Beyond amazing

I was nervous about hiring a makeup artist and hairstylist for my wedding- frankly every time I get my makeup done professionally, I've had to take it off or adjust it as I don't even look like myself. I also have a ton of hair and most hairstylists just don't know what to do with all of it. This was not the case with Allison- she is a LEGEND. She is truly an artist and has this insane ability to enhance what you already have so you look natural but glam! Everything from her foundation color matching, to creating the most epic eye situation, was done flawlessly. Every single one of my bridesmaids was OBSESSED with her work, as well as my 70 year old mother who is very particular. She also managed to give me my dream wedding hair updo- it was perfect. Allison isn't only gifted in her craft, but she has amazing energy. Whoever is doing hair and makeup is with you while you're getting ready for such a huge day, so it's important to me to have good vibes. Allison is professional, organized, meticulous, talented, and so fun to be around- we all wanted to be friends with her! I cannot recommend her enough or express how grateful we are to have worked with her. Thank you Allison for everything!

Wedding Hair/Makeup

Allison was AMAZING, I seriously can't say enough good things about her. She truly listened to the style of hair/makeup that we each wanted and made it come to life. All of my bridesmaids were so happy and felt incredibly confident and beautiful. Even my mom who never wears makeup felt great! Allison is reliable, kind and extremely talented. So glad I chose her for my big day and would highly recommend her to others!

Best Ever!!!!

I don't even know where to start when it comes to expressing my gratitude for Allison. She is literally in a league of her own. Her talent, professionalism, and attention to detail are the best. She made me and my bridesmaids feel like movie stars (and princesses) for the day. Allison made my hair and makeup PERFECT for my special day.

Wedding Hair & Makeup

Allison was absolutely fantastic to work with! At the hair and makeup trial, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do but she made some suggestions that turned out to be perfect, and I was amazed at how great my hair and makeup turned out. Because of that, I had no concerns going into the wedding that my bridesmaids and myself would look fantastic day of.

Allison really knows her business and I can see why my wedding planner recommended her as the best she works with. Everyone's hair and makeup turned out incredible, and no one looked like they had too much makeup on. Even better, it lasted all day through pictures, ceremony and reception! We had a great experience working with Allison and I highly recommend her based on the quality of services and her extensive knowledge of products and the best way to apply them. I've had makeup services done for other weddings before, and no one else has been able to match the quality of the work that Allison delivered.

AMAZING experience from start to finish

I have been working with Allison for over a decade and I couldn't even imagine having someone else do my makeup and hair for my wedding. Not only is she the best of the best, she's lovely to be around and makes the potential stress of wedding day prep totally disappear with her awesome personality!!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

Allison did my bridal makeup/hair, as well as bridesmaids, mom, & mother in-law and she EXCEEDED all of our expectations!! I’ve never had anyone do my makeup or hair as amazing as she did. She was so easy to communicate with and made all of us feel comfortable. I recommend Allison 1000% ❤️

I feel so incredibly fortunate that Allison was able to provide the hair and makeup services for my wedding. There are not enough adjectives to describe how truly amazing she is; not only does she have a great personality that puts everyone at east but she is efficient, works so hard, and makes you look like the absolute best version of yourself. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to her, as did my bridesmaids, my mom, my aunt and my mother-in-law. I can not say enough good things about Allison and feel that hiring her was one of the best decisions I made at my wedding.

I have used Allison for my makeup and hair since 2012.. I completely LOVE HER? she's literally the BEST in ARIZONA!! I see her more like a friend Now lol she's just awesome and she leaves you looking like a Hollywood star.. Used her services for my friends wedding, my Birthdays and of course MY WEDDING.. After using Allison and her assistant (Antoinette) for hair and makeup, they have my highest recommendation. Before the wedding, I did a trial run with Allison to help get a clear idea of the look I wanted and she brought Antoinette to assist with hair on the morning of the wedding. They were both efficient and kept me and all my bridesmaids on time.

There are two things that I think really make Allison stand out:
1. She caters to your day. She meets you wherever you want to get ready and has every hair and makeup tool/color you could ever need. She even packs you with extra in case you need to freshen your lip color as the night goes on.
2. The hair and makeup she does is excellent and LASTS. She made my bridesmaids and I look like more beautiful versions of ourselves. She finished my hair and makeup by 10am and I left my reception at 10pm with my makeup and hair looking just as good as it did that morning. I was worried about how wearing my hair down would hold up by the end of the night but Allison made sure it would last.

My family and I were extremely impressed by Allison's professionalism and skill. We plan on using her for any future special events.

Allison was recommended by my wedding planner and I'm so happy she did!! Makeup and hair was probably the most important detail for me in my wedding as I am VERY picky about how I look. I have very difficult hair so I wasn't sure what to expect. I live in Chicago so only had one visit to AZ for a trial before my wedding so I was nervous. Allison took my extensions put them so quickly and did my hair and make up like no one ever has done before. I was amazed and quickly felt comfortable that I was going to look amazing for my wedding. and she did not disappoint. I looked even better for my wedding than my trial and my bridesmaids all looked gorgeous! I would definitely recommend her. How many girls can do hair AND make up!? I just wish I didn't live in Chicago because I would use Allison a lot more for special occasions as she is that good!!

Allison is INCREDIBLE! I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and it's largely because Allison did such an amazing job on my makeup! She is such a professional and was able to do all the makeup for myself, my mom and 8 bridesmaids, so we were organized and on time for the wedding. She is such rockstar and I would recommend her to anyone!!

With Allison, you get top notch service! She is the absolute BEST out there. I Had her do my makeup for a photo shoot and not only loved her sweet personality but how beautiful she made me feel that day! I loved her work so much that I canceled my makeup artist for my wedding day so she could do it instead! I don't regret that decision one bit. I had NUMEROUS compliments on my makeup and my bridemaids loved her equally. Everyone looked flawless and gorgeous because of Allison. I will always use her for hair or makeup and couldn't recommend anyone better. Thanks Allison, you are incredibly talented!!

Allison is simply amazing! I hired her to do my hair and makeup and hair for my bridesmaids for my wedding day and could not have been happier. She listened and did exactly what I asked for for my make up. I have incredibly curly hair that freaks a lot of stylists out, but she knew exactly how to work with it. She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and made a couple suggestions as to what she thought would work best, and boy am I glad I listened! All day I heard things like "I can't get over how amazing you look".
I feel I also have to comment on her professionalism and flexibility. Before we even met, she responded to all of my e-mails quickly and professionally. I had a 10:30am ceremony which called for a VERY early start time. She drove across town to be at my house at 6:00am. She was there right on time and was able to stick to the tight time schedule ensuring that all of us got to the venue at the correct times.

Allison's work is AMAZING!! I hired her to my hair and makeup (bride), as well as all my bridesmaids' hair and makeup. We looked so amazing on my wedding day, and the makeup lasted all day and throughout the night! Allison is not only super professional, but she's also so friendly and easy to work with. Her work is just outstanding and I cannot say enough about it. Everyone complimented me and my bridesmaids all day long, and we all looked beautiful in our photographs. Allison Pynn is by far the best make up artist out there. She truly is master of her craft! She is professional, has the best makeup products (i have sensitive skin and trust me its like silk!) and she genuinely cares about making you the most beautiful bride. She did my whole bridal party,myself and mom (who looked so stunning my dads jaw dropped). If you want the best and someone who is an artist and not just someone who applies makeup go for Allison. Every special event i ever have i will always use Allison - repeat for life!

Allison did such an amazing job through out the entire process!
From the very first email she was kind and seemed to really value the questions I was asking.
I sent her various pictures of hair and makeup asking for her opinions and she was very helpful.
When I was getting quotes and looking around for what the state had to offer, I couldn't find anything better than Allison, her skill is well worth the cost!
I booked her for my wedding and she drove to flagstaff to do my hair and makeup, and let me tell you I have never felt more beautiful she did a great job, she was punctual, and nice to talk to, her calm spirit eased the mood of any wedding jitters.
She also did my moms, bridesmaids and maid of honors makeup and everyone looked exceptional!
We even had one bridesmaid that originally only booked for hair, and she saw how great Allison was doing and made the time to squeeze her in.
Allison was the perfect person to beautify me and my ladies on my wedding day and I would not hesitate to use her again for any services I needed in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

Amazing service and outstanding results not only on bride but on entire bridal party. Allison and her team were prompt, on schedule, fun, and willing to make any look suggested by the clients come to life. I, as the bride, could not be more pleased with my hair and makeup. It lasted from 11am to 11pm with very little touching up and I loved the look!! Allison is a great person on top of being a fabulous professional artist.

Allison is the absolute best hair and makeup artist!! She has done my hair and makeup for my best friend's wedding, my sister's wedding and recently my wedding. For the most important day of my life she was the only person I trusted to make my daughters, family and I look beautiful. The vision of what I wanted to look like for my special day Allison made it possible. I had many last minute changes and she was able to work through it all for me. Allison was AMAZING, to say the least. She not only made my bridal hair and makeup look flawless and absolutely stunning, she made my bridesmaids look their absolute best. She even made time to fit in one bridesmaid who decided to get her makeup done at the last minute! Further, we totally changed my bridal look between the trial and the day-of, and she was still nothing but spectacular with the curve-ball. Allison is not only one of the best professionals in the industry, she truly is a sweet person and made sure we all had a wonderful, stress-free, and relaxing morning before the wedding. She was efficient, on-time, and definitely fun to hang out with. :) You can tell she absolutely loves what she does, and her passion shows in her work. Allison did my hair and makeup, as well as makeup for 7 other girls for my wedding. I did a lot of hunting and once I found Allison's work I knew she was going to be perfect. Her attitude and personality are fab and she is a blast to be around with tons of fun and positivity! Even with her own brother's wedding later on the same day as mine, she and her assistant for hair came and rocked it out giving each girl ample attention and gorgeous, individual looks that lasted ALL night. Everyone from my grandma to my junior bridesmaid looked amazing and flawless! I couldn't be happier with how my hair and makeup turned out and I am already thinking of reasons to book her in the future. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Allison Pynn has been doing my makeup and hair for various events for almost 2 years now and is AWESOME! Not only did she do my hair and makeup for my June wedding, but also made my entire bridal party look amazing! She creates a beautiful look that is not run-of-the-mill or your typical "mall make up company" look. She listens to the clients and really creates a look that is unique to them. My wedding party all loved their hair and make up. Even the girls who don't wear a lot of make up, felt beautiful and natural. Just amped up a little. I had so many in my wedding party that she brought an assistant for hair. Her assistant was incredibly professional and could create nearly every type of updo/hairstyle. I was referred to Allison from a friend since I've only lived in AZ for a couple of years. I'm so glad I chose her as my hair and makeup gal! She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! She made me feel completely at ease during my hair and makeup trial and made sure that I was happy with everything. She took notes and photos to make sure there was no guesswork on the wedding day.

I just can't find anything negative to say about Allison. She is a total professional. On time, completely prepared. For crying out loud she even brought her own extension cord :-) When she was done with me I wanted to seal my face and hair so it never changed. It's truly hard had to find the right words to describe Allison! She's an incredibly gifted makeup artist and hair stylist who has the ability make a person's individual gift of beauty come to life and shine in natural, simple, and amazing ways. And, she's really nice!

My daughter and I first met her last fall for a "trial make-up/hair run" when we traveled from the midwest to Phoenix to finalize details of her February destination wedding in the area. From the "get go" we knew Allison was the right choice for both of us and neither of us were disappointed in any way on her wedding day. Allison stayed true to her commitment to our daughter's request that she accentuate her features in a natural way and judging by the comments of guests (and others seeing photographs) that included "gorgeous, stunning and flawless" it was obvious she had more than fulfilled that commitment.

As for me, I was thrilled at being viewed as the "hot" mother-of-the-bride and even more excited when I heard guests were trying to guess my "real" age. Sweet (and thank you Allison)!

AMAZING!!!! The entire experience with Allison was wonderful from start to finish! The fact that she does both hair and makeup, and the fact that she came to the location where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready was so much more efficient than having to go to a salon for hair and another location for makeup. Not having to waste time driving around really allowed myself and my bridesmaids to relax and truly enjoy the entire getting ready experience.

During my trial run (a MUST DO for any bride), I had dozens of pictures from magazines as makeup/hair ideas. I really had no idea of what I wanted! Allison helped me refine my idea of what I REALLY wanted and what hairstyle/makeup selection would be best for me.

On the day of the wedding, Allison had a BIG job! I had 7 bridesmaids, and my mother was also getting hair and makeup. Prior to the day of the wedding, she had provided all of us with a schedule which made everything run smoothly, and she is so efficient and talented, that she was even ahead of the schedule! I didn't have to do much explaining as to what I wanted for my bridesmaids, she just completely got what I had in mind! She really has an amazing intuition for her craft.

My bridesmaids looked beautiful! Not only was I really impressed with the job she did, but all of my bridesmaids said they had never felt so beautiful, and I felt the same way!

I would highly recommend Allison's services. She is not only amazingly talented, but she really has an ability to make you feel comfortable. I know every bride wants to feel beautiful on their wedding day, but that sometimes it's hard to overcome insecurities. Allison is amazingly talented, and she takes away any potential insecurities.

If I ever have any reason to get my makeup and hair done ever again, I am definitely going to Allison! Hopefully you have found this recommendation useful!

Before I met Allison, finding this particular vendor was really something I worried about--since besides the perfect dress, your hair/makeup really completes the look you want, right? What can I POSSIBLY say about Allison? She was incredible, and made me look exactly how I dreamed I would. She was a bit pricey but worth EVERY PENNY! I want her to do my makeup everyday for the rest of my life :)

Allison Pynn is the most wonderful girl. She made my wedding experience so calming and assuring. I had complete faith in her from the first time we spoke and I was even more impressed come actual Wedding day. Who knew I could look so good! Allison made my hair look like a goregous piece of art and my makeup was beyond perfect and flawless. She is so sweet and fun and makes the beginning of any bride and bridesmaid day just so nice. By the way she makes amazing cakes too incase you need one! I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. I wish I could look this good everyday! Allison was referred to me by a friend that had found her on Wedding Wire for her own wedding. I had already booked my wedding hair and makeup at a salon but after seing Allison's website and her amazing work I immediately called the salon and cancelled.

Everything from the trial to the day of went flawlessly with Allison. I am very picky about my hair and makeup and when it came to my wedding day I was even more picky. Before Allison, I had NEVER once liked my hair when I had gotten it done professionally. Allison completely replicated the picture I gave her and I actually liked it better than what I had anticipated. To top it all off, she couldn't have been any nicer and more down to earth.

On my wedding day, I had a total of ten people getting their hair and makeup done and Allison did ALL of them by herself. She arrived at 5am and did not take a break the whole time. She was quick and professional and made everyone look absolutely GORGEOUS! When it came time for my turn, even though she had already been doing hair and makeup for 8+ hours, she did not skip a beat and made me look the best I have ever looked.

Everyone I talk to that had either attended my wedding or looked at the pictures commented on how good I looked and I credit that all to Allison. I can't wait until my friends wedding in April so that I can have Allison do my hair and makeup again. She's the best!

Allison Is absolutley AMAZING!!!! I will definitley use her again for the next big event I have! :) In fact, I will never even consider having anyone else do my makeup for me ever again.....she really is that good! :)

I contacted Allyson to do my hair and makeup for my Wedding day. She was very quick to return my emails. I decided to plan my wedding in about 2 months. I was happy to hear that she was available and she worked around both of our schedule to get a trial run in before the wedding, which I really appreciated. She understood what I was looking for. The final product on our wedding day was fantastic! I loved my hair and makeup. She did such a great job. I received so many compliments from people. She also did a great job on my sisters and my mom. I would highly recommend her.

Allison is an amazing beautician. Her customer service and personality are above the norm. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. But most importantly her work is amazing. My bridesmaids loved their hair and could hardly believe it looked so good. And to this day I still get compliments on how beautiful my hair and makeup looked. My friends and family still cannot get over it. I would never choose anyone else. Allison is the best from all aspects.

Allison was awesome! She did the entire bridal party in record time and everyone looked stunning all day long. The make-up looked natural and lasted 10+ hours. The wedding was in Prescott and everything worked out great. I would definatly recommend her to anyone and would use her again in a heart beat!

Although I do not get my hair and makeup done professionally often, or ever, I have never been more amazed with someone after seeing their work. Allison was the easiest person to work with while doing this process. She was not hard to book and was very accommodating to my schedule. When I got my trial run done, I was a little scared because I have never really liked when anyone did my hair or makeup before but when she was done I was in shock. It looked so amazing, I was speechless. I knew she was the perfect choice after my trial run. On the big day, all of my bridesmaids used her along with my mom. Allison did such an amazing job on every girl and my mom. One of my bridesmaids is actually using her for her own wedding next year. When I look through my wedding pictures, I am so happy I used Allison and wouldn't change any decision I made about using her. I love looking through my wedding pictures and seeing my beautiful hair and makeup done by Allison Pynn. I would recommend her to anyone I know any time.

Allison did a fantastic job at both my hair/makeup trial and at my wedding. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to perfectly create that look - both in hair and in makeup. They both looked so good in my pictures. She also did a wonderful job with my best friend's hair (she had an updo and I wore my hair down, so Allison can do it all). And it was so great that she came to my location, rather than me having to run around on my own wedding day. I would highly recommend Allison to any other brides and bridesmaids.

Allison was absolutely fantastic! I never imagined I could feel so pretty! She is a gifted artist. I wish I could hire her to come over every week!! She is incredibly easy to be around and makes you feel completely comfortable. She listens carefully to what kind of look you want and works magic with BOTH hair AND makeup! Allison did a beautiful job on my hair and make-up! I couldn't have found someone to do a better job. She always stayed in contact with me and responded in a timely manner. Her prices are very reasonable especially for someone on a budget. I recommend any bride to select her as your make-up and hair artist.

Allison was fun, energetic, and easy to work with. She was very responsive over email and was very flexible with my bridal parties schedules and unique styles. I found Allison online when I was looking for someone to do my hair and makeup. I really didn't know what I was getting but she did both the hair and make-up for under $300, came to my house, did a trial and came back for the big day. She did an amazing job on both the makeup and hair. I could not have picked a better style for myself. I loved working with her and bouncing ideas off of her. I would fully recommend Allison to anyone looking for hair and makeup.

Allison was amazing! She made sure we all (me and my bridesmaids) looked perfect before we left for the ceremony. She provides service that exceeds her price. She works fast and she is very diligent. She did our hair and makeup from 8:30am until 4pm without stopping, I don't even think she ate.

Allison does excellent makeup (does axactly what you want) and hair (perfect). She made me feel beautiful on my wedding day. And my hair stayed looking good all evening long. Allison's the best!

Allison did my hair and makeup for my wedding at my house and also did the makeup for my 10 bridesmaids and my mom! It was great that we didn't even have to leave my house to get ready for the big day! Everyone looked AMAZING!!!!! She does the most amazing eye makeup you have ever seen! I would highly recommend her for any occasion when you will have tons of pictures taken to look at for years to come.

Choosing Allison to do my makeup and hair for my wedding was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Allison did an amazing job. I felt beyond beautiful and people would not stop complimenting me and saying how gorgeous I looked. I wish I could get married again just so Allison could make me look that beautiful again! Looking that great was one of the best parts of the wedding.

Allison always responded to my phone calls and e-mails and was punctual each time she came. Having her come over made the whole "getting ready" time easy and stress-free! She also did my maid of honor's makeup - Allison made her look even more beautiful than she already is the first time she met her. My makeup and hair stayed on the whole night. Allison also gave me a pot of lip gloss in cash I needed a touch up. She is talented, professional, very easy to work with, and extremely friendly. I don't know what more I can say, except that I would recommend Allison to all brides who want to look amazing on their special day.

I LOVE Allison! She has an amazing talent for makeup. It was absolutely stress-free. I felt confident that she would make me look my best without looking overdone! And she did! I felt I was so lucky to get her. My hair and make up were PERFECT. Not to mention that I didn't even require any touch-ups through the night. I can't tell you how many people have asked me who did my make-up that day! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants to look unbelievable on their wedding day. (I'm pretty sure that's everyone!)
