Allday Events plans both daughters’ weddings in 2025
Weddings are a blessing filled with excitement, joy and stress. However, Chloe Allday took away all the stress with her incredible and meticulous planning so that my daughters and I only experienced the excitement and joy. And I was doubly blessed to have two weddings within four months of each other with Chloe leading the way for both.
From the first meeting with each of my daughters, Chloe listened to their ideas, created their unique design, and then collaborated with her incredible vendors to create a wedding weekend that was special for each daughter.
As my husband said in his Father of the Bride speech, “Chloe is an incredible planner who was also a therapist as needed and became a friend to my wife and daughters.” A true tribute to her.
Chloe and the Allday Events team made the wedding planning experience fun and we enjoyed the entire process.

Chloe worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, paying attention to even the smallest details. Her expertise shined every step of the way. Sara and the Allday Events team planned and executed our 200+ person wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas, and saying that they delivered is an understatement. From day one Sara was organized, responsive, and genuinely kind; recommending incredible vendors and offering smart cost-saving ideas while keeping everything on track with ease. Her true superpower is design. Sara brought our vision into a cohesive, thoughtful aesthetic where every element felt intentional and beautifully “us.” During our wedding weekend Sara and the Allday Events team moved heaven and earth so we could be fully present; timelines flowed, transitions were seamless, and Sara led with calm confidence and impeccable attention to detail. Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous (and fun!) it all was, and our photos reflect just how magical the day felt.

Wow!!! The most magical and beautiful wedding !!
When my daughter started looking for a wedding coordinator she wanted someone who had a vision and passion. The task was to be memorable and special to everyone that attended with details at every level. That was achieved with Sara and allday events. As mother of the bride I was asked numerous times if I was stressed or if it was overwhelming and my answer was not with Sara and her team. We had the most wonderful, magical and special weekend!!! We used Allday Events for our wedding this past summer in Dallas at The Adolphus Hotel, and we could not have been more pleased with Chloe and her team! Hiring them was unquestionably the best decision we made in the whole planning process. Chloe and her team came to every meeting well prepared and excited to help us plan our big day, and their passion for working with couples showed through in all of their work with us. They not only took our feedback and wishes into account, but they also provided many helpful and creative suggestions that allowed us the ability to fit everything that was important to us into our weekend. The Allday Events team were extremely well connected in the wedding community and had great vendor suggestions for any gaps that we had in our plans or where we didn’t have a great solution!
Once the weekend itself arrived, Chloe and her team kept us, our wedding parties, our venue staff and all of our vendors running completely on schedule. Our wedding parties were thoroughly impressed with the level of communication from the Allday Events team throughout the lead up to the event and the weekend itself. Additionally, multiple of our vendors thanked us for how easy the Allday Events team were to work with the day of the wedding. As a result of their preparation and communication, we actually remained ahead of schedule the entire day and the whole day moved seamlessly from each event to the next.
We are so thankful for the Allday Events team for helping to make our wedding a dream come true and for making sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing other than having fun the day of!

Chloe and her wonderful team were a must have leading up to and on our wedding day! Chloe was there to help us every step of the way, from the big details like coordinating our vendors, to the little details of bustling our dresses before the first dance. Chloe lives up to her name because she’s there for you Allday! The day of was stress free and easy because Chloe and her team had everything under control and planned down to the minute. Throughout our planning process, Chloe paid attention to the details, but also listened to us when we talked about our vision and ideals for our big day. She made our vision come together and executed all the details flawlessly.
We feel like we had a true partner and friend with us at our wedding and throughout the planning process.
Chloe has the background and characteristics you look for in a wedding planner. She’s understanding, empathetic, adaptive, a strong communicator, organized and a fun person to have dinner with while you try to make the seating chart and layout unnecessarily complicated! (I’m the problem, it’s me)

Our wedding planner, Sara, deserves all the credit for making my daughter's wedding the best wedding I've ever been to. The celebration kept getting better and better as the night wore on, thanks to Sara's ideas, suggestions, and recommendations. I found All Day Events through a sorority sister and after our 1st consultation I knew Chloe was the planner for me. We did the partial planning package and it was the perfect fit for us from a time commitment & budget standpoint. Chloe is so personable and organized and really made us feel comfortable as we worked thru what we wanted for our wedding. She was able to share a bunch of information to help me since I was feeling so overwhelmed with the internet at large and Chloe was critical in narrowing down our vendors. She had worked with our venue before and was/is well respected by everyone that we talked to from catering, to flowers, to music! As we got closer to the day, she came with us to multiple vendor visits to provide support and ask the questions we wouldn’t have ever thought to ask! When our big day came, Chloe and her team pulled off my dream wedding! I didn’t have to think about anything because she had everything running so smoothly and it looked exactly like what I had pictured in my mind. It’s been a month since our wedding day, and every time we see our friends and family they only want talk about our wedding! I honestly can’t put into words how impressed and grateful we were to have Chloe and All Day Events handling our big day! If you have the chance to work with her or her team, do it! She’s absolutely incredible!!! -

Chloe Allday & Team of 3 incredible experienced women were absolutely amazing for our daughter Morgan & Eric's wedding at Holy Trinity Church & the Hotel Crescent Court ballroom! The 4 of them went over and beyond anything they have in the contract & jumped through many hoops to make sure it was a perfect day for M&E. Allday Events absolutely LOVES to make people happy! Chloe and her team deserve literally all the stars and praise possible. I’m a former wedding planner, so hiring a coordinator was truly the most difficult vendor for me. Chloe was the 4th planner I interviewed and I hired her immediately after our phone consult because she truly blew me away with her professionalism and her love of weddings.
She and her team went above and beyond the moment we started working together and that continued through our entire wedding weekend. They asked such thoughtful questions to learn about our relationship, our aesthetic, our families, and our details. Our entire day went so smoothly and it’s really thanks to the Allday Events team. I wanted an amazing wedding, but I didn't want to worry. There are so many details that go into making a wedding fun and beautiful. It seemed overwhelming for two working professionals with demanding schedules. Chloe helped at every step of the process. My beautiful wife and I were married in November 2019 with Chloe coordinating all things. To say the days leading up to the big day and wedding date was streamline is an understatement. Chloe was our "day of event coordinator" for our wedding. She went WAY beyond day of duties and made sure the whole weekend was flawless. She worked with me to make sure I had access to all the best vendors and was very helpful suggestion who was best to work with. Chloe also was incredibly organized checking in to make sure I was on time with all my planning and no details were over looked. For the actual wedding weekend Chloe & her team were incredible. Aida Sent on 09/05/2018First of all, if you don't think you need a planner you are WRONG. I love event planning. So when I got engaged I didn't think I needed a planner. WRONG! If I can give anyone one piece of advice it's to hire a planner and to make sure it's Chloe.
Chloe Allday is the queen of wedding planning as far as I'm concerned. Chloe has a gift. It extends beyond typical planning. She takes all her cues from your wants and needs to make sure you get the wedding you want. She'll jump in as deep as you need her to or happily guide you through the steps. She's an expert. She saved us from rookie mistakes that could have been ugly. Whenever I got overwhelmed with details, she came to the rescue. More than a planner, at times she was my sound board, my designer, my therapist, my friend, or my scapegoat. If you're worried about budget know that she is worth every penny.
The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. I admit I'm very tightly wound and the week of the wedding was the most relaxed I've ever been. We were in the most capable hands. -

Most importantly, with a wedding of 165 guest attending (more than 100 of them being family) and a weekend full of events neither I nor my wife ever felt out of control or stressed. Our wedding weekend was exactly what we hoped it would be and so much more. I absolutely attribute 100% of this to Chloe and her team.
