that what we wanted to hear would be priority. We both love classic rock, mo-town, and punk rock, and MAN did this band deliver. With a wedding of about 170 guests, we had an absolutely packed dance floor the whole night and we truly did not want it to end. My husband is a drummer himself, and Joe was extremely accommodating to have him play a song with the band which was a hit with our guests! Such a hit that they demanded he play an encore! It has been a few weeks since the wedding (10/22/23) and we have not stopped looking back at all of the videos/photos from the night! Almost Easy took a standard wedding reception and created a full-blown concert for our guests and we would not have wanted it any other way! We would recommend Almost Easy in a heartbeat if we are ever asked for music recommendations in the future, and would hire them without question if we have another big event!

Joe, his team, and Mike our DJ/MC were fantastic to work with. They were very organized and made the entire planning process very easy. Mike was the absolute best DJ! He played everything we recommended and added a lot of fun music in-between. I would recommend Almost Easy to everybody!

Amazing band!

My daughter hired this band for her wedding after hearing them at her cousins wedding. They are an amazing band who had everyone on the dance floor the entire night! The dance floor was so packed people were dancing by their tables. Worth every penny, including the additional sax player. Would hire them again in an instant!

Amazing band!!!!

Almost Easy was AWESOME! Finding an amazing band was really important to us, and these guys nailed it in every way! First, they were wonderful to work with. Peter was really patient, kind, and accessible throughout the whole planning process. Second, they sounded INCREDIBLE! They had our guests dancing the entire night, and people kept commenting on how wonderful they were. Jason, the DJ, was also incredible! He brought such a positive energy, kept everything running smoothly, and closed out the night with an awesome, high-energy set! We cannot say enough great things about this band and DJ!!!

Simply WOW

If you are looking for a wedding band that can take the lead and keep the party going look no further! We turned over all control and decision-making to Almost Easy and have absolutely no regrets. Our guests were blown away by Almost Easy, someone even asked us to send our wedding ‘playlist’ to them because they loved their set so much! In addition they were super flexible. Our first dance song is a bit uncommon and was not listed on their master song list. Almost Easy not only learned the song, but they even created a unique cover to fit the timing of a first dance song perfectly. We were so impressed. They were talented, entertaining, and professional- we cant recommend them enough!

Almost Easy - Just Amazing!

We hired Almost Easy for our Corporate Holiday Part of over 1100 people in Atlantic City. The experience was easy from start to finish. They are professional and the party was fantastic. They showed up early and were ready to go in plenty of time. The band was absolutely the best and the dance floor was full from start to finish. They made the party so much fun and definitely an unforgettable night. The DJ they provided for the after party kept the party going and was amazing. We still had at least 350 people left at the end of the night that didn't want the party to stop. I can't say enough great things about Almost Easy and. I highly reccomed them!

We had Almost Easy at our wedding about a month ago and as we finally sit down to write this review there literally are not enough words qualify our full support and recommendation for this band and crew.

Working with Almost Easy from start to finish was a great experience and they were 1000% one of the highlights of our wedding. Literally a month later people are still talking about how good they were, how much energy they brought, and just how fun everything was which they played a big part in. Their musical abilities are top notch, their showmanship and energy is contagious, and their lighting/tech provides an added touch which many wedding bands definitely do not bring to the table.

Our dance floor was packet from start to finish. We wanted a party and Almost Easy helped us make our wedding a night to remember. THANK YOU GUYS!

Best band ever!

From the moment we saw Almost Easy preform, we’d knew they’d be amazing! They played at our wedding this past week and exceeded all of our expectations! The dance floor was packed all night, the song choices were amazing, the MC did an awesome job, our guest could not stop talking about how amazing our band was! Not enough ways to explain how amazing this band is!

From Day One I had no doubt who was going to play our wedding, and already knowing how amazing this band is did not prepare me for how awesome they would be! The professionalism, musicianship and vibe from this band is unmatched! Everyone was dancing all night through to the encore! The song selection was on point and the Vocals are just insane. Dozens of guests raved all night and the wait staff at our venue said in all the years they had been doing this, it was the best band they had ever seen! I can’t put into words how grateful We were for such an amazing evening thanks in large part to Almost Easy! Could not have imagined in my wildest dreams how great of a show they put on for our wedding. Seriously, hire them immediately!

An Incredible Experience

Having Almost Easy to help us celebrate our special day was a huge highlight of our wedding day. As a musician myself, finding a live band was hands down the most difficult part of planning our reception. Almost Easy was exceedingly professional every step of the way, and accommodated every request that we had. The musicians are seasoned professionals, and their material reflects a dedication to their craft. The group is original enough to have a distinct personality, yet familiar enough to get even the most conservative people up and dancing. The number one piece of positive feedback from friends and family regarding our wedding day has been how amazing the band was, and how much energy it brought to our reception. There was also an incredible value to hiring Almost Easy, as they provided the emceeing as well as the lighting for the reception, which saved us from having to hire more vendors to fill those roles. I cannot stress enough the energy and atmosphere that Almost Easy brought to our wedding day.

Almost Easy knows how to get the party started!

We booked Almost Easy Entertainment for our wedding, first, because we already knew of them from seeing them play out in all of the fun bars, but with being a preferred vendor of The Asbury Hotel, it was a no brainer. We knew we were in good hands with the level of excellence the venue aligns themselves with. Joe and Pete were amazing throughout the whole process, and when we got to meet Eric, who was our DJ and MC for the evening, we knew he would have everyone on the dance floor- and he did just that! A nice add on offered to us, was the Mirror package (today’s modern photo booth option), which our guests had fun capturing the moment with fun props and photos. We really enjoyed the keepsake guest book they made for us, with everyone’s photos and special notes.

If you’re looking for a band or DJ, look no further and book Almost Easy!

Best band ever!

If you are looking for a band that will have everyone dancing all night long, look no further! Words cannot express how amazing, talented and AWESOME Almost Easy was for our wedding on 02/19/2022! From our first initial phone call to the wedding, communication was so easy and they always responded to all questions and requests we had. My husband and I did a first dance song that was not on their playlist, and the band took the time to learn it. It was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night and that’s exactly what we wanted! Their song selection was outstanding, and when the band was not playing, the DJ was taking over and everyone stayed on the dance floor!!!! We could not stop dancing. This organization is the Best!

Almost Easy was represented by The Almost Easy Too Band at my daughter’s wedding. I must say that a better band could not of played the wedding. Almost Easy is truly spectacular. Myself and my guests could not stop raving about them from start to finish. Book now or forever hold your peace

My wife saw Almost Easy 5 years ago at the Snow Barn in Killington, VT and knew she had to have them as her wedding band...and they did not disappoint! We had originally scheduled them for 2020, but had rescheduled due to the pandemic. They were fantastic to work with during such a stressful time. Prior to the wedding, they provide a detailed list of all the songs they played, and then scheduled a meeting with the MC Andrew to go through the entire evening agenda. We found a first dance song that we loved and Almost easy was able to learn it and play it flawlessly. They had a great feel for the room and the vibe, and kept people on the dance floor all night! We had people of all ages and music tastes coming up to us during the wedding and after, saying it was the best wedding band they've ever experienced and we couldn't agree more. Do yourself a favor and book them now. Thank you Joe, Pete, Andrew and the whole band! You made our night!

Best wedding band ever!!

Wow, wow wow!! This band is amazing!! We originally hired Almost Easy because we saw them at a wedding and thought they were great but because of Covid we had to delay the wedding for a year. They were booked for the date that was available so we booked Almost Easy Too. They were beyond fantastic. The dance floor was filled for the entire party. At the end of the party everyone was chanting one more song like it was the best concert of their lives. We got the 8 piece band along with the DJ. Don’t hesitate and book them before it is too late!!

Almost Easy was absolutely amazing!! They kept everyone dancing all night and our guests could not stop talking about how great they were. Seriously, if you want to have everyone on the dance floor at your wedding, book Almost Easy! They will work closely with you to tailor your playlist and they have a great selection of songs to choose from. We had an 11-piece band so there was a lot of variety, but it felt like even with fewer vocalists and instruments, they could have blown the roof off the place. 10/10 would recommend. Made a Memeorable Night Complete

Look No Further!! My son and daughter-in-law were married a week ago. Our wedding planner had recommended Almost Easy after looking at several other bands. They are accommodating and so responsive to what the couple wanted. We did not stop dancing all night !!! Even at the end of the evening my son's friends did not want to leave and the band fulfilled their request for one last song. Highly recommend!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The whole experience was awesome. They played exactly what I wanted and then some. My guests and Bridal Party can not stop talking about Almost Easy.

I have been a loyal fan of the lead singer and his previous band for many years. It's no different with Almost Easy ,I've been a loyal fan since Day 1!! They are now a 5 Star Wedding Band and If I could, I would give them way more. The versatility of the artists in the Band is beyond compare. Some might say their performances out show the originals !!! The DJ that accompanies them was amazing. He fullfilled every request and knew what we wanted l to hear, even if it wasn't requested. I would 100 % tell everyone to have them at their Wedding! They really make the day feel like a dream come true!!! Coincidentally I mentioned to my fiance(now husband) , that it would be a dream come true to have them play our wedding. Thank you Almost Easy and hubby for making this Girls dream come true !!!

There is no better band, wedding package, musicians/singers, MC/DJ! Everything about Almost Easy was a perfect fit for our wedding and we got so many compliments on choosing them! Awesome band/DJ

I had first seen Almost Easy back when I was in college and immediately thought they were great. When it came to picking a wedding band, I knew I wanted them to perform at my wedding. Joe and Pete were great to work with, especially with all the constant changes during the pandemic. We had numerous phone meetings to come up with the best plan and package for my wedding, being that I had to change my plans three times. Ultimately, they were able to provide me with live music at the ceremony and cocktail hour and a DJ for the reception. At the reception, all my guests raved abut how great the live music was during the cocktail hour. I would highly recommend this band/ Dj for any friends wedding. Great people, and great music

5 stars is not enough!

Look no further for your wedding band! 5 stars is not enough, Almost Easy is off the charts amazing. We had a DJ for our cocktail hour and 8 piece band for our reception and they did not disappoint! The DJ/MC was super easy to work with and did a great job keeping the event moving (intros, first dance, parent dance, etc.). Once the band started playing, the dance floor was packed all night!

We first saw Almost Easy perform at a bar and knew that they needed to perform at our wedding. The vocals, both male and female, are incredible. Special shoutout to the female lead, Bethany - Her voice transcends all genres, she can sing absolutely anything and make it amazing. The band did an amazing job putting together a lively setlist for our wedding that consistently kept people dancing the entire night. A mixture of classic and new music and everything in between - Both the older and younger crowds loved the music.

With everything going on with the pandemic, Joe and Pete were very responsive to the changes we needed to make along the way in planning our wedding. Easy to work with, professional, and knew what they were doing.

Our wedding was in the beginning of October and people are STILL calling us to rave about the entertainment for the evening. This band leaves a lasting impression and we cannot wait until their public performances resume so we can go to see them again!

They worked with us through our covid 2020 wedding!

We were ready to be married in August 2020 and although our planned had changed from having a 5 piece band and a 150 person wedding to a DJ and 50 person wedding - Joe their manager worked with us to help replan the event and worked with us so that we could utilize our deposits towards a DJ. Our DJ did a great job MC'ing and picking fun music to keep us dancing- even in the rain when our wedding night got a little crazy! We really appreciate them working with us during such a challenging year and although we would have loved to have the band play for us their DJ services were a perfect fit for our new smaller covid wedding.

Best Jersey Band Wedding!!

Best Jersey Band!

This band is incredible! They did an awesome job at our wedding. By far they are the best Jersey band! All 250 people at our wedding were up on the dance floor dancing. They really know how to get the crowd going! Aside from their great music, every member is extremely outgoing and nice! They are so Easy to get along with and are extremely personable. To this day, people still come up to us and tell us how amazing the band was. They bring an energy that no other band has! I would by far recommend them over any other wedding band!

Booking this band was the very best decision of my personal and professional career. I have been an event planner professionally for over 20 years and this band is just incredible. We have booked them 3 years in a row for our annual Christmas gala that we have every year for family and friends. Our guests never want to leave and cannot wait to come back the following year. Not only is the music great but they are great people to work with besides. Strongly recommend them for your wedding or any event that you would enjoy live music. This band really knows how to get the party started and how to bring it through the night for everyone--no matter the age.

Hire Them!

Almost Easy was the best band we could have hoped for! They had all of our guests on the dance floor all night, and everyone is still raving about them. When we were looking for a band, we hated the fact that most wedding "bands" are not available to be seen, and you have to book them based on edited CDs. We really lucked out when I came across Almost Easy and saw that they were playing a free concert in a park in Nutley, NJ. We live in the next town over, so we made it a night and took my parents along. Once my dad saw that they could rock a Bruce Springsteen song, he was sold. My husband and I loved their range and song repertoire. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made! The band was so easy to deal with. They executed every wish we had exactly. The music for the ceremony was perfect, and they learned the song my dad wanted for our father-daughter dance. I don't think I left the dance floor all night. I didn't want to miss a song! If you're looking for a wedding band, HIRE ALMOST EASY! You will not be disappointed. They are phenomenal and will bring a great energy to your wedding!

We couldn't have asked for more energy and professionalism. Incredible voices, top notch sound, and the MC kept the night moving along without being intrusive. They really personalized the night’s playlist based on our preferences. The range that they covered included classics for the older folks all the way to current pop and rock hits. And they nailed every single one! We had all kinds of musicians and music lovers in our crowd, and every one of them was blown away. We loved them so much, we’ll definitely continue seeing them when they play down the shore during the spring and summer!

Wedding 10/5

Everyone at Almost Easy was incredibly helpful and we’ll organized. We had a beach ceremony, which produced some difficult accommodations we needed out DJ and MC to make, and they made them with pleasure. Music was great, they allowed us to have some of our favorites played as well, and setup and breakdown were quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and talented service for their event.

College Graduation Celebration

The Timothy G Band and an accompanying DJ were hired to be the entertainment for my college graduation celebration this past October. From start to finish, each member of the band was easy to work with, flexible with the venue's timing and open to requests and any and all questions or concerns. Throughout the entire party, every guest was raving about how talented the musicians were and how much they were enjoying the music. The members of the band were sure to involve me in any decisions that were being made and personalized their set list according to my musical tastes. The night was so much fun and the dance floor was never empty. I would not hesitate to hire the Timothy G Band again for any future events that I am a part of!

Daughter’s Graduation Party

From my first conversation with Joe, to the night of the party everything was top notch. These guy know how to run a business, no surprises and everything is explained and made easy. The Best Band Ever

I don't think words can describe how amazing Almost Easy was for our wedding. We still have guests asking about them! They were so amazing to work with, they were so flexible as we changed our dances MANY times (and they never made us feel bad about it), they even learned songs for us which came out perfectly. They were completely open to exactly how we wanted the vibe of our wedding to be and executed our vision seemlessly. The band is the most important part of a wedding and they made our night the funnest night of our lives! Our guests (of all ages) had a blast and no one sat down the whole entire time!

Stole the show

Almost Easy is a band we fell in love with back at Just Jakes in Montclair, a local spot for us! They crush every song and you can really see how they elevate any crowd. We met with plenty of companies with musicians and nothing clicked. We prayed that Almost Easy would be available/able to make our wedding come to life- and luckily they were! Not only did they give us an entire booklet of songs they know ( seriously the best list ever + it was impossible to give them even top 10 of what we love to hear). But they learned our songs. I was totally surprised and shocked that the day of our wedding- they sang all our first dances which was not in their book of songs they knew. already. They also took our instrumentals next level during the ceremony. I requested again, songs they did not offer. Yet they pulled off the instrumental of Yellow Card, Lee Brice, and Fleetwood Mac. It was perfection. My entire family/friends are still talking about the band and will probably head over to Just Jakes to get some more of it! If you are looking for a band that can do it all- they are your people. I did not leave the dance floor all night. It was too hard to. Even moments I snuck off to the photo booth, I knew I had to make my way back. They also played a RHCP mashup that was unreal and I will never forget it. Thanks guys, you truly made our night perfect. Can't wait to see them going forward at Just Jakes!

Dancing all night long!

My husband and I are not typically ones to dance, but with this band we couldn't help it. Everyone was on the dance floor all night long. Almost Easy was FANTASTIC. Every single song was a great song. Almost Easy learned two different songs for our wedding in particular - both they performed spectacularly and it was really, really special. My husband says it was a little bit like being at a concert, except for that they were playing only our favorite songs. I cannot recommend them more!

Super energetic and easy to work with. Almost Easy had everyone on the dance floor! The band and DJ were phenomenal and even played Hebrew music at the ceremony and reception (DJ). Outstanding Band

I'm not one to EVER leave a review for anything but felt that there was no way I wasn't going to write a very positive review for Almost Easy. When my daughter got engaged, we discussed that it was so important to have a really good band. After doing a little research, we decided to go see Almost Easy perform at River City in Brick.
After seeing them perform we were sold even though we had a few others to see. None of the others were anywhere near the talent, song choices, energy, etc. My daughter's fiance was not able to join us to see them perform and we just told him to trust us, they are awesome. After booking them we saw that there were playing at Joe Pop's in Ship Bottom on July 4th so we were able to see them just two short months before the wedding. They were amazing!
The wedding was incredible and they were a big reason for that. Everyone was so impressed with their talent and how much the songs they performed were spot on to how they sound in their original recordings.
One of our guests commented that the band was smart because they started off with two oldies by Frankie Valli which got the older crowd right from the start.
I could go on and on but you get the drift, if you are on the fence just book them, well worth every dime!

Almost easy was incredible

My wife, family, and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Almost Easy for our Wedding on August 1st, 2019. Every one in this band was professional, courteous, and most of all extremely talented musicians. Joe was our main point of contact there, and he was extremely easy to work with, and more then willing to accommodate any special request.

When I first got to my wedding venue, and saw the band set up I was blown away with the amount of professional equipment they had, including a full light show. I knew from that moment on these guys were a great choice! The band came with their own sound man, and MC who was able to entertain us the whole night long.

Almost Easy played a great variety of music, and all of our guests were very happy with the songs! They can play oldies, classic rock, jazz, and dance music, and do a great job blending all the varieties. What I want to drive home to anyone reading this is... One complaint you always get at other weddings is that the DJ is always too loud and you cannot hear yourself talk/think. We too were worried about this, because we wanted our guests to feel comfortable the entire time. That being said - Almost Easy blended their sounded PERFECTLY to the room. They were NEVER too loud. We received great reviews on the band following the wedding.

The nice thing about Almost Easy, is they play frequently throughout NJ, so you can check them out before taking the next step. (I found this very rare for other wedding bands we looked into.) Support this band - they are great! I know we will be watching them play live in the future. I only hope I will be invited to a wedding where they are playing !

They Made the Wedding!!

AMAZING band!!!! Multiple guests (including a professional musician) came up to us throughout the night and in the days after the wedding to tell us how unbelievable they thought our band was! They had everyone on their feet the entire night – including some older folks who barely ever make it to the dance floor. They were incredibly flexible for us and did something that totally made the wedding – they allowed the groom (and his prior bandmates) and my dad (father of the bride) to use their instruments to play a song together, which totally rocked! It was such a special moment and the highlight of the reception for everyone!! I am so appreciative that they allowed us to do this as it is something I will never forget. They also read the room so well and played songs at different parts of the night that kept everyone going.

Our contact at the company (Joe) was very responsive throughout the planning process and was helpful in getting some specific songs played that we knew we wanted in advance. The band also provided an emcee who did a great job. We felt so lucky that we were able to book them during a busy wedding season and I would absolutely recommend Almost Easy to anyone for an absolutely amazing and fun wedding!

Best Wedding Band Around

Almost Easy MADE our wedding night! They are such a talented group of musicians. Every song was perfect and they kept the crowd dancing all night long. Almost Easy Made Our Wedding Unforgettable

We hired Almost Easy to play at our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. They are not your "typical stuffy wedding band", these guys put on a show and know how to cater the music to your preferences and the vibe of the crowd. Our dance floor was packed the entire night from start to finish and the next morning everyone was asking how we found the band. In terms of professionalism they have their program dialed. They arrived at our venue and got everything set up and ready to go without any problem. When our cocktail hour was forced to run long they agreed to stay and play 30 minutes later than scheduled without batting an eye. I HIGHLY recommend Almost Easy for your wedding, and if you have any doubts go check them out when they play at a bar near you, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Hire them now before it’s too late!

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND HIRE THEM BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE! Your music is the only thing people will remember at any wedding, seriously. Music is compromised of 80% if your guests will have fun at your wedding, so look no further! Almost Easy had everyone on the dance floor the entire night, our guests have not stopped boasting about them, and neither have we! Almost Easy is like no other typical wedding band, they don’t read off of an easel and have a specific set of songs that’s played at every wedding...they rock out to every genre of music and kill it! They are the true definition of artists who will have any crowd dancing their pants off, singing along AND requesting an encore. Their creativity is second to none, how they pulled off a special request I wanted for my husband (a clip from a movie) I will never know...it was better than I ever imagined! The energy Almost Easy provides in undeniable, and quite frankly the single best decision we made for our wedding, and will be for you, too!

Amazing Band!

From the very beginning of our wedding planning, my husband and I knew we wanted a band, we wanted that level of entertainment no DJ could possibly give. We started our search and went to see a few bands live, but nothing felt right. Back to the drawing board and we found Almost Easy. We reached out and Joe & Pete invited us to check them out at their rehearsal space in Staten Island. Shortly after this visit, the band put us on a guest list at Just Jakes in Montclair so we could see how they perform live and how they work the crowd. We knew we had found the right band for our wedding! We worked with both Pete & Joe over the course of several months. We had requested the band learn an acoustic version of Safe and Sound by Capital Cities for our first dance. We were a little worried about our choreographed first dance (as we were never able to practice to the Almost Easy arrangement), but we were able to run through it a time or two in the ballroom with the band while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour – when it was time for our first dance everything worked out perfectly! The band also learned the songs we chose for our father/daughter and mother/son dances, which was a nice touch! Throughout the night, Almost Easy played 3 sets, all of which included our requested 10 or so songs and they did the rest! They did a great job of getting all guests on the dance floor – and keeping them there! We couldn’t believe the amount of compliments we received on behalf of the band. Guests were raving about how amazing the band was – “the best they’ve ever seen at a wedding.” It is no exaggeration when we say that we received endless compliments the night of, the day after, week after and even to this day on our choice of wedding band. Almost Easy was great to work with and were flexible on custom packages and pricing. We look forward to seeing them play live at local bars and reliving our wedding night all over again!

Very easy to work with and put on an amazing performance!

We hired Almos Easy to play at our wedding recently and simply put... this band is amazing!! They killed it and truly made our wedding night a memorable one. The guests could not stop raving about how good they sounded ....and their setlist which covered all genres. They really put on an incredible show for us that night. I honestly don't know where to begin! From day one, going to check out Almost Easy at a local bar, we knew they were the band for us! We immediately reached out to the band the following day and Joe was quick to respond. The level of professionalism and high energy that this band brings will leave your wedding guests wanting more.

Our first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance and daddy/daughter dance were spot on. Playlists were awesome! Our guests never left the dance floor. My Dad is a huge Johnny Cash fan. Not only did the band play his favorite song, they actually called him up to sing it (attached photo).

If you are searching for a wedding band look no further! We had the full band with horn section, which was awesome!

We hired Almost Easy to play our September 2018 wedding in Rockland County, NY. We did a ton of research and saw several wedding bands perform live before we decided that we wanted Almost Easy – and we definitely made the right choice. From day one, the band was incredibly professional and easy to work with. In the days leading up to the wedding, the band was incredibly accommodative of minor changes to timelines/song requests/etc. We had the band play the ceremony (keys/violin), cocktail hour (solo piano), and ceremony (6 piece band + DJ/MC). We also asked the band to learn our first dance song since it was not on their play list at the time. It was a country song by Zac Brown Band and not only did they learn it, they nailed it.
The band brought a ton of energy and the set list that they put together appealed to guests of all ages. We received tons of compliments from our guests on the band in the days and weeks after the wedding. The coordinator at the venue also made a point of letting us know the next day how impressed he was with (a) their music and (b) how professional they were to work with.
Hiring Almost Easy to play our wedding was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day. We couldn’t have been happier with them and we would absolutely recommend them with no hesitation to anyone looking for a fun, high energy band to rock their wedding.

Almost Easy is an amazing band! We hired them to play at my son’s wedding ceremony and the reception at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club on 8/18/18. We added 2 brass pieces which really upped the quality of their sound! Each musician and singer was awesome. All of our guests were blown away at their talent! They are fun and very talented. The dance floor was filled throughout the night and everyone commented how great this band was. I never left the dance floor and toward the end of the night ended up throwing off my heals because I didn’t want to miss a song! It was easy to book the band and they were very attentive to our questions, concerns and requests. Book this band and I promise you will dance the night away!

To say that we had a blast with Almost Easy is an understatement! Our entire experience with the band was fantastic. From the first moment we heard them play we knew that we wanted them to be the band at our wedding. Joe was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He reached out several times during the planning process to ensure we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond the call of duty when we needed to change venues and dates, making sure that the transition went smoothly.

Our ceremony was elevated by the beautiful music that was played. And the energy during the reception was phenomenal! Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. Our wedding would not have been the same without Almost Easy, and we cannot thank them enough. Almost Easy was amazing! We have seen them at bars multiple times, so when we started to plan our wedding we knew we wanted them to play our reception.

Joe was very helpful with the planning process and allowing us to pick songs to play. They bring their own DJ which is awesome. The DJ did the ceremony music as well as cocktail hour. He then emcees the entire night and played music during the band's breaks (which were 2 breaks each about 10 minutes long).

Almost Easy killed every song they played. They have both a male and female vocalist, and both are phenomenal. We got compliments all night how awesome and fun they were. The dance floor was packed all night. 100% we would pick them again.

Almost Easy Entertainment played at my daughters wedding at the Ryland Inn. The evening was nothing short of amazing and Almost Easy made the evening an unforgettbale night. We had been to 2 weddings Almost Easy played at and it was a no brainer choosing them to be our wedding band. They went above and beyond and totally exceeded our expectations. Almost Easy band was the perfect entertainment for our wedding day! From the early stages of planning, Joe was quickly responsive and extremely helpful! As we approached the big day, we were able to plan and discuss all of our special details and the entire band executed every last detail perfectly! Our wedding party had a blast entering to live music, and our first dance, father/daughter, and mother/son dances are memories we will cherish forever! All of our guests rocked out on the dance floor all night long...which is truly what any couple would wish for at their reception.

AMAZING. This band is absolutely incredible, everyone at our wedding was raving about them!!
My husband and I were around back taking photos during the cocktail hour, we had requested a trio for that time period. We were so confused as we heard music playing & it sounded like a DJ playing original songs. turns out it was the trio! We were so pleasantly surprised. THAT'S how good they sound. Our first dance was to an Ed Sheeran song, the singer sounded exactly like him. They were able to morph into various artists & genres. They were PERFECT. Highly recommended!!!

Everyone should book this band for their wedding!!! They MADE the evening. Not only did they learn 2 new songs for our first dances, they played every song we wanted to hear and some unexpected gems and we didn’t even have to give them a playlist – we just picked out our top 10 and they did the rest. The music was so good that it was tough to leave the dance floor!! Joe was so easy to work with throughout the whole process, too. He was professional and accommodating. Joe worked with us on the timeline and execution leading up to the wedding and everything ran exactly as planned. Everyone at the wedding is STILL talking about how awesome the music was and we even have friends asking for their contact information for their weddings!

Almost East played at my daughter's wedding. What a party All-Night-Long! Their first song by Eric Clapton had EVERYONE on the floor & it was like that all night. We shared our song preferences with them but their experience & musical talent led to a performance that exceeded our expectations. They felt everyone's response and came back with song after song that made it a great night! They are truly very talented, professional & gifted musicians who are such a joy to work with. Almost Easy is THE BEST band for your wedding! We were interested in them based upon their videos, and then they invited us to see them play a show in a local bar near our home. The dance floor was packed all night long, and the same was true for our wedding. Joe is very professional as you plan your reception ahead of time, they suit up to bring classiness to the event, and the music is just so fantastic. These guys play older music for our folks, 90s/2000s and Top 40 for our friends, and all the music is accessible to all ages because the band is just an incredible group of artists and performers. We can't recommend them highly enough, thank you Almost Easy for making our wedding day just as we hoped for, it was perfect. Almost Easy is the best wedding band we have ever heard and we were so lucky to have them play at our wedding! This review is way overdue, but even 4 months after our wedding, our wedding guests still rave about how amazing our band was! They were extremely professional from the very first email to the end of our wedding day. I corresponded mostly with Pete and Joe and both were super responsive and just great people to work with. We saw them play about 4 times at bars prior to our wedding day and every time we saw them play, they had such great energy and had everyone at the bar singing and dancing! The female vocalist has one of the most powerful voices I have ever heard and it was also great having both a male and female vocalist. They played everything at our wedding from our first dance song "Crazy Love" by Van Morrison to Fall Out Boy to an amazing Michael Jackson mix. The band even coordinated with my brother and dad to play a special song together for me (the second photo below is the band with my brother and dad). Almost Easy created the perfect atmosphere for our wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing wedding band!

Can't say enough about these guys. Music is one of the most important parts of any wedding, and the band can make or break the event. I couldn't have been any happier with AE, and our guests couldn't believe that you were actually playing live. We had an issue planning music on the beach for our ceremony... Joe and Pete put their heads together and handled it, saving us any extra stress, and they sounded great. If you're looking for a band to interact with the crowd and get everyone dancing... Look no further. I would 100% recommend Almost Easy to everyone... I'll definitely be booking them for my next wedding if this one doesn't work out!

Sometimes you come across a group of people that so far surpass your expectations that you are left wondering why you considered anyone else. Almost Easy is the epitome of that group. I worked with Pete during the preparations for the wedding and he was extremely friendly, flexible, and open to new ideas that we kept throwing at him. Come wedding night, Almost Easy transformed into every great artist from the last 50 years as they entertained through the night with their familiar, but unique covers. Almost Easy made it impossible not to have an amazing wedding. After having attended several weddings ourselves, we had a very specific expectation of what makes a great band. This crew exceeded those expectations. They worked with us from the date we booked them through the wedding date without any hiccups. During the week before the wedding, we had a great conversation, and any concerns about the day in general were resolved. When we actually got to the performance, they blew any wedding band I've ever seen out of the water. Obviously the performance is important, and they were an A++. With that said, the band is responsible for so much more. They basically emcee the night. They move things along and coordinate the first dance, speeches, etc... On that end is where I was even more pleased. Not only were we able to enjoy the performance, but we also did not have to worry about a thing, from the ceremony through the reception. Cannot recommend them enough. They play in various venues in NJ when they aren't playing weddings. Check them out and then book 'em!

This band is AWESOME. Multiple people at my wedding said they were the best wedding band they had ever heard. It felt like being at a concert at our own wedding. My husband and I always joke that our voices are so indestructible. Well, neither of us had normal voices for 3+ days after our wedding. Each member of Almost Easy is so freaking talented and so unique. They played classic rock, 90s music from Britney Spears to Third Eye Blind and LIT, Whitney Houston, etc. Every single song was like a concert. They were so good at feeling the audience and knowing what to play next. It was truly a blast. We knew we didn’t want an average wedding band, we wanted the type of band we’d actually go to a bar or venue to see. Almost Easy is that band and we will be at their shows for years to come. We cannot say enough good things about this band. It's been 7 months since the wedding and we still have friends telling us they were the best wedding band they've ever heard. They are far from your average cover band and truly make it feel like a performance they are putting their all into. They even went the extra mile to learn the background and vocals for Ja Rule's "Put It On Me" to play behind him during a special appearance he did for our wedding. While they never got the chance to meet or rehearse with Ja Rule until he came out for his set, it sounded like they had rehearsed it 1,000 times over. Joe, the drummer and manager, is extremely responsive to all requests and got back to us immediately for every question and inquiry we had while we were planning everything. The singers Peter and Anne Marie are amazing and can handle anything from an Eminem or Nicki Minaj rap to Jackson 5 and Bruce Springsteen. You cannot go wrong with these guys and you will be blown away the first time you hear them play. Highly recommended for any and all events!!!

Simply put, an amazing wedding band all around. Our wedding was December 10th at Battello in Jersey City, NJ and everything was 5 Stars.

Almost Easy handled everything for us, from the ceremony music to the cocktail hour to the 4 hour reception to the 2 hour after-party. Everything was fantastic and our guests still haven't stopped raving about how great the band was. Song selection was perfect, they listened to our song recommendations and genre preferences and made a set list that had everyone dancing for the entire 4 hours. Great vocals, great instrumentals, entire band was friendly and personable and did a great job keeping everyone on their feet for the whole night.

Extremely professional group that were always available in the planning process, and were at the venue 4 hours early for set-up and sound check. Can rest assured that they will handle everything and make your wedding night one to remember for years to come.

Can't say enough about Almost Easy, book them for your wedding and you will enjoy every minute of it.

This band made our wedding the blast it was! They have a great ability to know what music the wedding guests will like and kept everyone dancing. We received so many compliments on how talented the band was and how much fun everyone had dancing. We can't thank Almost Easy enough!

Almost Easy band rocks the house!

Not only is the band great, and plays a solid mix of contemporary and timeless hits with both male and female killer lead vocals, but their attentiveness throughout the lead-up made the day very stress-free for us.

Fun band that you should definitely consider and we were very happy with.

Just book these guys now. They crushed it at the cocktail hour and reception. When all your guests from 30 to 90 year-olds say the band was amazing, there isn't much else to say! Flexible, helpful and the MC services that came along with the band also extremely exceeding our expectations.
