Love love love

Kathi and her team are amazing! We had an intimate vow renewal ceremony followed by a small backyard party. They handled all of the setup and made sure everything ran smoothly! They were attentive to all of our needs throughout the day! They even gave us a super sweet gift before they left! I can’t say enough positive things about ATB! Hire them! They are worth EVERY penny!!

My husband and I decided last minute to get married while vacationing on LBI. We had 2 months to get all the planning done. I searched the internet for wedding planners in the LBI area. Several websites came up and I clicked on all of them. All the Best Weddings caught me the most. It was much more personal an intimate rather then seeming like a wedding pumping machine. I called the number on All the Best's website, my call was promptly returned by Kathi Evans. Immediately I had a great rapport with her. She was warm, friendly and not at all concerned (at least to me she didn't) to help plan a wedding in a little less then 2 months! After talking to her I didn't call anyone else, I took a big gamble on her and WON BIG!!!! Kathi helped me with every detail. She recommended the florist and photographer who both turned out exceptional as well! Another win for me! The Dream Team Associate that was assigned to me the day of my wedding, Cindy Torry, omg she was AMAZING!!! My family kept saying to me, how are you so calm??? It's because of Kathi and Cindy and how incredibly detail oriented and well organized these 2 are. What a team! Cindy emailed me several days before the wedding. Her email alone put me in such a serene state of mind, I don't think any bride could be in! I cannot say enough great and positive things about All the Best Weddings and their team. They are truly EXTRAORDINARY!!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I used Kathi and her team as my day-of wedding planner in June 2017. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and having them coordinate all of the details on my wedding day was a dream come true and such a relief. I didn’t have to worry about or have to remember anything- they were always there for reminders and were willing to do anything to make the day easier. I had my heart set on having 2 ship wheels as decor on the escort card table. They were very bulky and heavy but Kathi and her team found a way to make it work! She was even willing to help me out after the wedding (8 months later!) when I had an issue with my wedding video. I would highly recommend Kathi and the whole ATB!

My experience working with Kathi was wonderful! She was always there when I called (and I called a lot ). I loved the fact that anything I thought was a problem or actually was a possible problem, she calmly took care of it. I would recommend her without reservation.

What a godsend
When my husband was in the hospital a week before one wedding, Kathi just took over and handled all the last minute details. She handled a problem at my other daughters wedding so well that i had no knowledge of it until weeks later. Kathi and ATB are the gold standard in the business

When trying to plan a wedding a bride often thinks that they can read any list, forum, or have people to help you stay organized. However the to do list gets longer, time moves too quickly and life throws other stress your way. Having Kathi to keep me organized, plan the wedding day timelines and reach out to vendors for finalization of all details was a a lifesaver! She has so much experience and can help calm and diffuse any situation. Her ATB Dream Team does an amazing job the day of to make sure that the timeline is being executed properly, all vendors are on time and organized and are able to help with anything that comes up on wedding day! If it weren't for the services I had from All the Best Weddings and Celebrations our wedding day wouldn't have been our dream come true!

Kathi and the ATB team were pivotal in helping us plan our wedding. They recommended local businesses that did great work at a reasonable price and Kathi responded to any question/concern/pre-wedding day panic email at lightning speed. She and her team were extremely caring and brought tons of positive energy to the event. They thought of a bunch of tiny details that we forgot, from decorating our car to leading guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. We had a very clear idea of the wedding we wanted, but it required a lot of moving parts and ATB made those parts work seamlessly. Extremely grateful for their work and would highly recommend-- particularly if you have out-of-the-box wedding ideas one vendor can't mostly pull off alone!

Look no further. You will be in great hands with ATB. They helped us give our daughter what was deemed by guests as the "wedding of the century." Kathi and her team of professionals were available 24/7 to answer questions and offer wonderful suggestions. They made our details their details. it was a perfect wedding day - we have been hearing words like 'memorable,' 'different,' 'amazing,' 'fun,' and 'unreal' over and over again. Went from an open grass field to a huge fairytale wedding with every detailed covered. Everyone always says that weddings are stressful, but I didn't stress a bit with ATB. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful night and we definitely could not have pulled it off without ATB. So happy we found them.

We really can't say enough about Kathi Evans and her team. Kathi was the one to reach out to us, and we didn't even know we needed help. Boy were we wrong. We had a lot of unusual requests for our wedding venue in which we told no. Once we had Kathi on board, those no's turned to yes'. Our wedding was a two day event at the venue. Kathi and her team were there like ghosts in the background making sure everything turned out as planned, without us even noticing. That is a very special talent. On top of that, Kathi was also there for support when needed it. A very special friendship/working relationship developed during our planning process and by the time our big day was upon us Kathi had become like family. We truly believe our wedding wouldn't have been as special as it was had we not entrusted the most special day of our lives to Kathi and her team; and it was special enough to end up in a very popular wedding planning magazine. Enough said! Bravo, All the Best Wedding, Celebrations, and Events!

All the Best Weddings planned an absolutely unbelievable wedding for us! Kathi and her team were nothing short of amazing in delivering exactly what we had hoped for on our special day and we could not have been happier.

We have had more people young and old, family, friends AND hotel wait staff, say this was the BEST wedding they ever went to and/or worked. We put much of this credit on Kathi Evans and her team. Every single recommendation and every person who worked for them right down to Kathi herself made our day so special.

Trying to plan the wedding between Chicago and New Jersey was no easy feat and particularly with the demanding jobs and travel schedules we both had to navigate. All The Best’s meticulous attention to all the details, keeping us both on schedule and always being there to provide suggestions and guidance made the day so much more special not just for us, but everyone who attended. It was described to us by one of our guests after returning from our trip “there was just something so magical about the whole evening.” We couldn’t agree more.

We both particularly appreciated how intently Kathi listened to our wishes and delivered on all of them. She captured our essence and how we would have thrown an intimate dinner party at our home and brought it to life for 150 of our nearest and dearest friends—so much so we now include her in this fold.

The ATB team was amazing! As a couple from out of state, we had no idea what we were getting into when 4 months ago, we decided to have a wedding on my parents' land in New Jersey. Frustrated a month into the process, we decided to hire a planner and Kathi was the most reasonable and responsive. A month later, with Kathi's talent for finding the people you need to contract, most of my main vendors had been decided. And 2 months of panic afterwards, we had our wedding! The whole process went off without a hitch (just a few hiccups, to which Kathi reacted to quickly). I can't imagine having survived the wedding planning without her. We got weekly updates and several site visits so everyone could stay on the same page. In the end, I'd forgotten my veil and my father never made his speech, but I think everything was still perfect and handled with finesse. Kathi was the glue that held us together and oil that kept the planning engine going and I can't imagine having pulled off such a wonderful ceremony and celebration without her there.

Kathi is very knowledgeable & has a lot of contacts. She will help guide you in the selection process for vendors (music, caterer, etc.) & will work closely with those people to make sure your day runs smoothly! She made my beach wedding a day to remember!

You don’t realize how much help you need planning a wedding until you have no idea what to do or where to start! Having ATB was amazing. She answered all our questions, serious or silly, and guided us to the most amazing vendors. Everyone you speak when you mention Kathi rants and raves how amazing she is. I highly recommend taking her advice and help as much as possible.

I can't say enough nice things! Kathi, Diane, and Jackie from ATB and Dory from Great adventure made our wedding day absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond on every detail. They made sure every minute of our wedding day went smoothly and were incredibly helpful to our friends and family. Our day could not have been better and we can't thank them enough!

All The Best Weddings, Kathi, was more then I could have ever asked for in a wedding planner. She was flexible, always answered me quickly and she always figured out how to do every little pinterest inspired idea I wanted done. All of her assistants were also very helpful and professional on the wedding day. I recommend this company to ANYBODY who needs help with wedding planning. Kathi and her team were the absolute best! I planned my entire wedding from out of state, and Kathi helped me narrow down vendor choices and made the whole process much less overwhelming. Kathi and her team were truly a pleasure to work with. The whole planning process was so much more manageable with Kathi's help. From the first day I contacted her when I was looking for a wedding planner she was quick to respond and very flexible. As an out-of-state couple, this was such a bonus!

The week leading up to the wedding all of our last minute questions or concerns were never an issue. Whether it was picking up sandwiches or payment information, Kathi made herself available by phone at any time. It was such a relief to have her to rely on. She really helped take off some last minute wedding stress and helped us through all of our concerns.

The day of the wedding Kathi and her team were at the reception venue before we were. They were there setting up and making the venue even more beautiful than it already was! Kathi hand-folded all of the napkins gorgeously around each of our menus which must have taken forever! Also, her and her team set up all of my DIY projects on the tables so elegantly. I was terrified that my projects might look too cheap being handmade, but they knew exactly how to set everything up so that it all tied together perfectly! I do not think we could have done that on our own! Without Kathi's help I do not believe our wedding would have turned out as perfectly as it did.

My husband and I would recommend Kathi to anyone! They were such a big part of our day even though no one but us saw any of them. They are really a special group of people and we are sincerely thankful for everything they did to help make our day even more special. Thank you Kathi!!

Kathi is a bride's dream come true. She plans weddings with such ease and amazing guidance. She helped me especially with my Honeymoon. Kathi is a Sandals rep and suggested some resorts for us to look into. Her recommendations made our honeymoon stress free and unforgettable. We are so grateful to have worked with her. She even called the resort before we got their and made sure they took good care of us!

We had the pleasure of working with Kathi, which we loved! But it came out of a stressful situtation with our venue. Kathi was a great person to lean on, and helped us through it like the pro she is. In fact, I was so relaxed on our wedding day that people kept asking if I was okay! :-) Typically pretty type-a, I felt like I had fully handed over the details to Kathi and her girls and wasn't worried about a thing. I knew they would handle everything that came their way, and they certainly did. Everyone she brings is sweet, calm and professional. They had everything we could have needed and were prepared for every situation. And they were just plain nice to be around. It ended up being a perfect day, and I know that's because they managed all the behind the scene details that no bride or family member should have to worry about for us! They even went the extra mile and cleaned everything up, by putting everything in our car so we only had to grab the car the next day. Wonderful people!

My husband (Chris) and I were so excited to get married; we truly had the best day of our lives. However, I am not sure we would have been able to enjoy the day as much as we did if it were not for all the support/help we received from Kathi Evan’s and her team at All the Best Weddings, Celebrations & Events – planning company.

Not many people are as lucky as my husband and I are, as we were able to get married twice in one year. I never wanted a wedding, and as it happened, hurricane sandy came though and cancelled my wedding that was scheduled for November 3rd. My husband and I quickly pulled together a backyard wedding for November 3rd, and were able to re-schedule the big event for July. Since I didn't want to plan one wedding the idea of having to plan 2 weddings in one year was overwhelming. For our wedding in July, my husband and I decided to hire Kathi and her team. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Kathi made wedding planning so easy. She was so responsive, had great suggestions and her day of support was fantastic. The only thing I would have done differently for our two weddings would have been to hire Kathi and her team for both of them.

Kathi and her ATB team were outstanding. We initially hired Kathi to find a venue for our wedding as we were planning from out of town. We were so impressed with Kathi that we hired her to also coordinate the day-of our wedding. Kathi and her team made our wedding flawless - they literally took care of all the details (many things I would have never thought of on my own!) and my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Her ATB team was incredibly attentive and professional the entire day. Hiring Kathi was the best decision we made for our wedding day.

Words can not express my gratitude towards Kathi Evans and her staff from All The Best. My wedding was incredible! From the moment I started to plan Kathi was right by my side, never did she miss one email or phone call and always responded back with in the hour and as a Bride a quick response is what you need. Kathi helped me pick out my DJ, Photographer, Videographer ect. All the people she gave me I booked with in the first 5 minutes of meeting them. She knew exactly what I was looking for and now that the day is over I have a lifetime of memories thanks to her. The day of my wedding went off with out a complaint or if there was one I did not know about it because it was all focused on me and everything else was taken care of behind the scenes. Even though it down poured through out the day, Kathi took care of the guests and myself with umbrellas and set-up for a plan B, being that we were suppose to have some pictures and cocktail hour partially outside. Everything turned out perfect regardless of the rain and that is all because of her. A wedding planner puts everything Brides nightmare at ease! She is most definitely one of a kind and I recommend her and her company to every upcoming Bride!!!!!!

You're crazy if you don't hire Kathi and her team! My husband and I were difficult to work with at times, but they did a great job making our dreams come true. Our wedding was more then we could have ever dreamt of and Kathi made that possible. We gave her ideas and concepts of what we wanted, then ATB turned it into a reality.

All The Best helped make our wedding day the best day we have ever had. But we didn't make it easy. Kathi Evans definitely had her hands full with our complicated wish list. Thank God we chose All The Best to plan our wedding. We relied greatly on Kathi and her experience. She worked closely with all our vendors and helped us in negotiating all the contracts. She turned a private beach house into a venue with valet parking. She found our caterer and helped us with the menu down to the last bite. She found our wonderful florist. She found our super excellent photographer who was probably the best decision we made after choosing All the Best. She found our hair, nail, and make-up people who pampered us with massages on the day of the wedding. She handled all the deliveries and logistics and we most sincerely could not have done it without her.

On the day of the wedding she came with a staff of six who made sure our guests wanted for nothing. Thanks to Kathi most of our friends said that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to. When it was time for the ceremony the weather changed and rain threatened to ruin our beach side wedding. Kathi and her staff had to reset the entire venue to keep us dry but, at the last minute, the sky cleared and Kathi and her staff again reset the venue to give us the wedding we had hoped for. After that we really didn't need to ask for much else, everything was always done and Kathi was always two steps ahead of us. Kathi Evans did a fantastic job for us and we will truly be forever grateful.

We have already recommended her to everyone we know, especially all those brides-to-be who think they can do it all themselves. If you really want to enjoy your wedding instead of arguing with relatives or vendors or putting out all the little fires that will surely arise, hire a professional. And if you want a really great professional, hire All the Best. When they say "All the Best" they mean it.

Kathi Evans and her team at ATB were phenomenal. We worked with Kathi on the full wedding planning for over a year. She was super helpful at recommending vendors, but not pushy if we wanted to use a referral of our own. She was key in getting a ceremony site set, which was a tough thing to find based on what we wanted and where we were getting married. She stayed calm even when we got down to the wire on making decisions. Kathi was constantly available by email and she wrote back promptly to any concerns I raised.

The week of the wedding Kathi helped to get the hotel boxes delivered and took tons of stuff over to our venue and ceremony site. I definitely would not have been able to finish all of the last details without her help. She kept constant lists and last minute confirmations going with all of our vendors so that everyone was on the same page and ready to go.

When it came to the day of the wedding we could not have done it without Kathi and her staff. The assistants she brought the day of the wedding could not have been nicer or more professional (thank you so much, Lauren, Caety, and Alexandra!!!!). Someone was available to me or the groom at all times, and one of Kathi's assistants even went all the way back to our house to get my hair clip which I forgot! The whole team went above and beyond and made the day run as smoothly as a wedding can.

I would 100% recommend Kathi to any bride and groom who think about wedding planning and start getting overwhelmed. No wedding is stress-free, but I really can't imagine pulling off this event without All the Best Celebrations. Thank you so much, Kathi!!! All the best to you and your team :)

Kathi Evans at All The Best is truly amazing. We came to Kathi with only four months to plan a wedding, and what a wedding she created for us! Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable. Kathi's first priority was how to make our vision come to life in the most beautiful way possible, and she did this through every step of the process. She was with us from the invitations to the wedding day making sure that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is super human and her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. So many of our guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended and marveled at how this was all possible in such a short time frame. Kathi and her team were truly outstandiing. Not only did they help us select, what turned out to be the best wedding vendors, but they themselves helped create an unbelievable wedding for my daughter. The ATB celebrations team was a life saver, I just can't see how anyone wouldn't use a back up team to help with planning any type of event. We had a very small wedding of under 40 people @ Six Flags, Jackson,NJ..and Kathi and her team made a crazy day, simple and magical. Thank you!!!!!

Worth every cent and then some!! Kathi and her team made my day! They were helpful, attentive, organized, communicative, useful beyond words, and super creative. I literally couldn't have done it without them. They took over the day-of-coordination right where I left off. They handled all of the guests, set up, and break down, while I got my hair and make up done and enjoyed my family and friends. Kathi worked with me through emails and phone calls well before the day of the wedding, and then her and her girls worked through my beach wedding despite the howling wind, pouring rain, and blaring hot sun! I was absolutely thrilled with everything they did for me. Kathi even offered to show up to my rehearsal the night before. It was just... it was so worth it to have them with me. Unbelievable is an understatement. Kathi and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I contacted Kathi 8 months prior to our 5/29/11 wedding in Cape May and she welcomed the challenge with open arms. I e-mailed her at least 3x daily for those 8 months and she responded almost immediately every single time. She constantly calmed my nerves when things got hectic and was always a sounding board for any venting and advice needed! The week leading up to our wedding it all came together. Kathi made sure all my other vendors were on the same page and her day of itinerary was completed minute by minute--just what I wanted! The day of went super smoothly and I could not have asked for a better, more organized wedding! At one point, one of her team members was in the bathroom with me trying to rinse out cake frosting from my dress due to my husband and I getting cake on each other during the cake cutting. At that moment, I thought--wow--SO WORTH IT!!! Completely supportive and always ready to listen, Kathi and her team went beyond my expectations. I don't know how people have weddings WITHOUT a planner!

As a wedding planner myself, I knew the importance of having a wedding planner for our own wedding day. Furthermore, we knew the importance of hiring Kathi Evans, specifically. Kathi and her crew made everything happen just as we had hoped. With an outdoor location, a lot of extra work was necessary and we felt so comfortable leaving all of our plans in the hands of the ATB team. Kathi did a number of walk-throughs with us at our wedding location to ensure she knew exactly what needed to be communicated to our vendors to make the event run smoothly. Her communication was outstanding, not only with us, but with our vendors, as well. We were so fortunate to have her handle everything so that we could just RELAX and enjoy our wedding day. We hired Kathi for day of and day before. We wanted to make sure that everything would run smoothly and not be stressed by anything. She made sure of it. Everything was taken care of. We had a very bad time with our limo company and the night before the wedding she called to make sure everything was still on with the limo. We had booked everything before we hired Kathi, and she did a great job of making sure everything was exactly the way I had planned. We have since recommended her on several occasions to friends because of her fabulous job! It was the best thing we did!

We were very thankful for Kathi and All the Best and their efforts on our behalf. We took care of planning most of the details ourselves but the recommendation for vendors was incredibly helpful. Kathi reminded me of last minute and long-term deadlines -- which was a huge help... she suggested which favor and paper companies to use, and had good ideas on decorations, table/room layout, etc. she was able to stay late and come early, too!

Kathi was a wonderful wedding planner. We couldn't have planned our wedding day without her. Our plan was to marry on the beach. Well, the weather didn't cooperate. In fact, Hurricane Hannah came by on September 6th. With Kathi's quick thinking, she managed to change plans and we had the wedding at the Inn we were staying in. Kathi and her crew were amazing. She was responsive, flexible and well organized. We received weekly updates throughout the process and benefited from her amazing experience. The days leading up to and the day of the wedding were seamless and easy. I knew things were taken care of and I didn't stress at all. She was even able to troubleshoot a family member getting ill at the reception without me even knowing about it. The number one reason we hired Kathi was because someone I trusted recommended her. We told her we had quite a bit planned out but needed her to make our day CALM and run smoothly. As it turns out in nearly every single instance where there was a glitch it was because she apparently did not field the problem, rather she passed it on. This doesn't make for a non-stress situation. In requesting vendor information many a time she would report she would get back to me with names and eventually I found sources on my own, (tux rental, shoe dye). I regret hiring her and would not recommend her to anyone. She did not make me calm and did not deal strongly with our venue when they were playing fast and loose with room arrangements and timelines (nor could she or anyone get the unruly crowd in the adjoining room to quiet down). Poor choice for us.
